Description

具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机技术领域,具体地,涉及具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚及洗衣机。
背景技术
家用电器,一般在壳体的底部都设置调平装置,在放置家用电器时,通过调节调平装置可使其达到稳定放置状态,调平后放置后,调平装置可支撑家用电器使其保持稳定。
以洗衣机为例,现有洗衣机一般都是在壳体或者整机底部安装有螺栓底脚,螺栓底脚包括螺杆、螺母垫片和橡胶垫,螺母垫片可以在螺杆上下旋动,螺杆也可以在壳体底板的螺孔中上下旋动,通过螺栓底脚的螺杆旋入底板的螺纹孔的长度来实现洗衣机的高度调整,大部分洗衣机的底脚逆时针旋转为调高,顺时针旋转为降低高度,在调整该螺栓底脚的高度后,将防止松动的螺母垫片拧紧以保持稳固。
上述洗衣机的底脚,虽然实现了洗衣机的调平,但需要用户进行手动调节,若洗衣机自重较大或者设置空间狭小,用户操作即为不便。另外,洗衣机在长期的工作过程中的震动也对调平底脚产生作用,易导致其支撑失效,造成洗衣机放置的不平。
例如,现有8KG滚筒洗衣机一般80Kg左右,较为沉重,消费者调节极为不便,即便完成调节也不能保证洗衣机调整为最佳状态,洗衣机在洗涤尤其是由0r/min加速到1400r/min左右进行甩干脱水时,洗衣机一旦不水平或者虚腿问题存在,将导致极大振动,极大的影响了消费者的使用舒适性。
另外,洗衣机不平导致的震动可能会使底脚螺丝松动,使底脚托架垂直移动,这种不稳定性可能会改变洗衣机的水平状态,导致产生更强烈的震动。这种恶性循环使得洗衣机用的时间长了,噪音会变得越来越大,对洗衣机本身也造成一定的损伤,缩短了使用寿命。
因此,现有洗衣机的调平存在需要手工调节,费时费力且精度较差的问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的第一发明目的是提供具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,包括:
护套;
调整脚,设置在护套内且可相对其轴向移动;
以及柔性体组件,设置在调整脚内用于容纳液压介质;
所述柔性体组件的一端限位安装于护套内,另一端为作用于调整脚的可伸缩端;所述可伸缩端在液压介质的作用下伸缩带动调整脚轴向移动实现自动调平;
所述的柔性体组件包括柔性容纳体、用于安装柔性容纳体的安装组件以及设置在安装组件与柔性容纳体之间用于保护柔性容纳体的保护机构。
进一步地,所述的柔性容纳体包括可伸缩的波纹结构、节流细径和开口,所述的开口密封安装在安装组件上;
所述的保护机构为上保护环,上保护环套设在节流细径上,上保护环的上端面限位于安装组件之下,下端面具有与波纹结构相配合的曲面。
进一步地,所述的上保护环包括圆环形的环形本体、环形本体中部用于节流细径穿过的安装孔;
所述的环形本体上开设贯通安装孔的安装槽,安装槽的宽度小于节流细径的外径;
所述的节流细径压缩形变后可由安装槽进入到安装孔内。
进一步地,所述安装槽朝向环形本体外部的开口处设置倒角结构。
进一步地,所述的上保护环上设置上下贯通的限位孔,所述的安装组件上设有用于与限位孔配合的限位凸起。
进一步地,所述的安装组件上设有限位柱,限位柱对应上保护环的安装槽设置。
进一步地,所述的安装组件包括油压板和压板,柔性容纳体的开口通过压板密封连接在油压板的下壁;
所述油压板的一侧设置油嘴,油压板的下壁设置用于油囊内的液压介质流入的油孔,油压板内设置连通油嘴与油孔油道;
所述压板的下端面止抵于所述的保护机构的上端面上。
进一步地,所述的限位凸起设置在所述压板的下端面上。
进一步地,所述的限位柱设置在所述压板的下端面上,且与限位凸起位于同一直径的两端。
本发明的第二发明目的是提供一种洗衣机,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种具有上述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚的洗衣机,包括壳体,壳体的底部安装多个所述的洗衣机底脚,洗衣机底脚内部填充的液压介质可在洗衣机底脚之间流通实现调平。
本发明的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚根据液压原理,在底脚中填充液压介质,底脚对于不同的压力,由于液压介质的流动性使得底脚自动进行适应性的调整。
