作業車両(100)は、アクチュエータを動作させるための油圧式の操作装置(51)と、操作装置(51)の操作量に応じた指令電流を生成するメインコントローラ(52)と、指令電流に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成する電磁比例制御弁(59)と、指令パイロット圧に基づきアクチュエータを動作させる作動油の流量を調整するメインバルブ(60)とを備える。電磁比例制御弁(59)は、パイロット用ポンプ(56B)とメインバルブ(60)とを結ぶパイロット油路(58)に設けられ、パイロット用ポンプ(56B)から供給される油圧を利用して指令パイロット圧を生成する。操作装置(51)は、パイロット油路(58)とは異なる操作装置用油路(61)に設けられている。

Description

作業車両および制御方法
 本発明は、作業車両および作業車両の制御方法に関する。
 近年、作業車両としての油圧ショベルでは、国際公開第2015/186180号(特許文献1)に開示されているように、油圧式の操作装置で生成された油圧が、コントローラからの指示に基づき動作する制御弁を経て、方向制御弁のパイロット室に導かれている。

 特許文献1の作業車両では、油圧源と制御弁との間に操作装置を介しているため、制御弁には操作装置で減圧された油圧が伝わることになる。このように、制御弁には、操作装置に対するオペレータ操作の影響を受けた油圧が伝わるため、制御弁では、コントローラの指示に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成できない可能性がある。
 本発明の目的は、コントローラの指示に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成することが可能な作業車両および作業車両の制御方法を提供することにある。
 本発明の或る局面に従うと、作業車両は、アクチュエータを動作させるための油圧式の操作装置と、操作装置の操作量に応じた指令電流を生成するコントローラと、指令電流に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成する電磁比例制御弁と、指令パイロット圧に基づきアクチュエータを動作させる作動油の流量を調整するバルブとを備える。電磁比例制御弁は、油圧源とバルブとを結ぶ第1の油路に設けられ、油圧源から供給される油圧を利用して指令パイロット圧を生成する。操作装置は、第1の油路とは異なる第2の油路に設けられている。
 本発明によれば、コントローラの指示に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成することが可能となる。

 以下、実施形態について図に基づいて説明する。以下の説明では、同一部品には、同一の符号を付している。それらの名称および機能も同じである。したがって、それらについての詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
 実施形態における構成を適宜組み合わせて用いることは当初から予定されていることである。また、一部の構成要素を用いない場合もある。
 以下、作業車両について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下の説明において、「上」,「下」,「前」,「後」,「左」,「右」とは、作業車両の運転席に着座したオペレータを基準とする用語である。
 <A.全体構成>
 図1は、実施形態に基づく作業車両100の外観を説明する図である。
 図1に示されるように、作業車両100として、本例においては油圧ショベルを例に挙げて説明する。
 作業車両100は、走行体1と、旋回体3と、作業機4とを主に有している。作業車両本体は、走行体1と旋回体3とにより構成される。走行体1は、左右1対の履帯を有している。旋回体3は、走行体1の上部の旋回機構を介して旋回可能に装着される。
 作業機4は、旋回体3において、上下方向に作動可能に軸支されており、土砂の掘削などの作業を行う。作業機4は、ブーム5と、アーム6と、バケット7と、ブームシリンダ35と、アームシリンダ36と、バケットシリンダ37とを含む。
 ブーム5の基部は、旋回体3に可動可能に連結されている。アーム6の基端部は、アームピン46を介してブーム5の先端部に回動可能に取り付けられている。アーム6の先端部には、バケットピン47を介してバケット7が回動可能に連結されている。また、旋回体3は、運転室8等を含む。
 なお、ブームシリンダ35と、アームシリンダ36と、バケットシリンダ37は、「アクチュエータ」の一例である。
 <B.運転室の構成>
 図2は、運転室8の内部構成を示す斜視図である。図2に示されるように、運転室8は、運転席9と、走行操作部10と、計器盤17と、操作レバー511,519と、ロックレバー20と、モニタ装置53とを有する。
 運転席9は、運転室8の中央部に設けられる。走行操作部10は、運転席9の前方に設けられる。
 走行操作部10は、走行レバー11,12と、走行ペダル13,14とを含む。走行ペダル13,14は、各走行レバー11,12と一体に可動する。走行体1は、操作者が走行レバー11,12を前方に押すことにより前進する。また、走行体1は、操作者が走行レバー11,12を後方に引くことにより後進する。
