、 连接于所述推杆下端的前轮、 两分别连接于所述两后脚管下端的后 轮, 所述两后脚管上端枢接于所述推杆, 且两后脚管上端与推杆之间 设置有用于限制后脚管与推杆相对旋转的第一限位装置, 所述座椅连 接于所述推杆并可相对推杆绕竖向 Y轴旋转, 且所述推杆与座椅之间 设置有用于限制座椅相对推杆绕竖向 Y轴旋转的第二限位装置。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的轻便型儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述座椅连接 于推杆并可相对所述推杆上下旋转, 所述座椅与推杆之间设置有用于 限制座椅相对上下旋转的第三限位装置。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的轻便型儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述推杆包括 上推杆与下推杆, 所述座椅与两后脚管均连接于下推杆, 所述上推杆 连接于下推杆并可相对下推杆上下滑动, 所述上推杆与下推杆之间设 置有用于限制上推杆上下滑动的第四限位装置。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的轻便型儿童推车, 其特征在于: 还包括一相对 固定连接于所述下推杆的固定座、 与所述两后脚管上端固定连接的枢 接座, 所述固定座包括套接于所述下推杆的座体、 自所述座体往后延 伸的第一枢接体, 所述枢接座包括与所述两后脚管上端固定连接的连 接座、 左右两相间隔的自所述连接座前端往上延伸的连接体, 所述第 一枢接体的左右两侧分别设置有第一齿槽, 所述两连接体的相对侧分 别设置有对应的第二齿槽, 所述第一枢接体连接于两第一连接体之间 , 所述第一限位装置从左至右依次包括第一按钮、 第一齿轮、 第一弹 簧、 第二弹簧、 第二齿轮、 第二按钮, 所述第一弹簧左侧抵靠于第一 齿轮, 右侧抵靠于第一枢接体左侧第一齿槽的底壁, 在第一弹簧的作 用下, 所述第一齿轮同吋与第一枢接体左侧第一齿槽以及枢接座左侧 连接体的第二齿槽相啮合; 所述第二弹簧右侧抵靠于第二齿轮, 左侧 抵靠于第一枢接体右侧第一齿槽的底壁, 在第二弹簧的作用下, 所述 第二齿轮同吋与第一枢接体右侧第一齿槽以及枢接座右侧连接体的第 二齿槽相啮合; 所述第一按钮包括第一按压部以及自所述第一按压部 往右侧延伸的第一弹性手指, 所述第一弹性手指与所述枢接座左侧连 接体连接并抵靠于所述第一齿轮的左端, 所述第二按钮包括第二按压 部以及自所述第二按压部往左侧延伸的第二弹性手指, 所述第二弹性 手指与所述枢接座右侧连接体连接并抵靠于所述第二齿轮的右端。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的轻便型儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述固定座还 包括左右两相间隔的自所述座体前侧往前上方延伸的第二枢接体, 所 述左右两第二枢接体的相对侧分别设置有第三齿槽, 所述第三限位装 置从左至右依次包括第三按钮、 第三齿轮、 第三弹簧、 旋转座、 第四 弹簧、 第四齿轮、 第四按钮, 所述旋转座连接于所述左右两第二枢接 体之间, 且所述旋转座的左右两侧分别设置有对应的第四齿槽, 所述 座椅连接于所述旋转座上方, 所述第三弹簧左侧抵靠于第三齿轮, 右 侧抵靠于旋转座左侧第四齿槽的底壁, 在第三弹簧的作用下, 所述第 三齿轮同吋与旋转座左侧第四齿槽以及固定座左侧第二枢接体的第三 齿槽相啮合; 所述第四弹簧右侧抵靠于第四齿轮, 左侧抵靠于旋转座 右侧第四齿槽的底壁, 在第四弹簧的作用下, 所述第四齿轮同吋与旋 转座右侧第四齿槽以及固定座右侧第二枢接体的第三齿槽相啮合; 所 述第三按钮包括第三按压部以及自所述第三按压部往右侧延伸的第三 弹性手指, 所述第三弹性手指与所述固定座左侧第二枢接体连接并抵 靠于所述第三齿轮的左端, 所述第四按钮包括第四按压部以及自所述 第四按压部往左侧延伸的第四弹性手指, 所述第四弹性手指与所述固 定座右侧第二枢接体连接并抵靠于所述第四齿轮的右端。