Description

一种家用电器用底脚及家用电器 技术领域

背景技术
家用电器,一般在壳体的底部都设置调平装置,在放置家用电器时,通过调节调平装置可使其达到稳定放置状态,调平后放置后,调平装置可支撑家用电器使其保持稳定。

例如,现有8KG滚筒洗衣机一般80Kg左右,较为沉重,消费者调节极为不便,即便完成调节也不能保证洗衣机调整为最佳状态,洗衣机在洗涤尤其是由0r/min加速到1400r/min左右进行甩干脱水时,洗衣机一旦不水平或者虚腿问题存在,将导致极大振动,极大的影响了消费者的使用舒适性。
另外,洗衣机不平导致的震动可能会使底脚螺丝松动,使底脚托架垂直移动,这种不稳定性可能会改变洗衣机的水平状态,导致产生更强烈的震动。这种恶性循环使得洗衣机用的时间长了,噪音会变得越来越大,对洗衣机本身也造成一定的损伤,缩短了使用寿命。
因此,现有洗衣机的调平存在需要手工调节,费时费力且精度较差的问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。

具体地,本实施例所述的第一安装凹槽304为以支撑端部的中心为中心的环形凹槽,所述的第一凸起部402为凸出于阻尼垫片400上表面并以阻尼垫片400的中心为中心的环形凸阶,环形凸阶与环形凹槽相匹配;所述的第二安装凹槽306为设置在支撑端部的中心的圆形凹槽,所述的第二凸起部403为凸出于阻尼垫片400上表面并位于阻尼垫片400的中心的凸柱结构,凸柱结构嵌入圆形凹槽内。
本实施例的环形凸阶与环形凹槽的嵌入式安装可以抵抗阻尼垫片受到的一般横向作用力,而凸柱结构与圆形凹槽的嵌入式安装可以抵抗阻尼垫片受到的较大横向冲击力,因此,本实施例的阻尼垫片400与调整脚300的嵌入式安装方式可以抵抗更大范围的横向作用力,避免阻尼垫片300在横向作用力下横向移动而脱落。
进一步地,本实施例所述的第一安装凹槽304由支撑端部的底壁中部低于边缘设置形成,所述的第二安装凹槽306由支撑端部的底壁中心位置朝向调整脚内部凹陷形成。
本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,还包括内部具有空腔的柔性容纳体500,所述液压介质容置在柔性容纳体500的空腔内,所述的柔性容纳体500具有一开口部502,密封安装在液压板100上,液压板100内部具有与柔性容纳体500内部腔室相连通的液体流道;
随着压力的改变,柔性容纳体500内的液压介质压缩/膨胀,液压介质在柔性容纳体500与液体流道间流通,带动调整脚300在护套200内轴向移动进行调平;
所述的柔性容纳体500上对应调整脚300的第二安装凹槽306设置避让部503。
由于第二安装凹槽306由支撑端部的底壁中心位置朝向调整脚内部凹陷形成,与之相应的,调整脚的内部底壁上形成一柱状凸起305,避让部503实则是对应柱状凸起305设置,为避让柱状凸起305而设。
进一步地,所述的柔性容纳体500包括可伸缩的容纳本体501,所述的开口部502为与容纳本体501相连通的细径结构,所述的容纳本体501设置在调整脚300内部,所述容纳本体501上与支撑端部的内壁相接触的一端对应第二安装凹槽306局部内凹形成避让部503。
本实施例的阻尼垫片400与支撑面相接触的一面上设置阻尼筋401,以增加阻尼作用,提高对支撑面的摩擦力,增强稳定性。本实施例的阻尼垫片400可以采用橡胶垫片等。
另外,本实施例所述液压板100的一端端面上设置安装凸柱,所述柔性容纳体500的开口部502包覆住安装凸柱并密封安装在液压板100上,安装凸柱的端部设置凹槽108。
本实施例的阻尼垫片400与调整脚的连接方式可以是模内注塑,粘合等,连接方式简单,且连接稳定性较强,避免其脱落。
本实施例的阻尼垫片400与调整脚300之间嵌入式安装,嵌入安装结构合理设置,不影响家用电器用底脚的调整脚300的高度,合理利用内部空间,实现阻尼垫片400与调整脚300的连接强度极大提高,避免阻尼垫片脱落的可能。
实施例二
如图1-图5所示,本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板100;
护套200,与所述液压板100固定连接;