本发明的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚将液压介质盛放在密封的柔性体组件内,且该柔性体组件被安置于调整脚内部,有效解决液压介质泄露的问题,确保底脚工作的稳定性。
本发明的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚将柔性体组件限位安装于护套内,避免柔性体组件损坏,这样可保证柔性体组件工作的稳定性;另外,通过保护机构的设置,避免柔性容纳体直接接触安装组件,大大减小了柔性容纳体的破损几率,延长其使用寿命。
因此,本发明的洗衣机底脚结构简单,成本较;使用方便,可靠性高;可显著降低振动,降低噪音,提高洗衣机的用户体验的舒适度。

下面结合附图对本发明的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚及洗衣机进进行详细描述:
实施例一
如图1-8所示,本实施例的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,包括:
护套500;
调整脚300,设置在护套500内且可相对其轴向移动;
以及柔性体组件200,设置在调整脚300内用于容纳液压介质;
所述柔性体组件200的一端限位安装于护套500内,另一端为作用于调整脚300的可伸缩端;
所述柔性体组件200的可伸缩端在液压介质的作用下伸缩带动调整脚300轴向移动实现自动调平。
本实施例洗衣机底脚设置在洗衣机的底板四个角上或者沿底板圆周方向均匀设置至少四个,所述洗衣机底脚中至少两个相互连通:当洗衣机所处的地面不平时,导致各个洗衣机底脚受力不同,相互连通的洗衣机底脚内的液压介质由受力大的流向受力小的,随着液压介质的流通,柔性体组件200进行伸缩,进一步带动调整脚300轴向移动实现自动调平。
本实施例的洗衣机底脚之间相互连通,使得洗衣机底脚内部的液压介质能够在洗衣机底脚之间进行连通,当其中一个洗衣机底脚受力压缩时,液压介质流通至与其连通的另一个洗衣机底脚,另一个洗衣机底脚内液压介质增多,压力增大使其伸出,以确保足够的支撑力。
本实施例的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚将柔性体组件200限位安装于护套500内,避免柔性体组件200损坏,这样可保证柔性体组件200工作的稳定性。
另外,本实施例的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚组装效率高、简单方便,且受力部件(如护套500)可采用钣金制作,或锌合金铸造,或采用高性能工程塑料如PPS、PI、PEEK等注塑,可靠性高。
本实施例的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚提供一种优化的结构,组装简单,便于安装,且尽可能的避免柔性体组件200遭受损伤,以确保洗衣机底脚的整体稳定性,延长使 用寿命。
具体地,本实施例所述的护套500包括内部具有中空通道的套体506,所述调整脚300可轴向滑动的设置在套体506的中空通道内,且一端伸出套体506的中空通道,用于与地面接触,且能根据地面高地在液压介质作用下轴向滑动实现自动调平。
本实施例所述套体506的一端开口向中空通道的外侧翻边延伸形成护套平面504,护套平面504与洗衣机的底板贴合并通过连接件固定连接。本实施例的套体506通过护套平面504固定安装在洗衣机的底板上,而柔性体组件200设置在护套500,这样,护套500与底板发生相互作用,而柔性体组件200不承受洗衣机的作用力,只在液压介质的作用下伸缩,保证其工作的稳定性。
本实施例的套体506为圆筒结构,具有一定长度与调整脚300配合,至少包裹着调整脚300的一部分。
本实施例的套体506上部具有冲压一体形成翻边结构,形成护套平面504。护套平面504上具有护套固定孔503,进而可以将护套500乃至整个洗衣机底脚通过螺钉或者螺栓紧紧牢固在洗衣机的底板上。
优选地,本实施例的护套500可以选用塑料一体注塑、铝合金压铸等,优选的是钣金冲压制作。
本实施例所述的柔性体组件200包括油压板220、压板230和油囊250,油囊250的开口通过压板230密封连接在油压板220的下壁。
本实施例的油压板220的一侧设置油嘴221,油压板220的下壁设置用于油囊250内的液压介质流入的油孔224,油压板220内设置连通油嘴221与油孔224油道226。
本实施例所述油压板220限位安装于套体506的护套平面504一端,油囊250设置在护套500内并与其内壁接触。
本实施例的油压板220一体注塑或者压铸成型的部件,上面具有至少两个油嘴221,用于洗衣机底脚之间的相互连通,使得液压介质在洗衣机底脚之间传递。
