本发明涉及人们日常生活保健用品里所穿用的衣服鞋袜中的袜子、一种船袜。
背景技术
每天或隔几天洗一堆脏袜子是件麻烦事，还容易引起病菌交叉感染传播，尤其对于出行或旅游在外的大量人群和年轻人来说更是如此。
市售袜子出现免勤洗的袜子，但它并不是一次性的；船袜的袜帮低，袜形简约象船，配用于鞋子，其材质是丝、棉、化纤，逐渐流行于世界各国，也不是一次性使用的；目前中国袜子市场上已有免勤洗概念的不必每天晚上洗脏袜子而连续穿用5至7天以上的免勤洗袜子。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种廉价方便的一次性使用的新型的纸材船袜，舒适、透气、轻薄、吸湿，既可单独使用，又可作为内袜使穿在其外面的普通袜子免洗地连续穿几天，例如3-5天。
为实现本发明目的，本发明的技术方案是(结合说明书附图作说明)：
一种既能单独使用也能作为内袜使穿在其外的普通袜子免洗的纸材船袜，其特征在于该船袜是一张纸材构成的包括袜头、袜头左右侧耳、袜底、袜帮、袜跟各部分在内的整体的一体结构，该一张纸材构成船袜、贴肤层，其经由纸浆纤维注塑热压制成或将纸材裁切成形，也可用无纺布制造工艺制成此贴肤层纸材；纸材裁切成形后，将袜头及其左右侧耳折弯后与袜底、袜帮用胶粘纸相互粘结而成。
其贴肤层包括含有棉纤维和/或丝、化纤。
其袜底下面或表面粘附的纸层是一层市售规格质量的牛皮纸。
该船袜的贴肤层纸材里或其表面添加专用的抗微生物病菌和防治各种脚病的中药材或西药成分。
该船袜的纸材里或其贴肤层表面添加散发出具有驱蚊作用的气味的功能性配料或散发各种宜人香味的香水配料。
所述的袜头两侧设有通气孔。
特制专用于适合各国男女老少脚型大小尺寸规格的纸材包括含有纤维、丝、化纤在内的贴肤纸材、卫生纸纸材、袜底下用的具有耐扭动摩擦作用的纸层。
袜头从上、下、左、右、前、后全面地包复住脚趾头，袜头前缘两侧设有通气孔；袜头后缘设置在大脚趾中关节之后的外侧凹陷部位；每双袜子区分为男用、女用型、左和右脚型。

效果
市售的一种加韧卫生纸勉强能用作为非贴肤纸的纸材，具有轻薄柔韧透气吸湿性能，适合穿在比较宽松的鞋里。进一步的试用结果表明，市售的婴儿纸尿裤贴肤层材质的薄面软的一层棉纤维无纺布，用作为本发明的贴肤层，其穿在脚上 的效果与棉袜差不多，纸浆、纸纤维属于无纺布原料品种之一，且价格低廉，原料广泛，因此，需要在特制的贴肤层纸材的制造工艺过程中将选用适量的该种棉纤维和/丝、化纤或纤维材料掺混添加入纸浆里，使该型廉价的纸材成品质量进一步提高满足用作为贴肤层纸材的舒适卫生和便利制造和使用的要求。
本发明的最佳实施方式
采用机器包括激光裁切机按电脑图样程序将特制的一定厚度的多层纸材裁切成符合各国男女老少脚型尺寸的各种规格形状，该纸材的长度长于市售卫生纸，将例如每袋300张的纸材配以例如1cm至2cm的宽的薄而透气的卷筒形胶粘纸供消费者按各自尺寸选购使用；消费者自行预先根据产品使用说明书直接进行定向折弯，用一条胶粘带进行粘结，经快速简单的操作做成成品，当场或直接使用，本产品方便携带和使用，人们每天使用，因而会很熟练地操作。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种既能单独使用也能作为内袜使穿在其外的普通袜子免洗的纸材船袜，其特征在于该船袜是一张纸材构成的包括袜头、袜头左右侧耳、袜底、袜帮、袜跟各部分在内的整体的一体结构，该一张纸材构成船袜、贴肤层，其经由纸浆纤维注塑热压制成或将纸材裁切成形，也可用无纺布制造工艺制成此贴肤层纸材；纸材裁切成形后，将袜头及其左右侧耳折弯后与袜底、袜帮用胶粘纸相互粘结而成。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纸材船袜，其特征在于该纸材船袜所用的贴肤层纸材的制造工艺包括使用无纺布制造工艺及其制成品。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的纸材船袜，其特征在于其贴肤层纸材包括含有棉纤维和/或丝、化纤。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的纸材船袜，其特征在于该船袜的纸材里、其贴肤层表面添加专用的抗微生物病菌和防治各种脚病的中药材或西药成分。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的纸材船袜，其特征在于该船袜的纸材里或其贴肤层表面添加散发出具有驱蚊作用的气味的功能性配料或散发各种宜人香味的香水配料。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的纸材船袜，其特征在于所述的袜头两侧设有通气孔。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的纸材船袜，其特征在于特制专用于适合各国男女老少脚型大小尺寸规格的纸材包括含有棉纤维、丝、化纤在内的贴肤层纸材以及选用作为非贴肤层的卫生纸纸材和袜底下面或表面粘附的具有耐扭动摩擦作用的纸层。
