液压板;
护套,与所述液压板固定连接;
调整脚,设置在护套内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板、护套和调整脚之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚在护套内轴向移动进行调平;
至少两个家用电器用底脚相互连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通;
所述的液压板上设置用于单向导通液压介质的单向止流机构。
进一步地,所述的液压板内设置用于液压介质流通的液体流道,所述的单向止流机构设置在液体流道内或者进/出口上。
进一步地,所述的单向止流机构包括单向阀片,所述的单向阀片安装在液压板上与液体流道的进口相配合,以控制液压介质单向流出或者单向流进容纳腔室。
进一步地,所述的单向止流机构还包括挡板,所述的挡板安装在液压板上且位于单向阀片打开方向的一侧,所述的挡板用于阻挡单向阀片过度形变。
进一步地,所述的单向阀片由自恢复弹性形变材料制成,所述的单向阀片盖封在液体流道的进口上,单向阀片在液压介质的压力作用下形变以打开液体流道,并在液压介质流动稳定后在弹性形变力作用下恢复以关闭液体流道;
优选地,所述的单向阀片由不锈钢带、或者高分子材料PEEK、或者高分子材料橡胶弹性体制作。
进一步地,所述的单向止流机构还包括用于单向阀片复位的弹性装置,所述的单向阀片盖堵住液体流道,单向阀片在液压介质的压力作用下移位以打开液体流道,并在液压介质流动稳定后在弹性装置作用下复位以关闭液体流道。
进一步地,所述的单向阀片设置在液体流道内,所述的挡板设置在液体流道的进口上,挡板上设置通孔;所述的弹性装置限位在单向阀片与挡板之间。
进一步地,所述的挡板盖在液体流道的进口上,挡板的中部设置用于液压介质通过的通孔,所述单向阀片的直径大于所述通孔的直径。
进一步地,所述的液压板内设置两条用于液压介质流通的液体流道,所述的单向止流机构设置在其中一条液体流道上;
其中一个家用电器用底脚的液压板内设置有单向止流机构的液体流道与另一个家用电器用底脚的液压板内未设置单向止流机构的液体流道相连通。
本发明的第二发明目的是提供一种具有如上述任意一项所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,至少两个家用电器用底脚通过连通装置连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
本发明的家用电器用底脚相互连通组成家用电器用底脚组件,当洗衣机安装有家用电器用底脚组件,由于地面不平,导致不同的家用电器用底脚的水平高度不同,所述调整脚可以像活塞一样的伸长缩短, 实现内部液压相同,完成洗衣机的自动调整。另外,在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压介质还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的振动噪音大大降低。
本发明的单向止流机构限制液压介质单向导通,这样,在家用电器用底脚受到较大冲击时,当液压介质流向不符合单向止流机构的导通方向时,可避免其突然流动造成家用电器用底脚的突然伸缩变化,当液压介质流向符合单向止流机构的导通方向时,单向止流机构设置一限制开度以避免液压介质大量流通造成家用电器用底脚的突然伸缩变化,极大的提高了家用电器用底脚的稳定性和使用寿命。
本发明的家用电器采用了上述家用电器用底脚实现了自动调平,安装简单方便,降低了家用电器的整机震动及噪音。

进一步地,本实施例所述的液压板101内设置用于液压介质流通的液体流道,所述的单向止流机构600设置在液体流道内或者进/出口上。本实施例通过单向止流机构控制液体流道的单向导通。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的单向止流机构600包括单向阀片601,所述的单向阀片601安装在液压板101上与液体流道的进口相配合,以控制液压介质102单向流出或者单向流进容纳腔室。
如图6所示,作为本实施例单向阀片601的一种实施方式,本实施例所述的单向阀片601由自恢复弹性形变材料制成,所述的单向阀片601盖封在液体流道的进口上,单向阀片601在液压介质102的压力作用下形变以打开液体流道,并在液压介质102流动稳定后在弹性形变力作用下恢复以关闭液体流道。
优选地,所述的单向阀片601由不锈钢带、或者高分子材料PEEK、或者高分子材料橡胶弹性体制作。
进一步地,为了避免大象阀片601的开度过大造成液压介质的快速流道,液压介质的快速流动会造成家用电器用底脚的突然伸缩,本实施例对单向阀片的最大开度进行限制,以实现对液压介质的“限流”作用。具体地,本实施例所述的单向止流机构600还包括挡板602,所述的挡板602安装在液压板101上且位于单向阀片601打开方向的一侧,所述的挡板602用于阻挡单向阀片601过度形变,从而控制单向阀片601的开度。