本实施例的油压板220中间位置具有油孔224,内部具有油道226,确保油囊250内部的液压介质可以通过所述油孔224经油道226流至油嘴221,进而可以实现多个洗衣机底脚的液压介质根据压力的大小的自由流动,实现自动调平。
本实施例的油囊250内盛装液压介质,油压板220用于油囊250的液压介质的密封且使油囊250内的液压介质由油压板220的油嘴221流出/流入,压板230用于保证油囊250的开口与油压板220之间的密封连接,避免发生液压介质的泄露。
本实施例的柔性体组件200的油囊250为柔性材料制成的可伸缩结构,优选的是柔性材料具有弹性,能够实现形变恢复。而油压板220为一体注塑或者压铸成型的部件,因此,只需要将油压板220限位安装于套体506内,即可实现柔性体组件200的限位安装。
本实施例为了实现柔性体组件200的限位安装,主要需要限定柔性体组件200的周向转动运动和轴向的上下窜动。为了限定柔性体组件200的周向转动运动,具体地:
本实施例的柔性体组件200还包括限位板210,限位板210包括多个凸出设置的限位爪211,所述的套体506设置与其配合限位的限位槽502;所述的限位板210、油压板220和压板230固定连接,以限定柔性体组件200设置在调整脚300内的周向转动。
本实施例的柔性体组件200通过限位板210的限位爪211与套体506的限位槽502相配合,使得柔性体组件200无法进行周向转动。
本实施例的限位板210的限位爪211包括多个,根据油压板220的具体结构及安装进行设置。
具体地,所述套体506的开设用于油压板220的油嘴221伸出的开口,因此,可当设置限位爪211时需考虑该开口的位置,避开该开口,以保证限位安装。
本实施例的限位板210具有限位板安装孔212,油压板220具有油压板安装孔222,压板230具有压板安装孔231,可以通过螺钉或者螺栓将压板230、油压板220,限位板210紧紧固定在一起。
本实施例的护套500安装在洗衣机的底板上,油压板220紧固在限位板210,限限位板210上下都被限位,下部为护套500的限位槽502的最低端,且限位爪211和限位槽502至少使得限位板210在圆周方向上都有受力支撑点,即限位爪211和限位槽502沿圆周方向尽可能的均匀分布。
优选地,限位板210采用钣金冲压制作,简单成本低。
本实施例洗衣机底脚为了限定柔性体组件200的周向转动运动,具体地:
本实施例洗衣机底脚还包括轴向限位装置100,轴向限位装置100设置于护套500内,轴向限位装置100的一侧限位于洗衣机的底板,另一侧作用于柔性体组件200用于限定其轴向移动。
本实施例通过轴向限位装置对柔性体组件200的轴向移动进行限位,进而保证柔性体组件200的稳定工作。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的轴向限位装置为具有一豁口的环形卡簧101,所述的护套500内壁设置环形槽505,所述的卡簧101卡设于环形槽505内且位于所 述柔性体组件200的限位板210之上。采用卡簧101安装拆卸简单方便,且成本低。护套500内壁设置环形槽505可有效的将卡簧101进行限位,确保卡簧101安装的稳定性。
本实施例在护套500内圆周上具有环形槽505,可以是冲压,优选的是机加工一个环形槽505。在护套500安装了限位板210后,上部卡簧101安装。卡簧101安装后,限位板210上下不再运动。
进一步地,本实施例所述卡簧101的上表面设置凸出设置的限位凸起102,凸起102可在卡簧100发生轴向窜动时进一步起到轴向限位作用。所述卡簧101具有限位凸起102,便于受力均匀。
进一步地,本实施例所述卡簧100上设置用于工具操作的孔103。所述卡簧101具有孔103,便于工具安装。
本实施例所述的油囊250包括可伸缩的波纹结构253、节流细径252和开口251,节流细径252与波纹结构253连通,开口251位于节流细径252的端部。
柔性体组件200还包括上保护环240,上保护环240中心具有用于节流细径252通过的安装孔241,上保护环240具有安装槽242,安装槽242的一端开口贯通安装孔241,另一端开口开设在上保护环240的侧壁上。

上保护环与调整脚的空腔结构形成一个较为密封的空间,内部放置的油囊由这两个部件保护,有效防止油囊膨胀破裂或者损伤。
当调整脚受力时,调整脚向上移动,挤压油囊及内部液体介质,进而传力给上保护环。而由于上保护环上部是压板、油压板乃至洗衣机的底板,上保护环无法往上移动,进而被压入调整脚内部并挤压液体介质流出。