 操作レバー511は、運転席9の右側部に設けられている。オペレータは、操作レバー511を前後に操作することにより、ブーム5を上下動させることができる。オペレータは、操作レバー511を左右に操作することにより、バケット7を回動させることができる。たとえば、操作レバー511を左に操作することにより、バケット掘削が行われる。操作レバー511を右に操作することにより、バケットダンプが行われる。
 操作レバー519は、運転席9の左側部に設けられている。オペレータは、操作レバー519を前後に操作することにより、アーム6を回動させることができる。オペレータは、操作レバー519を左右に操作することにより、旋回体3を旋回させることができる。
 なお、操作レバー511,519による上記の操作パターンは、一例であって、これに限定されるものではない。
 ロックレバー20は、操作レバー519の近傍に設けられる。ロックレバー20は、作業機4の操作、旋回体3の旋回、および走行体1の走行等の機能を停止させるためのものである。
 モニタ装置53は、作業車両100のエンジン状態、ガイダンス情報、警告情報等を表示する。また、モニタ装置53は、作業車両100の種々の動作に関する設定指示を受け付け可能に設けられている。
 <C.ハードウェア構成>
 図3は、作業車両100のハードウェア構成を表した図である。
 図3に示されるように、作業車両100は、バケットシリンダ37と、操作装置51と、メインコントローラ52と、モニタ装置53と、エンジンコントローラ54と、エンジン55と、メインポンプ56Aと、パイロット用ポンプ56Bと、斜板駆動装置57と、パイロット油路58と、電磁比例制御弁59と、メインバルブ60と、操作装置用油路61と、圧力センサ62と、タンク63と、作動油用油路64とを備える。
 操作装置51は、操作レバー511と、操作レバー511の操作量を検出する操作検出器512とを含む。メインバルブ60は、スプール601と、パイロット室602とを有する。
 操作装置51は、作業機4を操作するための装置である。本例では、操作装置51は、油圧式の装置であって、少なくともバケットシリンダ37を動作させるための装置である。なお、バケットシリンダ37が動作することにより、バケット7が回動する。
 操作装置51には、操作装置用油路61を通じて、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから油が供給される。作業車両100のオペレータが操作装置51の操作レバー511を操作すると、操作レバー511の操作量に応じた圧の油が操作装置用油路61に吐出される。
 圧力センサ62は、操作装置51から吐出される油の圧力を検出する。圧力センサ62は、検出結果を電気信号としてメインコントローラ52に出力する。
 モニタ装置53は、メインコントローラ52と通信可能に接続されている。モニタ装置53は、オペレータによる入力指示を、メインコントローラ52に通知する。
 エンジン55は、メインポンプ56Aとパイロット用ポンプ56Bとに接続するための駆動軸を有する。エンジン55の回転によって、メインポンプ56Aおよびパイロット用ポンプ56Bから作動油が吐出される。エンジン55は、一例としてディーゼルエンジンである。
 エンジンコントローラ54は、メインコントローラ52からの指示に従い、エンジン55の動作を制御する。エンジンコントローラ54は、メインコントローラ52からの指示に従い燃料噴射装置が噴射する燃料噴射量等の制御を行うことにより、エンジン55の回転数を調節する。また、エンジンコントローラ54は、メインコントローラ52からのメインポンプ56Aに対する制御指示に従ってエンジン55のエンジン回転数を調節する。
 メインポンプ56Aは、作動油用油路64を通じて、作業機4を駆動に用いる作動油を供給する。一例として、メインポンプ56Aは、作動油用油路64およびメインバルブ60を通じて、作業機4のバケット7を駆動するバケットシリンダ37に作動油を供給する。メインポンプ56Aには、斜板駆動装置57が接続されている。パイロット用ポンプ56Bは、電磁比例制御弁59と操作装置51とに対して作動油を供給する。
 斜板駆動装置57は、メインコントローラ52からの指示に基づいて駆動し、メインポンプ56Aの斜板の傾斜角度を変更する。
 メインコントローラ52は、作業車両100全体を制御するコントローラであり、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、不揮発性メモリ、タイマ等により構成される。メインコントローラ52は、エンジンコントローラ54、モニタ装置53を制御する。
 メインコントローラ52は、圧力センサ62から電気信号を受信する。メインコントローラ52は、当該電気信号に応じた指令電流を生成する。このように、メインコントローラ52は、操作装置51の操作量に応じた指令電流を生成する。メインコントローラ52は、生成した指令電流を電磁比例制御弁59に出力する。
 なお、本例においては、メインコントローラ52と、エンジンコントローラ54とがそれぞれ別々の構成について説明しているが共通の1つのコントローラとすることも可能である。
