Abstract

Description

门槛组件和包含其的车辆 技术领域
本发明涉及车身结构附件领域,并且更具体而言,涉及一种用于装设在车辆的车门处的门槛组件,以及一种包含该门槛组件的车辆。
背景技术
已知的是,随着环境保护和低能绿色概念得到越来越多的认可,法律法规和用户对于降低汽车的能耗的要求日渐提高。在保证车身强度和安全性能的前提下,降低车身质量是提高车辆性能和降低能耗的主要手段。此外,保持合理的车身制造成本也是汽车制造的重要目标之一。
现有的车辆上大量使用了轻质量高强度的材料来减轻车身重量。常用的材料包括两类:高强钢材料,例如普通高强钢、先进高强钢和超高强钢;以及低密度材料,例如各种轻质合金、塑料和复合材料等。
车辆上常设置有门槛组件,以便架设在车门开口的下方来为周围的部件和车门提供支承,同时还可以作为车身强度结构件来使用。现有的门槛组件通常是由若干个钢质的钣金件通过点焊或弧焊来连接成带有空腔的门槛结构。其中,可通过设计钣金件的结构来在门槛组件的内部提供一个或多个空腔,例如形成单个空腔或两个叠加的空腔。
然而,现有的门槛组件存在零件数量多、加工复杂、材料利用率低、重量大、结构受限等缺陷。
因此,存在对于轻量化、易制造的门槛组件的持续需求。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种用于装设在车辆的车门处的门槛组件。本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种包含该门槛组件的车辆。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种门槛组件,用于安装在车辆车门框架的下侧,包括:
本体,其具有从本体的一端延伸到另一端的多个空腔,其中,本体通过铝合金挤出工艺来一体成型地制成。
可选地,空腔构造为具有正多边形或不规则多边形横截面。
可选地,空腔的横截面尺寸构造为适于容纳车辆电源线或数据线。
可选地,本体的外壁与邻近的空腔的内壁平行地延伸。
可选地,两个相邻空腔的内壁相对于彼此平行地延伸。
可选地,一个或多个空腔的内壁上带有加强筋。
可选地,本体的顶部设置有用于装设车门封条的第一突起部。
可选地,本体的侧面设置有用于装设车辆地板钣金件的第二突起部。
一种车辆,其包括上述门槛组件。
本发明的门槛组件和车门具有易于制造、外形美观、安装方便等优点,并且能够减少车身重量,提高用户体验,并且降低了制造和安装的成本。

