Description

锁具及具有其的托盘箱 技术领域
本发明总地涉及集装箱运输的技术领域,更具体地涉及一种锁具及具有其的托盘箱。
背景技术
为了便于装卸货物和空箱叠放运输,托盘箱的端、侧壁通常设置为可拆卸或可折叠的形式。托盘箱的端壁上就需要设置与相邻的侧壁立柱连接的锁具对相邻的端壁和侧壁进行锁紧,使其在装载货物时保持相对固定状态。
如图1所示,为现有的一种托盘箱锁具。此锁具打开时,首先将止挡件113′向上移动使其完全脱离锁钩111′,操作人员向下转动手柄112′,使锁钩111′脱离侧壁立柱21′,此时端壁和侧壁没有连接锁具的约束,可以进行拆卸或折叠。目前这种锁具的使用具有局限性,因为转动手柄112′的过程中需要单手握住,这样就对操作空间(端壁板10′外表面与手柄112′内侧之间的垂直距离)有要求,由于锁具要位于端壁板10′外表面与端壁立柱11′外表面之间的垂直距离(即端壁的厚度)内,即锁具不能超出端壁立柱11′外表面,且手柄112′内侧到端壁板10′外表面之间的距离必须保证手指能够正常插入以握住手柄112′,所以,当端壁厚度较小时,端壁板10′外表面与手柄112′内侧之间的垂直距离小,不能保证手指正常插入时,此锁具就不再适用于这样的托盘箱。另外,这种锁具还需要有单独设置的止挡件113′,结构复杂,操作时需要双手操作,一手移动止挡件113′,另一手转动手柄112′,操作不方便。
为了增大托盘箱的容积和减小托盘箱折叠后的高度,从而提高托盘箱的装载量和空箱运输量,减小物流运输成本,目前托盘箱的端、侧壁厚度都设计的尽量小,此种现有技术的锁具不适用。
因此,需要提供一种锁具及具有其的托盘箱,以至少部分地解决上述问题。
发明内容
为至少部分地解决上述问题,本发明提供一种锁具,用于托盘箱,所述托盘箱上与所述锁具对应的位置设置有锁孔,锁具包括:
锁杆,所述锁杆的第一端设置有与所述锁孔配合以实现锁紧的钩头,所述锁杆上设置有连接部,所述锁杆通过所述连接部可转动地连接至所述托盘箱的箱体,并且随着所述锁杆绕所述连接部在平行于所述箱体的外表面的平面内转动,所述钩头伸入所述锁孔或从所述锁孔退出,实现所述锁具的锁紧或解锁;以及

锁杆120的一端设置有钩头121,钩头121垂直于锁杆120并从锁杆120向外延伸,在托盘箱上与锁具100安装位置的对应位置处设置有锁孔,锁具100通过钩头121与锁孔的配合实现对托盘箱的锁紧。锁杆120的中部设有轴孔122,轴孔122所在的平面与锁杆120与钩头121所在的平面平行。如图8所示,可以通过诸如定位轴140等穿过轴孔122将锁杆120安装至托盘箱的外表面上,如此锁杆120可以绕定位轴140转动,并且随着锁杆120的转动实现钩头121伸入或者退出锁孔。优选地,在保证连接 强度的前提下,定位轴140可以采用螺纹连接或销钉等可拆卸的连接方式,这样可以方便锁具100的维护与更换。应当理解,轴孔122也可以直接设置为与锁杆120一体成型并垂直于锁杆120与钩头121所在平面的轴的形式,也就是说,只要保证锁杆120能够绕连接至托盘箱的连接部在平行于托盘箱外表面的平面内转动即可,本发明对锁杆120连接至托盘箱的具体结构形式不做限定。
在锁杆120上与钩头121相对的第二端,设置有手柄安装部123。手柄110通过手柄安装部123安装至锁杆120,并可绕手柄安装部123转动,从而使得锁具100安装至托盘箱时,随着手柄110绕手柄安装部123的转动,手柄110与托盘箱的外表面之间的角度在预定范围内变化。具体地,如图2和图3所示,手柄安装部123为U形槽。如图8所示,U形槽设置为当锁具100安装至托盘箱时,U形槽的开口朝向远离托盘箱的方向。U形槽的两个侧壁上设有对称的通孔124,如图4所示,手柄110的连接端111对应位置处也设置有安装孔115。连接时,手柄110的连接端111从U形槽的开口插入,并通过连接轴127与通孔124和安装孔115的配合将手柄110与锁杆120连接在一起。这样,手柄110即可绕连接轴127转动。优选地连接轴127可以采用螺纹连接或销钉等可拆卸的形式,以方便锁具100的维护与零部件的更换。其中,当手柄110与钩头121平行时,手柄110与钩头121的延伸方向相反,方便对锁具100进行操作。进一步优选地,U形槽远离手柄110的一端设置有封闭面126,可以增加手柄安装部123的强度。