 電磁比例制御弁59は、パイロット用ポンプ56Bとメインバルブ60のパイロット室602とを結ぶパイロット油路58に設けられ、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから供給される油圧を利用して、メインコントローラ52からの指令電流に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成する。電磁比例制御弁59は、指令パイロット圧によってメインバルブ60のスプール601を駆動する。このように、電磁比例制御弁59は、指令電流に基づき、メインバルブ60に導かれる指令パイロット圧を生成する。
 メインバルブ60は、電磁比例制御弁59と、バケット7を回動させるバケットシリンダ37との間に設けられている。メインバルブ60は、電磁比例制御弁59によって生成された指令パイロット圧に基づきバケットシリンダ37を動作させる作動油の流量を調整する。本実施例では、スプール601の位置に応じた油量の作動油がメインバルブ60からバケットシリンダ37に供給されることによって、バケット7が回動する。
 タンク63は、メインポンプ56Aおよびパイロット用ポンプ56Bが利用する油を蓄えるタンクである。メインポンプ56Aから吐出された作動油は、バケットシリンダ37およびメインバルブ60を通過してタンク63に戻される。また、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから吐出された油は、操作装置51を通過してタンク63に戻される。
 以上のように、電磁比例制御弁59は、油圧源であるパイロット用ポンプ56Bとメインバルブ60とを結ぶパイロット油路58に設けられ、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから供給される油圧を利用して指令パイロット圧を生成する。操作装置51は、パイロット油路58とは異なる操作装置用油路61に設けられている。操作装置51には、操作装置用油路61を通じて、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから油が供給される。また、操作装置51を通過した油は、パイロット油路58および作動油用油路64に合流せずに、タンク63に戻る。
 なお、操作装置51は、上述したように油圧式の操作装置であるが、作業車両100においては疑似的な電気レバー方式の操作装置として機能する。このような操作装置51は、電気レバー方式の操作装置に比べて以下の利点を有する。操作装置51の操作レバー511の動きが油圧でメインコントローラ52に伝わるため、従来の油圧ショベルで採用されている油圧パイロット方式に準じた操作感を維持することができる。
 なお、メインバルブ60、油圧源、パイロット油路58、操作装置用油路61は、それぞれ、「バルブ」、「パイロット用ポンプ56B」、「第1の油路」、「第2の油路」の一例である。
 <D.バケットコントロールの概要>
 作業車両100は、自動整地アシスト機能を有する。「自動整地アシスト機能」とは、アーム6を操作した際に、バケット7が設計面に沿って動くように自動でブーム5を上昇させる機能である。また、作業車両100は、バケットコントロール機能を有する。「バケットコントロール機能」とは、作業車両100の本体に対するバケット角度を一定に維持する機能である。バケットコントロール機能は、自動整地アシストが機能する状態において実行される。
 図4は、バケットコントロール機能を説明するための図である。
 図4に示されるように、作業車両100は、バケット7が設計面800に沿って矢印890の方向に移動させる場合、バケットコントロール機能によって、作業車両100の本体に対するバケット角度αを一定(図4の場合には角度α1)に維持する。なお、作業車両100の本体(図示せず)は、設計面800における水平な場所801に配置されているものとする。
 作業車両100が設計面800の斜面802を整地する場合には、斜面802の傾きをθとすると、斜面802に対するバケット角度は“α1+θ”となるが、上述したように、作業車両100の本体に対するバケット角度αは一定(α1)に維持される。
 バケットコントロール機能によれば、車体の座標系において、バケット7の床面の傾きが一定に維持される。なお、バケット7とアーム6とがなす角度βは、β1およびβ2とし例示しているように、逐次変化する。
 以下では、作業車両100では、オペレータ操作に連動して、バケットコントロール機能を自動的にオンまたはオフさせる構成について説明する。
 なお、バケットコントロール機能が、「自動制御機能」の一例である。
 <E.メインコントローラの機能的構成>
 図5は、メインコントローラ52の機能的構成を説明するための機能ブロック図である。
 図5に示されるように、メインコントローラ52は、自動整地アシスト実行部520と、停止処理部525とを備える。自動整地アシスト実行部520は、バケットコントロール実行部521を有する。
 自動整地アシスト実行部520は、自動整地アシスト機能を実行する動作モードがオペレータによって選択されていることを条件に、自動整地アシスト機能を実行するための制御を行う。
 バケットコントロール実行部521は、自動整地アシスト機能が実行される動作モードにおいて、バケットコントロール機能を実行する動作モードがオペレータによって選択されていることを条件に、バケットコントロール機能を実行するための制御を行う。
