Definitions
- the present invention relates to a film packaging tissue in which a pop-up bundle obtained by folding a plurality of tissue papers is wrapped with a film.
- the main form of tissue paper is a paper box packaging form in which a bundle of pop-up tissue paper is stored in a paper storage box called a carton, but the pop-up tissue paper bundle is made of a resin film.
- Packaged film packaging products are also becoming popular.
- the product of this film packaging form is also called a film pack tissue and a film packaging tissue, and has an advantage that it is easy to make it compact and inexpensive because it does not require a storage box.
- a straight perforation for forming a straight outlet is formed along the longitudinal direction at the central portion in the short direction of the top surface. In general, an outlet is formed.
- the film packaging tissue of the general outlet shape is a resin packaging film whose outer layer is soft unlike the paper box packaging form, after one set of tissue is pulled out, it is exposed from the outlet next. Many tissue papers did not stand up and lay down on the top surface, and it was often difficult to grasp the exposed portions when they were used next time.
- a main problem of the present invention is to provide a film packaging tissue in which a portion of tissue paper exposed from the outlet is likely to stand up after the tissue paper is pulled out from the outlet.
- the first means is A film packaging tissue in which a bundle of pop-up tissue paper is wrapped by a resin packaging film,
- the perforation for forming the outlet is formed annularly and along the bundle longitudinal direction,
- the edge of the take-out port formed by the tearing of the take-out forming perforation has a guide edge that moves each side edge in the bundle longitudinal direction of the tissue paper in the bundle short direction, This is a film packaging tissue.
- the second means is The edge of the take-out port formed by tearing the perforation for forming the take-out port has a support portion that supports the edge in the longitudinal direction of the bundle of tissue paper moved in the short direction of the bundle.
- the third means is The guide edges are curved edges formed at both ends of the take-out bundle in the longitudinal direction of the bundle, and bulge outward in the longitudinal direction of the bundle. It is the film packaging tissue which concerns on the said 1st or 2nd means to move so that it may wind in toward.
- the fourth means is The guide edge portion is a portion having a substantially circular shape with a diameter equal to or larger than the width in the bundle short direction of the take-out port formed at both ends in the bundle length direction of the take-out port.
- the fifth means is The support portion is a corner portion located at both ends in the bundle longitudinal direction of the take-out port, and the edge in the bundle longitudinal direction of the tissue paper moved in the bundle transverse direction is located. It is.
- the sixth means is
- the guide edges are a pair of bulging edges in which the portion from the longitudinal center to both ends of the longitudinal edge of the outlet bulges toward the longitudinal edge facing in the short direction of the bundle.
- a film packaging tissue according to one means.
- a film packaging tissue in which a portion of tissue paper exposed from the outlet is likely to stand up after the tissue paper is pulled out from the outlet.
- a tissue paper bundle 3 formed by folding a plurality of sets of tissue papers 2 is packaged by a flexible resin packaging film 4.
- tissue paper bundle 3 included in the film packaging tissue 1 the tissue paper 2 is folded in two, and the folded piece 2B of the other tissue paper 2 positioned vertically is positioned on the folded inner side 2A. In this way, a plurality of tissue papers 2 are folded and laminated, and when one folded piece located at the uppermost position is pulled upward, the other folded piece adjacent immediately below is folded upward. It is a pop-up tissue paper bundle 3 that is lifted by dragging.
- the tissue paper bundle 3 can be manufactured by a known interfolder of a multi-stand type or a rotary type.
- Each tissue paper 2 constituting the bundle 3 of tissue papers 2 has a ply structure in which two to three thin papers having crepes are laminated to form a set.
- the tissue paper 2 is a dry type that is dried, and is not a so-called wet type that is impregnated with a chemical solution.
- the tissue paper bundle 3 has a pair of long side surfaces 3B in which the folded edges 2C of the tissue papers 2 are arranged, and a pair of short side surfaces 3A in which the folded edges 2C are not arranged. It has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a pair of flat surfaces (upper and lower surfaces) 3C connected to the side surface 3A and the long side surface 3B.
- the packaging form of the film packaging tissue 1 according to the present invention is selected from known packaging types. For example, three-way closed packaging, four-sided closed packaging, gusset packaging, pillow packaging, and caramel packaging can be exemplified. Gusset packaging and pillow packaging are suitable, and in particular, the illustrated gusseted pillow packaging. In particular, the effect of the present invention becomes remarkable when the overlapping portion of the packaging film is heat-sealed at a position facing the short side surface 3A where the folding edges 2C of the tissue paper 2 in the tissue paper bundle 3 are not lined up. It is pillow packaging with a gusset in which the heat-sealing part 30 which becomes.

