Abstract
本发明公开了一种声学器件的加工方法。该方法包括:采用壳体注塑模具,注塑形成声学器件的环状壳体,注塑形成的流道结构连接于环状壳体的外围;对环状壳体进行定位,在环状壳体上形成封住环状壳体的中空区域的振膜;去除连接在环状壳体外围的流道结构;在环状壳体上装配磁路系统,在振膜上安装音圈。本发明的一个技术效果在于,能够避免切割流道结构产生的碎屑被封在振膜中。
Description
本发明属于电子产品加工技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种声学器件的加工方法。
近年来,消费类电子产品快速发展,产品发展方向趋向于小型化、精致化、智能化。在这种发展趋势下,对电子产品的零部件的性能、可靠性提出了更高的要求,以满足产品的性能设计。
以声学器件为例,技术发展趋势是振膜的面积越来越大,但用于承载振膜的壳体结构占用的空间越来越小。通过这种方式节省零部件所需的装配空间,减小产品尺寸。所以,声学器件的外壳逐渐采用环形设计。
对于这种声学器件的加工工艺,现有技术是在注塑完成壳体结构后,直接切除壳体结构周围的所有浇口与流道,然后再进行振膜成型,将振膜设置在壳体上。通常采用的切除方式为模刀切除或超声切除。但是,经过切除工艺后,往往会在切割处留有碎屑、粉末等残留。
之后在进行振膜加工的过程中,残留在壳体上的碎屑、粉末容易掺杂到振膜中。振膜对自身的强度、刚性以及弹性形变的性能要求较高,如果掺杂了壳体的碎屑或粉末,会影响到振膜的性能,进而对声学器件的整体性能造成影响。另一方面,环状的壳体强度比较较弱,在切除浇口和流道时容易出现变形,尺寸很难保证。
所以,有必要适应产品性能要求的发展,改进声学器件的加工工艺,提高振膜的性能,或者减小壳体变形的可能性。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种声学器件的加工方法的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种声学器件的加工方法,包括:
采用壳体注塑模具,注塑形成声学器件的环状壳体,注塑形成的流道结构连接于环状壳体的外围;
对环状壳体进行定位,在环状壳体上形成封住环状壳体的中空区域的振膜;
去除连接在环状壳体外围的流道结构;
在环状壳体上装配磁路系统,在振膜上安装音圈。
可选地,环状壳体的边缘位置形成有四个定位孔,在形成振膜之前,通过四个所述定位孔对环状壳体进行定位。
可选地,所述壳体注塑模具分为上模和下模,所述上模和下模扣合时通过设置在壳体注塑模具内的至少两支定位柱进行相对定位,壳体注塑模具中的流道至少经过两支所述定位柱,使注塑成型的流道结构上至少形成有两个流道定位孔,在形成振膜之前,通过所述流道定位孔对环状壳体进行定位。
可选地,在流道结构上形成四个流道定位孔,两个所述流道定位孔与另外两个所述流道定位孔分别位于环状壳体的两侧,呈轴对称分布。
可选地,通过冲裁或激光切割的方式去除流道结构。
可选地,采用振膜注塑工装对环状壳体进行定位,之后在振膜注塑工装中充入硅胶材料,注塑形成振膜。
可选地,注塑形成振膜时,振膜注塑工装中的温度大于190度。
可选地,在形成振膜之间,先进行粗切除,将不直接与环状壳体连接的流道切断和/或切除。
本发明的发明人发现,在现有技术中,先完成壳体的全部加工步骤,再进行振膜的加工,这种加工工序是十分成熟的加工工艺设计方式,本领域技术人员在熟知常规技术思路的情况下,不会考虑到改变成熟的加工工序,因为有可能带来其它不确定的技术问题。然而本发明的技术方案违反
了传统技术的常规设计思路,在不完成壳体的全部加工步骤的情况下,先进行振膜的加工。因此,本发明所能带来的技术效果是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。
通过以下参照附图对本发明的示例性实施例的详细描述,本发明的其它特征及其优点将会变得清楚。

