Abstract

本発明は、顔の一部に集中的に美容作用を施すとともに、顔全体に効果的に美容作用を及ぼすことができる美容用のフェイスマスクを提供するものである。本発明のフェイスマスクは、基材シートを成形したものであり、顔の一部分であって、かつ、特に美容が必要とされる部分に、美容作用を増進させるための美容作用増進物質を含む美容作用増進領域を有する。

フェイスマスク
　本発明は美容用のフェイスマスクに関する。
　従来、化粧用ローション等の化粧用組成物を含浸させた基材シートで形成されている顔用のフェイスマスクが、美容に使用されてきた（例えば、特許文献１）。
　さらに、フェイスマスクの全体に、極性の異なる金属を埋め込んで、微弱電流による効果を得ようとする技術が提案されている（例えば、特許文献２）。
　また、顔の一部を覆う美容用のフェイスマスク（パック）も提案されている（例えば、特許文献３）。

　顔全体を覆うフェイスマスクの全体に金属を埋め込む技術（特許文献２）では、顔面の皮膚感覚や使用者の意識が顔面の全体に分散するため、化粧用組成物を十分効果的に作用させることができない。また、部材の種類が増えるため、製造コストが高くなるうえに、廃棄の際の材料ごとの分別にも時間を要する。皮膚感覚とは、触覚、痛覚、温度覚など、主に皮膚に存在する受容細胞によって受容され、体表面に生起すると知覚される感覚である。また、美容の対象部分についての使用者の知覚や意識（どの部分に美容が施されるかを認識する脳内作用）が美容効果を奏するための重要な要素の一つであることは、当業者に周知である。
　顔の一部を覆う美容用のフェイスマスク（パック）（特許文献３）は、上述の特許文献２の問題を解消しているが、顔全体の美容を行うことはできないという問題がある。
　本発明は、上記を踏まえて、顔の一部に集中的に美容作用を施すことで、顔全体にも効果的に美容作用を及ぼすことができる美容用のフェイスマスクを提供するものである。
　第一の発明は、基材シートを成形した美容用のフェイスマスクであって、前記フェイスマスクは、使用者の顔の全体を覆うように構成されており、特に美容が必要とされる顔の部分に対応する部分に、美容作用を増進させるための美容作用増進物質を含む美容作用増進領域を有する、フェイスマスクである。
　本発明の発明者は、試行錯誤の結果、顔の全体を覆うフェイスマスクにおいて、顔の一部に美容作用を集中的に施すことによって、顔全体に対しても、美容作用を有効に及ぼすことができることを見出した。以下のことがその要因であると考えられる。例えば、フェイスマスクに含侵した化粧用組成物と皮膚との関係を微細に観察すると、本発明のフェイスマスクの美容作用増進物質の作用によって、美容作用増進領域と接する顔の部分において、化粧用組成物の作用が増進するのであるが、そのことに加えて、使用者の皮膚感覚と意識（上述の脳内作用）を、美容作用増進領域と接触する顔の一部分（以下、「作用集中部分」という。）に集中させることによって、化粧用組成物は作用集中部分において一層効果的に作用する。一方、作用集中部分の周辺の顔の部分（以下、「周辺部分」という。）においても、化粧用組成物は作用するのであるが、作用集中部分とは作用の程度において相違が生じる。顔の部分のうち、作用集中部分は化粧用組成物を効果的に吸収し、化粧用組成物の含有量（以下、「含有量」という。）が周辺部分よりも豊富になるから、作用集中部分の化粧用組成物の一部は、含有量が相対的に少ない周辺部分に浸透していく。このため、周辺部分は、フェイスマスクから直接的に化粧用組成物を吸収すると共に、隣接する作用集中部分からも化粧用組成物が浸透する。そして、使用者の顔において、上述の周辺部分の領域は、連鎖的に拡大する。すなわち、顔の一部に集中的に美容作用を施すことによって、顔全体に効果的に美容作用を及ぼすことができる。なお、本明細書において、「作用増進」は、化粧用組成物が活性化等することによる作用増進と、人間の顔の組織が活性化等することによる作用増進のいずれか一方、または、双方を含む。
