有鉴于此,有必要对现有的冰箱进行改进,以解决上述问题。

另外,所述基板3上还设有分别在所述抽屉1向外拉出打开所述抽屉1、向内推进关闭所述抽屉1时限位所述凸轮62转动的第一限位机构33、第二限位机构34。本实施例中,所述第一限位机构33、第二限位机构34分别位于所述凸轮机构6的后侧、前侧。
本实施例中,靠近所述基板3的固定壁31固定于所述基板3上,第二限位机构34、第一限位机构33分别固定于该固定壁31的前后两侧并朝向所述抽屉1凸伸,另一所述固定壁31连接于所述第一限位机构33和第二限位机构34远离所述基板3的一侧。即一对所述固定壁31通过位于其两侧的第一限位机构33、第二限位机构34连接。
另外,所述滑槽5设置于所述基板3上,所述凸轴设置于所述抽屉1上;且所述滑槽5位于所述第一限位机构33后侧且靠近所述第一限位机构33设置。所述滑槽5包括前壁、后壁及底壁,所述前壁与所述第一限位机构33共用一个结构;即所述第一机构为所述滑槽5的前壁。
综上所述,通过凸轮机构6和所述齿条11的配合,在抽屉1向外抽出时,所述抽屉盖2被凸轮62顶起与所述抽屉1分离,无需设置其他结构;且推拉轻松,不会磨损所述密封条41;而所述抽屉盖2关闭所述抽屉1时,所述抽屉盖2脱离所述凸轮62的抵顶,在重力作用下降至与所述抽屉1密封,密封效果好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉组件,包括抽屉、抽屉盖及位于所述抽屉盖一侧的基板,所述基板和所述抽屉盖中的一个设有沿上下方向延伸的滑槽,另一个设有收容于所述滑槽内并沿所述滑槽上下移动的凸轴;其特征在于:所述基板上设有凸轮机构,所述凸轮机构包括转动连接于所述基板上的花键轴及沿径向超出所述花键轴的凸轮;所述抽屉上设有与所述花键轴配合的齿条;所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖移动打开所述抽屉时,所述齿条带动所述花键轴转动,所述花键轴带动所述凸轮转动至第一状态以将所述抽屉盖顶起;所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖反向移动关闭所述抽屉时,所述齿条带动所述花键轴反向转动,所述花键轴带动所述凸轮反向转动至第二状态,所述抽屉盖脱离所述凸轮的抵顶而下降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述基板上设有间隔设置的一对固定壁、介于一对固定壁之间且向上开放的收容腔;所述凸轮机构还包括一对转轴,一对转轴分别转动连接于一对固定壁上,所述花键轴和所述凸轮连接于一对转轴之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述基板上还设有分别在所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖移动以打开、关闭所述抽屉时限位所述凸轮转动的第一限位机构、第二限位机构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉具有朝向所述抽屉盖且沿前后方向延伸的滑道、所述抽屉盖具有朝向所述抽屉且沿前后方向延伸的支撑壁;所述凸轮机构位于所述滑道与所述支撑壁之间,所述齿条设置于所述滑道上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述滑道包括前后排列的第一滑道、低于所述第一滑道的第二滑道,所述抽屉上设有分别位于第一滑道、第二管道上的前齿条、后齿条;所述基板上设有分别与所述前齿条、后齿条配合的前凸轮机构、后凸轮机构;所述支撑壁包括分别与前凸轮机构、后凸轮机构相配合的前支撑壁、后支撑臂。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述滑道与所述支撑壁之间的距离被设计为:所述凸轮处于第一状态时,所述凸轮机构的花键轴的齿轮位于所述滑道上,所述凸轮抵顶于所述支撑壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述基板上设有间隔设置的一对固定壁、介于一对固定壁之间且向上开放的收容腔;所述凸轮机构还包括一对转轴,一对转轴分别转动连接于一对固定壁上,所述花键轴和所述凸轮连接于一对转轴之间;所述基板上还 设有分别在所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖移动以打开、关闭所述抽屉时限位所述凸轮转动的第一限位机构、第二限位机构;其中一个所述固定壁固定于所述基板上,第二限位机构、第一限位机构分别固定于该固定壁的前后两侧并朝向所述抽屉凸伸,另一所述固定壁连接于所述第一限位机构和第二限位机构远离所述基板的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述滑槽设置于所述基板上,所述凸轴设置于所述抽屉上;且所述滑槽位于所述第一限位机构后侧且靠近所述第一限位机构设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉组件还包括密封所述抽屉与所述抽屉盖的密封机构。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于:包括权利要求1所述抽屉组件。