如图7所示,作为本实施例单向阀片601的另一种实施方式,本实施例的单向阀片601可不具有弹性形变恢复性能,所述的单向止流机构600还包括用于单向阀片复位的弹性装置700,所述的单向阀片601盖堵住液体流道,单向阀片601在液压介质102的压力作用下移位以打开液体流道,并在液压介质102流动稳定后在弹性装置700作用下复位以关闭液体流道。
进一步地,为了避免大象阀片601的开度过大造成液压介质的快速流道,液压介质的快速流动会造成家用电器用底脚的突然伸缩,本实施例对单向阀片的最大开度进行限制,以实现对液压介质的“限流”作用。具体地,所述的单向阀片601设置在液体流道内,所述的挡板602设置在液体流道的进口上,挡板602上设置通孔603;所述的弹性装置700限位在单向阀片601与挡板602之间。
本实施例的弹性装置700为弹簧结构。
进一步地,针对上述实施方式,由于挡板的安装影响到液压介质的流通,本实施例所述的挡板602盖在液体流道的进口上,挡板602的中部设置用于液压介质通过的通孔603,所述单向阀片601的直径大于所述通孔603的直径。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的液压板101内设置两条用于液压介质102流通的液体流道,所述的单向止流机构600设置在其中一条液体流道上;
其中一个家用电器用底脚100的液压板101内设置有单向止流机构的液体流道与另一个家用电器用底脚100的液压板101内未设置单向止流机构600的液体流道相连通。
本实施例还提供了一种具有如上述所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,至少两个家用电器用底脚100通过连通装置连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚一、家用电器用底脚二通过液压管一、液压管二连接。家用电器用底脚一、家用电器用底脚二上各分别设置一个单向止流机构600。家用电器用底脚一、家用电器用底脚二的液压板上各具有两个液体流道一、液体流道二,对应连接液压管一、液压管二。
受外力作用下,家用电器用底脚一中的液压介质流动只能由液压管二流动至家用电器用底脚二,家用电器用底脚二中的液压介质流动只能由液压管一流动至家用电器用底脚一。
一、在家用电器用底脚一、家用电器用底脚二受力均匀,液压介质不再流动时,单向阀片贴合密封液体流道一,即液压介质不会由家用电器用底脚一流向家用电器用底脚二。
二、在家用电器用底脚一受到极大的冲击力时,在家用电器用底脚一液压板的单向阀片自动密封一个液体流道,即液体流道一,进而液压管一。但是液压介质还是能够可以通过液体流道二进入液压管二并进入家用电器用底脚二,而且液压介质压力自动顶开家用电器用底脚二的单向阀片,所述挡板可以对单向阀片限位,防止过大形变对其产生破坏,同时起到节流的作用。
这样使得家用电器用底脚一或者家用电器用底脚二突然收到较大冲击,其中至少一个液体流道在所述单向阀片作用下,自动封闭通向另一个家用电器用底脚的液体流道,降低家用电器用底脚所受到的较大冲击力。一方面会避免我们不期望的家用电器用底脚的突然伸缩变化,另一方面避免了对家用电器用底脚造成较大压力冲击破坏。
实施例二
如图8-图14所示,本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板101;
护套103,与所述液压板101固定连接;
调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质102,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质102压缩/膨胀带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平;
连通装置,连通至少两个家用电器用底脚100实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通;

本实施例所述的连通装置包括液压管200和连通件400,至少两个家用电器用底脚100分别通过液压管200连接至同一连通件400实现连通;所述的单向阀结构800设置在连通件400内。
进一步地,所述的连通件400内设置用于液体介质102流通的液体流道405,所述的单向阀结构800设置在液体流道405内或者进/出口上。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的液体流道405包括第一节流流道和第二节流流道,第一节流流道的直径大于第二节流流道的直径,第一节流流道和第二节流流道的连接处形成密封面406。
所述的单向阀结构800包括阀球801,阀球801设置在第一节流流道内,液压介质102由第一节流流道向第二节流流道流通,阀球801与密封面406配合进行单向密封关闭液体流道405,液压介质102由第二节流流道向第一节流流道流通,阀球801远离密封面406打开液体流道。