调整脚300,设置在护套200内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板100、护套200和调整脚300之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚300在护套200内轴向移动进行调平。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚根据液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得调整脚自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器用底脚达到平衡,液压介质停止领导,实现自动调平。
本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,所述液压板100上设有用于与家用电器的底板固定连接的第一安装结构103;所述的液压板100上设有用于与护套200固定连接的第二安装结构104。
本实施例将调整脚300可轴向移动的套设在护套200内,再通过第二安装结构104将液压板100与护套200固定连接,以实现家用电器用底脚的独立组装。将组装完成后的家用电器用底脚再通过第一安装结构103整体安装在家用电器的底板上,实现家用电器用底脚安装在家用电器上。
本实施例通过第二安装结构104实现家用电器底脚的组装,而通过第一安装结构103实现家用电器用底脚安装在家用电器上,通过不同的安装结构实现相应的安装,确保家用电器用底脚的整体稳定性,以及安装在家用电器上的稳定性。
本实施例的家用电器底脚直接将液压板100固定在家用电器的底部,而将护套200与液压板100固定连接,这样,液压板100由家用电器的底部与护套200包夹,使得液压板100与护套200的固定连接的强度是非必要的,二者的连接主要目的使之成为一体的底脚,连接处的强度与家用电器的重力大小、调整脚300的支撑力大小无关。因此,本发明的家用电器用底脚可以实现液压板100与护套200的快速可靠固定连接,且降低二者连接强度的要求,进一步的降低连接所需的必要空间及高度。
综上所述,本实施例的家用电器用底脚结构更加简单,安装也更为简便,具有更好的稳定性。
另外,本实施例的家用电器用底脚的结构设计还可以降低其整体高度,对于家用电器具有更好的减震效果,例如洗衣机,本发明的家用电器用底脚对于洗衣机的脱水震动具有更好的减震效果。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的第一安装结构103为设置在液压板上的第一安装孔,所述的液压板100通过第一连接件穿过第一安装孔固定连接在家用电器的底板上。
具体地,本实施例所述的第一安装孔为螺孔,所述的第一连接件为螺钉,所述家用电器的底板上设置用于螺钉穿过的安装孔,所述的螺钉穿过底板上的安装孔安装在液压板100上的螺孔上,实现固定安装。
具体地,本实施例所述的第二安装结构104为第二安装孔,所述的液压板通过第二连接件穿过第二安装孔与护套固定连接。
进一步地,本实施例所述护套200的上端向外翻边形成安装平面,安装平面与液压板100的底面贴合并固定连接;所述的安装平面上开设对应第二安装孔的第四安装孔。
本实施例将护套200的安装平面与液压板100相贴合,这样可以使得更多的压力传递到安装平面上被分散,避免液压板100受压力过大,因为液压板100内部具有用于液压介质流通的液体流道,液压板100的稳定是整个家用电器用底脚稳定调平的关键。本实施例的安装平面由护套200的上端向外翻边形成,这样增大了护套200与液压板100的安装接触面,更有利于液压板100向护套200的安装平面传力的稳定性和分散性。
另外,护套200的安装平面与液压板100相贴合固定连接,避免了在护套200或者液压板100上设计安装结构,降低家用电器用底脚的整体结构。
进一步地,本实施例所述的安装平面的外廓与液压板100的外廓相匹配,所述安装平面与液压板100的底面贴合并固定连接。这样,液压板100受到的压力可更好的对应传递给护套200的安装平面上,避免液压板100局部不受安装平面作用而发生应力集中,更利于液压介质在液压板内的稳定流通。
优选地,本实施例所述液压板100的外廓与安装平面的外廓相似或者相同。这样,将两者相对应即可,安装更为简单方便。
具体地,本实施例所述的护套200包括内部中空的套筒部,调整脚300的一端套设在套筒部内且可相对轴向移动;所述套筒部的上端向外翻边形成安装平面,安装平面与液压板100的底面贴合并固定连接。本实施例的安装平面由套筒部的上端外翻形成,对调整脚300在护套200内的轴向移动,且只增大安装平面处的面积,而非是护套200的整体放大,节省了材料,降低了成本。
