Abstract

本发明提供了一种家用电器用支撑调平装置及家用电器,家用电器用支撑调平装置包括安装在家用电器的底板上的调平底脚,所述调平底脚包括:护套,设置在底板内侧,内部具有一开口的中空腔室,开口端固定安装在底板内侧;调整脚,所述底板上对应中空腔室的开口开设通孔,调整脚的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内且可相对其轴向运动,另一端位于底板的外侧支撑在支撑面上;液压介质,密封在所述调整脚与护套之间形成的腔室内;当调平底脚放置于不平支撑面上时,调整脚受压沿护套轴向运动,液压介质受压作用于调整脚进行支撑调平。本发明的家用电器用支撑调平装置不会增高洗衣机的整体高度,实现更大范围的自动调平,家用电器的支撑稳定性更好。

Description

一种家用电器用支撑调平装置及家用电器 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器的支撑调平技术领域,具体地,涉及一种家用电器用支撑调平装置及家用电器。
背景技术
家用电器,一般在壳体的底部都设置调平装置,在放置家用电器时,通过调节调平装置可使其达到稳定放置状态,调平后放置后,调平装置可支撑家用电器使其保持稳定。
以洗衣机为例,现有洗衣机一般都是在壳体或者整机底部安装有螺栓底脚,螺栓底脚包括螺杆、螺母垫片和橡胶垫,螺母垫片可以在螺杆上下旋动,螺杆也可以在壳体底板的螺孔中上下旋动,通过螺栓底脚的螺杆旋入底板的螺纹孔的长度来实现洗衣机的高度调整,大部分洗衣机的底脚逆时针旋转为调高,顺时针旋转为降低高度,在调整该螺栓底脚的高度后,将防止松动的螺母垫片拧紧以保持稳固。
上述洗衣机的底脚,虽然实现了洗衣机的调平,但需要用户进行手动调节,若洗衣机自重较大或者设置空间狭小,用户操作即为不便。另外,洗衣机在长期的工作过程中的震动也对调平底脚产生作用,易导致其支撑失效,造成洗衣机放置的不平。
例如,现有8KG滚筒洗衣机一般80Kg左右,较为沉重,消费者调节极为不便,即便完成调节也不能保证洗衣机调整为最佳状态,洗衣机在洗涤尤其是由0r/min加速到1400r/min左右进行甩干脱水时,洗衣机一旦不水平或者虚腿问题存在,将导致极大振动,极大的影响了消费者的使用舒适性。
另外,洗衣机不平导致的震动可能会使底脚螺丝松动,使底脚托架垂直移动,这种不稳定性可能会改变洗衣机的水平状态,导致产生更强烈的震动。这种恶性循环使得洗衣机用的时间长了,噪音会变得越来越大,对洗衣机本身也造成一定的损伤,缩短了使用寿命。
因此,现有洗衣机的调平存在需要手工调节,费时费力且精度较差的问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的第一发明目的是提供一种家用电器用支撑调平装置,具体地,采用如下的技术方案:
一种家用电器用支撑调平装置,包括安装在家用电器的底板上的调平底脚,所述调平 底脚包括:
护套,内部具有一开口的中空腔室,开口端固定安装在底板上;
调整脚,所述底板上对应中空腔室的开口开设通孔,调整脚的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内且可相对其轴向运动,另一端位于底板的外侧支撑在支撑面上;
液压介质,密封在所述调整脚与护套之间形成的腔室内;
当调平底脚放置于不平支撑面上时,调整脚受压沿护套轴向运动,液压介质受压作用于调整脚进行支撑调平。
进一步地,所述调平底脚还包括柔性容纳体,柔性容纳体设置在调整脚与护套之间形成的腔室内,且与调整脚位于护套的中空腔室内的一端相接触;
所述柔性容纳体内部具有容纳腔,柔性容纳体具有与容纳腔相通的开口部,开口部密封安装在护套内,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体的容纳腔内;
当调平底脚放置于不平支撑面上时,调整脚受压沿护套轴向运动挤压柔性容纳体,液压介质受压作用于调整脚进行支撑调平。
进一步地,所述调平底脚还包括液压板,所述液压板设置在护套内的中空腔室内;
所述液压板内部具有节流流道,液压板上设置与节流流道相通的液压嘴,所述柔性容纳体的开口部密封安装在液压板上且与节流流道相连通,两个调平底脚的液压嘴通过液压管相连通,实现液压介质在调平底脚间流通。
进一步地,所述护套的侧壁上设置由开口端向封闭端贯通的避让口,所述的避让口用于在将液压板安装进护套的中空腔室内时避让液压嘴,所述液压板的液压嘴由避让口伸出护套外部。
进一步地,所述护套的中空腔室的封闭端内具有节流流道,中空腔室的封闭端上设置与节流流道相通的液压嘴,