 停止処理部525は、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に操作装置51に対するオペレータ操作(レバー操作)を受け付けると、バケットコントロール機能を一時的に停止させる。この場合、メインコントローラ52は、このオペレータ操作に基づいてバケット7を回動させる。
 オペレータ操作が終了すると、メインコントローラ52は、オペレータ操作が終了したときのバケット角度を維持し、この状態で、バケットコントロール機能を再開する。
 このように、メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に操作装置51がオペレータ操作を受け付けると、作業車両100の本体に対するバケット角度をオペレータ操作に基づいた角度に変更する。
 なお、メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に操作装置51が操作されたか否かを、圧力センサ62による検出結果に基づいて判断する。また、バケット角度αの変更は、電磁比例制御弁59に対して出力する電流を制御することにより行われる。
 以上のように、作業車両100においては、バケットコントロール機能の実行中においては、オペレータ操作がバケットコントロール機能の実行よりも優先される。
 <F.制御構造>
 図6は、作業車両100における処理の流れを説明するためのフロー図である。
 図6に示されるように、ステップS1において、メインコントローラ52は、現在の動作モードが、自動整地アシスト機能を実行する動作モードか否かを判断する。メインコントローラ52は、自動整アシスト機能を実行する動作モードであると判断された場合(ステップS1においてYES)、ステップS2において、バケットコントロール機能を実行する動作モードか否かを判断する。メインコントローラ52は、自動整アシスト機能を実行する動作モードでないと判断された場合(ステップS1においてNO)、一連の処理を終了する。
 メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能を実行する動作モードであると判断された場合(ステップS2においてYES)、ステップS3において、バケットコントロール機能を実行しながら、自動整地アシスト機能を実行する。メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能を実行する動作モードでないと判断された場合(ステップS2においてNO)、ステップS8において、バケットコントロール機能を実行せずに、自動整地アシスト機能を実行する。
 ステップS4において、メインコントローラ52は、操作レバー511に対するオペレータ操作を受け付けたか否かを判断する。メインコントローラ52は、オペレータ操作を受け付けたと判断された場合(ステップS4においてYES)、ステップS5において、バケットコントロール機能を一時的に停止し、かつオペレータ操作に基づきバケット7を回動させる。メインコントローラ52は、オペレータ操作を受け付けていないと判断された場合(ステップS4においてNO)、処理をステップS2に戻す。
 ステップS6において、メインコントローラ52は、操作レバー511に対するオペレータ操作が終了したか否かを判断する。メインコントローラ52は、オペレータ操作が終了していないと判断された場合(ステップS6においてNO)、処理をステップS5に戻す。メインコントローラ52は、オペレータ操作が終了したと判断された場合(ステップS6においてYES)、ステップS7において、オペレータ操作が終了した時のバケット角度αでバケットコントロール機能の実行を再開する。これにより、バケットコントロール機能を再開すると、オペレータ操作が終了した時のバケット角度が維持される。
 <G.利点>
 上述した構成により得られる利点について、説明する。
 (1)作業車両100は、図3に示されるように、バケットシリンダ37を動作させるための油圧式の操作装置51と、操作装置51の操作量に応じた指令電流を生成するメインコントローラ52と、指令電流に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成する電磁比例制御弁59と、指令パイロット圧に基づきバケットシリンダ37を動作させる作動油の流量を調整するメインバルブ60とを備える。
 電磁比例制御弁59は、油圧源であるパイロット用ポンプ56Bとメインバルブ60とを結ぶパイロット油路58に設けられ、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから供給される油圧を利用して指令パイロット圧を生成する。操作装置51は、パイロット油路58とは異なる操作装置用油路61に設けられている。
 このような構成によれば、電磁比例制御弁59は、操作装置51とは異なる油路に設けられている。したがって、操作装置の下流側に電磁比例制御弁が設けられているような構成とは異なり、電磁比例制御弁59に供給される油の油圧は、操作装置51の操作量に影響を受けない。指令パイロット圧は操作装置51で減圧されることなく、電磁比例制御弁59にパイロット用ポンプ56Bからの油圧が直接伝わる。それゆえ、作業車両100によれば、電磁比例制御弁59は、メインコントローラ52の指示に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成することが可能となる。