进一步地,本实施例所述的液压板100为方形平板结构,所述的套筒部为圆筒状结构,圆筒状结构的上端向外翻边形成与液压板相匹配的方形安装平面,所述方形平板结构与方形安装平面相贴合并固定连接。
具体地,本实施例所述液压板的四个角上分别设置至少一个第二安装结构104;每个安装结构的至少一侧设置一个第一安装结构103;
优选地,所述液压板100的四个角上分别设置一个第一安装孔,每个第一安装孔的两侧分别设置第二安装孔。
作为本实施例的一种安装方式,本实施例所述的护套200与液压板100之间还可以通过卡接、或者粘接、或者热熔、或者焊接方式固定连接,然后在固定安装在家用电器的底部。
本实施例的液压板100采用塑料一体注塑或者金属压铸制成,所述的护套200采用塑料一体注塑或者金属材料压铸制成。
根据本实施例家用电器用底脚的受力特点,优选地,所述的液压板100采用塑料一体注塑制成,所述的护套200采用金属压铸制成。由于护套300受力较大,因此采用金属压铸以保证强度,这样,本实施例的家用电器用底脚制造成本更低,且能保证其整体强度。
家用电器的部分重力通过底板施加在液压板100上F1,液压板100的平面可以将所受力传递给护套200的安装平面,液压板100内部通过液压传递给调整脚300,调整脚300同样受到支撑面的支撑力F2,F1=F2,调整脚300的力传递给液压板100的平面,液压板100再传给家用电器的底板。这样的设计使得液压板100虽然承受内部液体流道的压力、洗衣机的部分重力以及调整脚300的支撑力,但都传递给了护套200的安装平面、调整脚300及家用电器的底板。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例的家用电器用底脚还包括内部具有容纳腔室的柔性容纳体500,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体500内;所述液压板100上设有用于密封安装柔性容纳体500的第三安装结构105。
具体地,所述液压板100内部设有液体流道,所述柔性容纳体500具有开口部502,所述柔性容纳体500的开口部通过压环600固定安装在液压板100的底面上与液体流道连通;所述的第三安装结构105 为第三安装孔,所述的压环600通过第三连接件装配在第三安装孔上。
进一步地,本实施例所述的第三安装孔设置在液压板100的中部,所述的第三安装孔至少包括四个,分别对应液压板100的四个角设置。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例所述柔性容纳体500的开口部502通过压环600固定安装在液压板100的底面上,压环600与液压板100共同挤压开口部形变进行密封。本实施例通过压环600挤压开口部形变进行密封,更加简单方便,且密封效果好。
进一步地,所述的压环600套设在柔性容纳体500的开口部502上,压环600与液压板100共同挤压开口部形变进行密封。本实施例在进行柔性容纳体500的密封安装时可先将细径部卡套在压环600,只需要固定安装压环600,在紧固的过程中,压环600挤压开口部即可实现密封安装。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述液压板100的底面设置液压板凹槽107,所述柔性容纳体500的开口部通过压环600挤压形变填充进液压板凹槽107内进行密封。这种方式,在紧固压环600将柔性容纳体500的开口部挤压形变填充进液压板凹槽107内即可实现密封,结构简单,密封可靠有效。
优选地,所述液压板凹槽107与压环600围合的容积小于柔性容纳体500的开口部的体积。这样,可使得柔性容纳体500的开口部与液压板凹槽107紧密接触,确保密封性。
本实施例的压环600通过固定装置固定在液压板100上,具体可通过螺栓/螺钉进行固定连接。所述的压环600开设压环安装孔,所述螺栓/螺钉穿过压环安装孔紧固在液压板100的第三安装孔上。
本实施例的柔性容纳体500包括容纳本体501,容纳本体501为软性囊状结构,具有的可伸缩的波纹结构,波纹结构设置于调整脚300内,随着液压介质的流动伸缩带动调整脚300在护套200内轴向移动进行调平。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚还包括用于保护柔性容纳体500的保护件700,所述压环600嵌入保护环700内,这样具有如下的技术效果:
1、本实施例的压环600和保护环700之间采用嵌入式安装,可以起到限位作用,避免设置复杂的限位结构,简单稳定。
2、本实施例的家用电器用底脚在极大的冲击压力下(如安装使用了该家用电器用底脚的家用电器或物品在跌落或者抬起突然放置时),保护环700与柔性容纳体500施压贴合面无任何间隙,避免柔性容纳体500因此膨胀破裂等问题,提高了可靠性。
3、本实施例的压环600和保护环700之间采用嵌入式安装,降低了压环600和保护环700的安装高度,从而降低了家用电器用底脚的整体高度,安装在家用电器上对其整体重心影响较小,更利于家用电器的支撑稳定性,而对于家用电器工作过程中的震动(如洗衣机的脱水震动)具有更好的减震效果。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述保护环700的一端设置保护曲面,保护曲面配合柔性容纳 体500的外部表面以防止柔性容纳体500受压破损。
本实施例的保护环700的另一端设置嵌入槽,所述的压环600嵌入保护环700的嵌入槽内。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述保护环700的嵌入槽的内壁上设置限位凸部,所述固定件上设置与限位凸部相配合的限位凹部。本实施例的限位结构根据压环600和保护环700的嵌入式安装进行设计,在嵌入安装的同时即实现了限位运动,结构简单,稳定可靠。
本实施例的嵌入槽的深度大于压环600的厚度,这样压环600可完全嵌入到嵌入槽内,最大限度的降低安装高度,以降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度。同时,在家用电器用底脚在不平状态时,柔性容纳体500受压力不同,液压介质流动,柔性容纳体500伸缩带动调整脚300在护套200内轴向运动进行调平,柔性容纳体500伸缩必然作用与保护环700上,保护环700在嵌入槽与压环600的嵌入限定下轴向移动。
本实施例结构设计保护环700的外圆周完全包裹了所述压环600,只存在保护环700压入调整脚300,极大提高了可靠性和贴合的稳定性。因此,本实施例的保护环700压入调整脚300后,会一直稳定在调整脚300中轴向移动,移动顺滑可靠,二者实现整个家用电器用底脚更稳定,保护环700与压环600二者还可以上下存在一定的活动量。
本实施例家用电器用底脚的护套200和/或调整脚300设置用于限制调整脚300相对护套200周向转动的导向限位机构,所述液压板100上对应导向限位机构设置避让口106。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚利用液压原理对家用电器进行自动调平简单可靠,由于调整脚300可相对其轴向移动设置在护套200内,而对家用电器的调节仅限于上下方向,因此为了保证调平的稳定性,需要限定调整脚300相对护套200的转动。因此,本实施例的导向限位机构用于限定调整脚300相对于护套200沿着需要的方向运动。
由于家用电器(例如洗衣机)工作时一般会产生震动,为了保证家用电器的运行稳定性,本实施例的家用电器用底脚应尽量降低其整体高度以降低家用电器的重心。因此,本实施例在液压板100上对应导向限位机构设置避让口106,在满足导向限位机构设置的同时,不影响调整脚300的轴向移动,可降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度,提高其减震稳定性。具体地,所述的导向限位机构包括设置在护套内壁上的导向限位凹槽/导向限位凸部和对应设置在调整脚外壁上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽;所述的导向限位凸部可相对滑动的设置在导向限位凹槽内以限制调整脚相对护套周向转动。本实施例通过导向限位凹槽与导向限位凸部的配合即可限定调整脚300的轴向移动,结构简单可靠。
