一种锂离子电池负极材料搅拌混合设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电极处理设备,具体是一种锂离子电池负极材料搅拌混合设备。
背景技术
锂离子电池负极材料前驱体混料是负极材料生产制造过程中很重要的一道工序。但现有技术的卧式混料机的搅拌浆在负极材料混料时,底部有一小部分料不能搅动,易存在搅拌死角,从而使得混料不均匀,造成资源的损失,影响经济效益和产品的实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锂离子电池负极材料搅拌混合设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种锂离子电池负极材料搅拌混合设备,包括罐体和上盖;所述罐体上部设置成截面为长方形的空心长方体,且底部设置成空心半圆柱体,罐体内部通过隔板分隔成布料腔和混合腔;罐体顶部开口处设置有上盖;所述上盖通过螺栓和螺母的相互旋合与罐体固定连接;上盖上设置有进料斗;所述布料腔中设置有布料板;所述布料板设置成矩形板,且布料板左右两侧镶嵌有内螺纹柱和导套;所述内螺纹柱通过螺纹连接的方式与丝杠连接;所述导套中设置有导柱;所述丝杠两端通过滚动轴承固定在罐体侧壁上,且丝杠一端与丝杠电机的主轴固定连接;所述丝杠电机固定在罐体侧壁上;所述导柱两端固定在罐体内壁上;所述混合腔中设置有搅拌装置;所述搅拌装置由搅拌电机、搅拌轴和搅拌片组成;所述搅拌电机通过减速器与搅拌轴连接,且搅拌电机和减速器固定在罐体侧壁上;所述搅拌轴通过滚动轴承与罐体侧壁连接;搅拌轴上固定有固定板;所述固定板设置在搅拌轴两端,且每端设置有四片,四片固定板相互垂直分布;固定板端部与搅拌片固定连接;罐体底部设置有排料管;罐体底面通过支柱与底板连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述隔板固定在罐体内壁上,且隔板上均布有若干落料孔。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述上盖和罐体均由不锈钢制成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述进料斗设置有三套,且三套进料斗均布在上盖上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述搅拌片表面均布有若干导料孔。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述排料管上设置有抽屉式的排料挡板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过三套进料斗的设置,便于同时加入多种材料,便于加快混合速度;通过丝杠电机的反正带动丝杠进行正反转,丝杠通过内螺纹柱带动布料板进行往复运动,且布料板通 过导柱和导套提高运动稳定性,利用布料板的往复运动,对落在隔板上的各种材料进行均布,扩大材料的下落面积,便于各材料进行充分混合,且有效防止材料堵塞隔板上的落料孔;通过搅拌装置的设置,利用搅拌电机带动搅拌轴旋转,搅拌轴带动搅拌片对落在罐体底部的物料进行循环搅拌,使得罐体底部不存在搅拌死角,使材料混合更加均匀。

请参阅图1-3,一种锂离子电池负极材料搅拌混合设备,包括罐体7和上盖1;所述罐体7上部设置成截面为长方形的空心长方体,且底部设置成空心半圆柱体,罐体7内部通过隔板13分隔成布料腔3和混合腔8;所述隔板13固定在罐体7内壁上,且隔板13上均布有若干落料孔23;罐体7顶部开口处设置有上盖1;所述上盖1通过螺栓5和螺母4的相互旋合与罐体7固定连接,且上盖1和罐体7均由不锈钢制成;上盖1上设置有进料斗2;所述进料斗2设置有三套,且三套进料斗2均布在上盖1上;通过三套进料斗2的设置,便于同时加入多种材料,便于加快混合速度;所述布料腔3中设置有布料板6;所述布料板6设置成矩形板,且布料板6左右两侧镶嵌有内螺纹柱25和导套26;所述内螺纹柱25通过螺纹连接的方式与丝杠14连接;所述导套26中设置有导柱24;所述丝杠14两端通过滚动轴承固定在罐体7侧壁上,且丝杠14一端与丝杠电机15的主轴固定连接;所述丝杠电机15固定在罐体7侧壁上;所述导柱24两端固定在罐体7内壁上;通过丝杠电机15的反正带动丝杠14进行正反转,丝杠14通过内螺纹柱25带动布料板6进行往复运动,且布料板6通过导柱24和导套26提高运动稳定性,利用布料板6的往复运动,对落在隔板13上的各种材料进行均布,扩大材料的下落面积,便于各材料进行充分混合,且有效防止材料堵塞隔板13上的落料孔23;所述混合腔8中设置有搅拌装置12;所述搅拌装置12由搅拌电机16、搅拌轴22和搅拌片19组成;所述搅拌电机16通过减速器17与搅拌轴22连接,且搅拌电机16和减速器17固定在罐体7侧壁上;所述搅拌轴22通过滚动轴承与罐体7侧壁连接;搅拌轴2上固定有固 定板18;所述固定板18设置在搅拌轴2两端,且每端设置有四片,四片固定板18相互垂直分布;固定板18端部与搅拌片19固定连接;所述搅拌片19表面均布有若干导料孔21;通过搅拌装置12的设置,利用搅拌电机16带动搅拌轴22旋转,搅拌轴22带动搅拌片19对落在罐体7底部的物料进行循环搅拌,使得罐体7底部不存在搅拌死角,使材料混合更加均匀;罐体7底部设置有排料管11;所述排料管11上设置有抽屉式的排料挡板20;罐体7底面通过支柱9与底板10连接。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池负极材料搅拌混合设备,其特征在于,所述进料斗(2)设置有三套,且三套进料斗(2)均布在上盖(1)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池负极材料搅拌混合设备,其特征在于,所述搅拌片(19)表面均布有若干导料孔(21)。