进一步地,所述的第一节流流道内设置有用于阻挡阀球801远离密封面406后持续滚动的止挡机构。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的连通件400上设置用于灌注液压介质的灌注口404,灌注口404贯通第一节流流道;所述的灌注口404上密封安装密封装置,密封装置伸入到第一节流流道内形成止挡机构。本实施例通过密封装置同时实现了密封和对阀球801的止挡作用,结构设计更加紧凑巧妙。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的单向阀结构800包括单向阀片,所述的单向阀片安装在连通件内上与液体流道相配合,以控制液压介质单向流通。
进一步地,所述的单向阀片由自恢复弹性形变材料制成,在发生形变后可自身进行弹性复位;
或者,所述的单向阀结构还包括用于单向阀片复位的弹性装置。
本实施例所述的连通装置400包括两路用于液体介质流通的连通通路,两路连通通路上分别设置导通方向互为反向的单向阀结构800。
优选地,所述的连通件400内设置两条液体流道,两条液体流道上分别设置导通方向互为反向的单向阀结构800。
本实施例同时提供与一种具有上述所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,至少两个家用电器用底脚100通过联通装置连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚一、家用电器用底脚二通过液压管一、液压管二连接同一连通件400实现连通。连通件400内部具有对应液压管一、液压管二的液体流道一、液体流道二,连通件400上分别设置两个单向阀结构800对应控制液体流道一、液体流道二的互为反向的单向导通。
受外力作用下,家用电器用底脚一中的液压介质流动只能由液压管二流动至家用电器用底脚二,家用电器用底脚二中的液压介质流动只能由液压管一流动至家用电器用底脚一。
一、在家用电器用底脚一、家用电器用底脚二受力均匀,液压介质不再流动时,连通件400中的阀球可以密封。(也可以不再密封,如阀球后面预压了弹簧,即,仍然密封,即形成了带弹簧的单向阀)。
二、在家用电器用底脚一受到极大的冲击力时,在液压管一连接的连通件400中的阀球紧紧压在贴合密封面,自动密封液体流道一的流路。
三、在家用电器用底脚一受到极大的冲击力时,在液压管二连接的连通件400中的阀球远离贴合密封面,且被螺栓止挡,防止过度远离下次密封作用失效,自动打开液压管二的流路。
这样使得家用电器用底脚一或者家用电器用底脚二突然收到较大冲击,其中至少一个液体流道在所述阀球作用下,自动封闭通向另一个家用电器用底脚的液体流道,降低家用电器用底脚所受到的较大冲击力。一方面会避免我们不期望的家用电器用底脚的突然伸缩变化,另一方面避免了对家用电器用底脚造成较大压力冲击破坏。
实施例三
如图15-图22所示,本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板101;
护套103,与所述液压板101固定连接;
调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质102,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚根据液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得调整脚自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器用底脚达到平衡,液压介质停止领导,实现自动调平。
本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,所述液压板101上设有用于与家用电器的底板固定连接的第一安装结构;所述的液压板上设有用于与护套固定连接的第二安装结构。
本实施例将调整脚104可轴向移动的套设在护套103内,再通过第二安装结构将液压板101与护套103固定连接,以实现家用电器用底脚的独立组装。将组装完成后的家用电器用底脚再通过第一安装结构整体安装在家用电器的底板上,实现家用电器用底脚安装在家用电器上。
本实施例通过第二安装结构实现家用电器底脚的组装,而通过第一安装结构实现家用电器用底脚安装在家用电器上,通过不同的安装结构实现相应的安装,确保家用电器用底脚的整体稳定性,以及安装在家用电器上的稳定性。
本实施例的家用电器底脚直接将液压板101固定在家用电器的底部,而将护套103与液压板101固定连接,这样,液压板101由家用电器的底部与护套103包夹,使得液压板101与护套103的固定连接的强度是非必要的,二者的连接主要目的使之成为一体的底脚,连接处的强度与家用电器的重力大小、调整脚104的支撑力大小无关。因此,本发明的家用电器用底脚可以实现液压板101与护套103的快速可靠固定连接,且降低二者连接强度的要求,进一步的降低连接所需的必要空间及高度。
综上所述,本实施例的家用电器用底脚结构更加简单,安装也更为简便,具有更好的稳定性。
另外,本实施例的家用电器用底脚的结构设计还可以降低其整体高度,对于家用电器具有更好的减震效果,例如洗衣机,本发明的家用电器用底脚对于洗衣机的脱水震动具有更好的减震效果。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的第一安装结构为设置在液压板上的第一安装孔1013,所述的液压板101通过第一连接件穿过第一安装孔1013固定连接在家用电器的底板上。