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的轻便型儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述旋转座包 括一旋转体以及自所述旋转体中间往上延伸的第一调整座, 所述旋转 体的左右两侧设置有所述第四齿槽, 所述第一调整座前侧设置有上下 延伸的容置孔, 后侧设置有幵口朝后的第一容置槽, 所述第一容置槽 的左右两侧壁上分别设置有第一枢接孔, 第一容置槽的底壁设置有与 所述容置孔相通的通孔; 所述第二限位装置包括固定管、 第一跷跷板 式按钮、 第五弹簧, 所述固定管下侧容置于所述第一调整座的容置孔 内, 且所述固定管下侧设置有两前后对称的定位孔, 所述第一跷跷板 式按钮包括第一主体、 两分别自所述第一主体左右两侧往外延伸的第 一枢接柱、 自所述第一主体下侧往前延伸的第一定位销, 所述第一跷 跷板式按钮的两第一枢接柱分别插入第一容置槽左右两侧板上的第一 枢接孔, 所述第五弹簧设置于所述第一主体上侧与第一容置槽底壁之 间, 在所述第五弹簧的作用下, 所述第一定位销穿过所述第一容置槽 底壁上的通孔后插入固定管的其中一定位孔内。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 4或 5或 6所述的轻便型儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述上 推杆下端连接于下推杆内, 所述下推杆后侧设置有连通孔, 所述上推 杆设置有上下间隔的多个插孔; 所述第四限位装置包括固定连接于所 述下推杆上的第二调整座、 第二跷跷板式按钮、 第六弹簧, 所述第二 调整座前侧设置有上下延伸的穿孔, 后侧设置有幵口朝后的第二容置 槽, 所述第二调整座通过所述穿孔套接于所述下推杆上端, 所述第二 容置槽的左右两侧壁上分别设置有第二枢接孔, 第二容置槽的底壁设 置有与所述穿孔相通的通孔; 所述第二跷跷板式按钮包括第二主体、 两分别自所述第二主体左右两侧往外延伸的第二枢接柱、 自所述第二 主体下侧往前延伸的第二定位销, 所述第二跷跷板式按钮的两第二枢 接柱分别插入第二容置槽左右两侧板上的第二枢接孔, 所述第六弹簧 设置于所述第二主体上侧与第二容置槽底壁之间, 在所述第六弹簧的 作用下, 所述第二定位销依次穿过所述第二容置槽底壁上的通孔、 下 推杆后侧的连通孔后插入上推杆的其中一插孔内。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的轻便型儿童推车, 其特征在于: 还包括一阻挡 座、 一定位管、 一脚踏部, 所述阻挡座固定套接于所述下推杆, 所述 脚踏部上端固定连接于所述下推杆下端, 所述定位管套接于所述下推 杆, 且所述定位管下端抵靠于脚踏板上端, 所述固定座的座体上端抵 靠于阻挡座, 下端抵靠于所述定位管上端, 所述前轮连接于所述脚踏 部下侧;所述下推杆下端套接有阻挡片, 所述阻挡片焊接于所述下推 杆, 所述脚踏板后侧下端设置有往上凹陷的凹槽, 并自所述凹槽中间 往上形成有上下贯穿的容纳孔, 所述下推杆下端容置于所述容纳孔内 , 所述阻挡片抵靠于凹槽顶壁。

C形, 所述 C形阻挡座内壁设置有凸起, 对应的, 所述下推杆上设置 有凹孔, 所述阻挡座套接于所述下推杆, 所述凸起完全卡于所述凹孔 内, 所述 C形阻挡座的幵口端通过螺丝锁固闭合。
