Abstract
本発明は、接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、位置決めしながら接合する接合工程と、リベットを用いる締結工程と、第2部品の露出面と開口部の全周とが近接する領域にシーリング剤を塗布して当該開口部の全周を気密に塞ぐ密封工程と、を備える。接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤であり、シーリング剤は、ウレタン系シーリング剤である。
Description
本発明は、第1部品の開口部を第2部品で覆う方法に関している。特には、本発明は、開口部を有し、当該開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、を互いに接合する方法に関している。
まず、開口部を有し、当該開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、を互いに接合する方法の従来技術について説明する。
特開平8-317514は、リベットと接着剤とを併用する接合方法を開示している。
特開平8-317514に開示された技術を応用すれば、前記第1部品と前記第2部品との接合は、以下の工程によって実現できる。
すなわち、(i)互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部に接着剤を塗布する塗布工程、(ii)前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面を接合する接合工程、及び、(iii)前記接合工程の後で、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットを用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して締結する締結工程、である。
これらの工程を介しての前記第1部品と前記第2部品との接合は、特開平8-317514に説明されているように、熟練技術者を必要とする溶接作業による接合と同程度の剛性強度を実現し、また、溶接作業による接合よりも優れた耐震性(共振特性)を実現できる。
前述の工程を介しての接合だけでは、開口部を完全に気密に塞ぐことはできない。本件発明者は、そのような用途のために、接合後の開口部に更にシーリング剤を適用することについて、鋭意検討を重ねてきた。
金属製の部品を接合する際に汎用されている接着剤としては、エポキシ系接着剤がある。しかしながら、本件発明者による各種の試行実験によれば、エポキシ系接着剤は、シーリング剤が混入するような環境下では十分な接着強度を実現できないことが分かった。
本発明は、以上の知見に基づいて創案されたものである。本発明の目的は、開口部を有し、当該開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、を互いに接合する方法において、十分な接合強度を維持しつつ開口部を完全に気密に塞ぐことができる方法を提供することである。
本発明は、開口部を有し、前記開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、を互いに接合する方法であって、互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部に接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面を接合する接合工程と、前記接合工程の後で、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットを用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して締結する締結工程と、前記開口部を介して前記第2部品の前記他方側に露出する面と前記開口部の全周とが近接する領域にシーリング剤を塗布して前記開口部の全周を気密に塞ぐ密封工程と、を備え、前記接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤であり、前記シーリング剤は、ウレタン系シーリング剤であることを特徴とする方法である。
本発明によれば、接合後の開口部に更にシーリング剤を適用することで(密封工程)、開口部を完全に気密に塞ぐことができる。本件発明者は、気密に塞がれた開口部について、1000Paの空気圧力下でもリークが生じないことを確認している。そして、接着剤としてアクリル系接着剤を採用したことにより、シーリング剤の混入が接着強度に有意な悪影響を及ぼすことがない。また、アクリル系接着剤は、エポキシ系接着剤よりも耐衝撃性に優れるという特性も有している。
更に、シーリング剤としてウレタン系シーリング剤を採用したことにより、十分な気密性に加えて十分な耐久性をも実現することができる。シーリング剤としては、シリコーン系シーリング剤もよく知られているが、本件発明者による各種の試行実験によれば、アクリル系接着剤を用いた接合工程後にシリコーン系シーリング剤を併用した場合、ウレタン系シーリング剤と比較して十分な接着強度を実現できないことが分かった。
例えば、前記接着剤(アクリル系接着剤)は、メタクリル酸メチルを40~50%、メタクリル酸2-エチルヘキシルを含むメタクリル酸エステル類を20~40%、それぞれ含有していることが好ましい。
また、例えば、前記シーリング剤(ウレタン系シーリング剤)は、ウレタンプレポリマーを20~30%含有していることが好ましい。