- the tissue paper bundle 3 is a pop-up type, when the uppermost tissue paper 2 of the bundle 3 is pulled out by forming the outlet 6, the next tissue paper located immediately below the tissue paper 2 is pulled out. Is exposed from the outlet 6.
- the take-out forming perforation 5 has an annular shape formed by die cutting, and is in particular the extending direction of the folded edge 2C of the tissue paper 2 at the center of the short direction 3x of the bundle 3. It is elongated along the longitudinal direction 3y of the bundle 3 and has a length L2 that is shorter than the longitudinal length L1 of the bundle 3. Therefore, by tearing the perforation forming perforation 5 and removing the area surrounded by the perforation forming perforation 5, the outlet 6 having the same shape as the area surrounded by the perforation forming perforation 5 can be obtained. It is formed.
- the outlet 6 has a guide edge for moving the side edges 2E, 2E in the bundle longitudinal direction 3y of the tissue paper 2 in the bundle short direction 3x when the tissue paper 2 is pulled out. 6A. - a part of the tissue paper 2 that is next pulled out and exposed is likely to stand up. In the next use, it becomes easy to grasp a part of the standing state.
- the guide edge portion 6A can be a portion having a substantially circular shape formed at both ends in the bundle longitudinal direction of the outlet 6 as shown in FIG.
- the width between the longitudinal edges 6y and 6y of the outlet 6 between the substantially circular shapes is preferably narrower than the diameter of the substantially circular portion.
- FIG. 4 when the topmost tissue paper 2 of the bundle 3 is pulled out, a part of the next tissue paper 2 positioned immediately below the bundle is pulled out from the opening, and the bundle of tissue paper 2 to be pulled out is pulled out.
- the side edges 2E and 2E in the longitudinal direction are easily moved along the circumference of the circular shape 6A that is the guide edge 6A.
- a portion of the tissue paper 2 exposed from the take-out port 6 is formed with a substantially cylindrical portion in both longitudinal side portions 2E and 2E, and this tends to be a highly self-supporting shape having a pillar structure. Even in this form, after pulling out the tissue paper from the outlet 6, the tissue paper 2 exposed from the outlet 6 is likely to stand upright. A part of becomes easy to grasp.
- the diameter of the circular shape may be determined as appropriate according to the paper strength or the like of the tissue paper in consideration of the entrainment property of each side edge on the longitudinal side when it is pulled out.

It is easy to be deformed into a high shape, and when it has the support part 6B, the deformed state is easily maintained by the support part 6B, and then a part of the tissue paper exposed from the outlet 6 is likely to stand upright. In the next use, a part of the tissue paper exposed from the outlet 6 is easily grasped.
- the longitudinal length L2 of the outlet forming perforation 5 according to the present invention is preferably 80% to 90% of the longitudinal length L1 of the bundle 3, more preferably 84% to It is desirable to be 88%.
- the tissue paper 2 exposed from the outlet 6 is easily guided by the guide edge 6A and is easily supported by the support 6B.
- the resistance when pulling out tissue paper from the outlet 6 does not increase excessively.
- Specific flexible resinous film materials constituting the packaging film 4 according to the present invention are polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyester film, polyethylene terephthalate film, nylon film, vinylidene chloride film, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer. And a gas barrier film obtained by subjecting these films to a surface treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition. From the viewpoint of cost, a polypropylene film and a polyethylene film are preferable.
- the thickness of the film material is preferably 20 to 60 ⁇ m. It is easy to secure rigidity to guide tissue paper. When the thickness is less than 20 ⁇ m, there is a problem that it is easily broken during use. When the thickness is 60 ⁇ m or more, the film becomes hard and the usability is deteriorated.
- the thickness of the film material is measured using a dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring instrument) “PEACOCK G-1A type” (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho) in the standard state.
- the specific measurement procedure is to confirm that there is no dust, dust, etc. between the plunger and the measurement table. Then, lower the plunger on the measurement table and move the dial thickness gauge memory to set the zero point. Align, then raise the plunger and place the sample on the test bench, slowly lower the plunger and read the gauge at that time. At this time, only the plunger is placed.