所述柔性容纳体的开口部密封安装在护套的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上且与节流流道相连通,两个调平底脚的液压嘴通过液压管相连通,实现液压介质在调平底脚间流通。
进一步地,所述的调整脚包括滑块部和支撑部,所述的滑块部设置在护套的中空腔室内且可轴向滑动,所述支撑部的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内与滑块部固定连接,另一端伸至底板的外侧支撑在支撑面上。
进一步地,所述的支撑部包括连接杆和支撑座,所述连接杆的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内与滑块部固定连接,另一端伸至底板的外侧与支撑座固定连接,支撑座支撑在支撑面上。
进一步地,与支撑面相接触的所述支撑部的底面设置摩擦阻尼装置;
优选地,所述支撑座的底面上设置摩擦阻尼装置。
进一步地,所述护套,设置在底板内侧,内部具有一开口的中空腔室,开口端固定安装在底板内侧;
优选地,所述护套的中空腔室开口端外翻形成连接翻边,所述连接翻边上开设固定孔,所述底板上对应开设安装孔;所述连接翻边与底板的内侧面相贴合,通过连接件穿过固定孔、安装孔将护套固定连接在底板的内侧。
本发明的第二发明目的是提供一种具有如上述任意一项所述家用电器用支撑调平装置的家用电器。
本发明的家用电器用支撑调平装置,调平底脚利用液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得底脚自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器用底脚达到平衡,液压介质停止流通,实现自动调平。
本发明的家用电器用支撑调平装置将护套安装在家用电器的底板的内侧,本发明的家用电器用支撑调平装置安装在家用电器的底板上的安装方式,使得除了支撑调平的调整脚位于底板的外侧以外,其它部件均位于底板的内侧,而调整脚的设置方式与现有洗衣机的底脚相同。
因此,本发明的家用电器用支撑调平装置不会增高洗衣机的整体高度,实现更大范围的自动调平,家用电器的支撑稳定性更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种家用支撑调平装置及家用电器进行详细描述:
实施例一
如图1-图4所示,本实施例提供的一种家用电器用支撑调平装置,包括安装在家用电器的底板700上的调平底脚,所述调平底脚包括:
护套300,设置在底板700内侧,内部具有一开口的中空腔室,开口端固定安装在底板 700内侧;
调整脚500,所述底板700上对应中空腔室的开口开设通孔702,调整脚500的一端穿过通孔702伸入到护套300的中空腔室内且可相对其轴向运动,另一端位于底板700的外侧支撑在支撑面上;
液压介质,密封在所述调整脚500与护套300之间形成的腔室内;
当调平底脚放置于不平支撑面上时,调整脚500受压沿护套300轴向运动,液压介质受压作用于调整脚500进行支撑调平。
本实施例的调平底脚利用液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得调整脚500自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器=达到平衡,液压介质停止流通,实现自动调平。
本实施例的家用电器用支撑调平装置将护套300安装在家用电器的底板700的内侧,本实施例的家用电器用支撑调平装置安装在家用电器的底板700上的安装方式,使得除了支撑调平的调整脚500位于底板700的外侧以外,其它部件均位于底板700的内侧,而调整脚500的设置方式与现有洗衣机的底脚相同。因此,本实施例的家用电器用支撑调平装置不会增高洗衣机的整体高度,实现更大范围的自动调平,家用电器的支撑稳定性更好。
为了实现液压介质密封在调整脚500与护套300之间,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,调平底脚还包括柔性容纳体400,柔性容纳体400设置在调整脚500与护套300之间形成的腔室内,且与调整脚500位于护套300的中空腔室内的一端相接触;
所述柔性容纳体内部具有容纳腔,柔性容纳体400具有与容纳腔相通的开口部401,开口部401密封安装在护套300内,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体400的容纳腔内;
当调平底脚放置于不平支撑面上时,调整脚500受压沿护套300轴向运动挤压柔性容纳体400,液压介质受压作用于调整脚500进行支撑调平。