具体地,本实施例所述的第一安装孔1013为螺孔,所述的第一连接件为螺钉,所述家用电器的底板上设置用于螺钉穿过的安装孔,所述的螺钉穿过底板上的安装孔安装在液压板101上的螺孔上,实现固定安装。
具体地,本实施例所述的第二安装结构为第二安装孔1012,所述的液压板通过第二连接件穿过第二安装孔与护套固定连接。
进一步地,本实施例所述护套103的上端向外翻边形成安装平面1032,安装平面1032与液压板101的底面贴合并固定连接;所述的安装平面1032上开设对应第二安装孔1012的第四安装孔。
本实施例将护套103的安装平面1032与液压板101相贴合,这样可以使得更多的压力传递到安装平面1032上被分散,避免液压板101受压力过大,因为液压板101内部具有用于液压介质流通的液体流道,液压板101的稳定是整个家用电器用底脚稳定调平的关键。本实施例的安装平面1032由护套103的上端向外翻边形成,这样增大了护套103与液压板101的安装接触面,更有利于液压板101向护套103的安装平面1032传力的稳定性和分散性。
另外,护套103的安装平面1032与液压板101相贴合固定连接,避免了在护套103或者液压板101上设计安装结构,降低家用电器用底脚的整体结构。
进一步地,本实施例所述的安装平面1032的外廓与液压板101的外廓相匹配,所述安装平面1032与液压板101的底面贴合并固定连接。这样,液压板101受到的压力可更好的对应传递给护套103的安装平面1032上,避免液压板101局部不受安装平面1032造成而发生应力集中,更利于液压介质在液压 板内的稳定流通。
优选地,本实施例所述液压板101的外廓与安装平面1032的外廓相似或者相同。这样,将两者相对应即可,安装更为简单方便。
具体地,本实施例所述的护套103包括内部中空的套筒部,调整脚104的一端套设在套筒部内且可相对轴向移动;所述套筒部的上端向外翻边形成安装平面1032,安装平面1032与液压板101的底面贴合并固定连接。本实施例的安装平面1032由套筒部的上端外翻形成,对调整脚104在护套103内的轴向移动,且只增大安装平面处的面积,而非是护套103的整体放大,节省了材料,降低了成本。
具体地,本实施例所述的液压板101为方形平板结构,所述的套筒部为圆筒状结构,圆筒状结构的上端向外翻边形成与液压板相匹配的方形安装平面1032,所述方形平板结构与方形安装平面相贴合并固定连接。
具体地,本实施例所述液压板的四个角上分别设置至少一个第二安装结构;每个安装结构的至少一侧设置一个第一安装结构;
优选地,所述液压板101的四个角上分别设置一个第二安装孔1012,每个第二安装孔1012的两侧分别设置第一安装孔1013。
本实施例根据家用电器用底脚的结构以及安装特点,第一安装孔1013多余第二安装孔1012设置以确保安装在家用电器上的稳固。第一安装孔1013分布于第二安装孔1012的两侧设置,这样,家用电器的整个重量可以更加均匀的分布在液压板101上,避免液压板局部应力集中造成损坏。
作为本实施例的一种安装方式,本实施例所述的护套103与液压板101之间还可以通过卡接、或者粘接、或者热熔、或者焊接方式固定连接,然后在固定安装在家用电器的底部。
本实施例的液压板101采用塑料一体注塑或者金属压铸制成,所述的护套103采用塑料一体注塑或者金属材料压铸制成。
根据本实施例家用电器用底脚的受力特点,优选地,所述的液压板101采用塑料一体注塑制成,所述的护套103采用金属压铸制成。由于护套103受力较大,因此采用金属压铸以保证强度,这样,本实施例的家用电器用底脚制造成本更低,且能保证其整体强度。
家用电器的部分重力通过底板施加在液压板101上F1,液压板101的平面可以将所受力传递给护套103的安装平面1032,液压板101内部通过液压传递给调整脚104,调整脚104同样受到支撑面的支撑力F2,F1=F2,调整脚104的力传递给液压板101的平面,液压板101再传给家用电器的底板。这样的设计使得液压板101虽然承受内部液体流道的压力、洗衣机的部分重力以及调整脚104的支撑力,但都传递给了护套103的安装平面1032、调整脚104及家用电器的底板。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例的家用电器用底脚还包括内部具有容纳腔室的柔性容 纳体108,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体108内;所述液压板101上设有用于密封安装柔性容纳体108的第三安装结构。
具体地,所述液压板101内部设有液体流道,所述柔性容纳体108具有开口部,所述柔性容纳体108的开口部通过压环106固定安装在液压板101的底面上与液体流道连通;所述的第三安装结构为第三安装孔1016,所述的压环106通过第三连接件装配在第三安装孔1016上。
进一步地,本实施例所述的第三安装孔1016设置在液压板的中部,所述的第三安装孔1016至少包括四个,分别对应液压板101的四个角设置。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例所述柔性容纳体108的开口部通过压环106固定安装在液压板101的底面上,压环106与液压板101共同挤压开口部形变进行密封。本实施例通过压环106挤压开口部形变进行密封,更加简单方便,且密封效果好。