また、前記接合工程では、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔のうちの少なくとも1つの組を共通に貫通する棒状部材を用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面が接合されることが好ましい。
また、本発明は、以上の方法によって製造された構造体である。すなわち、本発明は、開口部を有し、前記開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、が接合されてなる構造体であって、互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部上の接着剤と、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットと、前記開口部を介して前記第2部品の前記他方側に露出する面と前記開口部の全周とが近接する領域に塗布されたシーリング剤と、を備え、前記シーリング剤によって前記開口部の全周が気密に塞がれていて、1000Paの空気圧力下でもリークがないことを特徴とする構造体である。
前述のように、前記接着剤は、メタクリル酸メチルを40~50%、メタクリル酸2-エチルヘキシルを含むメタクリル酸エステル類を20~40%、それぞれ含有していることが好ましく、また、前記シーリング剤は、ウレタンプレポリマーを20~30%含有していることが好ましい。この場合、前記シーリング剤による前記開口部におけるアウトガス性能は、メタクリル酸エステル類の増分が1μg/m3 以下、他の成分の増分は0.2μg/m3 以下、を実現することができる。
一例として、当該構造体は、流し台である。

また、例えば、前記シーリング剤(ウレタン系シーリング剤)は、ウレタンプレポリマーを20~30%含有していることが好ましい。
また、前記接合工程では、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔のうちの少なくとも1つの組を共通に貫通する棒状部材を用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面が接合されることが好ましい。
また、本発明は、以上の方法によって製造された構造体である。すなわち、本発明は、開口部を有し、前記開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、が接合されてなる構造体であって、互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面の前記開口部側及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の前記開口部側の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部上のシーリング剤と、互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部上の接着剤と、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットと、を備え、前記シーリング剤によって前記開口部の全周が気密に塞がれていて、1000Paの空気圧力下でもリークがないことを特徴とする構造体である。
前述のように、前記接着剤は、メタクリル酸メチルを40~50%、メタクリル酸2-エチルヘキシルを含むメタクリル酸エステル類を20~40%、それぞれ含有していることが好ましく、また、前記シーリング剤は、ウレタンプレポリマーを20~30%含有していることが好ましい。この場合、前記シーリング剤による前記開口部におけるアウトガス性能は、メタクリル酸エステル類の増分が1μg/m3 以下、他の成分の増分は0.2μg/m3 以下、を実現することができる。
一例として、当該構造体は、流し台である。
本発明によれば、接合後の開口部に更にシーリング剤を適用することで(密封工程)、開口部を気密に塞ぐことができる。あるいは、本発明によれば、接合前の開口部に予めシーリング剤を適用しておくことで(第1塗布工程)、開口部を完全に気密に塞ぐことができる。そして、接着剤としてアクリル系接着剤を採用したことにより、シーリング剤の混入が接着強度に有意な悪影響を及ぼすことがない。また、アクリル系接着剤は、エポキシ系接着剤よりも耐衝撃性に優れるという特性も有している。
更に、シーリング剤としてウレタン系シーリング剤を採用したことにより、十分な気密性に加えて十分な耐久性をも実現することができる。アクリル系接着剤を用いた接合工程後にシリコーン系シーリング剤を併用した場合、ウレタン系シーリング剤と比較して十分な接着強度を実現できない。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る接合前の第1部品と第2部品とを示す概略斜視図であり、図2は、接合後の当該第1部品及び当該第2部品を内側から見た概略斜視図である。
図1に示すように、本実施形態における第1部品10は、平面視で互いに相似形である正方形状の外周と内周とを有し、当該内周が上方側に開口する正方形状の開口部18を規定しているステンレス鋼等の金属製の薄板部材(板金)である上板部材12と、当該上面部材12の4個(4辺)の周面(周縁)の各々に溶接された4個の金属製の側板部材15と、から構成されている。
図1に図示された例では、各側板部材15は上板部材12と同一形態で構成されている(各側方側に開口する正方形状の開口部を規定している)が、各側板部材15の形態は何ら限定されない。また、図1に図示された例では、各側板部材15は上板部材12に溶接されているが、上板部材12と一体的に構成されて曲げ加工されてもよい。上板部材12の素材は、アルミニウム、真鍮、銅、冷間圧延鋼板、軟鋼、ブリキ、ニッケル、チタン、亜鉛めっき鋼板、トタン、等である。