　第二の発明は、第一の発明の構成において、前記美容作用増進領域を使用者に知覚させるための知覚喚起手段を有する、フェイスマスクである。
　第二の発明の構成によれば、知覚喚起手段によって、確実に、美容作用増進領域を使用者に知覚させることができる。
　第三の発明は、第二の発明の構成において、前記知覚喚起手段は、前記美容作用増進領域の中心部分を含む領域を前記使用者に知覚させるように構成されている、フェイスマスクである。
　第三の発明の構成によれば、知覚喚起手段によって、美容作用増進領域の中心部分を使用者に知覚させることができる。
　第四の発明は第二の発明または第三の発明の構成において、前記知覚喚起手段は、前記美容作用増進領域の一部の領域のみを前記使用者に知覚させるように構成されている、フェイスマスクである。
　第四の発明の構成によれば、美容作用増進領域の全体ではなく、一部の領域のみを特に使用者に知覚させることができる。これにより、使用者の知覚は狭い領域に集中するから、上述の効果が一層効果的になる。
　第五の発明は、第一の発明乃至第四の発明のいずれかの構成において、前記知覚喚起手段は、前記基材シートに含有される化粧用組成物の含有量に応じて色が変化する物質を含み、使用者に色の変化を認識させることによって、使用者の注意を継続的に引き付けるように構成されている、フェイスマスクである。
　第五の発明の構成によれば、フェイスマスクの使用が開始されると、化粧用組成物は使用者の顔に吸収され、その含有量は減少していく。含有量の減少にともなって、変色物質の色が変化する。色の変化により、使用者の意識を知覚喚起手段に引き付け続けることができる。これにより、化粧用組成物を一層効果的に知覚喚起手段近傍に対応する顔の部分に作用させることができる。
　第六の発明は、第一の発明乃至第五の発明のいずれかの行使において、前記美容作用増進領域には、前記化粧用組成物が活性化する効果、及び／または、血流促進効果を有する物質が配置されている、フェイスマスクである。
　本発明にかかるフェイスマスクによれば、顔の一部に集中的に美容作用を施すことにより、顔全体にも効果的に美容作用を及ぼすことができる。

　図１及び図２に示すように、フェイスマスク１は、基材シート２で構成されている。基材シート２は、例えば、不織布で形成されている。不織布の材質は、例えば、キュプラ、レーヨン、ポリエチレン、ボリビニルアルコール等である。基材シート２には、化粧用組成物が含侵されている。化粧用組成物の主成分は水分であり、さらに、以下の美容成分のうち少なくとも一つを含む。美容成分は、例えば、ヒトオリゴペプチド－１、ヒトオリゴペプチド－１３、アセチルヘキサペプチド－８、パルミトイルペンタペプチド－４、水溶性コラーゲン、加水分解コラーゲン、サクシノイルアテロコラーゲン、リン酸アスコルビルＭｇ、サッカロミセス（黒砂糖、プラセンタエキス）発酵液、ヒアルロン酸Ｎａ、アセチルヒアルロン酸Ｎａ、ヒアルロン酸クロスポリマーＮａ、セレブロシド、アルブチン、アスパラギン酸Ｍｇ、グリチルリチン酸２Ｋ、グルコン酸銅、グルコン酸亜鉛、プラセンタエキス、サイタイエキス、水溶性プロテオグリカン、白金、酒粕エキス、イワベンケイ根エキス、リンゴ果実培養細胞エキス、ビタミンＡ油、トコフェロール、サッカロミセスセレビシアエエキス、セレブロシド、ＰＣＡ－Ｎａ、ナットウガム、アボカド油、カニナバラ果実油、アンズ核油、ヒマワリ種子油、ジラウロイルグルタミン酸リシンNa、アミノカプロン酸、ベタインである。
　基材シート２は、使用者の顔の全体を好適に覆うように構成されている。そのために、基材シート２は、使用者の顔面形状に基材シート２を合わせるための切込み４ａ，４ｂ，４ｃ，４ｄ，４ｅ及び４ｆが形成されている。また、基材シート２には、使用者の目を露出させるための眼用開口部６ａ及び６ｂ、口を露出させるための口用開口部１０が形成されている。さらに、基材シート２には、使用者の鼻の形状に合わせるための鼻部用スリット８が形成されている。