进一步地,所述柔性容纳体108包括细径部,细径部的端部外翻形成的开口部,所述的压环106套设在细径部上,压环106与液压板101共同挤压开口部形变进行密封。本实施例在进行柔性容纳体108的密封安装时可先将细径部卡套在压环106,只需要固定安装压环106,在紧固的过程中,压环106挤压开口部即可实现密封安装。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述液压板101的底面设置液压板凹槽,所述柔性容纳体108的开口部通过压环106挤压形变填充进液压板凹槽内进行密封。这种方式,在紧固压环106将柔性容纳体108的开口部挤压形变填充进液压板凹槽内即可实现密封,结构简单,密封可靠有效。
优选地,所述液压板凹槽与压环106围合的容积小于柔性容纳体108的开口部的体积。这样,可使得柔性容纳体108的开口部与液压板凹槽紧密接触,确保密封性。
本实施例的压环106通过固定装置固定在液压板101上,具体可通过螺栓/螺钉进行固定连接。所述的压环106开设压环安装孔,所述螺栓/螺钉穿过压环安装孔紧固在液压板101的第三安装孔1016上。
本实施例的柔性容纳体108包括容纳本体1081,容纳本体1081为软性囊状结构,具有的可伸缩的波纹结构,波纹结构设置于调整脚104内,随着液压介质的流动伸缩带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚还包括用于保护柔性容纳体108的保护件107,所述压环106嵌入保护环107内,这样具有如下的技术效果:
1、本实施例的压环106和保护环107之间采用嵌入式安装,可以起到限位作用,避免设置复杂的限位结构,简单稳定。
2、本实施例的家用电器用底脚在极大的冲击压力下(如安装使用了该家用电器用底脚的家用电器或物品在跌落或者抬起突然放置时),保护环107与柔性容纳体108施压贴合面无任何间隙,避免柔性容纳 体108因此膨胀破裂等问题,提高了可靠性。
3、本实施例的压环106和保护环107之间采用嵌入式安装,降低了压环106和保护环107的安装高度,从而降低了家用电器用底脚的整体高度,安装在家用电器上对其整体重心影响较小,更利于家用电器的支撑稳定性,而对于家用电器工作过程中的震动(如洗衣机的脱水震动)具有更好的减震效果。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述保护环107的一端设置保护曲面1072,保护曲面1072配合柔性容纳体108的外部表面以防止柔性容纳体108受压破损。
本实施例的保护环107的另一端设置嵌入槽1071,所述的压环106嵌入保护环107的嵌入槽1071内。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述保护环107的嵌入槽1071的内壁上设置限位凸部,所述固定件上设置与限位凸部相配合的限位凹部。本实施例的限位结构根据压环106和保护环107的嵌入式安装进行设计,在嵌入安装的同时即实现了限位运动,结构简单,稳定可靠。
本实施例的嵌入槽1071的深度大于压环106的厚度,这样压环106可完全嵌入到嵌入槽1071内,最大限度的降低安装高度,以降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度。同时,在家用电器用底脚在不平状态时,柔性容纳体108受压力不同,液压介质流动,柔性容纳体108伸缩带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向运动进行调平,柔性容纳体108伸缩必然作用与保护环107上,保护环107在嵌入槽1071与压环106的嵌入限定下轴向移动。
本实施例结构设计保护环107的外圆周完全包裹了所述压环106,只存在保护环107压入调整脚104,极大提高了可靠性和贴合的稳定性。因此,本实施例的保护环107压入调整脚104后,会一直稳定在调整脚104中轴向移动,移动顺滑可靠,二者实现整个家用电器用底脚更稳定,保护环107与压环106二者还可以上下存在一定的活动量。
本实施例家用电器用底脚的护套103和/或调整脚104设置用于限制调整脚104相对护套103周向转动的导向限位机构,所述液压板101上对应导向限位机构设置避让口1011。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚利用液压原理对家用电器进行自动调平简单可靠,由于调整脚104可相对其轴向移动设置在护套103内,而对家用电器的调节仅限于上下方向,因此为了保证调平的稳定性,需要限定调整脚104相对护套103的转动。因此,本实施例的导向限位机构用于限定调整脚104相对于护套103沿着需要的方向运动。