- the thickness is an average value obtained by measuring 10 times.
- tissue paper bundle 3 and the tissue paper 2 in the film packaging tissue 1 according to the present invention are preferably as follows.
- the tissue paper is likely to be moved by the guide edge 6A, and a portion of the tissue paper exposed from the outlet 6 is likely to stand upright.

- the tissue paper bundle 3 preferably has a height of 30 to 50 mm, a longitudinal length of 155 to 215 mm, and a lateral length of 100 to 130 mm.
- the number of sets required for tissue paper products can be sufficiently large, and the size and number of sets sufficient for use as tissue paper 2 can be obtained. However, the independence of tissue paper is unlikely to decline.
- the tissue paper bundle 3 is manufactured by a rotary type interfolder.
- the bundle MD direction of the tissue paper matches the short direction of the bundle. That is, when a part of the tissue paper exposed from the outlet is in an upright state, the MD direction with high paper strength becomes the vertical direction, so that the state in which the tissue paper is partly self-supported is easily maintained.
- tissue paper 2 according to the present invention may be a chemical application type to which a moisturizing agent or the like is applied, but the present invention is a non-humidifying general-purpose tissue paper 2 to which a moisturizing agent or the like is not particularly applied. Is more desirable because it is more self-sustaining.
- the basis weight per thin paper sheet constituting each ply of the tissue paper 2 is preferably 10.0 to 13.0 g / m 2 .
- the basis weight here is based on the measuring method of JIS P 8124 (1998).
- the specific paper thickness of a set of tissue paper is desirably in the range of 80 to 200 ⁇ m.
- the paper thickness is measured by thoroughly adjusting the tissue paper under the conditions of JIS P8111 (1998), and then using the dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring instrument) "PEACOCK G type" (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho) under the same conditions. Use the measured value.
- the terminal of the plunger is made of metal and a circular plane having a diameter of 10 mm is perpendicular to the plane of the paper.
- the load at the time of measuring the thickness is about 70 gf at 120 ⁇ m.
- the thickness is an average value obtained by performing measurement 10 times. If it is the range of said basic weight and paper thickness, tissue paper will be easy to be guided by 6 A of guide edge parts, and will be in an upright state easily.
- the paper strength of the tissue paper 2 is preferably 200 to 600 cN / 25 mm in the dry paper strength in the MD direction and 100 to 250 cN / 25 mm in the dry paper strength in the CD direction. Paper strength can be achieved by adjusting papermaking raw materials such as addition of paper strength agent during papermaking. Further, it is desirable that the elongation (tensile elongation at break) in the MD direction of the tissue paper is 5 to 15%. Within this paper power range, the tissue paper is easily guided by the guide edge and is easy to stand on its own.
- the tissue paper 2 preferably has a softness of 0.90 to 1.30 CN / 100 mm.
- Softness is one of the indices of softness.
- the softness according to the present invention is measured according to a handle ohm method according to JIS L 1096 E method. However, the test piece is 100 mm ⁇ 100 mm in size, and the clearance is 5 mm. The measurement is performed 5 times each in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction with 1 ply, and the average value of all 10 times is expressed in units of cN / 100 mm. Within this softness range, the tissue paper is easily guided by the guide edge.
- the tissue paper 2 preferably has an MMD of 7.5 to 9.0.
- MMD is an indicator of smoothness. When the MMD is in the above range, the slipperiness with the packaging film is moderate, and within this softness range, the tissue paper is easily guided by the guide edge.
- the MMD is a value measured using a friction feeling tester KES-SE, KES-SESRU manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd. and their corresponding machines.
- the MMD is a degree of variation indicating how much variation occurs from the MIU (average friction coefficient), and the smaller the numerical value, the smoother.
- the measurement conditions according to the present invention are substantially the same as the direction in which the tension is applied while bringing the contact surface of the friction element into contact with the surface of the measurement sample to which a tension of 20 g / cm is applied in a predetermined direction at a contact pressure of 25 g. Move 2 cm in the same direction at a speed of 0.1 cm / s. The measurement is performed 10 times, and the average value is taken as MMD.
- the standard piano wire sensor attached to the friction element is used. This piano wire sensor has 20 piano wires having a diameter of 0.5 mm adjacent to each other, and has a contact surface formed so that the length and width are both 10 mm.