本发明提供了一种声学器件的加工方法,该方法能够避免切割注塑流道结构时产生的碎屑、粉末被封在声学器件的振膜中。如图1所示,本发明提供的方法的主要步骤如下步骤。首先,采用用于注塑壳体的注塑模具,通过注塑工艺形成声学器件的环状壳体。特别地,所采用的注塑模具配置为浇口、流道等结构都连接在用于形成环状壳体的型腔的外围,不位于型腔的内侧。完成注塑工艺后,将环状壳体及连接在其上的流道结构一同从注塑模具中取出。之后,对环状壳体进行定位,在环状壳体上进行振膜成型工艺,形成封住环状壳体的中空区域的振膜。在振膜成型之后,再将环状壳体外围连接的流道结构去除。最后,可以再对环状壳体进行后续的装配工序,完成声学装置的整体装配。
本发明提供的加工方法,违反了本领域中传统的加工工序安排,在不完全完成环状壳体的加工步骤的情况下,跳转到振膜的加工环节,先在环状壳体上形成振膜,之后再完成环状壳体加工的切割流道工序。这样,可以防止切割流道时产生的碎屑、粉末等杂质掺杂到振膜中,保证振膜性能一致性,提高振膜的性能。
另外,本发明提供的方法还能够减小环状壳体产生形变的可能性。环状壳体的结构较脆弱,有可能在成型之后的各个加工环境中变形。在现有技术中,去除流道结构通常采用冲裁或超声、激光切割的方式。在冲裁和超声切割工艺中,施加的作用力易使环状壳体发生变形;而在激光切割工艺中,激光产生的温度也有可能使环状壳体变形。在本发明提供的加工方法中,在环状壳体上已设有振膜的情况下,再进行流道结构的去除步骤,振膜能够对环状壳体起到提高强度的作用,减小环状壳体在去除步骤中发
生变形的可能性。
图2示出了从注塑模具中取出的环状壳体1和流道结构2的俯视结构。根据注塑模具的结构设计,一套模具中可以注塑形成多支环状壳体1。在图2所示的实施方式中,可以一次注塑形成两支环状壳体1。可见,所述流道结构2均连接在所述环状壳体1的外围,便于先在环状壳体1上实施振膜的成型加工步骤。
可选地,如图2、3所示,所述环状壳体1的边缘位置处可以通过注塑形成有四个定位孔11。在进行振膜的成型加工工艺之前,可以通过上述四个定位孔11对环状壳体1的整体进行定位。这种定位方式可靠性更高,而且便于操作,能够通过模具或定位工装便捷的实现准确定位。
本发明还提供了一种优选的对环状壳体进行定位的实施方式。在这种实施方式中,采用分为上模和下模的壳体注塑模具。所述上模和下模在扣合时通过设置在壳体注塑模具内侧的至少两支定位柱进行相对定位。例如,所述上模内侧可以具有两支定位柱,所述下模在相应位置处具有两个定位孔,当上模和下模扣合时,两支所述定位柱能够插在两个定位孔,实现定位。特别地,壳体注塑模具的型腔中,用于引导注塑料流入的流道至少要经过两支所述定位柱。这样,在完成注塑加工后,流道结构2上至少会形成两个由定位柱形成的流道定位孔21,如图2-4所示。在之后进行的振膜成型步骤中,通过所述流道定位孔21对环状壳体1进行定位。所述流道定位孔21本身是由用于定位的定位柱形成的,所以流道定位孔21的定位准确性能够得到保证。这样,环形壳体的边缘位置就可以选择不设置定位,本发明不对此进行限制。如图4所示,振膜3形成在环状壳体1上,将环状壳体1中间的镂空区域封住。
在图2-4所示的实施方式中,对于一支环形壳体,其周围的流道结构2上形成有共四个流道定位孔21。相应地,所采用的壳体注塑模具中具有四支定位柱。其中两个流道定位孔21位于环状壳体1的一侧,另外两个流道定位孔21位于环状壳体1的另外一侧,两组流道定位孔21相对于环状壳体1呈对称分布。
采用上述四个流道定位孔对环形壳体进行定位,既可以保证定位的准确性,又可以便捷的实现振膜成型的定位,不必额外设计其它定位结构。根据实际生产情况,可以在本方法中选择采用流道定位孔或者采用形成在环状壳体上的定位孔。或者,也可以上述两种定位孔都配置在成型件上,即如图2-4所示的情况,本发明不对此进行限制。
可选地,完成振膜的成型加工后,可以通过冲裁或激光切割的方式去除流道结构,本发明不对去除流道结构的方式进行具体限制,现有技术可选的去除方式都疏于本发明的可选变换方式。如图4、5所示,振膜3已经形成在了环状壳体1上,所以去除流道结构时即使在环状壳体周围产生了碎屑和粉末,也不会掺杂进入振膜3中。
可选地,可以采用振膜注塑工装对环状壳体进行定位,将成型的环状壳体以及连接在其上的流道结构一同置于对应的振膜注塑工装中,进行准确的定位。之后在振膜注塑工装中充入硅胶材料,以在环状壳体1上注塑形成封住镂空区域的振膜3,如图4、5所示。