本实施例将液压介质容置在柔性容纳体400内,再将柔性容纳体400密封安装在护套300内,从而实现液压介质的密封,液压介质的密封性决定调平底脚的调平效果。
为了实现柔性容纳体400密封安装在护套内,本实施例的调平底脚还包括液压板100,所述液压板100设置在护套300内的中空腔室内;
所述液压板100内部具有节流流道101,液压板100上设置与节流流道相通的液压嘴102,所述柔性容纳体400的开口部401密封安装在液压板100上且与节流流道101相连通,两个调平底脚的液压嘴102通过液压管相连通,实现液压介质在调平底脚间流通。
本实施例将柔性容纳体400直接密封安装在液压板100上,再将密封安装后的液压板- 柔性容纳体组件安装进护套300的中空腔室内,实现了柔性容纳体400的密封安装,组装简单方便。
而在液压板100上设置节流流道以及液压嘴,通过液压管可以实现两个或者多个调平底脚间的连通,在受到不平衡压力时,液压介质会在底脚间流通,使得整个调平底脚系统达到平衡,以具有更好的支撑调平的效果。
本实施例的液压板100可以通过在护套300的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上,也可受到液压介质的支撑处于护套300的中空腔室的上部。
为了将液压板-柔性容纳体组件安装进护套300的中空腔室内,且将液压嘴102伸出便于连接液压管,本实施例所述护套300的侧壁上设置由开口端向封闭端贯通的避让口,所述的避让口用于在将液压板安装进护套的中空腔室内时避让液压嘴102,所述液压板100的液压嘴102由避让口伸出护套外部。
本实施例的调平底脚在液压连接件内设置节流流道101,避免液压介质的快速流动,使得调节过程更为平稳。另外,针对家用电器用底脚受压变化较大的情况,节流流道101可以进行很好的缓冲,避免液压介质突然快速流动造成的家用电器用底脚的损坏。
进一步地,液压嘴102上还设置了倒刺结构,使得后续连接紧固的液压管密封无脱落。
本实施例的液压板100可以实现柔性容纳体的单独密封组装,将组装后液压板-柔性容纳体组件安装进护套300的中空腔室内,安装更为简便。本实施例的调平底脚也可不采用液压板进行柔性容纳体400的密封安装,具体方案如下:
本实施例所述护套300的中空腔室的封闭端内具有节流流道,中空腔室的封闭端上设置与节流流道相通的液压嘴,所述柔性容纳体400的开口部401密封安装在护套300的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上且与节流流道相连通,两个调平底脚的液压嘴通过液压管相连通,实现液压介质在调平底脚间流通。
本实施例将柔性容纳体400直接密封安装在护套300的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上,即实现了柔性容纳体400的密封安装,简化了整体的结构。而在护套300上设置节流流道以及液压嘴,通过液压管可以实现两个或者多个调平底脚间的连通,在受到不平衡压力时,液压介质会在底脚间流通,使得整个调平底脚系统达到平衡,以具有更好的支撑调平的效果。
进一步地,本实施例的调平底脚还包括压环200,柔性容纳体400的开口部通过压环200固定密封在液压板100或者护套300的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上,所述的液压板100或者护套300的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上设置密封凹槽103,所述压环200通过连接件固定在 液压板100或者护套300的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上,将柔性容纳体400的开口部挤压进密封凹槽103内,开口部与密封凹槽103保持密封接触进行密封。
本实施例的液压介质也可采取其它方式进行密封,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,本实施例的调平底脚可以不采用柔性容纳体、液压板,本实施例可将调整脚500与护套300的中空腔室内壁之间进行密封接触,具体地,可在调整脚500位于中空腔室内的一端上设置密封圈。同时,护套300上设置节流流道以及液压嘴,通过液压管可以实现两个或者多个调平底脚间的连通。
如图1-图3所示,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的调整脚包括滑块部501和支撑部,所述的滑块部501设置在护套300的中空腔室内且可轴向滑动,所述支撑部的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内与滑块部501固定连接,另一端伸至底板700的外侧支撑在支撑面上。