- the contact surface is formed with a unit bulging portion whose tip is formed of 20 piano wires (with a radius of curvature of 0.25 mm).
- NBKP and LBKP are blended.
- waste paper pulp may be blended, it is preferable that it is composed only of NBKP and LBKP in terms of texture and the like.
- the film packaging tissue 1 according to the present invention can be particularly manufactured as shown in FIG. First, the tissue paper 2 is folded in half by an inter-folder such as a multi-stand type or a rotary type, and a folded piece 2B of another tissue paper 2 positioned up and down is positioned on the folded inner side 2A.
- the tissue paper bundle 3 is formed in a pop-up type substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape.
- the tissue paper bundle 3 is conveyed with the short side surface 3A where the folded edges 2C of the tissue paper 2 are not lined up in the front-rear direction.
- This conveyance can be performed by a belt conveyor or the like.
- the continuous packaging film 14 is fed out from a film roll 40 on which a continuous long packaging film 14 is wound, and the tissue paper 2 is taken out at regular intervals by the die cut roll 16 to the conveyed continuous packaging film 14.
- a take-out forming perforation 5 serving as a forming portion is formed.
- the shape of the perforation for forming the outlet may be formed by appropriately forming a cutter blade pattern on the peripheral surface of the die cut roll.
- the conveyance direction of the tissue paper bundle 3 and the conveyance direction of the continuous packaging film 14 are matched, and the tissue paper bundle 3 is conveyed under the perforation 5 for forming the outlet of the continuous packaging film while conveying the tissue paper bundle 3.
- the tissue paper bundle 3 is wrapped around and wrapped around the edge of the continuous wrapping film 14 and heat-sealed at a position facing the short side surface 3A of the tissue paper bundle 3 at the same time as this heat-sealing treatment. Or it cuts after that and makes it an individual package (packaging process). It is good also as pillow packaging with a gusset by forming a gusset in the long side surface 3B side of the tissue paper bundle 3 at the time of heat sealing
- the tissue paper contained therein was drawn out, and the take-out resistance value, the pop-up property, and the self-supporting property of the tissue paper were tested.
- the extraction resistance value was measured by the following procedures (1) to (3).
- (3) The average value of the first to fifth sets and the average value of the sixth to tenth sets are calculated from the top layer of the bundle.
- the pop-up property is a continuous operation of pulling out all the tissue papers that make up the bundle, and a portion of the tissue paper next to the pulled-out tissue paper is not exposed from the take-out port. The number of pairs and the number of times the depression occurred were measured. Moreover, operation which pulls out all the tissue paper which comprises a bundle was performed continuously, and the number of sets from the bundle upper part when the whole packaging film floated was measured.
- tissue paper The self-supporting nature of tissue paper means that among the tissue papers that make up the bundle, the tissue paper is pulled out one by one from the top of the bundle to the 11th to 20th sets, and the next set is self-standing almost perpendicular to the top surface.
- the number of pairs was measured. Of the 10 sets, the number of sets in an upright state was evaluated as ⁇ for 8 sets or more, ⁇ for 7 to 5 sets, ⁇ for 4 to 3 sets, and ⁇ for 2 sets or less.
- the form of the film packaging tissue according to each example, the dimensions of the outlet, the shape and physical properties of the tissue paper bundle to be included, the physical properties of the packaging film, etc. are shown in Table 1 below together with the results.
- the shape of the outlet according to the first embodiment is as shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the outlet according to the second embodiment is as shown in FIG. 4, and the shape of the outlet according to the third embodiment is as shown in FIG.
- the shape of the outlet according to Example 4 is as shown in FIG. 5, and the shape of the outlet according to Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was formed by cleaving a straight perforation. It is a slit-shaped outlet shape.
- Examples 1 to 4 of the present invention are related to pop-up properties, and the number of pairs from the top of the bundle when falling into the interior can be generated only in the number of pairs that is much closer to the bottom than the comparative example. There is also a tendency for the number of declines to be small. Moreover, there was no thing which floated with the packaging film. The tissue paper also showed superiority in standing, and in particular, Example 2 and Example 3 were very excellent. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 to 4, the results of each test are inferior to the examples of the present invention regardless of the film thickness, the length in the longitudinal direction, and the like.
- the film packaging tissue according to the present invention is a film packaging tissue in which the tissue paper exposed from the outlet next tends to stand up after the tissue paper is pulled out from the outlet.