 なお、上記においては、アクチュエータの一例としてバケットシリンダ37を例に挙げて説明しているが、これに限定されるものではない。アクチュエータは、ブームシリンダ35、あるいはアームシリンダ36等の作業機4用の他のシリンダであってもよい。あるいは、アクチュエータは、旋回体3を回転させるアクチュエータ(油圧モータ)であってもよい。
 (2)操作装置51には、操作装置用油路61を通じて、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから油が供給される。このような構成によれば、操作装置51に油を供給する油圧源と電磁比例制御弁59に油を供給する油圧源とを共通にすることができる。
 (3)作業車両100は、操作装置51を通過した油をパイロット油路58に合流させずに、パイロット用ポンプ56Bが利用する油を蓄えるタンク63に戻す。このような構成によれば、操作装置51を通過した油が指令パイロット圧の生成に利用されることはない。それゆえ、作業車両100は、パイロット用ポンプ56Bから供給される油圧を利用して、指令パイロット圧を生成することができる。
 (4)メインコントローラ52は、作業車両100の本体に対するバケット角度を一定に維持するバケットコントール機能を有する。メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に操作装置51がオペレータ操作(レバー操作)を受け付けると、バケット角度をオペレータ操作に基づいた角度に変更する。
 このような構成によれば、バケットコントロール機能の実行中において、オペレータ操作をバケットコントロール機能の実行よりも優先させることができる。
 (5)メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に操作装置51に対するオペレータ操作を受け付けると、バケットコントロール機能を一時的に停止し、当該オペレータ操作に基づいてバケット7を回動させる。メインコントローラ52は、オペレータ操作が終了すると、当該オペレータ操作が終了したときのバケット角度を維持する。
 このような構成によれば、オペレータ操作を終了したときのバケット角度で、バケットコントロール機能を再開することができる。
 (6)操作装置51は、操作レバー511を有する。上記オペレータ操作は、操作レバー511に対する操作である。
 このような構成によれば、バケットコントロール機能の実行中において、操作レバー511に対するオペレータ操作をバケットコントロール機能の実行よりも優先させることができる。さらには、操作レバー511の操作を終了したときのバケット角度で、バケットコントロール機能を再開することができる。
 <H.変形例>
 (第1の変形例)
 上記の実施の形態においては、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に操作装置51に対するオペレータ操作を受け付けると、バケットコントロール機能を一時的に停止し、オペレータ操作を終了するとバケットコントロールを再開する構成を説明した。しかしながら、これに限定されるものではない。
 たとえば、メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に操作装置51がオペレータ操作を受け付けると、バケットコントロール機能の実行を終了してもよい。なお、この場合には、オペレータ操作が終了しても、メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能を再開しない。
 このような構成によれば、オペレータがバケットコントロールが不要であると判断するような局面において、オペレータは操作装置51を操作するだけで、バケットコントロール機能をオフすることが可能となる。
 (第2の変形例)
 以下では、操作レバー511が押ボタンスイッチを備え、この押ボタンスイッチに対する操作によって、バケットコントロール機能の実行中にオペレータ操作を優先させる構成を説明する。
 図7は、操作装置51の斜視図である。
 図7に示されるように、操作装置51の操作レバー511は、押ボタンスイッチ513を有する。なお、押ボタンスイッチ513の位置は、図7に示すように操作レバー511の上端(頂部)であっても良いし、あるいは側部であってよい。
 メインコントローラ52は、バケットコントロール機能の実行中に押ボタンスイッチ513が押下された場合、押ボタンスイッチ513が押下されている間、一時的にバケットコントロール機能を停止し、バケットシリンダ37のシリンダ長を一定に保つ制御を行う。これにより、バケット7とアーム6とがなす角βを一定に維持する。この場合、バケット角度αは逐次変化する。押ボタンスイッチ513の押下が終了すると、このときのバケット角度αでバケットコントロール機能を再開する。
 このような構成によれば、オペレータは、バケットシリンダ長を一定に維持した状態で、作業車両100の本体に対するバケット角度αを変化させることができる。