また、第1部品10の開口部18の周縁の領域(第1領域)である上板部材12に、図1に示すように、8個の上下方向に貫通する第1リベット孔14が略均等配置されている。
一方、図1に示すように、本実施形態における第2部品20は、第1部品10の開口部18を上方側から覆う形状を有するステンレス鋼等の金属製の薄板部材(板金)であり、第1領域である上板部材12に対応する第2領域22を有しており、当該第2領域22に第1部品10の8個の第1リベット孔14にそれぞれ対応する8個の第2リベット孔24が設けられている。
図1に図示された例では、第2部品20の中央領域に配管等のための丸孔が設けられているが、その有無ないし形状は任意である。第2部品20の素材も、アルミニウム、真鍮、銅、冷間圧延鋼板、軟鋼、ブリキ、ニッケル、チタン、亜鉛めっき鋼板、トタン、等である。
本実施形態によれば、以上のような第1部品10及び第2部品20が、以下の工程に従って接合される。
まず、互いに向かい合う第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上方側の面及び第2部品20の第2領域22の下方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部に、アクリル系接着剤が塗布される(塗布工程)。
次に、第1部品10及び第2部品20を互いに対して位置決めしながら、互いに向かい合う第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上方側の面と第2部品20の第2領域22の下方側の面とを接合する(接合工程)。
ここで、高精度な位置決めを容易に実施するために、第1部品10の8個の第1リベット孔14及び第2部品20の8個の第2リベット孔24のうちの少なくとも1つの対応する組を共通に貫通する棒状部材(穴位置合わせ棒という)を用いることが好ましい。これによれば、第1部品10及び第2部品20を互いに対して極めて容易に位置決めすることができ、そのような位置決め状態を維持しながら、第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上面と第2部品20の第2領域22の下面とを円滑に接合することができる。すなわち、所望の相対位置関係にて接着剤による接合を実施することができる。
次に、対応する第1部品10の8個の第1リベット孔14及び第2部品20の8個の第2リベット孔24の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベット30を用いて、第1部品10及び第2部品20を互いに対して締結する(締結工程)。リベット30は、例えばポップリベットファスナー株式会社が製造している型式「SSD-42-SSH」であり、締結作業は、公知のリベットガンを用いて行われ得る。
そして、開口部18を介して下方側に露出する第2部品20の面と、開口部18の全周と、が近接している領域に、公知のコーキングガンでシーリング剤40(コーキング剤ともいう)を塗布して、開口部18の全周を気密に塞ぐ(密封工程)。シーリング剤40を塗布した後の状態が、図2に示されている。
以上のような本実施形態によれば、接合後の開口部18に更にシーリング剤40を適用することで、開口部18を完全に気密に塞ぐことができる。
アクリル系接着剤として、電気化学工業株式会社が製造している型式「ハードロック M-600-08A」を用いて、シーリング剤40として、日本シーカ株式会社製の型式「Sikaflex(シーカフレックス)-SCR」を用いた場合について、開口部18のリーク特性が実際に検査された(開口部18は、1辺が約25cm(図面と整合させました)の正方形であり、第1リベット孔14及び第2リベット孔24の直径は3.3mmであり、上面部材12の厚みは1mmであり、第2部品20の厚みは1mmであり、接着剤は上面部材12の上面の全面に塗布され上面部材12の上面の幅(内周から外周までの幅)は30mmであった)。具体的には、検査対象領域にスヌープ液(濡れ検出液)を筆で塗布しておいて、気泡の発生の有無を目視で確認することでリークの有無を判断した。
リーク特性試験の結果を図3に示す。図3に示すように、本実施形態に従って気密に塞がれた開口部18においては、1000Paの空気圧力下でもリークが生じないことが確認された。
また、シーリング剤40による開口部18におけるアウトガス性能を評価した所、メタクリル酸エステル類の増分が1μg/m3 以下であり、他の成分の増分は0.2μg/m3 以下であった。
以上のような本実施形態は、キッチンの流し台の製造や、自動販売機の筐体の製造等に有効に活用することができる。更には、特殊環境下で使用されるダクト等の製造にも、有効に活用することができる。
電気化学工業株式会社が製造している型式「ハードロック M-600-08A」の特性について、図4に示しておく(電気化学工業株式会社が作成した「製品安全データシート」から抜粋)。図4には、本発明において同様に好適に採用され得る型式「ハードロック M-600-08B」の特性をも併記されている。
図5は、型式「ハードロック M-600-08A」の組成を示す図表であり、図6は、型式「ハードロック M-600-08B」の組成を示す図表である(電気化学工業株式会社が作成した「製品安全データシート」から抜粋)。
日本シーカ株式会社が製造している型式「Sikaflex(シーカフレックス)-SCR」の成分及び含有量は、ウレタンプレポリマーが20~30%、可塑剤が20~30%、顔料、充填材が40~50%、溶剤が0%、添加剤、触媒等が1~3%であり、危険有害成分は、酸化チタンで、その含有量は3~4%である(日本シーカ株式会社が作成した「製品安全データシート」から抜粋)。