所述上保护与压板非一体固定的,便于上保护环的自调节,是因为调整脚底部受力的不均匀,虽然有限位结构,也可能会稍微偏转,使得上保护环稍微偏转,上保护环的圆周 面与调整脚的内圆周面同心,上保护环进而压入调整脚内部。
油囊250具有开口251、节流细径252和波纹结构253,内部容纳液体介质,优选地,所述的液压介质为液压油。
油囊250的材料为耐油的弹性体材料,如丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、硅胶等。
由于油囊250处于上下压缩伸展的工作状态,为提高其可靠性和寿命,油囊250主体设置成波纹结构253。
油囊250与调整脚300、上保护环240的空间都是贴合的,只有在波纹结构253位置有一定的空隙。
本实施例的洗衣机底脚对柔性体组件200进行限位安装,主要是为了避免在自动调平过程中洗衣机底脚转动导致的不稳定性。因此,进一步地,本实施例的洗衣机底脚还对调整脚的运动进行了限定,使其只进行上下运动而不发生转动,以保证调平过程的稳定,具体地:
本实施例的护套500的内壁上设置导向限位槽501,所述调整脚300的外壁设置导向限位块302,所述的导向限位块302限位于导向限位槽501并沿其轴向滑动。
护套500具有导向限位槽501使得调整脚300只能在护套500内部上下运动,不可以圆周旋转,避免了调整脚300在护套500内转动。所述限位导向槽501最底部具有止挡部507,与调整脚300圆周凸起的限位块302配合,防止调整脚300由护套500中脱落。
本实施例的护套500的底壁外侧设置弹性垫片400,所述护套500的底壁上设置加强贴合槽,弹性垫片400的上表面设置与加强贴合槽相配合的加强贴合筋401,弹性垫片400的下表面设置部分凹陷形成阻尼筋402。
优选地,所述的弹性垫片400为橡胶垫片。调整脚300与橡胶垫片为增加连接强度,调整脚300底部设置有加强贴合槽,橡胶垫片上具有加强贴合筋401,优选的橡胶一体注塑在所述调整脚300上。所述橡胶垫片与地面接触的地方优选的设置了一些凹陷的图案,形成了阻尼筋401,增加了底脚与底面摩擦阻尼,防止洗衣机由于振动导致的移位。
本实施例还涉及一种洗衣机底脚的装配方法:
以护套500为基准
1)将带有橡胶垫片的调整脚300由护套500上端开口放入。
注意,调整脚300的导向限位块302与护套500的导向限位槽501一定要配合。
2)将油囊250的节流细径252处安装进上保护环240,将油囊250的开口插入油压板220的凸起部放置在密封槽223处,将压板230压住油囊250的开口,通过螺钉或者螺栓穿过限位板安装孔212、油压板安装孔222和压板安装孔231,进而将油囊250、上保护环240、 压板230、油压板220和限位板210组成柔性体组件200。将柔性体组件200放入调整脚300的中空腔室301内。
3)柔性体组件200的限位板210安装在护套500内,限位板210的下部由限位槽502限制,圆周由限位爪211和限位槽502限位。
4)在护套500的环形槽505放置卡簧101,柔性体组件200上下、圆周方向都相对护套500不再运动,固定在一起。
组装完成,组装效率高,简单方便,且受力部件都为钣金制作,具有高可靠性。
实施例二
如图1-11所示,本实施例的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,包括:
护套500;
调整脚300,设置在护套500内且可相对其轴向移动;
以及柔性体组件200,设置在调整脚300内用于容纳液压介质;
所述柔性体组件200的一端限位安装于护套500内,另一端为作用于调整脚300的可伸缩端;所述可伸缩端在液压介质的作用下伸缩带动调整脚轴向移动实现自动调平;
所述的柔性体组件200包括柔性容纳体、用于安装柔性容纳体的安装组件以及设置在安装组件与柔性容纳体之间用于保护柔性容纳体的保护机构。
本实施例的柔性容纳体一般为采用柔性材质制成,而安装组件一般结构较为坚硬,柔性容纳体的安装在安装组件上,若两者直接接触将发生相互作用,安装组件有可能造成柔性容纳体的破损,那样的话本实施例的洗衣机底脚将失去作用。
本实施例为了保护柔性容纳体,在安装组件与柔性容纳体之间设置保护机构,避免柔性容纳体直接接触安装组件,减少破损几率。
为了实现保护机构对柔性容纳体的保护作用,本实施例的保护机构应该采用柔性材料制成和/或具有一与柔性容纳体贴合的弧形面,这样可以对柔性容纳体进行有效的缓冲,避免其发生破损。
优选地,本实施例的保护机构可采用橡胶材料等柔性材料制成。