进一步地,所述的支撑部包括连接杆502和支撑座503,所述连接杆502的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套300的中空腔室内与滑块部501固定连接,另一端伸至底板700的外侧与支撑座503固定连接,支撑座503支撑在支撑面上。
优选地,说阿虎的连接杆502和支撑座503一体成型,所述连接杆502与滑块部501相连接的一端设置连接螺纹,所述滑块部501上设置螺纹孔,所述连接杆502与滑块部501螺纹连接。
如图4所示,作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的调整脚500包括一体成型的滑块部和支撑部,所述的滑块部设置在护套300的中空腔室内且可轴向滑动,所述支撑部伸至底板700的外侧支撑在支撑面上。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述护套300的中空腔室开口端外翻形成连接翻边301,所述连接翻边301上开设固定孔302,所述底板700上对应开设安装孔701;所述连接翻边301与底板700的内侧面相贴合,通过连接件穿过固定孔、安装孔将护套固定连接在底板700的内侧。
具体地,护套300的连接翻边301通过螺钉/螺栓连接固定在底板700内侧。当然可以通过卡扣、焊接等方式固定连接。
进一步地,本实施例的调平底脚的与支撑面相接触的所述支撑部的底面设置摩擦阻尼装置600;优选地,所述支撑座503的底面上设置摩擦阻尼装置600。所述阻尼装置600可以橡胶材料如丁腈橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,也可以是聚氨酯材料制作。
本实施例的柔性容纳体可选择采用液囊,所述液囊具有密封口,配合液压板的密封凹 槽,通过压环压合密封。
所述液囊可形变,材料可以是橡胶、硅胶、聚氨酯等材料制作。
所述液囊被护套、液压板、滑块部完全保护,其形变量被约束和保护,防止其破裂、损伤、
可以联想到的是液囊还可以增加波纹结构。
本实施例的液压介质可以选择采用液压油,具有较好的流动稳定性。
本实施例的调平底脚利用液压原理对家用电器进行自动调平简单可靠,由于调整脚500的滑块部501可相对其轴向移动设置在护套300内,而对家用电器的调节仅限于上下方向,因此为了保证调平的稳定性,需要限定调整脚500相对护套300的转动。因此,本实施例所述护套300的内周壁上设置多个限位滑槽,所述调整脚500的滑块部上设置限位凸起,所述的限位凸起可上下滑动的安装在限位滑槽内;所述的限位滑槽302的底部设置止挡结构303将其底部封堵,防止调整脚的滑块部由护套内脱出。
本实施例的家用电器用支撑调平装置可以包括两个相互连通的调平底脚,家用电器底部的一侧两个角上安装本实施例的家用电器用支撑调平装置的两个调平底脚,另一侧安装两个普通的底脚支撑。
或者,本实施例的家用电器用支撑调平装置可以包括四个调平底脚,四个调平底脚两两连通,或者四个调平底脚相互连通,家用电器底部四个角上安装本实施例的家用电器用支撑调平装置的四个调平底脚。
本实施例提供一种设计结构简单、尺寸小、生产制作方便容易且高可靠性的调平底脚,能够有效实现家用电器调平。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种具有如上述实施例所述家用电器用支撑调平装置的家用电器,包括壳体,壳体的底部安装多个所述的调平底脚,调平底脚内部填充的液压介质可在调平底脚之间流通进行调平。
优选地,至少两个调平底脚通过液压管连通实现液压介质在调平底脚间的流通。
本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明调平底脚实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,当洗衣机安装后,由于地面不平,导致不同的调平底脚的水平高度不同,位于地面凹坑处的调平底脚位置低。由此可以知道的是,位置高处调平底脚首先承受洗衣机的重量,并且承受的重力大,位置低调平底脚由于虚腿或者承受的重力小。
位置高处调平底脚的调整脚在大的压力下将上移,整个底脚的高度变小使充满液压介 质的柔性容纳体的中空腔室的容积压缩减小,迫使液压介质进入节流孔或者阀孔通过高压管进入位置低处调平底脚内,使位置低处调平底脚的柔性容纳体内的液压介质越来越多,使得柔性容纳体膨胀推动调整脚伸长。
当位置高处底脚和位置低处底脚的液压相同,液压介质不再由高压管流动,调整脚与洗衣机底板的相对位置不再变化,完成洗衣机的自动调整。