　基材シート２には、装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂが形成されている。装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、化粧用組成物の作用を増進するための物質（以下、「作用増進物質」という。）が配合された顔料で印刷されている。作用増進物質は、美容作用増進物質の一例である。作用増進物質は、例えば、使用者の顔における血流促進効果を有するものや、化粧用組成物自体を活性化する物質である。具体的には、ゲルマニウムなどのマイナスイオンを発生する物質、あるいは、酸化チタンなどの遠赤外線を発生する物質である。そのような物質として、例えば、エンドミネラル（登録商標）やＥｎｄｍｉｎｅｒａｌ（登録商標）という名称の成分がある。エンドミネラル（Ｅｎｄｍｉｎｅｒａｌ）は、天然鉱石であり、マイナスイオンを発生する等の美容に有益な作用を有し、血流促進効果があるとされており、作用増進物資として好適である。装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、使用者の顔と接する側とは逆の面に形成されている。また、装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、使用者の顔に着用されたときに、使用者の顔の一部であって、かつ、特に美容が必要とされる部分に対応する位置に形成されている。装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、基材シート２とは異なる模様及び色で構成されており、使用者の注意を引き付ける構成になっている。装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、その中心部分を含む領域を使用者に知覚させるように構成されている。装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、美容作用増進領域の一例であり、同時に、知覚喚起手段の一例でもある。
　使用者の顔１００において、特に美容が必要とされる部分は、例えば、図３に示すように、こめかみ筋Ｇ１、くまが気になる目元Ｇ２、ほうれい線が生じやすい部分Ｇ３、皺が気になる口元Ｇ４、たるみが気になる頬部Ｇ５、額Ｇ６である。
　図２に示すように、装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、基材シート２において、使用者の顔と接する側とは反対側に形成されているから、使用者がフェイスマスク１を着用したときに、装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、使用者の視界に入り、視細胞を刺激し、どの部分に美容を施しているのかを認識させる。なお、装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、例えば、目元Ｇ２に対応する一つの部分だけに配置するのではなく、目元Ｇ２とこめかみ筋Ｇ１に対応する部分というように、複数の部分に配置してもよいが、基材シート２の全体には配置しない。
　図４に示すように、使用者がフェイスマスク１を着用すると、使用者の顔１００の皮膚の受容細胞は、符号ｘ１及びｘ２として概念的に示すように、作用増進物質の作用を知覚する。また、装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂは、矢印ｙ１及びｙ２に示すように、あるいは、鏡を見ている場合には鏡を通して、使用者の視界に入り、使用者をして、装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂに接する顔１００の部分が集中的に美容が施される中心領域であることを知覚、あるいは、意識させる。
