Description
本实用新型涉及喷涂设备技术领域,尤其是一种循环式智能喷涂烘干生产线。
鞋子在生产过程中,需要对鞋子大底或鞋面进行喷涂,喷涂后的鞋子需要及时得到干燥,所以需要一种定制的喷涂烘干生产线,现有的喷涂烘干生产线,由于智能化水平不高,导致其存在循环效果不好和工作效率底的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种循环式智能喷涂烘干生产线,具备智能循环和工作效率高的优点,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种循环式智能喷涂烘干生产线,包括机架,所述机架的顶部安装有第一输送带,机架的内侧安装有第二输送带,机架的内侧还设有烘干箱,机架的两端分别设有第一升降器和第二升降器,所述第一升降器和第二升降器连接第一输送带和第二输送带,第一升降器和第二升降器均与机架固定连接,机架的顶部安装有定位机构和托盘,托盘的底边连接第一输送带,托盘的侧边活动连接机架,托盘位于定位机构的下方,定位机构固定连接机架,定位机构的一侧设有扫描装置、第一喷涂机器人和第二喷涂机器人,第一喷涂机器人和第二喷涂机器人分别位于烘干箱的两侧,第一喷涂机器人的一侧设有扫描装置,所述扫描装置包括扫描仪驱动装置、扫描仪支架和扫描仪,扫描仪的一端安装有扫描仪驱动装置,扫描仪驱动装置与扫描仪活动连接,扫描仪的底端固定连接扫描仪支架,扫描仪支架的侧边连接机架,扫描仪的下方还设有喷涂框架,喷涂框架的底边连接定位机构。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述托盘上安装有夹紧柱,托盘通过夹紧柱夹紧鞋底的侧边,托盘的底边安装有RFID感应芯片。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型有益效果:本循环式智能喷涂烘干生产线通过两条输送带和两个升降器的配合,使托盘在整个装置中得到循环,工作效率高,托盘通过夹紧柱夹紧鞋底的侧边,鞋底横向放置,节省空间,定位机构上安装的读写头能读取托盘底边安装的RFID感应芯片,将数据传递给喷涂机器人,同时扫描仪对托盘上的工件进行扫描,并将扫描出来的喷涂轨迹传递给喷涂机器人,喷涂机器人智能选择该喷涂的工件,喷涂完毕后,托盘在输送带的输送下进入烘干箱内烘干。本循环式智能喷涂烘干生产线不仅可以在托盘通过夹紧柱夹紧鞋底的侧边,进行鞋底的作业,还可以通过在托盘设置鞋楦头,进行鞋面的作业。

请参阅图1-5,本实用新型实施例中,一种循环式智能喷涂烘干生产线,包括机架1, 机架1的顶部安装有第一输送带2,机架1的内侧安装有第二输送带3,第二输送带3位于第一输送带2的下方,第一输送带2和第二输送带3均用于输送托盘8和托盘8上夹装的工件,机架1的内侧还设有烘干箱4,第一输送带2和第二输送带3均贯穿烘干箱4,第一输送带2和第二输送带3输送托盘8穿过烘干箱4,烘干箱4分为上下两层,其中第一输送带2穿过上层烘干箱4,第二输送带3穿过下层烘干箱4,上下层烘干箱4均可用于烘干,托盘8上的工件会在烘干箱4中进行烘干,机架1的两端分别设有第一升降器5和第二升降器6,第一升降器5和第二升降器6连接第一输送带2和第二输送带3,第一升降器5能将第二输送带3上的托盘8传递到高处,第二升降器6能将第一输送带2上的托盘8传递到低处,通过第一输送带2、第二输送带3、第一升降器5和第二升降器6的配合,托盘8和托盘8上的鞋子在整个装置中得到循环,托盘8上的鞋子在经过扫描后,两个喷涂机器人自动对鞋子进行喷涂,喷涂完毕后,鞋子和托盘8经过烘干箱4,并在烘干箱4内进行烘干,第一输送带2上的鞋子和托盘8不仅会随着升降器向下移动到第二输送带3,还会随着升降器重新回到第一输送带2上,完成循环,工作效率高,第一升降器5和第二升降器6均与机架1固定连接,机架1的顶部安装有定位机构7和托盘8,托盘8上安装有夹紧柱16,托盘8通过夹紧柱16夹紧鞋子的侧边,鞋子横向放置,可以节省空间,鞋子不仅可以鞋底朝上也可以鞋面朝上,托盘8的底边安装有RFID感应芯片17,定位机构7上安装的读写头能读取RFID感应芯片17,并将数据传递给第一喷涂机器人10和第二喷涂机器人11,托盘8的底边连接第一输送带2,托盘8的侧边活动连接机架1,托盘8位于定位机构7的下方,定位机构7的内侧还安装有读写头,读写头用于读取托盘8底边安装的RFID感应芯片17数据,定位机构7固定连接机架1,定位机构7的一侧设有扫描装置9、第一喷涂机器人10和第二喷涂机器人11,第一喷涂机器人10和第二喷涂机器人11均可用于喷涂,第一喷涂机器人10和第二喷涂机器人11分别位于烘干箱4的两侧,第一喷涂机器人10和第二喷涂机器人11的顶部均安装有喷头,第一喷涂机器人10的一侧设有扫描装置9,扫描装置9包括扫描仪驱动装置12、扫描仪支架13和扫描仪14,扫描仪14的一端安装有扫描仪驱动装置12,扫描仪驱动装置12与扫描仪14活动连接, 扫描仪14位于托盘8的正上方,扫描仪14能对托盘8上面的工件进行扫描,并将扫描出来的喷涂轨迹传递给喷涂机器人,扫描仪14的底端固定连接扫描仪支架13,扫描仪支架13的侧边连接机架1,扫描仪14的下方还设有喷涂框架15,喷涂框架15的底边连接定位机构7。
综上所述:本循环式智能喷涂烘干生产线通过两条输送带和两个升降器的配合,使托盘8在整个装置中得到循环,工作效率高,托盘8通过夹紧柱16夹紧鞋底的侧边,鞋底横向放置,节省空间,定位机构7上安装的读写头能读取托盘8底边安装的RFID感应芯片17,将数据传递给喷涂机器人,同时扫描仪14对托盘8上的工件进行扫描,并将扫描出来的喷涂轨迹传递给喷涂机器人,喷涂机器人智能选择该喷涂的工件,喷涂完毕后,托盘8在输送带的输送下进入烘干箱4内烘干。
