Description

一种用于液体加工的柱塞泵 技术领域
本发明涉工件加工设备技术领域,特别涉及一种用于液体加工的柱塞泵。
背景技术
液体加工是指用带磨料颗粒的液体作为加工介质,对需要加工的零件进行抛光、去毛刺、切割等改变零件形状和尺寸的有别与用刀具等固体切削加工的一种加工方法,比较常见的运用是去毛刺。
去毛刺一直是金属生产加工行业的一大难题,采用人工去毛刺除人力成本高、效率低外,还只能去除表面及能接触地方的毛刺,而且易损坏工件表面,不易控制尺寸,不能去除工件内部各交叉孔的毛刺;目前行业内采用机械去毛刺也只能去除表面或能直接接触到的位置的毛刺;化学去毛刺方法除不环保外也很难控制工件毛刺位及其它部位的精度尺寸。
现有去毛刺采用的是液体去毛刺的方法,通常是将液体及磨料混合在一起,然后将待去毛刺的工件放在加工床上,通过柱塞泵让混合磨料运动,达到清除工件表面毛刺的效果。
柱塞泵工作的时候常常会应为柱塞柱上粘带混合磨料中的磨料颗粒,在柱塞泵工作时,柱塞、缸孔及密封圈遭到颗粒磨损,很容易损毁柱塞、缸孔及密封圈,影响柱塞泵的性能及柱塞泵的使用寿命。
因此,本发明公开了一种用于液体加工的柱塞泵,以解决上述现有存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于液体加工的柱塞泵,以解决现有技术中存在的诸多问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于液体加工的柱塞泵,包括与柱塞泵上部连接的液压油缸和与柱塞泵下部连接的基座;所述柱塞泵包括一缸体和柱塞杆,所述柱塞杆设置在缸体内并通过密封圈紧密连接,所述缸体内侧上部位于密封圈下开设有一环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽通过缸体左侧的进水口注入清水并从缸体右侧出水口排出。
在本发明中,所述缸体下部设置有进料口和出料口。
在本发明中,所述缸体外侧设置有导杆,所述导杆通过导杆基座固定。
在本发明中,所述导杆顶端设置有一盖板,所述液压油缸通过螺钉固定在盖板上。
在本发明中,所述缸体缸孔内设置有软质材料制成的防尘圈。
在本发明中,所述进水口与高压水泵连接,进水口处水压足于客服磨料液体的压力。
在本发明中,所述环形凹槽的宽度为1-20mm。
在本发明中,所述环形凹槽的深度为1-6mm。
在本发明中,所述液压油缸包括一油缸和油缸上端设置的油管。
本发明的一种用于液体加工的柱塞泵,通过在缸体内侧开设凹槽,通过压力注入流动清水,使柱塞泵工作时柱塞杆上粘附的磨料通过流动的清水带出,避免柱塞杆上附带的磨料损毁柱塞杆、缸孔及密封圈,保持了密封圈的密闭性,使得柱塞泵的工作寿命更长,节约了成本,结构简单,十分实用,实现本发明的目的。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了 解,下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示,本发明的一种用于液体加工的柱塞泵,包括与柱塞泵20上部连接的液压油缸30和与柱塞泵下部连接的基座10;所述柱塞泵包括一缸体21和柱塞杆22,柱塞杆设置在缸体内并通过密封圈23紧密连接,密封圈为软质材料制成,能够保证缸体内部的密闭性;缸体内侧上部位于密封圈下开设有一环形凹槽40,环形凹槽40通过缸体左侧的进水口41注入清水并从缸体右侧出水口42排出,进水口41与高压水泵连接,进水口处水压足以克服磨料液体压力,能够保持环形凹槽内的清水处于流动状态;该环形凹槽的宽度为1-20mm,深度为1-6mm;在缸体下部设置有进料口24和出料口25,磨料液体从进料口被吸进柱塞泵,加压后从出料口送到有待加工工件的复合夹具中。
在本发明一个事实例中,缸体外侧设置有导杆51,保证液压油缸推动柱塞泵工作的方向稳定,导杆通过导杆基座52固定;在导杆顶端设置有一盖板53,液压油缸30通过螺钉固定在盖板上,其中液压油缸包括一油缸31和油缸上端设置的油管32。
本发明,通过在缸体内侧开设凹槽,通过在缸体内侧开设凹槽,通过压力注入流动清水,使柱塞泵工作时柱塞杆上粘附的磨料通过流动的清水带出,避免柱塞杆上附带的磨料损毁柱塞杆、缸孔及密封圈,保持了密封圈的密闭性,使得柱塞泵的工作寿命更长,节约了成本。
在本发明中,混合磨料被柱塞泵加压后,将混合磨料注入有待加工工件的复合夹具中,工件特定部位在混合磨料作用下对工件进行加工;通过油管向油缸内注油使液压油缸工作;同时通过高压水泵向进水口注入清水,清水通过柱塞泵缸体内侧的环形凹槽从出水口流出,保持环形凹槽内的清水流动性,高压油缸带动柱塞泵工作,柱塞泵上的柱塞杆上下运动带动缸体内混合磨料运动,通过混合磨料对工件上需要加工的部位加工。柱塞杆在运动过程中附带上磨料,为了防止磨料损坏柱塞杆、缸体及密封圈,通过在缸体缸孔内设置软质材料制成的防尘圈,防止大颗粒磨料通过柱塞杆的运动破坏密封圈的密闭性,然后通过缸体内侧环形凹槽中流动的清水,将通过防尘圈的小颗粒磨料沿着环形凹槽上的出水口流出。