由于家用电器(例如洗衣机)工作时一般会产生震动,为了保证家用电器的运行稳定性,本实施例的家用电器用底脚应尽量降低其整体高度以降低家用电器的重心。因此,本实施例在液压板101上对应导向限位机构设置避让口1011,在满足导向限位机构设置的同时,不影响调整脚104的轴向移动,可降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度,提高其减震稳定性。具体地,所述的导向限位机构包括设置在护套内壁 上的导向限位凹槽/导向限位凸部和对应设置在调整脚外壁上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽;所述的导向限位凸部可相对滑动的设置在导向限位凹槽内以限制调整脚相对护套周向转动。本实施例通过导向限位凹槽与导向限位凸部的配合即可限定调整脚104的轴向移动,结构简单可靠。
本实施例所述避让口1011对应调整脚104上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽设置,调整脚104朝向液压板101运动,调整脚104上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽的一端进入避让口1011。本实施例针对的调整脚104的轴向移动,不管导向限位机构是何种机构,只需要避让部对应调整脚104上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽设置即可,因此在不改变调节高度的前提下,降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度且保证导向限位的稳定性。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述护套103的内壁沿其轴向方向设置导向限位凹槽1031,所述调整脚104的外壁上设置导向限位凸部,所述的导向限位凸部可相对滑动的设置在导向限位凹槽1031内以限制调整脚104相对护套103周向转动。
本实施例所述的避让口1011设置在液压板101上对应导向限位凸部,所述调整脚104护套103内上下轴向移动,导向限位凸部的一端进/出避让口1011。
因此,本实施例的家用电器用底脚由于导向限位凸部的一端进/出避让口1011,这样在同样的整体高度下,可具有更大的调节高度;在同样的调节高度时,本实施例的家用电器用底脚可具有更小的整体高度。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的导向限位凸部包括第一导向限位块1041和第二导向限位块1042,第一导向限位块1041固定在调整脚104的外壁上,第二导向限位块1042固定在第一导向限位块1041上且朝向液压板101延伸一定高度。本实施例的第一导向限位块1041主要起到在导向限位凹槽1031内导向限位的作用,而第二导向限位块1042相当于延长了第一导向限位块1041,具有更好的导向限位稳定性。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的导向限位机构包括多个,分别沿着护套103和/或调整脚104的周向分布,所述液压板101上对应导向限位机构设置多个避让口1011。这样设置多个导向限位机构,进一步的增加了限位的稳定性,具有更好的导向限位效果。
本实施例为了实现调整脚104在护套103中的上下运动,防止圆周旋转,护套103圆周上设置了一定数量的导向限位凹槽1031,数量为N,N≥1。本发明图例中优选的是4个。
调整脚104圆周上也设置了对应的导向限位凸部,数量为N,N≥1。本发明图例中优选的是4个。导向限位凸部可以在导向限位槽中运动,并由导向限位凹槽1031的底部的止挡端部1032进行限位,防止调整脚104由护套103中脱落出来。
为尽可能的降低家用电器用底脚高度,实现更好的稳定性,在不降低调节高度H0的情况下,原理 上可以尽可能的减少护套200、调整脚300的高度,尤其是减少二者重合部,即图例中H1。在H1很小时,护套200对调整脚300的限位作用会下降,导致调整脚300的侧偏等问题。
实施例四
本实施例的家用电器用底脚,包括:液压板101,内部设有节流流道;护套103,与液压板101固定连接;调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;柔性容纳体108,内部容纳液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内;在压力作用下,所述柔性容纳体108伸缩带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平;还包括橡胶垫片105,固定在调整脚104的底部,橡胶垫片105底部具有设计的纹路,提高对地面的摩擦力,增强稳定性。
实施例五
本实施例同时提供了一种具有如上述任一实施例所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,包括壳体,壳体的底部安装多个所述的家用电器用底脚,家用电器用底脚100内部填充的液压介质可在家用电器用底脚之间流通进行调平。