　図５を参照して、使用者の顔１００における、化粧用組成物の動きを概念的に説明する。図５における黒丸は、化粧用組成物の分子を概念的に示すものであり、黒丸の密度が大きいほど、含有量が多いことを示す。領域１００ａはフェイスマスク１の装飾部１２ａ及び１２ｂに接する使用者の顔１００における領域であり、領域１００ｂは領域１００ａの周辺の領域であり、領域１００ｃは部分１００ｂの周辺の領域である。
　図５（ａ）に示す第一の状態において、領域１００ａ領域は、作用増進物質の作用によって、化粧用組成物を活発に吸収するから、領域１００ｂ及び領域１００ｃよりも、含有量が多い。
　第一の状態に続く第二の状態（図５（ｂ））においては、領域１００ａと領域１００ｂの間の含有量の相違によって、領域１００ａの化粧用組成物が領域１００ｂに移動する。領域１００ａは、依然として、作用増進物質の作用によって、フェイスマスク１から化粧用組成物を活発に吸収する。
　第二の状態に続く第三の状態（図５（ｃ））においては、領域１００ｂと領域１００ｃの含有量の相違に起因して、化粧用組成物が領域１００ｂから領域１００ｃへ移動する。その間も、領域１００ａと領域１００ｂとの間の含有量を均一化する力が働くから、領域１００ａから領域１００ｂへ化粧用組成物が移動する。領域１００ａは、依然として、フェイスマスク１から化粧用組成物を活発に吸収する。
　次に、図６を参照して、フェイスマスク１における、化粧用組成物の動きを概念的に説明する。
　図６（ａ）に示す第一の状態は、使用者による着用前の状態である。装飾部１２ａの含有量もその周辺部２ａにおける含有量も十分に多い。
　第一の状態に続く第二の状態（図６（ｂ））においては、装飾部１２ａの化粧用組成物は効果的に使用者の顔に吸収されるから、含有量は相対的に急激に減少し、周辺部２ａにおいては、含有量の減少は相対的に緩やかである。
　第二の状態に続く第三の状態（図６（ｃ））においては、化粧用組成物が周辺部２ａから装飾部１２ａへ移動する。また、周辺部２ａの周辺部（図示せず）から、周辺部２ａへ化粧用組成物が移動し、フェイスマスク１全体として、含有量が平均化する動きを見せる。
　使用者の顔１００及びフェイスマスク１における化粧用組成物の動きの概念を、図７を参照して、総合的に説明する。矢印Ａ１に示すように、化粧用組成物は、装飾部１２ａから相対的に多量に顔１００の部分１００ａに吸収される。一方、装飾部１２ａの周辺の部分２ａからは、矢印Ｂ１に示す様に、相対的に少量、顔１００の部分１００ｂに吸収される。そして、顔１００においては、部分１００ａと部分１００ｂの含有量の相違による浸透圧によって、矢印Ｃ１に示すように、部分１００ａから部分１００ｂへ、さらに部分１００ｂから部分１００ｃへ化粧用組成物が移動する。一方、フェイスマスク１においては、矢印Ｄ１に示すように、相対的に化粧用組成物の含有量が多く残っている部分２ａから、相対的に化粧用組成物の含有量が少なくなった装飾部１２ａに、化粧用組成物が移動する。
＜変形例＞
　図８を使用して、変形例を説明する。なお、第一の実施形態と共通する事項については、説明を省略する。変形例のフェイスマスク１Ａにおいて、装飾部１２ａ及び装飾部１２ｂにおいて、その中心部１２ａａ及び１２ｂｂがより目立つような模様または着色が施されている。これにより、作用増進領域の一部を集中的に使用者に意識させるようになっている。
　中心部１２ａａ及び１２ｂｂの着色材料に、水分量によって色が変化する物質（以下、「変色物質」という。）を加えてもよい。フェイスマスクの使用が開始されると、化粧用組成物は使用者の顔に吸収され、その含有量は減少していく。含有量の減少にともなって、変色物質の色が変化し、中心部１２ａａ及び１２ｂｂの色が変化する。色の変化により、使用者の意識を中心部１２ａａ及び１２ｂｂに引き付け続けることができる。これにより、化粧用組成物を一層効果的に中心部１２ａａ及び１２ｂｂ近傍に対応する顔の部分に作用させることができる。