なお、本件発明者は、各種の試行実験を繰り返す中で、接着剤としてエポキシ系接着剤を採用するとシーリング剤40の混入が接着強度に有意な悪影響を及ぼす一方で、接着剤としてアクリル系接着剤を採用すればシーリング剤40が混入しても接着強度に有意な悪影響を及ぼすことがない、という知見を得た。
そして、この知見を明示的に説明するべく、接着剤とシーリング剤とを積極的に混合した場合の接着強度(引張り強度)について比較実験を行った。具体的には、アクリル系接着剤として前記した電気化学工業株式会社が製造している型式「ハードロック M-600-08A」、エポキシ系接着剤としてコニシ株式会社が製造している型式「ボンドクイック5 #16123」、ウレタン系シーリング剤として前記した日本シーカ株式会社製の型式「Sikaflex(シーカフレックス)-SCR」、シリコーン系シーリング剤としてセメダイン株式会社が製造している型式「バスコークN HJ-146」を用いて、それぞれの組合せないし配合比率での接着強度(引張り強度)が評価された。
引張り試験は、JIS6850の試験方法に従って行われ、テストピースは、SUS430から、図7に示すように、長さ100mm、幅25mm、厚み2mmに作成され、接着部分の重ね合わせは12.5mmとされ、接着硬化時間は24時間以上とされた。
図8が、引張り測定値を示す図表である。図8の実施例1~3に示すように、アクリル系接着剤(ハードロック M-600-08A)とウレタン系シーリング剤(シーカフレックス-SCR)との組合せであれば、シーリング剤の混入量が30%にまで増大しても、十分な接着強度を維持できることが分かる。
一方、図8の比較例11~12に示すように、アクリル系接着剤(ハードロック M-600-08A)とシリコーン系シーリング剤(バスコークN HJ-146)との組合せの場合、シーリング剤の混入量が20%であっても、接着強度が維持できないことが分かる。
また、図8の比較例21~22、31~32に示すように、エポキシ系接着剤(ボンドクイック5 #16123)が採用される場合には、ウレタン系シーリング剤(シーカフレックス-SCR)との組合せの場合でも、シリコーン系シーリング剤(バスコークN HJ-146)との組合せの場合でも、接着強度が大幅に低下する可能性があることが分かる。
ところで、第1部品10及び/または第2部品20の形態によっては、接合工程及び締結工程を実施した後に、密封工程を実施することが不可能ないし困難である場合も想定され得る。例えば、図1に示した実施形態において、側板部材15が開口部を有していない場合、下側(裏側)からの施工となる密封工程は、実施が困難である。
そのような場合に対応するべく、本件発明者は更に検討を進め、以下の実施形態が有効であることを知見した。
なお、前記実施形態に関して第1部品10及び第2部品20について説明した事項は、以下の実施形態においても適合する。例えば、図1に示すような形態の第1部品10(側板部材15が開口部を有している)及び第2部品20に対して以下の実施形態を適合することも可能である。
本実施形態においては、まず、互いに向かい合う第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上方側の面の開口部側及び第2部品20の第2領域22の下方側の面の開口部側の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部に、シーリング剤が塗布される。例えば、図9に示すように、第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上方側の面の開口部側(内側)全周に、シーリング剤が塗布される(第1塗布工程)。
この第1塗布工程時には、所望の領域のみにシーリング剤を塗布するべく、上面部材12(第1領域)の上方側の面の外側の領域にマスキングテープを貼って作業することが好ましい。また、シーリング剤は、スポンジ製のヘラを用いて均す(塗布後の高さが均一になる)ように塗布されることが好ましい。
次に、マスキングテープを用いて第1塗布工程を実施した場合にはそれを剥がして、互いに向かい合う第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上方側の面及び第2部品20の第2領域22の下方側の面の少なくとも一方の前記シーリング剤が塗布されていない少なくとも一部に、アクリル系接着剤が塗布される(第2塗布工程)。
そして、第1部品10及び第2部品20を互いに対して位置決めしながら、互いに向かい合う第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上方側の面と第2部品20の第2領域22の下方側の面とを接合しつつ、シーリング剤を開口部18の全周に行き渡らせる(接合工程)。
ここで、前記実施形態と同様に、高精度な位置決めを容易に実施するために、第1部品10の8個の第1リベット孔14及び第2部品20の8個の第2リベット孔24のうちの少なくとも1つの対応する組を共通に貫通する棒状部材(穴位置合わせ棒という)を用いることが好ましい。これによれば、第1部品10及び第2部品20を互いに対して極めて容易に位置決めすることができ、そのような位置決め状態を維持しながら、第1部品10の上面部材12(第1領域)の上面と第2部品20の第2領域22の下面とを円滑に接合しつつシーリング剤を開口部18の全周に円滑に行き渡らせることができる。すなわち、所望の相対位置関係にて接着剤による接合とシーリング剤の設置とを実施することができる。
