ここで特許文献1には、水素ガス或いは酸素ガスが隔膜を透過して、両方のガスが混合されることを防止し得る水素・酸素ガス発生装置が開示されている。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、その構成及び方法を変更、追加、又は削除できる。

Claims (6)
- 内部に陽極が配置され、外部から供給される電力により水を電解して酸素ガスを発生させる陽極室と、内部に陰極が配置され、前記電力により水を電解して水素ガスを発生させる陰極室と、前記陽極室と前記陰極室との間に配置された隔膜とを有する水電解槽と、
前記陰極室から排出され且つ水素ガスを含む陰極側ガスを流通させる陰極側ガス流路と、
前記陰極側ガス流路における陰極側ガスの水素濃度若しくは酸素濃度、又は、前記水電解槽への電力供給量の少なくともいずれかを監視する監視装置と、
前記陰極側ガス流路を流通する陰極側ガスの水素濃度を高めるように、水素ガスを陰極側ガスに供給可能に設けられた水素供給路と、
前記水素供給路から陰極側ガスへ供給される水素ガスの流量を調節する流量調節バルブとを備える、水電解システム。 - 前記監視装置による監視結果に基づいて前記流量調節バルブを制御する制御装置を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記水素濃度が水素基準濃度よりも高く若しくは前記酸素濃度が酸素基準濃度よりも低く、又は、前記電力供給量が基準電力量よりも高い場合に、陰極側ガスへの水素ガスの供給を停止させ、前記水素濃度が前記水素基準濃度以下若しくは前記酸素濃度が前記酸素基準濃度以上、又は、前記電力供給量が前記基準電力量以下の場合に、陰極側ガスへ水素ガスを供給させるように、前記流量調節バルブを制御する、請求項1に記載の水電解システム。 - 陰極側ガスを圧縮する圧縮機を更に備え、
前記水素供給路は、前記陰極側ガス流路の前記圧縮機よりも陰極側ガスの流通方向の上流側に接続されている、請求項1乃至2に記載の水電解システム。 - 陰極側ガスに含まれる酸素ガスを除去することにより陰極側ガスから水素ガスを精製する精製器を更に備え、
前記水素供給路は、前記精製器で精製された水素ガスを陰極側ガスに供給する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の水電解システム。 - 前記精製器で精製された水素ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクを更に備え、
前記水素供給路は、前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された水素ガスを陰極側ガスに供給する、請求項4に記載の水電解システム。 - 内部に陽極が配置され、外部から供給される電力により水を電解して酸素ガスを発生させる陽極室と、内部に陰極が配置され、前記電力により水を電解して水素ガスを発生させる陰極室と、前記陽極室と前記陰極室との間に配置された隔膜とを有する水電解槽と、前記陰極室から排出され且つ水素ガスを含む陰極側ガスを流通させる陰極側ガス流路と、前記陰極側ガス流路における陰極側ガスの水素濃度若しくは酸素濃度、又は、前記水電解槽への電力供給量の少なくともいずれかを監視する監視装置と、前記陰極側ガス流路を流通する陰極側ガスの水素濃度を高めるように、水素ガスを陰極側ガスに供給可能に設けられた水素供給路と、前記水素供給路から陰極側ガスへ供給される水素ガスの流量を調節する流量調節バルブとを備える、水電解システムの運転方法であって、
前記水素濃度が水素基準濃度よりも高く若しくは前記酸素濃度が酸素基準濃度よりも低く、又は、前記水電解槽への電力供給量が基準電力量よりも高い場合に、陰極側ガスへの水素ガスの供給を停止させ、前記水素濃度が前記水素基準濃度以下若しくは前記酸素濃度が前記酸素基準濃度以上、又は、前記電力供給量が前記基準電力量以下の場合に、陰極側ガスへ水素ガスを供給させるように、前記流量調節バルブを制御する、水電解システムの運転方法。