　また、フェイスマスクが含有する化粧用組成物が少なくなったり、存在しなくなった後もフェイスマスクの着用を継続すると、使用者の顔からフェイスマスクに水分が吸収されるという問題が生じる。このため、フェイスマスクの着用には、例えば、１５分（ｍ）～２０分（ｍ）というような、適切な時間がある。水分量によって色が変化する物質を着色材料に含ませることによって、水分量が少なくなると、中心部１２ａａ及び１２ｂｂの色が変化する。これにより、フェイスマスクの適切な使用時間が経過したことを使用者に認識させることができる。
＜第二の実施形態＞
　図９を使用して、第二の実施形態を説明する。なお、第一の実施形態と共通する事項については、説明を省略する。図９に示すように、フェイスマスク１Ｂにおいては、基材シート２に突起２ｂが形成されている。突起２ｂは、使用者の顔１００と接する側に形成されている。また、基材シート２の内部に、作用増進物質１６が配置されている。作用増進物質１６が配置されている領域は、作用増進領域の一例である。この構成により、フェイスマスク１Ｂを着用した使用者の顔１００の受容細胞は、作用増進物質の作用のほかに、突起２ｂによる圧力を感知し、使用者をして、集中的に美容が施される領域を意識させるようになっている。なお、第二の実施形態とは異なり、突起２ｂは、作用増進物質１６が配置されている領域よりも狭い領域のみに形成してもよい。また、作用増進物質１６は、フェイスマスク１Ｂの内部ではなく、使用者の顔１００と接しない側の表面に配置してもよい。
＜第三の実施形態＞
　図１０乃至図１２を使用して、第三の実施形態を説明する。なお、第一の実施形態と共通する事項については、説明を省略する。図１０に示すように、フェイスマスク１Ｃにおいては、基材シート２にポケット１４ａ，１４ｂ，１４ｃ，１４ｄが形成されている。ポケット１４ａ等には、図１１に示す差し込み部材１８を差し込むことができるようになっている。差し込み部材１８には、作用増進物質が配置されている。差し込み部材１８を差し込んだ部分は、作用増進領域の一例である。使用者は、ポケット１４ａ等のうち、任意のポケットを選択して、差し込み部材１８を差し込むことができる。図１２に示すように、例えば、ポケット１４ａに差し込み部材１８を差し込むと、基材シート２において、使用者の顔１００と接する側は、盛り上がり部２ｃとなる。この構成により、フェイスマスク１Ｃを着用した使用者の顔１００の受容細胞は、作用増進物質の作用のほかに、盛り上が部２ｃによる圧力を感知し、使用者をして、集中的に美容を実施する領域を意識させるようになっている。
　なお、本発明のフェイスマスクは、上記実施形態に限らず、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加えることができる。

Claims (6)

  1. 　基材シートを成形した美容用のフェイスマスクであって、
    　前記フェイスマスクは、使用者の顔の全体を覆うように構成されており、
    　特に美容が必要とされる顔の部分に対応する部分に、美容作用を増進させるための美容作用増進物質を含む美容作用増進領域を有する、
    フェイスマスク。
  2. 　前記美容作用増進領域を使用者に知覚させるための知覚喚起手段を有する、
    請求項１に記載のフェイスマスク。
  3. 　前記知覚喚起手段は、前記美容作用増進領域の中心部分を含む領域を前記使用者に知覚させるように構成されている、
    請求項２に記載のフェイスマスク。
  4. 　前記知覚喚起手段は、前記美容作用増進領域の一部の領域のみを前記使用者に知覚させるように構成されている、
    請求項２または請求項３のいずれかに記載のフェイスマスク。
  5. 　前記知覚喚起手段は、前記基材シートに含有される化粧用組成物の含有量に応じて色が変化する物質を含み、使用者に色の変化を認識させることによって、使用者の注意を継続的に引き付けるように構成されている、
    請求項１乃至請求項４のいずれかに記載のフェイスマスク。
  6. 　前記美容作用増進領域には、前記化粧用組成物が活性化する効果、及び／または、血流促進効果を有する物質が配置されている、
    請求項５に記載のフェイスマスク。