进一步可选地,在振膜注塑工装中,注塑形成振膜的温度大于190度,以使硅胶材料能够表现出良好的流动性,能够充满振膜注塑工装的型腔,形成厚度均匀的振膜。
可选地,在进行振膜成型加工之前,视流道结构的整体结构特征和振膜加工的定位方式,可以先对流道结构进行粗切除。粗切除是将不直接与环状壳体连接的流道切断和/或切除的步骤。在图2所示的实施方式中,壳体注塑模具一次注塑成型两个环状壳体1,两个环状壳体1之间由流道结构2连接。则可以先对流道结构2进行粗切除处理,使两个环状壳体1分离,形成图3所示的结构。这样,便于对单个环状壳体1进行定位和加工。所述粗切除处理不将流道结构2与环状壳体1直接连接的部分切断,避免在环状壳体1的边缘位置产生粉末和碎屑。
另外的,在完成了上述对环状壳体、振膜等结构的加工步骤后,本发明提供的加工方法还可以包括对声学器件的音圈、磁路系统等部件进行装配的步骤。
在本发明图2-5所示的实施方式中,制成的环状壳体均属于一种振膜的支撑环。所以,在完成去除流道结构的步骤后,可以将环状壳体连通振膜一同安装到声学装置的主壳体上。并且,在振膜上安装连接振膜。之后在主壳体中装配用于驱动振膜和音圈的磁路系统。经过这些装配步骤,能够制成完整的声学装置。
在另一种实施方式中,本发明上述步骤中制成的环状壳体可以是一种声学装置的主壳体,该环状壳体在轴向上具有一定高度,形成有侧壁。即,形成有用于容纳声学装置的其它部件的空间。在这种实施方式中,在完成去除流道结构的步骤后,可以直接在环状壳体上装配磁路系统,在振膜上连接安装音圈。制成完整的声学装置。
本发明的加工方法并不限制形成的声学器件是支撑环与振膜的组合器件,还是主壳体与振膜的组合器件。在具体实施时,可以根据实际加工条件和产品要求进行选择。

- 一种声学器件的加工方法,包括:采用壳体注塑模具,注塑形成声学器件的环状壳体,注塑形成的流道结构连接于环状壳体的外围;对环状壳体进行定位,在环状壳体上形成封住环状壳体的中空区域的振膜;去除连接在环状壳体外围的流道结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,环状壳体的边缘位置形成有四个定位孔,在形成振膜之前,通过四个所述定位孔对环状壳体进行定位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,所述壳体注塑模具分为上模和下模,所述上模和下模扣合时通过设置在壳体注塑模具内的至少两支定位柱进行相对定位,壳体注塑模具中的流道至少经过两支所述定位柱,使注塑成型的流道结构上至少形成有两个流道定位孔,在形成振膜之前,通过所述流道定位孔对环状壳体进行定位。
- 根据权利要求3所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,在流道结构上形成四个流道定位孔,两个所述流道定位孔与另外两个所述流道定位孔分别位于环状壳体的两侧,呈轴对称分布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,通过冲裁或激光切割的方式去除流道结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,采用振膜注塑工装对环状壳体进行定位,之后在振膜注塑工装中充入硅胶材料,注塑形成振膜。
- 根据权利要求6所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,注塑形成振膜时,振膜注塑工装中的温度大于190度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,在形成振膜之间,先进行粗切除,将不直接与环状壳体连接的流道切断和/或 切除。
- 根据权利要求1所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,在去除流道结构后,将环状壳体装配到声学装置的主壳体上,在主壳体上装配磁路系统,在振膜上安装音圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的声学器件的加工方法,其特征在于,在去除流道结构后,在环状壳体上装配磁路系统,在振膜上安装音圈。