具体实施方式
以下将参考附图来详细描述本发明的优选实施例。本领域中的技术人员将领会的是,这些描述仅为描述性的、示例性的,并且不应被解释为限定了本发明的保护范围。
首先,需要说明的是,在本文中所提到的顶部、底部、朝上、朝下等方位用语是相对于各个附图中的方向来定义的,它们是相对的概念,并且因此能够根据其所处于的不同位置和不同的实用状态而变化。所以,不应将这些或其他方位用语理解为限制性用语。
此外,还应当指出的是,对于本文的实施例中描述或隐含的任意单个技术特征,或在附图中示出或隐含的任意单个技术特征,仍能够在这些技术特征(或其等同物)之间继续进行组合,从而获得未在本文中直接提及的本发明的其他实施例。
应当注意的是,在不同的附图中,相同的参考标号表示相同或大致相同的组件。
图1是本发明的门槛组件的一个实施例的立体视图。其中,一种门槛组件100用于安装在车辆车门框架的下侧,其包括本体110,本体110具有从本体110的一端110a延伸到另一端110b的多个空腔120,其中,本体110通过铝合金挤出工艺来一体成型地 制成。
此外,本体110的顶部设置有第一突起部111。在本发明的一个实施例中,第一突起部111用于装设车门封条。本体110的侧面设置有第二突起部112。在本发明的一个实施例中,第二突起部112用于装设车辆地板的钣金件。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第一突起部111和第二突起部112与本体110一体地形成。然而,根据实际需要,第一突起部111和第二突起部112也可通过焊接、铰接或螺栓连接等方式来附接到本体110上。
图2是图1所示实施例的一个横截面视图。如图所示,本体110的横截面上设置有多个空腔120。各个空腔120可构造为具有正多边形或不规则多边形横截面,并且这些横截面的顶角处可设置有圆角。
在图2中所示的实施例中,横截面上共设置了三排七个空腔。其中,顶部的三个空腔具有最大的宽度,中部的三个空腔具有最大的垂直高度,并且底部仅设置了一个空腔。然而,空腔的数目可根据实际需要来设置,并且不限于图2中所示的情况。例如,可仅设置一个空腔,或设置多个堆叠的空腔。
另外,本体110的横截面的形状以及本体110的两端之间的长度也可根据实际需要来设定,以适应不同车辆的需要。
在本发明的一个实施例中,空腔120的横截面尺寸构造为适于容纳车辆电源线或数据线。例如,用于车辆的线束能够穿过本体110的一端110a,并且从另一端110b延伸出。根据实际需要,还可在本体110的中间设置用于线束的开口,以使得用于车辆的线束从本体110的中部延伸出。
如图2中所示,本体110的外壁与各个邻近的空腔的内壁平行地延伸,并且两个相邻空腔的内壁相对于彼此平行地延伸。从图2中所示的横截面上来看,本体110的外壁与各个邻近的空腔的内壁之间的壁厚大致与两个相邻空腔的内壁之间的壁厚相等。在本发明的一个实施例中,上述壁厚设置为大约3.5mm。然而,根据实际需要,还可以设置其他壁厚或在同一横截面上设置具有不同壁厚的区段。
一个或多个空腔120的内壁上可设置有一个或多个加强筋120a,以便增强空腔120的结构强度。
如图2中所示,第一突起部111从本体110的顶部延伸出,用于装设车门封条。第二突起部112从本体110的侧面延伸出,用于装设车辆地板钣金件。
然而,根据实际需要,还可设置其他的突起部或其他附接结构。此外,图2中所 示的第一突起部111和第二突起部112也不局限于上文所描述的功能,而是也可用于装设其他部件。
在安装时,本体110装设到车辆车门结构的下部,使得图2中的本体110的右侧面朝车辆的内部,并且本体110的顶部面朝车门。
本发明还涉及一种车辆,其包括上文中所描述的门槛组件。
本发明的门槛组件通过将铝合金通过拉出工艺来一次成型地形成多空腔结构,而无需将多个部件分别加工再组装到一起,从而实现了更少的零件数量、更高的材料利用率和更高精度的部件尺寸控制。本发明的门槛组件横截面上的空腔结构可根据实际需要来自由设计,从而保证抗扭矩和抗弯曲性能。
通过采用铝合金材料来代替钢板,本发明的门槛组件还具有更低的质量和更高的比强度,从而在显著减轻重量的同时还能够提高车身的刚性。此外,本发明的门槛组件可采用CAE结构优化设计方法来设计。
本说明书参考附图来公开本发明,并且还使本领域中的技术人员能够实施本发明,包括制造和使用任何装置或系统、选用合适的材料以及使用任何结合的方法。本发明的范围由请求保护的技术方案限定,并且包含本领域中的技术人员想到的其他实例。只要此类其他实例包括并非不同于请求保护的技术方案字面语言的结构元件,或此类其他实例包含与请求保护的技术方案的字面语言没有实质性区别的等价结构元件,则此类其他实例应当被认为处于由本发明请求保护的技术方案所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种门槛组件,用于安装在车辆车门框架的下侧,其特征在于,包括:
    本体,其具有从所述本体的一端延伸到另一端的多个空腔,其中,所述本体通过铝合金挤出工艺来一体成型地制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门槛组件,其特征在于,所述空腔构造为具有正多边形或不规则多边形横截面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门槛组件,其特征在于,所述空腔的横截面尺寸构造为适于容纳车辆电源线或数据线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门槛组件,其特征在于,所述本体的外壁与邻近的空腔的内壁平行地延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门槛组件,其特征在于,两个相邻空腔的内壁相对于彼此平行地延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的门槛组件,其特征在于,一个或多个所述空腔的内壁上带有加强筋。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的门槛组件,其特征在于,所述本体的顶部设置有用于装设车门封条的第一突起部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的门槛组件,其特征在于,所述本体的侧面设置有用于装设车辆地板钣金件的第二突起部。
  9. 一种车辆,其包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的门槛组件。
