Claims (7)
- 인터넷망을 통해 프로그램의 다운로드가 가능하고, GPS 수신장치, 기울기센서, 마이크, 카메라가 구비된 무선 단말기;상기 인터넷망을 통해 상기 무선 단말기에 다운로드 가능하도록 제공되며, 상기 무선 단말기에서 실행되는 사용자의 긴급신호입력동작에 의해 긴급구조신호를 활성화시키는 구조신호활성화부, 상기 구조신호활성화부와 연결되고 상기 구조신호활성화부에서 긴급구조신호가 활성화되면 상기 무선 단말기의 GPS 수신장치, 마이크, 카메라를 실행시키는 무선 단말기 제어부를 포함하는 다운로드 가능한 프로그램;상기 제어부가 상기 무선 단말기의 GPS 수신장치, 마이크, 카메라를 실행시키는 제어신호의 생성 여부를 확인 가능하도록 상기 제어부와 통신하고, 상기 제어신호가 생성된 것으로 확인되면 상기 무선 단말기로부터 상기 무선 단말기의 위치정보, 상기 무선 단말기 주변의 음성정보, 상기 무선 단말기 주변의 영상정보를 포함하는 위급현장정보와 상기 긴급구조신호를 수신하도록 구성된 관제서버; 및상기 관제서버와 통신하여 상기 위급현장정보를 수신하는 수신부, 상기 수신부에서 수신된 위급현장정보를 출력하여 현장위험수위를 판단하는 위급현장정보 출력부, 상기 현장위험수위에 맞는 위급상황처리단계를 실행하기 위해 제공되는 상황처리수단을 구비하는 위험상황처리단말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,인명 긴급 구조 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구조신호활성화부는 상기 무선 단말기의 터치 스크린 화면에 상기 긴급신호입력동작의 실행을 위한 버튼타입의 아이콘을 표시하도록 구성되고,상기 구조신호활성화부는 상기 아이콘을 누르는 긴급신호입력동작이 일정 시간 지속되는 경우 및 상기 기울기센서에서 기울기가 발생하는 기울기동작횟수가 일정 횟수 이상이면 상기 긴급구조신호를 활성화시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,인명 긴급 구조 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 관제서버는 상기 무선 단말기의 통신 서비스를 제공하는 통신사 서버로부터 제공되는 상기 무선 단말기의 사용자 정보를 상기 수신부로 출력하도록 구성되고,상기 수신부는,상기 위급현장정보가 실시간 업데이트되는 위급현장정보 저장부;상기 관제 서버와 통신하여 상기 무선 단말기로부터의 긴급구조신호를 수신하고, 수신된 긴급구조신호에 대응하는 무선 단말기의 사용자 정보 및 상기 긴급구조신호가 수신된 시점의 시간정보를 출력하는 호출정보출력부; 및상기 긴급구조신호가 상기 호출정보출력부로 수신되면 상기 위험상황처리단말을 상기 무선 단말기와 직접적인 통신이 가능하게 연결하는 단말기연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,인명 긴급 구조 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 위급현장정보 출력부는,상기 수신부를 통해 수신된 상기 무선 단말기의 위치정보를 지도 형태로 표시하는 위치정보표시부;상기 수신부를 통해 수신된 상기 무선 단말기 주변의 음성정보를 소리로 출력하는 음성출력부; 및상기 수신부를 통해 수신된 상기 무선 단말기 주변의 영상정보를 영상으로 표시하는 영상표시부를 포함하고,상기 상황처리수단은,상기 음성출력부의 작동을 온/오프시키는 음성출력선택부;상기 영상표시부의 작동을 온/오프시키는 영상표시선택부;인명 구조 기관을 호출하는 인명구조기관호출부; 및상기 무선 단말기와의 음성통화기능을 제공하는 음성통화부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,인명 긴급 구조 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 위험상황처리단말은,상황종료버튼;상기 상황종료버튼이 선택되면 상기 호출정보출력부에서 출력되는 무선 단말기의 사용자 정보 및 긴급구조신호가 수신된 시점의 시간정보를 리스트화 하여 저장하는 호출정보 저장부; 및상기 음성출력부 및 음성통화부와 연결되어 상기 음성출력부 및 음성통화부가 실행되는 경우 상기 음성출력부에서 출력되는 소리 및 상기 음성통화부를 통한 통화내용을 저장하는 음성데이터 저장부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,인명 긴급 구조 시스템.
- a) 무선 단말기 사용자의 긴급신호입력동작에 따라 긴급구조신호를 활성화시키고 긴급구조신호가 활성화된 경우 GPS 수신장치, 기울기센서, 마이크, 카메라를 제어하도록 구성된 프로그램이 설치되어 있는 무선 단말기에서 상기 GPS 수신장치, 마이크, 카메라를 실행시키는 제어신호가 생성되었는지 여부를 관제서버에서 확인하는 단계;b) 상기 제어신호가 생성된 것으로 확인되면 상기 무선 단말기로부터 상기 무선 단말기의 위치정보, 상기 무선 단말기 주변의 음성정보, 상기 무선 단말기 주변의 영상정보를 포함하는 위급현장정보와 상기 긴급구조신호를 관제서버가 수신하는 단계; 및c) 위험상황처리단말이 상기 관제서버와 통신하여 상기 위급현장정보를 수신하고, 수신된 위급현장정보를 출력하여 현장위험수위를 판단한 후 현장위험수위에 맞는 위급상황처리단계를 실행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,인명 긴급 구조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계는,상기 관제서버로부터 수신된 위급현장정보를 실시간으로 업데이트하여 저장하는 단계;상기 관제서버로부터 무선 단말기로부터의 긴급구조신호를 수신하고, 수신된 긴급구조신호에 대응하는 무선 단말기의 사용자 정보 및 긴급구조신호가 수신된 시점의 시간정보를 출력하는 단계;상기 관제서버로부터 수신된 위급현장정보에 포함된 무선 단말기의 위치정보, 무선 단말기 주변의 음성정보, 무선 단말기 주변의 영상정보를 표시하는 단계;상기 위급현장정보를 확인하여 현장위험수위 정도에 따라 통화를 시도하거나 인명 구조 기관을 호출하는 단계; 및긴급구조과정을 종료하기 위한 상황종료신호를 생성하여 긴급구조과정을 종료시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,인명 긴급 구조 방법.
