Description

一种埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置及埋弧焊机 技术领域
本发明涉及埋弧焊机设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置及埋弧焊机。
背景技术
埋弧焊机是一种利用电弧在焊剂层下燃烧进行焊接的焊接机器,具有焊接质量稳定、焊接生产率高、无弧光及烟尘少等优点。但是,现有的普通埋弧焊机只能用于平对接焊缝和部分大角度的角焊缝焊接,且焊接过程中不能调节,其缺点在于:
1、在角焊缝焊接时,焊枪只能在焊接前调好,焊接过程中焊枪角度不能快速调节或不能调节而影响焊缝成型与焊接质量;
2、对于角度较小的角焊缝,现有埋弧焊机焊枪基本无法调节到坡口里面,且焊枪角度在焊接过程中基本无法调节了;
3、同一台埋弧焊机不能进行多个位置的多种焊缝焊接,针对不同位置的不同焊缝需要购买多台设备,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置及埋弧焊机,以解决现有技术中存在的角焊缝焊接时,焊枪角度不能调节的技术问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置,包括支架,所述支架上连接有行走机构,所述行走机构连接有焊枪,所述支架上设有滑轨,所述行走机构与所述滑轨滑动连接。
进一步的,所述支架包括弧形板,所述弧形板的一条弧形边为所述滑轨,其上设有滑动组件,另一条弧形边上驱动组件;
所述行走机构包括支撑板,所述焊枪与所述支撑板连接,所述支撑板设于所述弧形板的一侧,所述滑动组件和所述驱动组件均设于所述支撑板上。
进一步的,所述滑动组件包括至少一个滑轮,所述滑轮与所述弧形板的弧形边滚动连接,所述滑轮的转轴与所述支撑板固定连接。
进一步的,所述驱动组件包括驱动齿轮,所述弧形板的弧形边上设有与所述驱动齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述驱动齿轮的驱动轴与所述支撑板转动连接。
进一步的,所述驱动齿轮连接有旋转手轮。
进一步的,所述支撑板与所述弧形板之间设有锁紧组件。
进一步的,所述弧形板上设有弧形孔,所述弧形孔的弧度与所述弧形板的弧形边的弧度相同;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1-3所示,一种埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置,包括支架,支架上连接有行走机构,行走机构连接有焊枪1,支架上设有滑轨,行走机构与滑轨滑动连接。
使用过程中,焊枪1通过行走机构带动,可在支架上滑动移动,进而完成焊枪1角度的调节,具体的,支架包括弧形板2,弧形板2的一条弧形边为滑轨,其上设有滑动组件,另一条弧形边上驱动组件;
行走机构包括支撑板3,焊枪1与支撑板3连接,支撑板3设于弧形板2的一侧,滑动组件和驱动组件均设于支撑板3上。.
其中,滑动组件包括至少一个滑轮4,滑轮4与弧形板2的弧形边滚动连接,滑轮4的转轴与支撑板3固定连接。驱动组件包括驱动齿轮5,弧形板2的 弧形边上设有与驱动齿轮5相啮合的齿条10,驱动齿轮5的驱动轴与支撑板3转动连接。
具体使用时,在焊接过程中,当需要进行焊枪1角度调节时,转动驱动齿轮5,驱动齿轮5固定在支撑板3上,驱动齿轮5与齿条10相互转动产生位移,其中,弧形板2固定不动,进而使得驱动齿轮5驱动支撑板3移动,在支撑板3的顶部的滑轮4沿弧形板2的侧边滚动,调节支撑板3移动,可将支撑板3上的焊枪1调节带动至所需位置。
其中,将滑轨设置为弧形结构,利于角度改变,该埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置,可在焊接过程中使用,可快速准确的调节焊枪1到所需角度,使用更加方便。
优选的,驱动齿轮5连接有旋转手轮6。驱动齿轮5的旋转轴与驱动齿轮5固定连接,可通过旋转轴连接旋转手轮6,操作时,人工的手动转动旋转手轮6,即可完成操作,操作简单快捷,安全可靠。
支撑板3与弧形板2之间设有锁紧组件。弧形板2上设有弧形孔7,弧形孔7的弧度与弧形板2的弧形边的弧度相同;
锁紧组件为锁紧手柄8,锁紧手柄8包括手柄本体及螺杆,设于弧形板2远离支撑板3的一侧,螺杆穿过弧形孔7与支撑板3固定连接,手柄本体上设有锁紧螺母,锁紧螺母的外径大于弧形孔7的宽度。
支撑板3与弧形板2之间通过锁紧组件连接,锁紧组件的作用是对支撑板3进行固定,当焊枪1移动至所需位置后,将支撑板3和弧形板2锁紧,避免焊枪1随意移动,确保焊接的正常运行。
具体的,螺杆连接在支撑板上,且穿设过弧形孔7,手柄本体转动,可带动锁紧螺母一同转动,锁紧螺母的外径较大,锁紧螺母旋紧状态时,锁紧螺母 压紧弧形板2,对支撑板3和弧形板2进行限位,避免两者相对移动。当需要调整时,旋转手柄本体,将锁紧螺母旋松,支撑板3和弧形板2可相对移动。
支架还包括安装架9,安装架9与弧形板2连接,安装架9上设有安装孔。
该埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置,整体通过安装架9与埋弧焊机主体连接。
本发明还提供了一种埋弧焊机,包括上述埋弧焊焊枪角度调节装置。
埋弧焊机,可快速调节焊枪1的焊接角度,适用范围更广,适用于平对接焊缝、横对接焊缝,平位置角焊缝、横位置角焊缝等多个位置的焊接。
具体操作方法为:
1、首先旋转锁紧螺母,松开锁紧组件,然后旋转手轮6,使行支撑板3在驱动齿轮5的驱动下,在弧形板2上移动;
2、根据焊缝坡口和坡口角度,将焊枪1移动至所需位置后,旋转锁紧螺母,锁紧螺母将支撑板3和弧形板2锁死,此时即可进行焊接操作。
3、焊接过程中可根据坡口变化随时锁紧螺母及旋转手轮6进行焊枪1角度调节来保证焊缝成型与焊接质量。
其优点为:增大了焊枪1调节角度,使现有埋弧焊机可用于横位置角焊缝焊接,替代原有的CO2半自动焊接,提高了焊接效率,降低了劳动强度。焊接过程中可根据坡口角度快速调节焊枪1角度,改善了焊缝成型与焊接质量。将现有普通埋弧焊的适用范围扩大至横对接焊缝、小角度横位置角焊缝,平位置角焊缝等焊缝,实现了埋弧焊机的一机多用。