 なお、上記においては押ボタンスイッチ513を右側の操作レバー511に有する構成を例に挙げて説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。押ボタンスイッチ513は、左側の操作レバー519に備えられていてもよい。あるいは、押ボタンスイッチ513は、たとえば計器盤17等に設けられていてもよい。
 今回開示された実施の形態は例示であって、上記内容のみに制限されるものではない。本発明の範囲は請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
 1 走行体、3 旋回体、4 作業機、5 ブーム、6 アーム、7 バケット、8 運転室、9 運転席、10 走行操作部、11,12 走行レバー、13,14 走行ペダル、17 計器盤、20 ロックレバー、35 ブームシリンダ、36 アームシリンダ、37 バケットシリンダ、46 アームピン、47 バケットピン、51 操作装置、52 メインコントローラ、53 モニタ装置、54 エンジンコントローラ、55 エンジン、56A メインポンプ、56B パイロット用ポンプ、57 斜板駆動装置、58 パイロット油路、59 電磁比例制御弁、60 メインバルブ、61 操作装置用油路、62 圧力センサ、63 タンク、64 作動油用油路、100 作業車両、511,519 操作レバー、512 操作検出器、513 押ボタンスイッチ、601 スプール、602 パイロット室、800 設計面、802 斜面。

Claims (10)

  1.  アクチュエータを動作させるための油圧式の操作装置と、
     前記操作装置の操作量に応じた指令電流を生成するコントローラと、
     前記指令電流に応じた指令パイロット圧を生成する電磁比例制御弁と、
     前記指令パイロット圧に基づき前記アクチュエータを動作させる作動油の流量を調整するバルブとを備え、
     前記電磁比例制御弁は、油圧源と前記バルブとを結ぶ第1の油路に設けられ、前記油圧源から供給される油圧を利用して前記指令パイロット圧を生成し、
     前記操作装置は、前記第1の油路とは異なる第2の油路に設けられている、作業車両。
  2.  前記操作装置には、前記第2の油路を通じて、前記油圧源から油が供給される、請求項1に記載の作業車両。
  3.  前記油圧源が利用する油を蓄えるタンクをさらに備え、
     前記操作装置を通過した油を前記第1の油路に合流させずに前記タンクに戻す、請求項1または2に記載の作業車両。
  4.  バケットをさらに備え、
     前記アクチュエータは、前記バルブから前記作動油が供給されることによって前記バケットを回動させるバケットシリンダであって、
     前記コントローラは、
      前記作業車両の本体に対するバケット角度を一定に維持する自動制御機能を有し、
      前記自動制御機能の実行中に前記操作装置がオペレータ操作を受け付けると、前記バケット角度を前記オペレータ操作に基づいた角度に変更する、請求項1または2に記載の作業車両。
  5.  前記コントローラは、
      前記自動制御機能の実行中に前記操作装置に対する前記オペレータ操作を受け付けると、前記自動制御機能を一時的に停止し、前記オペレータ操作に基づいて前記バケットを回動させ、
      前記オペレータ操作が終了すると、前記オペレータ操作が終了したときのバケット角度を維持する、請求項4に記載の作業車両。
  6.  前記コントローラは、前記自動制御機能の実行中に前記操作装置が前記オペレータ操作を受け付けると、前記自動制御機能の実行を終了する、請求項4に記載の作業車両。
  7.  前記操作装置は、操作レバーを有し、
     前記オペレータ操作は、前記操作レバーに対する操作である、請求項4に記載の作業車両。
  8.  押ボタンスイッチをさらに備え、
     前記コントローラは、前記自動制御機能の実行中に前記押ボタンスイッチが押下された場合、前記押ボタンスイッチが押下されている間、一時的に前記自動制御機能を停止し、前記バケットシリンダのシリンダ長を一定に保つ制御を行う、請求項4に記載の作業車両。
  9.  作業車両の制御方法であって、
     前記作業車両は、指令パイロット圧に基づきアクチュエータを動作させる作動油の流量を調整するバルブと、油圧源と前記バルブとを結ぶ第1の油路に設けられた電磁比例制御弁と、前記第1の油路とは異なる第2の油路に設けられた、前記アクチュエータを動作させるための油圧式の操作装置とを備え、
     前記制御方法は、
     前記操作装置の操作量に応じた指令電流を生成するステップと、
     前記電磁比例制御弁が、前記油圧源から供給される油圧を利用して、前記指令電流に応じた前記指令パイロット圧を生成するステップとを備える、制御方法。
  10.  作業車両の制御方法であって、
     前記作業車両は、アクチュエータを動作させる作動油の流量を調整するバルブと、前記アクチュエータを動作させるための操作装置とを備え、
     前記作業車両の本体に対するバケット角度を一定に制御するステップと、
     前記バケット角度を一定に制御している際に前記操作装置がオペレータ操作を受け付けると、前記バケット角度を前記オペレータ操作に基づいた角度に変更するステップとを備える、制御方法。