进一步地,本实施例所述的柔性容纳体包括可伸缩的波纹结构253、节流细径252和开口251,所述的开口251密封安装在安装组件上;所述的保护机构为上保护环240,上保护环240套设在节流细径252上,上保护环240的上端面限位于安装组件之下,下端面具有与波纹结构253相配合的曲面。
本实施例根据柔性容纳体的结构特点,采用上保护环240作为柔性容纳体,上保护环上的曲面可与波纹结构253相配合,这样,波纹结构的上端面贴合在上保护环的曲面上, 使得波纹结构的上端面受力均匀,避免局部应力集中造成破损。
具体地,本实施例所述的上保护环240包括圆环形的环形本体、环形本体中部用于节流细径251穿过的安装孔241;所述的环形本体上开设贯通安装孔241的安装槽242,安装槽242的宽度小于节流细径251的外径;所述的节流细径251压缩形变后可由安装槽242进入到安装孔241内。
本实施例的上保护环240设置的安装槽242方便了柔性容纳体的安装,同时,使得柔性容纳体安装后能够限定在安装孔241内。
进一步地,本实施例所述安装槽242朝向环形本体外部的开口处设置倒角结构243,柔性容纳体更易于进入到安装槽242中,并由其进入到安装孔241内。
本实施例的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,通过在安装组件与柔性容纳体之间设置保护机构对柔性容纳体进行保护,进一步地,对上保护环的安装进行限位,所述的上保护环240上设置上下贯通的限位孔244,所述的安装组件上设有用于与限位孔244配合的限位凸起235。这样,本实施例的安装组件固定安装在调整脚300内或者固定安装在洗衣机的底板上,安装组件又通过限位凸起235与上保护环240的限位孔244的配合实现了上保护环240的周向限位,避免上保护环240与柔性容纳体之间相互转动,发生磨损。
进一步地,本实施例所述的安装组件上设有限位柱234,限位柱234对应上保护环240的安装槽242设置。通过限位柱234进一步对上保护环240进行限位,而且,由于限位柱234对应安装槽242设置,不用再在上保护环240上额外开设限位孔。
具体地,本实施例所述的安装组件包括油压板220和压板230,柔性容纳体的开口通过压板230密封连接在油压板220的下壁;所述油压板220的一侧设置油嘴221,油压板220的下壁设置用于油囊250内的液压介质流入的油孔224,油压板220内设置连通油嘴221与油孔224油道226;所述压板230的下端面止抵于所述的保护机构的上端面上。压板230实现了上保护环240在竖直方向上的限制。
本实施例所述的限位凸起235设置在所述压板230的下端面上。
进一步地,所述的限位柱234设置在所述压板230的下端面上,且与限位凸起235位于同一直径的两端。
实施例三
本实施例同时提供了一种具有上述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚的洗衣机,包括壳体,壳体的底部安装多个所述的洗衣机底脚,洗衣机底脚内部填充的液压介质可在洗衣机底脚之间流通实现调平。
本实施例的洗衣机出厂设置优选的是四个洗衣机底脚的高度一致,洗衣机随机放置在 一个不平整的底面上,四个洗衣机底脚会根据底面的不平状况承受不同的压力,而后调整脚的压入护套的长度不同,进而实现洗衣机的自动调平。
需要对上述实施例进一步说明的是:
1、本发明实施例中的底脚两两联通,也可以是三个乃至更多,数量N≥2,优选两个,成本最低,且能够实现较好的效果。
本发明实施例中使用连通装置15的四个端口分别连接四个底脚,可以推理到的是使用一个具有三、五、六,N个端口的连通装置15,其所述端口分别连接三、五、六,N个底脚。上述实施例仅仅是能够实现所述功能情况下用最适合的4个,以实现成本的控制到最小。
2、本发明实施例以滚筒洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明实现滚筒洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,可以很容易联想到的是本发明可以应用到波轮洗衣机。
3、本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,可以很容易联想到的是本发明可以应用到冰箱、冰柜、洗碗机等家用电器上。
如图12所示,具体讲解调平原理,当洗衣机安装后,由于地面600不平,导致不同的洗衣机底脚800的水平高度不同,位于地面凹坑601处的洗衣机底脚800位置低。由此可以知道的是,位置高处洗衣机底脚800首先承受洗衣机的重量,并且承受的重力大,位置低洗衣机底脚800由于虚腿或者承受的重力小。