优选地,至少两个家用电器用底脚100通过连通装置连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明家用电器用底脚实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,当洗衣机安装后,由于地面不平,导致不同的家用电器用底脚的水平高度不同,位于地面凹坑处的家用电器用底脚位置低。由此可以知道的是,位置高处家用电器用底脚首先承受洗衣机的重量,并且承受的重力大,位置低家用电器用底脚由于虚腿或者承受的重力小。
位置高处家用电器用底脚的调整脚在大的压力下将上移,整个底脚的高度变小使充满液压介质的柔性容纳体的中空腔室的容积压缩减小,迫使液压介质进入节流孔或者阀孔通过高压管进入位置低处家用电器用底脚内,使位置低处家用电器用底脚的柔性容纳体内的液压介质越来越多,使得柔性容纳体膨胀推动调整脚伸长。
当位置高处底脚和位置低处底脚的液压相同,液压介质不再由高压管流动,调整脚与洗衣机底板的相对位置不再变化,完成洗衣机的自动调整。
在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压介质还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的震动噪音大大降低。
本实施例的液压介质可以选取采用液压油,流动性好,成分稳定。
另外,本发明上述各实施例的家用电器用底脚还可应用于除洗衣机外的如电冰箱、冷柜、空调室内机等家用电器。
需要说明的是:本发明的上述各实施例可单独实施,也可将多个实施例相结合实施。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳 实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,包括:
    液压板;
    护套,与所述液压板固定连接;
    调整脚,设置在护套内且可相对其轴向移动;
    所述的液压板、护套和调整脚之间形成容纳腔室;
    液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚在护套内轴向移动进行调平;
    至少两个家用电器用底脚相互连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通;
    所述的液压板上设置用于单向导通液压介质的单向止流机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的液压板内设置用于液压介质流通的液体流道,所述的单向止流机构设置在液体流道内或者进/出口上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的单向止流机构包括单向阀片,所述的单向阀片安装在液压板上与液体流道的进口相配合,以控制液压介质单向流出或者单向流进容纳腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的单向止流机构还包括挡板,所述的挡板安装在液压板上且位于单向阀片打开方向的一侧,所述的挡板用于阻挡单向阀片过度形变。
  5. 根据权利要求3或者4所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的单向阀片由自恢复弹性形变材料制成,所述的单向阀片盖封在液体流道的进口上,单向阀片在液压介质的压力作用下形变以打开液体流道,并在液压介质流动稳定后在弹性形变力作用下恢复以关闭液体流道;
    优选地,所述的单向阀片由不锈钢带、或者高分子材料PEEK、或者高分子材料橡胶弹性体制作。
  6. 根据权利要求3或者4所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的单向止流机构还包括用于单向阀片复位的弹性装置,所述的单向阀片盖堵住液体流道,单向阀片在液压介质的压力作用下移位以打开液体流道,并在液压介质流动稳定后在弹性装置作用下复位以关闭液体流道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的单向阀片设置在液体流道内,所述的挡板设置在液体流道的进口上,挡板上设置通孔;所述的弹性装置限位在单向阀片与挡板之间。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的挡板盖在液体流道的进口上,挡板的中部设置用于液压介质通过的通孔,所述单向阀片的直径大于所述通孔的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的液压板内设置两条用于液压介质流通的液体流道,所述的单向止流机构设置在其中一条液体流道上;
    其中一个家用电器用底脚的液压板内设置有单向止流机构的液体流道与另一个家用电器用底脚的液压板内未设置单向止流机构的液体流道相连通。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任一项所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,其特征在于,至少两个家用电器用底脚通过连通装置连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