次に、対応する第1部品10の8個の第1リベット孔14及び第2部品20の8個の第2リベット孔24の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベット30を用いて、第1部品10及び第2部品20を互いに対して締結する(締結工程)。リベット30は、前記実施形態と同様に、例えばポップリベットファスナー株式会社が製造している型式「SSD-42-SSH」であり、締結作業は、公知のリベットガンを用いて行われ得る。
以上のような本実施形態によっても、開口部18を完全に気密に塞ぐことができる。
アクリル系接着剤として、電気化学工業株式会社が製造している型式「ハードロック M-600-08A」を用いて、シーリング剤40として、日本シーカ株式会社製の型式「Sikaflex(シーカフレックス)-SCR」を用いた場合について、開口部18のリーク特性が実際に検査された(開口部18は、1辺が約25cm(図面と整合させました)の正方形であり、第1リベット孔14及び第2リベット孔24の直径は3.3mmであり、上面部材12の厚みは1mmであり、第2部品20の厚みは1mmであり、シーリング剤は上面部材12の上面の内周側10mmの幅の領域12aに塗布され、接着剤は上面部材12の上面の外周側20mmの幅の領域12b(シーリング剤が塗布されていない全面)に塗布された)。具体的には、検査対象領域にスヌープ液(濡れ検出液)を筆で塗布しておいて、気泡の発生の有無を目視で確認することでリークの有無を判断した。
リーク特性試験の結果は、前記実施形態の結果(図3)と同じであった。すなわち、本実施形態に従って気密に塞がれた開口部18においても、1000Paの空気圧力下でもリークが生じないことが確認された。
また、本実施形態による開口部18におけるアウトガス性能を評価した所、前記実施形態と同様、メタクリル酸エステル類の増分が1μg/m3 以下であり、他の成分の増分は0.2μg/m3 以下であった。
以上のような本実施形態も、キッチンの流し台の製造や、自動販売機の筐体の製造等に有効に活用することができる。更には、特殊環境下で使用されるダクト等の製造にも、有効に活用することができる。

Claims (20)
- 開口部を有し、前記開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、
前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、
を互いに接合する方法であって、
互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部に接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面を接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程の後で、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットを用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して締結する締結工程と、
前記開口部を介して前記第2部品の前記他方側に露出する面と前記開口部の全周とが近接する領域にシーリング剤を塗布して前記開口部の全周を気密に塞ぐ密封工程と、
を備え、
前記接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤であり、
前記シーリング剤は、ウレタン系シーリング剤である
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記接着剤は、メタクリル酸メチルを40~50%、メタクリル酸2-エチルヘキシルを含むメタクリル酸エステル類を20~40%、それぞれ含有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記シーリング剤は、ウレタンプレポリマーを20~30%含有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記接合工程では、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔のうちの少なくとも1つの組を共通に貫通する棒状部材を用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面が接合される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 開口部を有し、前記開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、
前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、
が接合されてなる構造体であって、
互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部上の接着剤と、
対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットと、
前記開口部を介して前記第2部品の前記他方側に露出する面と前記開口部の全周とが近接する領域に塗布されたシーリング剤と、
を備え、
前記シーリング剤によって前記開口部の全周が気密に塞がれていて、1000Paの空気圧力下でもリークがない
ことを特徴とする構造体。 - 前記接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤であり、
前記シーリング剤は、ウレタン系シーリング剤である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の構造体。 - 前記接着剤は、メタクリル酸メチルを40~50%、メタクリル酸2-エチルヘキシルを含むメタクリル酸エステル類を20~40%、それぞれ含有している