位置高处洗衣机底脚800的调整脚300在大的压力下将上移,整个底脚的高度变小使充满液压油的油囊250的中空腔室的容积压缩减小,迫使液压油进入节流孔或者阀孔通过高压油管700进入位置低处底脚内,使位置低处底脚的油囊250的液压油越来越多,使得油囊250膨胀推动调整脚300伸长。
当位置高处底脚和位置低处底脚的液压相同,液压油不再由高压油管700流动,调整脚与洗衣机底板的相对位置不再变化,完成洗衣机底脚的自动调整。
在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压油还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的振动噪音大大降低。
本发明实施例的高压油管700连接在洗衣机底脚800的油嘴221上。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,包括:
    护套(500);
    调整脚(300),设置在护套(500)内且可相对其轴向移动;
    以及柔性体组件(200),设置在调整脚(300)内用于容纳液压介质;
    所述柔性体组件(200)的一端限位安装于护套(500)内,另一端为作用于调整脚(300)的可伸缩端;所述可伸缩端在液压介质的作用下伸缩带动调整脚轴向移动实现自动调平;
    所述的柔性体组件(200)包括柔性容纳体、用于安装柔性容纳体的安装组件以及设置在安装组件与柔性容纳体之间用于保护柔性容纳体的保护机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,
    所述的柔性容纳体包括可伸缩的波纹结构(253)、节流细径(252)和开口(251),所述的开口(251)密封安装在安装组件上;
    所述的保护机构为上保护环(240),上保护环(240)套设在节流细径(252)上,上保护环(240)的上端面限位于安装组件之下,下端面具有与波纹结构(253)相配合的曲面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,
    所述的上保护环(240)包括圆环形的环形本体、环形本体中部用于节流细径(251)穿过的安装孔(241);
    所述的环形本体上开设贯通安装孔(241)的安装槽(242),安装槽(242)的宽度小于节流细径(251)的外径;
    所述的节流细径(251)压缩形变后可由安装槽(242)进入到安装孔(241)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,所述安装槽(242)朝向环形本体外部的开口处设置倒角结构(243)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,
    所述的上保护环(240)上设置上下贯通的限位孔(244),所述的安装组件上设有用于与限位孔(244)配合的限位凸起(235)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,
    所述的安装组件上设有限位柱(234),限位柱(234)对应上保护环(240)的安装槽(242)设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,
    所述的安装组件包括油压板(220)和压板(230),柔性容纳体的开口通过压板(230) 密封连接在油压板(220)的下壁;
    所述油压板(220)的一侧设置油嘴(221),油压板(220)的下壁设置用于油囊(250)内的液压介质流入的油孔(224),油压板(220)内设置连通油嘴(221)与油孔(224)油道(226);
    所述压板(230)的下端面止抵于所述的保护机构的上端面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,所述的限位凸起(235)设置在所述压板(230)的下端面上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚,其特征在于,所述的限位柱(234)设置在所述压板(230)的下端面上,且与限位凸起(235)位于同一直径的两端。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的具有自动调平功能的洗衣机底脚的洗衣机,其特征在于,包括壳体,壳体的底部安装多个所述的洗衣机底脚,洗衣机底脚内部填充的液压介质可在洗衣机底脚之间流通实现调平。