如图4所示,手柄110大致为长条状,具有连接端111和操作端117。为方便操作,操作端117的厚度小于连接端111的厚度,这样当手柄110靠近托盘箱时,操作端117的内侧面与托盘箱外表面具有一定的操作空间,使得手指可以伸入其中抬起手柄,以便进一步握住手柄110。应当理解,手柄110也可以设置为沿长度方向具有预定的弧度的弧形,并且弧形朝向远离托盘箱的方向突出,或者其他能够保证手柄110的内侧距托盘箱外表面具有足够操作空间的结构。
在手柄110的连接端111处,设置有沿手柄110的厚度方向贯通的凹槽部112,其中安装孔115位于凹槽部112的沿手柄110长度方向的两个侧壁上,也即,当手柄110安装至锁杆120时,连接轴127穿过凹槽部112。优选地在连接轴127上套装扭簧130,扭簧130位于凹槽部112内。如图5 所示,扭簧130具有第一受力端131和第二受力端132。安装时,扭簧130的第一受力端131抵靠在手柄安装部123的底壁125朝向手柄110的侧面,第二受力端132抵靠在手柄110的远离底壁125的侧面。这样,当锁具100安装至托盘箱时,扭簧130对手柄110施加力的作用使得手柄110具有抵靠托盘箱的外表面的趋势,防止手柄110绕连接轴127自由转动至突出于托盘箱的最外表面造成碰撞或损坏或托盘箱载货运输中锁具受颠簸意外打开。
优选地,在手柄110上第二受力端132抵靠的位置,设置有限位槽113,第二受力端132位于限位槽113内,这样可以使扭簧130的位置保持固定,防止扭簧130沿连接轴127的轴向上下窜动。进一步优选地,在手柄110的朝向底壁125的侧面与扭簧130的第一受力端131对应的位置,设置有避让槽114,这样,当手柄110绕连接轴127转动时,第一受力端131进入避让槽114的空间,避免连接端111与第一受力端131产生干涉而影响手柄110的转动。
由于凹槽部112的存在,安装孔115距连接端111的端部必然会有一定的距离,这样,在手柄安装部123厚度受限的情况下,当手柄110转动时,连接端111的端部将与手柄安装部123的底壁125产生干涉。从而影响手柄110的转动。因此,在连接端111的端部朝向底壁125的侧面设置第一斜面116,如图6所示,第一斜面116与底壁125的角度为F。这样,第一斜面116的存在,使得手柄110可以绕连接轴127转动最大约F角度,如图7所示。
如图8至图9所示,锁具100通过锁座150安装至托盘箱的端壁板10上靠近端壁立柱11的位置处。在锁座150上锁具100的安装位置处还设置有加强板190,用以增加强度。如图10所示,在端壁立柱11上与锁具100的钩头121对应位置处设置有贯通端壁立柱11的长通孔12,如图11所示,在侧壁立柱21的朝向端壁立柱11的侧壁上与长通孔12对应的位置处,设置有锁孔22。当锁具100锁紧时,操作手柄110使锁杆120绕定位轴140转动,钩头121朝向端壁立柱11移动并穿过长通孔12进入锁孔22,继续转动,使得钩头121的上表面128勾住侧壁立柱21的朝向端壁立柱11的侧壁,防止托盘箱的侧壁在水平方向向外移动,如图9所示,这样就实现了锁具100的锁紧。然后操作手柄110绕连接轴127转动使其贴靠端壁板10的外表面。
优选地,在锁杆120的设置钩头121的一端,设置有止动部129。止动部129与钩头121的延伸方向相反,并且预先设定止动部129的长度和位置使得当锁具100锁紧时,止动部129的下端抵靠或靠近锁孔22的下侧壁。进一步优选地,预先设置锁孔22的长度,使得锁杆120的与钩头121连接的侧面抵靠在锁孔22的上侧壁,即止动部129的末端距锁杆120的与钩头121连接的侧面的距离A等于或略小于锁孔22的长度B,这样可以防止侧壁上下方向的移动,使锁紧更加牢固。优选地,在止动部129的末端设置有与止动部129的下侧面相交的倒角,可以避免在锁紧和松开的运动过程中止动部129与锁孔22的下侧壁之间的干涉。
优选地,在锁座150上与锁具100锁紧时的手柄110对应的位置处设置第一限位部151和第二限位部152,第一限位部151和第二限位部152对手柄110固定使锁具100保持锁紧状态,并且使手柄110保持贴靠端壁板10的状态,避免手柄110绕连接轴127转动至突出于端壁板10的外表面而导致解锁或者产生碰撞造成损坏。其中,第一限位部151和第二限位部152可以通过诸如焊接等方式固定连接至锁座150,也可以与锁座150一体成型。