在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压介质还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的震动噪音大大降低。
本实施例的液压介质可以选取采用液压油,流动性好,成分稳定。
另外,本发明上述实施例的调平底脚还可应用于除洗衣机外的如电冰箱、冷柜、空调室内机等家用电器。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,包括安装在家用电器的底板上的调平底脚,所述调平底脚包括:
    护套,内部具有一开口的中空腔室,开口端固定安装在底板上;
    调整脚,所述底板上对应中空腔室的开口开设通孔,调整脚的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内且可相对其轴向运动,另一端位于底板的外侧支撑在支撑面上;
    液压介质,密封在所述调整脚与护套之间形成的腔室内;
    当调平底脚放置于不平支撑面上时,调整脚受压沿护套轴向运动,液压介质受压作用于调整脚进行支撑调平。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,所述调平底脚还包括柔性容纳体,柔性容纳体设置在调整脚与护套之间形成的腔室内,且与调整脚位于护套的中空腔室内的一端相接触;
    所述柔性容纳体内部具有容纳腔,柔性容纳体具有与容纳腔相通的开口部,开口部密封安装在护套内,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体的容纳腔内;
    当调平底脚放置于不平支撑面上时,调整脚受压沿护套轴向运动挤压柔性容纳体,液压介质受压作用于调整脚进行支撑调平。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,所述调平底脚还包括液压板,所述液压板设置在护套内的中空腔室内;
    所述液压板内部具有节流流道,液压板上设置与节流流道相通的液压嘴,所述柔性容纳体的开口部密封安装在液压板上且与节流流道相连通,两个调平底脚的液压嘴通过液压管相连通,实现液压介质在调平底脚间流通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,所述护套的侧壁上设置由开口端向封闭端贯通的避让口,所述的避让口用于在将液压板安装进护套的中空腔室内时避让液压嘴,所述液压板的液压嘴由避让口伸出护套外部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,所述护套的中空腔室的封闭端内具有节流流道,中空腔室的封闭端上设置与节流流道相通的液压嘴,所述柔性容纳体的开口部密封安装在护套的中空腔室的封闭端内壁上且与节流流道相连通,两个调平底脚的液压嘴通过液压管相连通,实现液压介质在调平底脚间流通。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,所述的调整脚包括滑块部和支撑部,所述的滑块部设置在护套的中空腔室内且可轴向滑动,所述支撑部的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内与滑块部固定连接,另一端伸至底板的外 侧支撑在支撑面上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,所述的支撑部包括连接杆和支撑座,所述连接杆的一端穿过通孔伸入到护套的中空腔室内与滑块部固定连接,另一端伸至底板的外侧与支撑座固定连接,支撑座支撑在支撑面上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,与支撑面相接触的所述支撑部的底面设置摩擦阻尼装置;
    优选地,所述支撑座的底面上设置摩擦阻尼装置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的家用电器用支撑调平装置,其特征在于,所述护套,设置在底板内侧,内部具有一开口的中空腔室,开口端固定安装在底板内侧;
    优选地,所述护套的中空腔室开口端外翻形成连接翻边,所述连接翻边上开设固定孔,所述底板上对应开设安装孔;所述连接翻边与底板的内侧面相贴合,通过连接件穿过固定孔、安装孔将护套固定连接在底板的内侧。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任一项所述家用电器用支撑调平装置的家用电器。
