- the composite tungsten oxide has a light shielding ability to reduce the light transmittance in the wavelength region of 800 to 2000 nm, it may shield the high wavelength region in the visible region of less than 800 nm. Sometimes the lamp cover looks bluish. Further, as described above, the composite tungsten oxide is reduced by protons generated by the deterioration of the thermoplastic resin, and its light absorption characteristics are changed, and the absorption band is shifted to the short wavelength side. Blueness can be strong. By using the second selective wavelength absorbing material having the maximum absorption wavelength within the wavelength range of 450 to 550 nm, it is possible to suppress the bluishness of the lamp cover and to provide a substantially colorless lamp cover.

- the lamp cover of the present invention is usually obtained by injection molding of the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention. More specifically, the lamp cover of the present invention uses the thermoplastic resin composition described above as a molding material, which is injected and filled into a mold cavity in a molten state, and then cooled, and the molded product is then molded into a mold. It can obtain by peeling from.
- thermoplastic resin composition is put into a pellet form from a hopper into a cylinder, the thermoplastic resin composition is melted while rotating the screw, the screw is moved backward, A predetermined amount of the thermoplastic resin composition is filled in, and the molten thermoplastic resin composition is injected and filled into the mold while applying pressure by advancing the screw, and the pressure is maintained for a certain time until the mold is sufficiently cooled.
- the lamp cover of the present invention can be manufactured by opening the mold and taking out the molded body.
