Abstract
Description
[坪量]
試験で使用するキッチンペーパークレープ紙(原紙)の坪量(米坪、g/m2)は、JIS P 8124(1998)により算出する。
キッチンペーパーの嵩(5枚重ね)(mm)を測定する。キッチンペーパーの嵩の測定方法は、12cm×12cmに裁断した試験片をJIS P 8111(1998)の条件下で十分に調湿した後、同条件下でダイヤルシックネスゲージ(厚み測定器)「PEACOCK G型」(尾崎製作所製)を用いて測定する。測定の具体的な手順は、プランジャーと測定台の間にゴミ、チリ等がないことを確認してプランジャーを測定台の上におろし、該ダイヤルシックネスゲージのメモリを移動させてゼロ点を合わせる。次いで、プランジャーを上げて試験片を試験台の上におき、プランジャーをゆっくりと下ろし、そのときのゲージを読み取る。このとき、プランジャーをのせるだけとする。また、プランジャーの端子は金属製で直径30mmの円形の平面が紙平面に対し垂直に当たるようにする。この嵩の測定時の荷重は、120μmの際に約70gfである。なお、嵩の測定値は、測定を10回行って得られる平均値とする。
吸油試験(油吸収性の試験)の測定方法は、嵩の測定と同様に、試験片200を12cm×12cmに裁断する。電子天秤(株式会社エー・アンド・デイ製のHR300等)を用いて、図13に示すプラスチック製のシート202(寸法:約12cm×12cm、厚み:0.2mm、重さ:2.7g、材質:ポリプロピレン)、試験片200、錘204(直径:約82mm、厚み:10mm、重さ:59g、材質:アクリル)、下紙208(コピー用紙を約12cm×12cmに裁断したものを5枚)の各重量を測定する。測定後、プラスチック製のシート202の上に試験片200を載せ、試験片200の中央に錘204を載せる。なお、錘204には厚み方向に貫通する孔が設けられている。孔の直径は、約12mmである。
・試験片吸油量(g)=滴下2分後の試験片重量-試験片重量
・裏抜け量(g)=滴下2分後のプラスチック製のシート重量-プラスチック製のシート重量
・戻り量(g)=滴下2分後の錘重量-錘重量
・滴下油量(g)=試験片吸油量+裏抜け量+戻り量
・最終保持量(g)=5分後の試験片重量-試験片重量
・最終裏抜け量(g)=5分後の下紙の重量-下紙の重量
・裏抜け総量(g)=裏抜け量+最終裏抜け量
・試験片吸油率(%)=試験片吸油量÷滴下油量×100
・裏抜け率(%)=裏抜け量÷滴下油量×100
・戻り率(%)=戻り量÷滴下油量×100
・最終保持率(%)=最終保持量÷滴下油量×100
・最終裏抜け率(%)=最終裏抜け量÷滴下油量×100
・裏抜け総率(%)=裏抜け総量÷滴下油量×100
なお、試験片吸油量(g)、裏抜け量(g)、戻り量(g)、滴下油量(g)、最終保持量(g)、最終裏抜け量(g)、裏抜け総量(g)の各測定値は、測定を3回行って得られる平均値とする。これらの試験片吸油量(g)等から、試験片吸油率(%)、裏抜け率(%)、戻り率(%)、最終保持率(%)、最終裏抜け率(%)、裏抜け総率(%)を算出した。
実施例1では、図1~図4に示す第1実施形態のキッチンペーパー100を用いた。実施例1では、原紙として、繊維原料がパルプ100質量%、米坪22.1g/m2の原紙を用いた2枚のクレープ紙10、20を上下方向に重ねた(2プライ)。エンボス条件については、ネステッド形式を採用し、エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の面積を1.1mm2とし、エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の形状を四角形とし、非エンボス部50のパターンを十字形で該十字形に交差部を持たない形状とし、エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の合計の個数を2090個/144cm2とし、クレープ紙10のエンボス凸部EC1とクレープ紙20の非エンボス凸部NE2との糊付け面積率(クレープ紙10の非エンボス凸部NE1とクレープ紙20のエンボス凸部EC2との糊付け面積率)を8.4%とし、全エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の容積を10738mm2とし、非エンボス部50の面積率を10.8%とした。実施例1の条件及び結果を表1に示す。
実施例2では、図5及び図6に示す第2実施形態のキッチンペーパー100を用いた。実施例2では、原紙の米坪を21.5g/m2とし、エンボス条件のうち、非エンボス部50の非エンボス領域51、53に形成された各パターンを4個の細長い長方形が所定の間隔で配置された形状とし、非エンボス部50の非エンボス領域52、54に形成された各パターンを12個の細長い長方形が所定の間隔で配置された形状とし、エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の合計の個数を2105個/144cm2とし、全エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の合計の容積を10759mm2とし、非エンボス部50の面積率を10.7%とした以外は、実施例1と同様にした。実施例2の条件及び結果を表1に示す。
実施例3では、図7~図10に示す第3実施形態のキッチンペーパー100を用いた。実施例3では、クレープ紙20に非エンボス部60を形成した以外は、実施例1と同様にした。実施例3の条件及び結果を表1に示す。
実施例4では、図11及び図12に示す第4実施形態のキッチンペーパー100を用いた。実施例4では、エンボス条件のうち、非エンボス部50の非エンボス領域52、54、及び非エンボス部60の非エンボス領域61、63各の各パターンを4個の細長い長方形が所定の間隔で配置された形状とし、エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の合計の個数を2137個/144cm2とし、クレープ紙10のエンボス凸部EC1とクレープ紙20の非エンボス凸部NE2との糊付け面積率(クレープ紙10の非エンボス凸部NE1とクレープ紙20のエンボス凸部EC2との糊付け面積率)を8.6%とし、全エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の合計の容積を10631mm2とし、非エンボス部50の面積率を6.7%とした以外は、実施例1と同様にした。実施例4の条件及び結果を表1に示す。