本实施例所述避让口106对应调整脚300上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽设置,调整脚300朝向液压板100运动,调整脚300上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽的一端进入避让口106。本实施例针对的调整脚300的轴向移动,不管导向限位机构是何种机构,只需要避让部对应调整脚300上的导向限位凸部/ 导向限位凹槽设置即可,因此在不改变调节高度的前提下,降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度且保证导向限位的稳定性。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述护套200的内壁沿其轴向方向设置导向限位凹槽201,所述调整脚300的外壁上设置导向限位凸部,所述的导向限位凸部可相对滑动的设置在导向限位凹槽内以限制调整脚300相对护套200周向转动。
本实施例所述的避让口106设置在液压板100上对应导向限位凸部,所述调整脚300在护套200内上下轴向移动,导向限位凸部的一端进/出避让口106。
因此,本实施例的家用电器用底脚由于导向限位凸部的一端进/出避让口106,这样在同样的整体高度下,可具有更大的调节高度;在同样的调节高度时,本实施例的家用电器用底脚可具有更小的整体高度。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的导向限位凸部包括第一导向限位块302和第二导向限位块301,第一导向限位块302固定在调整脚300的外壁上,第二导向限位块301固定在第一导向限位块302上且朝向液压板100延伸一定高度。本实施例的第一导向限位块302主要起到在导向限位凹槽201内导向限位的作用,而第二导向限位块301相当于延长了第一导向限位块302,具有更好的导向限位稳定性。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的导向限位机构包括多个,分别沿着护套200和/或调整脚300的周向分布,所述液压板100上对应导向限位机构设置多个避让口106。这样设置多个导向限位机构,进一步的增加了限位的稳定性,具有更好的导向限位效果。
本实施例为了实现调整脚300在护套200中的上下运动,防止圆周旋转,护套200圆周上设置了一定数量的导向限位凹槽201,数量为N,N≥1。本发明图例中优选的是4个。
调整脚300圆周上也设置了对应的导向限位凸部,数量为N,N≥1。本发明图例中优选的是4个。导向限位凸部可以在导向限位槽中运动,并由导向限位凹槽201的底部的止挡端部202进行限位,防止调整脚300由护套200中脱落出来。
为尽可能的降低家用电器用底脚高度,实现更好的稳定性,在不降低调节高度H0的情况下,原理上可以尽可能的减少护套200、调整脚300的高度,尤其是减少二者重合部。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚的液压板100上具有液压嘴101,液压嘴101与内部液体流道连通,两个家用电器用底脚通过液压管分别连接在液压嘴101上,即可实现两个家用电器用底脚的连通,液压介质可以在相互连通的家用电器用底脚间进行流通。
进一步地,本实施例的液压板上具有一厚度增大的凸块102,所述的液压嘴101设置在退块102上,以增大液压嘴101的直径,从而增加其整体强度。
实施例三
本实施例同时提供了一种具有如上述任一实施例所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,包括壳体,壳体的底部安装多个所述的家用电器用底脚,家用电器用底脚内部填充的液压介质可在家用电器用底脚之间流通进行调平。
优选地,至少两个家用电器用底脚通过连通装置连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明家用电器用底脚实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,当洗衣机安装后,由于地面不平,导致不同的家用电器用底脚的水平高度不同,位于地面凹坑处的家用电器用底脚位置低。由此可以知道的是,位置高处家用电器用底脚首先承受洗衣机的重量,并且承受的重力大,位置低家用电器用底脚由于虚腿或者承受的重力小。
位置高处家用电器用底脚的调整脚在大的压力下将上移,整个底脚的高度变小使充满液压介质的柔性容纳体的中空腔室的容积压缩减小,迫使液压介质进入节流孔或者阀孔通过高压管进入位置低处家用电器用底脚内,使位置低处家用电器用底脚的柔性容纳体内的液压介质越来越多,使得柔性容纳体膨胀推动调整脚伸长。