在第一限位部151的朝向手柄110的侧面,可以设置有如图12所示的半球形的突出部153,突出部153的顶点距第二限位部152的相对面的距离略小于手柄110上与突出部153对应位置处的宽度。这样,在锁具100锁紧时,手柄110被限定在突出部153与端壁板10的外表面之间,并且由于突出部153的顶点距第二限位部152的相对面的距离略小于手柄110上与突出部153对应位置处的宽度,手柄110保持被限位的状态而无法自由脱出。优选地,在手柄110上与突出部153对应的位置处的两侧,设置有第一导向面118和第二导向面119,具体地可以是弧形面或斜面,这样通过第一导向面118和第二导向面119与突出部153的配合,可以方便的对手柄110进行限位和解除限位。
当锁具100处于解锁状态时,由于手柄110受到重力的作用,会使锁具100产生绕定位轴140向锁紧位置转动的趋势。因此,在锁座150设置支撑部154,以对解锁状态时的手柄110进行支撑,以防止锁具100在手柄110的带动下自动旋转锁紧。其中,支撑部154可以通过诸如焊接等方式固定连接至锁座150,也可以与锁座150一体成型。优选地,支撑部154的位置可以与第一导向面118和第二导向面119的位置对应。
优选地,如图17和图18所示,锁座150′与支撑部154′、第一限位部151′和第二限位部152′一体成型,并且支撑部154′具有突出于锁座150′的表面并延伸至第二限位部152′处的通长的结构。如图8和图9所示的实施方式中,操作者在打开锁具100的过程中,可能会将手柄110误放在第二限位部152和支撑部154之间的空档内,这样锁具100处于不完全打开的状态,钩头121不能完全退入到端壁立柱11的内部空间内,此时对托盘箱进行折叠,钩头121的最前端可能会划伤侧壁,并且不能完成托盘箱的折叠。而根据本实施方式,操作者需要将手柄110完全提升至支撑部154′处才可将手柄110靠近托盘箱的外表面放置,否则,手柄110会由于支撑部154′的作用处于远离托盘箱外表面的支起的状态,从而起到警示提醒的作用,这样就可以避免锁具100打开不完全的情况发生。根据本实施方式,锁座与支撑部、第一限位部和第二限位部一体成型,这样的结构制做简单,成本低,强度好,并且美观,是一种优选实施方式。
需要指出的是,设置锁座和加强板的目的,均是为了增加托盘箱的强度,防止锁具在锁紧时受力过大导致托盘箱箱体损坏。在保证强度的前提下,可以不设置加强板,甚至不设置锁座而将锁具直接安装至托盘箱的外表面。这时,限位部和支撑部可以连接至托盘箱的外表面。
根据本发明所示的锁具100,其锁紧过程如下:
如图8所示,锁具100处于打开状态。需要进行锁紧时,操作者将手指伸入手柄110的内侧,向上推动手柄110,使锁具100绕定位轴140转动,使手柄超过支撑部154的顶边,然后,向箱外方向抬起手柄110,使手柄110克服扭簧130的第二受力端132对手柄110的作用力,绕连接轴127转动至最大角度F(此时手柄110的连接端111的最前端面与第一斜面116的相交棱线与手柄安装部123的U形槽底壁125接触,如图7所示)。然后握住手柄110向下转动,使锁杆120绕定位轴140旋转,钩头121先穿过端壁立柱11上的长通孔12,再穿过侧壁立柱21的朝向端壁立柱11的侧壁上的锁孔22,钩头121的上表面128勾住锁孔22的侧壁内侧,止动部129的下端抵靠或靠近锁孔22的下侧壁,锁杆120的与钩头121连接的侧面抵靠在锁孔22的上侧壁(这样使钩头121的锁合受力点尽量靠近定位轴140的轴心水平面,这样可以减小钩头121的锁合力对定位轴140产生的力矩,从而减小锁合状态的手柄110为抵抗此力矩而受到的第二限位部152对手柄的压力,可提高锁具的锁合力)。