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の構造体。 - 前記シーリング剤による前記開口部におけるアウトガス性能は、メタクリル酸エステル類の増分が1μg/m3 以下であり、他の成分の増分は0.2μg/m3 以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の構造体。 - 前記シーリング剤は、ウレタンプレポリマーを20~30%含有している
ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれかに記載の構造体。 - 当該構造体は、流し台である
ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至9のいずれかに記載の構造体。 - 開口部を有し、前記開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、
前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、
を互いに接合する方法であって、
互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面の前記開口部側及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の前記開口部側の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部にシーリング剤を塗布する第1塗布工程と、
互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の前記シーリング剤が塗布されていない少なくとも一部に接着剤を塗布する第2塗布工程と、
前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面を接合しつつ前記シーリング剤を前記開口部の全周に行き渡らせる接合工程と、
前記接合工程の後で、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットを用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して締結する締結工程と、
を備え、
前記接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤であり、
前記シーリング剤は、ウレタン系シーリング剤である
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記接着剤は、メタクリル酸メチルを40~50%、メタクリル酸2-エチルヘキシルを含むメタクリル酸エステル類を20~40%、それぞれ含有している
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記シーリング剤は、ウレタンプレポリマーを20~30%含有している
ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 前記接合工程では、対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔のうちの少なくとも1つの組を共通に貫通する棒状部材を用いて前記第1部品及び前記第2部品を互いに対して位置決めしながら前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の前記他方側の面が接合される
ことを特徴とする請求項11乃至13のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 開口部を有し、前記開口部の周縁の第1領域に複数の第1リベット孔を有する金属製の第1部品と、
前記第1部品の前記開口部を一方側から覆う形状を有し、前記第1領域に対応する第2領域を有し、当該第2領域に前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔にそれぞれ対応する複数の第2リベット孔を有する金属製の第2部品と、
が接合されてなる構造体であって、
互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面の前記開口部側及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の前記開口部側の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部上のシーリング剤と、
互いに向かい合う前記第1部品の前記第1領域の前記一方側の面及び前記第2部品の前記第2領域の他方側の面の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部上の接着剤と、
対応する前記第1部品の前記複数の第1リベット孔及び前記第2部品の前記複数の第2リベット孔の各々の組を共通に貫通するリベットと、
を備え、
前記シーリング剤によって前記開口部の全周が気密に塞がれていて、1000Paの空気圧力下でもリークがない
ことを特徴とする構造体。 - 前記接着剤は、アクリル系接着剤であり、
前記シーリング剤は、ウレタン系シーリング剤である
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の構造体。 - 前記接着剤は、メタクリル酸メチルを40~50%、メタクリル酸2-エチルヘキシルを含むメタクリル酸エステル類を20~40%、それぞれ含有している