比較例1では、図14~図17示すキッチンペーパー100を用いた。比較例1では、エンボス条件として、ティップ トゥ ティップ(TIP TO TIP)形式を採用し、非エンボス部50、60の各面積率を37.4%とし、非エンボス部50、60のパターンを格子形状とした以外は、実施例1と同様にした。比較例1では、非エンボス部50と非エンボス部60とが対面して形成され、交差部CPを有する非エンボス空間LNが形成されている。比較例1の条件及び結果を表1に示す。
比較例2では、図18~図21に示すキッチンペーパー100を用いた。比較例2では、原紙については、米坪21.2g/m2の原紙を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にした。エンボス条件については、非エンボス部50のパターンをハニカム形状とし、エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の形状を三角形とし、エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の合計の個数を2172個/144cm2とし、クレープ紙10のエンボス凸部EC1とクレープ紙20の非エンボス凸部NE1との糊付け面積率を8.1%とし、全エンボス凸部EC1、EC2の合計の容積を13275mm2とし、非エンボス部50、60の各面積率を19.1%とした以外は、実施例1と同様にした。なお、比較例2では、非エンボス部50と非エンボス部60とが対面して形成され、交差部CPを有する非エンボス空間LNが形成されている。比較例2の条件及び結果を表1に示す。

Claims (13)
- エンボス凸部と該エンボス凸部に対応するエンボス凹部とが表裏に複数形成された第1のシートと、
エンボス凸部と該エンボス凸部に対応するエンボス凹部とが表裏に複数形成された第2のシートとを有し、
前記第1のシートと前記第2のシートとが、エンボス凸部の形成面をネステッド形式で対面させて一体化した衛生薄葉紙であって、
前記第1のシート及び前記第2のシートは、複数のエンボス凸部と複数の非エンボス凸部とが形成されたエンボス部を有し、
前記第1のシート及び前記第2のシートの少なくともいずれかが、複数のエンボス凸部と複数の非エンボス凸部とが形成されない非エンボス部を有し、
前記非エンボス部が、交差部を持たない形状を有する、衛生薄葉紙。 - 前記非エンボス部同士が対向して形成される空間がない、請求項1に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
- 前記第1のシートは、前記非エンボス部を有し、
前記第2のシートは、前記非エンボス部を有さない、請求項1に記載の衛生薄葉紙。 - 前記第1のシート及び前記第2のシートは、それぞれ2つ以上のシート領域を有し、
前記第1のシートの該シート領域の少なくとも1つのシート領域には、前記非エンボス部を有する非エンボス領域が形成され、
前記第2のシートの該シート領域には、前記非エンボス部を有さないエンボス領域のみが形成されている、請求項3に記載の衛生薄葉紙。 - 前記非エンボス部は複数のパターンで形成されている、請求項3に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
- 前記複数のパターンのうち隣り合う2つのパターンが、360°/n回転対称(nは1以上の整数)である、請求項5に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
- 前記複数のパターンのうち隣り合う2つのパターンが、点対称である、請求項5に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
- 前記非エンボス部の面積率が3~16%である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
- 前記第1のシートは、複数のエンボス凸部と複数の非エンボス凸部とが形成された第1のエンボス部と、複数のエンボス凸部と複数の非エンボス凸部とが形成されない第1の非エンボス部とを有し、
前記第2のシートは、複数のエンボス凸部と複数の非エンボス凸部とが形成された第2のエンボス部と、複数のエンボス凸部と複数の非エンボス凸部とが形成されない第2の非エンボス部とを有し、
前記第1の非エンボス部は、前記第2のエンボス部と対面し、
前記第2の非エンボス部は、前記第1のエンボス部と対面する、請求項1に記載の衛生薄葉紙。 - 前記第1のシート及び前記第2のシートは、それぞれ2つ以上のシート領域を有し、
前記第1のシートの該シート領域は、前記第1の非エンボス部を有さない第1のエンボス領域と前記第1の非エンボス部を有する第1の非エンボス領域とが形成され、
前記第2のシートの該シート領域は、前記第2の非エンボス部を有さない第2のエンボス領域と前記第2の非エンボス部を有する第2の非エンボス領域とが形成され、
前記第1の非エンボス領域と前記第2の非エンボス領域とが重ならないように配置されている、請求項9に記載の衛生薄葉紙。 - 前記第2のエンボス部に対面する前記第1の非エンボス部のパターンと前記第1のエンボス部に対面する前記第2の非エンボス部のパターンとが、90°×n回転対称(nは奇数)である、請求項9に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
- 前記第2のエンボス部に対面する前記第1の非エンボス部のパターンと前記第1のエンボス部に対面する前記第2の非エンボス部のパターンとが、線対称である、請求項9に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
- 前記第1の非エンボス部および前記第2の非エンボス部の面積率が、3~16%である、請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の衛生薄葉紙。