锁杆120锁定后,手柄110正对着第一限位部151和第二限位部152之间的区域。将手柄110向端壁板10的方向推动,首先手柄110的第二导向面119与突出部153接触,同时手柄110的另一侧面与第二限位部152的立边接触,用力推进手柄110,使突出部153越过第二导向面119位于第一导向面118的外侧,挡住第一导向面118,将手柄110固定。此时手柄110的内侧贴合在端壁板10上,突出部153保证了手柄110不会向箱外自由旋动,扭簧130进一步使手柄110紧贴端壁板10,阻止手柄110向箱外转动并可防止手柄110突出箱体之外;第一限位部151和第二限位部152还可以保证手柄110不会左右摆动。这样即完成了锁具100对托盘箱的端壁和侧壁的锁紧。
本发明所示锁具100的打开过程如下:
如图9所示,锁具100处于锁紧状态。操作者用手指抬起手柄110,优选在第一导向面118与突出部153之间留有间隙,这样手指就可伸入手柄110与端壁板10之间便于用力,这期间只需克服扭簧130的力量。继续向箱外方向抬起手柄110,此时第一导向面118与突出部153接触,同时克服扭簧130的力量和突出部153的阻力,将手柄抬起至最大角度F,脱离突出部153和第二限位部152。然后握住手柄110向上旋转,锁杆120绕定位轴140旋转,钩头121的最前段脱离侧壁立柱21退入端壁立柱11的内部空间内,此时端壁与侧壁完全脱离。再将手柄110挂放在支撑部154上固定,保证手柄110不会因重力作用绕定位轴140向下旋转而使锁杆120伸出端壁立柱11,进而影响端壁的折叠和组装,或又将端、侧壁锁住。这样锁具完成解锁。解锁后,托盘箱可以进行折叠,也可以进行拆卸。
如图13和图14所示,为根据本发明的第二实施方式的锁具200。
锁具200与锁具100的结构大致相同,不同之处在于,手柄210的连接端211不设置如手柄110的凹槽部,也不安装扭簧。手柄210在抬起过程中不需克服扭簧的作用力;锁具200在锁紧的状态时,没有扭簧给予手柄210的作用力,只靠第一限位部251与第二限位部252配合实现限制手柄210向箱外转动的限位固定的作用。
根据第二实施方式的锁具200与根据第一实施方式的锁具100的操作方式相同,在此不做赘述。
如图15和图16所示为根据本发明的第三实施方式的锁具300。
锁具300与锁具100和锁具200的不同之处在于,锁杆320的手柄安 装部323为T形,T形的立壁相当于U形槽的两个侧壁,手柄310的连接端311设有U形开口,T形的立壁插入手柄310的U形开口中用连接轴327连接。
锁具300处于锁紧状态时,钩头321向下,钩头321与手柄310垂直,手柄310通过第一限位部351和第二限位部352固定。锁具300打开状态时,首先将手柄310抬起约F角度,使之脱离第一限位部351和第二限位部352的约束,向下转动手柄310,锁杆320绕定位轴340转动至钩头321退入端壁立柱31内,此时手柄310在自身重力作用下自然下垂,与端壁立柱31基本平行。
根据第三实施方式的锁具结构简单,省去支撑部,且操作相对省力。但锁具处于锁紧状态时,手柄固定可靠性不如第一和第二实施方式。在同样不设置扭簧的情况下,手柄固定可靠性也不如第二实施方式。锁具处于打开状态时,手柄除了自身重力作用外没有其他约束力,这样手柄会因外力的作用左右摆动,稳定性不如第一和第二实施方式,钩头有可能因外力的作用绕定位轴转动,使钩头伸出端壁立柱,阻碍端壁的组立或折叠。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供一种托盘箱,该托盘箱包括如上所述任一种锁具。
根据本发明的托盘箱锁具,结构简单,加工制造容易,成本低,并且操作灵活、省力,能够适应托盘箱的端壁、侧壁厚度较小的情况。
本发明已经通过上述实施例进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施例只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施例范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。本发明的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种锁具,用于托盘箱,所述托盘箱上与所述锁具对应的位置设置有锁孔,其特征在于,所述锁具包括:
    锁杆,所述锁杆的第一端设置有与所述锁孔配合以实现锁紧的钩头,所述锁杆上设置有连接部,所述锁杆通过所述连接部可转动地连接至所述托盘箱的箱体,并且随着所述锁杆绕所述连接部在平行于所述箱体的外表面的平面内转动,所述钩头伸入所述锁孔或从所述锁孔退出,实现所述锁具的锁紧或解锁;以及
    手柄,所述手柄包括连接端,所述手柄通过所述连接端可转动地连接至所述锁杆的与所述第一端相对的第二端,并且随着所述手柄绕所述连接端转动,所述手柄的位置在靠近相邻所述箱体的外表面和远离相邻所述箱体的外表面之间变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,还包括锁座,所述锁座固定连接至所述箱体,所述锁杆通过所述连接部可转动地连接至所述锁座。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述锁座设置有加强板,所述锁杆通过所述连接部可转动地连接至所述加强板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,还包括支撑部,以使得所述锁具处于解锁状态时,所述手柄被所述支撑部支撑。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,还包括限位部,以使得所述锁具处于锁紧状态时,所述手柄被所述限位部固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述锁杆的所述第二端设置U形槽,所述U形槽的开口朝向远离所述托盘箱的方向,所述手柄的所述连接端插入所述U形槽并使用连接轴穿过所述U形槽的两个侧壁连接,所述手柄可绕所述连接轴转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述U形槽的远离所述手柄的一端封闭设置以增加强度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述连接端的端部的朝向所述U形槽的底壁的一侧设置有第一斜面,以避免在所述手柄转动时所述连接端与所述U形槽的底壁干涉。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的锁具,其特征在于,还包括扭簧,所述扭簧具有第一受力端和第二受力端,所述扭簧套装在所述连接轴上,所述第一受力端抵靠所述U形槽的底壁,所述第二受力端抵靠所述手柄,以使得所 述手柄在所述扭簧的弹性力作用下抵靠所述箱体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述手柄的所述连接端设置有凹槽,所述连接轴穿过所述凹槽,所述扭簧设置于所述凹槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述手柄在与所述扭簧的所述第二受力端对应的位置设置有限位槽以对所述扭簧进行限位。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述手柄的所述连接端设置有U形开口,所述锁杆的所述第二端插入所述U形开口并使用连接轴穿过所述U形开口的两个侧壁连接,所述手柄可绕所述连接轴转动。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述手柄的远离所述连接端的部分的厚度小于所述连接端的厚度,以使得所述手柄的远离所述连接端的部分与所述箱体的外表面之间保持足够的距离。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述锁杆的第一端设置有止动部,所述止动部的延伸方向与所述钩头的延伸方向相反,其中,当所述锁具处于锁紧状态时,所述止动部的末端靠近或抵靠所述锁孔的侧壁。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述止动部的末端设置有倒角以避免所述止动部与所述锁孔的侧壁干涉。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,当所述手柄与所述钩头平行时,所述手柄与所述钩头的延伸方向相反。
  17. 一种托盘箱,其特征在于,所述托盘箱包括如权利要求1至16中任一项所述的锁具。
