Description
Claims (7)
- 油圧プレート、 前記油圧プレートに固定接続されるカバー、 カバー内に設置されて軸方向に対し移動可能であり、且つ支持面に支持されて接触する支持端部を備える調整脚、 前記油圧プレート、カバー及び調整脚の間に形成される収容室、 収容室内に密封状に収容され、圧力の作用によって圧縮/膨張することで、調整脚をカバー内で軸方向に移動させてレベリングを行う油圧媒体、及び 調整脚の支持端部に嵌着されて、支持面に対する調整脚の支持減衰力を増大させる減衰パッド、を含み、 装着溝は、前記支持端部に対し内側に凹陥する第1装着凹溝及び第2装着凹溝を含み、 前記第1装着凹溝は、前記支持端部の中心を中心とする環状の凹溝であり、 前記第2装着凹溝は、前記支持端部の中心に設置される円形の凹溝であり、 前記第2装着凹溝の深さは前記第1装着凹溝の深さよりも深く、 前記減衰パッドには第1突起部及び第2突起部が備わっており、 前記第1突起部は、前記減衰パッドの上面から突出し、且つ前記減衰パッドの中心を中心とする環状の段差であり、 前記環状の段差は前記環状の凹溝と一致しており、 前記第2突起部は、前記減衰パッドの上面から突出し、且つ前記減衰パッドの中心に位置する突出柱構造であり、 前記突出柱構造は前記円形の凹溝内に嵌め込まれ、 前記減衰パッドは前記装着溝内に嵌着され、 前記第2突起部の突出高さは前記第1突起部よりも高いことを特徴とする家電製品用底脚。
- 前記調整脚は、一端がカバー内に設置されて軸方向に対し移動可能であり、他端が支持端部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の家電製品用底脚。
- 前記第1装着凹溝は、支持端部の底壁の中央部を辺縁よりも低く設置することで形成され、前記第2装着凹溝は、支持端部の底壁の中心位置が調整脚の内部に向かって凹陥することで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の家電製品用底脚。
- 更に、内部に空洞を有するフレキシブル収容体を含み、前記油圧媒体がフレキシブル収容体の空洞に収容され、前記フレキシブル収容体は開口部を有し、且つ油圧プレートに密封状に装着され、油圧プレートは、フレキシブル収容体の内部空間と連通する液体流路を内部に有し、
圧力の変化に伴って、フレキシブル収容体内の油圧媒体は圧縮/膨張し、フレキシブル収容体と液体流路の間で流動することで、調整脚をカバー内で軸方向に移動させてレベリングを行い、
前記フレキシブル収容体には、調整脚の第2装着凹溝に対応して退避部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の家電製品用底脚。 - 前記フレキシブル収容体は伸縮可能な収容本体を含み、前記開口部は収容本体と連通する小径構造をなしており、前記収容本体は調整脚の内部に設置され、前記収容本体のうち支持端部の内壁と接触する一端は第2装着凹溝に対応して部分的に内側に凹陥し、退避部
を形成していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の家電製品用底脚。 - 前記油圧プレートの一端の端面には装着用突出柱が設けられており、前記フレキシブル収容体の開口部は装着用突出柱を覆って密封状に油圧プレートに装着され、装着用突出柱の端部には凹溝が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の家電製品用底脚。
- 請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の家電製品用底脚を備える家電製品。