当位置高处底脚和位置低处底脚的液压相同,液压介质不再由高压管流动,调整脚与洗衣机底板的相对位置不再变化,完成洗衣机的自动调整。
在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压介质还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的震动噪音大大降低。
本实施例的液压介质可以选取采用液压油,流动性好,成分稳定。
另外,本发明上述各实施例的家用电器用底脚还可应用于除洗衣机外的如电冰箱、冷柜、空调室内机等家用电器。
需要说明的是:本发明的上述各实施例可单独实施,也可将多个实施例相结合实施。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,包括:
    液压板;
    护套,与所述液压板固定连接;
    调整脚,设置在护套内且可相对其轴向移动,具有一与支撑面相支撑接触的支撑端部;
    所述的液压板、护套和调整脚之间形成容纳腔室;
    液压介质,密封容置于容纳腔室内,在压力作用下,液压介质压缩/膨胀,带动调整脚在护套内轴向移动进行调平;
    以及阻尼垫片,嵌入安装在调整脚的支撑端部上,以增大调整脚与支撑面的支撑阻尼力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述调整脚的一端设置在护套内且可相对其轴向移动,另一端为支撑端部;所述的支撑端部上设置安装槽,所述的阻尼垫片嵌入安装在安装槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的安装槽包括内凹于支撑端部的第一安装凹槽,所述的阻尼垫片上具有凸出于上表面的第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部嵌入第一安装凹槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的安装槽还包括内凹于支撑端部的第二安装凹槽,所述的第二安装凹槽的深度大于第一安装凹槽的的深度;所述的阻尼垫片上具有凸出于上表面的第二凸起部,第二凸起部的凸起高度大于第一凸起部;所述第一凸起部对应嵌入第一安装凹槽内,第二凸起部对应嵌入第二安装凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的第一安装凹槽为以支撑端部的中心为中心的环形凹槽,所述的第一凸起部为凸出于阻尼垫片上表面并以阻尼垫片的中心为中心的环形凸阶,环形凸阶与环形凹槽相匹配;所述的第二安装凹槽为设置在支撑端部的中心的圆形凹槽,所述的第二凸起部为凸出于阻尼垫片上表面并位于阻尼垫片的中心的凸柱结构,凸柱结构嵌入圆形凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的第一安装凹槽由支撑端部的底壁中部低于边缘设置形成,所述的第二安装凹槽由支撑端部的底壁中心位置朝向调整脚内部凹陷形成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,还包括内部具有空腔的柔性容纳体,所述液压介质容置在柔性容纳体的空腔内,所述的柔性容纳体具有一开口部,密封安装在液压板上,液压板内部具有与柔性容纳体内部腔室相连通的液体流道;
    随着压力的改变,柔性容纳体内的液压介质压缩/膨胀,液压介质在柔性容纳体与液体流道间流通,带动调整脚在护套内轴向移动进行调平;
    所述的柔性容纳体上对应调整脚的第二安装凹槽设置避让部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的柔性容纳体包括可伸缩的容纳本体,所述的开口部为与容纳本体相连通的细径结构,所述的容纳本体设置在调整脚内部,所述容纳本体上与支撑端部的内壁相接触的一端对应第二安装凹槽局部内凹形成避让部。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述液压板的一端端面上设置安装凸柱,所述柔性容纳体的开口部包覆住安装凸柱并密封安装在液压板上,安装凸柱的端部设置凹槽。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任一项所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器。
