Definitions
- the invention relates to a coupling device for a drive train of a vehicle having a first coupling component for torque introduction and a second coupling component for torque transmission, wherein the second coupling component is rotationally decoupled from the first coupling component, wherein first friction elements of the first coupling component and second friction elements of the second coupling component are connected to transmit torque ,
- a generic coupling device is known from WO 2014/139526 A1.
- This discloses a coupling device comprising an input side and an output side rotatably disposed about an axis and having at least a first friction partner and at least a second friction partner, the first friction partner is torque-connected to the input side, wherein the second friction partners torque-locking with the output side is connected, wherein the first and the second friction partners are frictionally engageable by a contact force to transmit a torque between the input side and the output side, wherein at least one spring means is provided, which increases the contact pressure of the coupling device.
- Such spring means are generally designed as leaf springs, which can generate a self-amplification of the contact pressure due to their installation angle.
- the load of the leaf springs is dependent on the number of friction elements that transmit their moment on the leaf springs to a hub.
- centrifugal clutch which, on the one hand, has a centrifugal force-switching switching device in the centrifugal clutch, which serves as a starting element, and, on the other hand, a driver-actuatable disengaging device as a clutch which opens and closes the closed centrifugal clutch against the centrifugal force .
- the second clutch component has a further centrifugally dependent switching switching device.
- both a start of the motor vehicle at a high rotational speed of the drive and a driving at low speeds, for example, in a partial load operation allows in which a centrifugally induced disengagement of the centrifugal clutch takes place only at lower speeds.
- the object of the present invention is to at least partially solve the problems known from the prior art.
- a coupling device is to be specified, which can be assembled successively by a modular structure as possible.

- the pressure disk 15 can be displaced only along a predetermined path 41 along the axial direction 12. This path 41 is limited by a stop 42 which is formed with the hub 8.
- the first assembly 31 also includes the second bolts 28, which are attached to the pressure washer 15.
- FIG. 4 shows a second assembly 32 of the coupling device 1 according to FIG. 2 in a perspective view.
- FIG. 5 shows a view of the second subassembly 32 according to FIG. 4 from below along the axis of rotation 2. FIGS. 4 and 5 will be described jointly below.
- the second assembly 32 includes the first assembly 31 and the first centrifugal force unit 24; wherein the first centrifugal force unit 24 rotatably connected to the hub 8 and is arranged via a locking ring 35 on the hub.
- the first centrifugal force unit 24 has a base plate 40 which has tongues 39 on an inner peripheral surface which engage in grooves 38 of the hub 8 and thus ensure a rotationally fixed arrangement of the first centrifugal force unit 24 on the hub 8.
- the second assembly 32 additionally includes the third bolts 30 fixed to the first disk 27.
- FIG. 6 shows a third assembly 33 of the coupling device 1 according to FIG. 2 in a perspective view and additionally the output shaft 9.
- the third assembly 33 comprises the first coupling component 3 and a second centrifugal force unit 26, which is non-rotatably connected to the first coupling component 2.
- the third assembly 33 is rotatably disposed opposite to the output shaft 9.
- Fig. 7 shows a coupling device 1 according to Fig. 2 with first, second, third and fourth assembly 31, 32, 33, 34 and the output shaft 9, in a perspective view.
- the fourth assembly 34 includes the first friction elements 5 and the second friction elements 6.
- the output shaft 9 is additionally shown.
- FIG. 8 shows a hub 8 of the coupling device 1 according to FIG. 2 in a perspective view. Reference is made to the above statements, in particular to FIG. 2.
- the hub 8 has bores for receiving the fourth bolt 37 for fastening the second leaf spring ends 23.
- Fig. 9 shows a pressure plate 1 1 of the coupling device 1 of FIG. 2 in a perspective view. Reference is made to the above statements, in particular to FIG. 2.
- the pressure plate 1 1 has holes on the one hand for receiving the second ends 17 of the first pin 16 and the first leaf spring ends 22 and on the other hand for the second pin 28.
