具体的,本实施方式中,所述第一凹部232为设于所述第二抽屉23的相对侧壁的上表面的前端的凹槽,所述凸部211为连接于所述第一抽屉21上的第一滚轮。在所述门体1处于关闭状态时,所述第一滚轮位于所述凹槽内,在打开门体1时,所述凹槽与所述第一滚轮相配合使所述第二抽屉23带动所述第一抽屉21同步向前移动以打开所述第一抽屉21;在关闭所述门体1至所述第一滚轮位于所述凹槽内后,能够防止所述第一抽屉21继续向前移动,以防撞击所述门体1产生噪音。
进一步的,所述第一滑轨组件22包括连接于所述箱体内的具有滑槽2211的导轨221、设于所述第一抽屉21上的滑道222、连接于所述导轨221的前端与所述滑道222相配合的前辊轮223、连接于所述滑道222的后端以与所述滑槽2211相配合的后辊轮224,使所述第一抽屉21前后滑动连接于所述箱体上,便于所述第一抽屉21的打开与关闭。
具体的,所述第一滑轨组件22还包括连接于所述第一抽屉21上的滑道板225,所述滑道222由所述滑道板225弯折形成,以增强所述第一滑轨组件22的通用性。
所述滑道板225为钣金板。
进一步的,所述滑道222的前端具有自后向前向上倾斜延伸的倾斜部2221。在向前拉动所述门体1带动所述第一抽屉21向前移动的过程中,所述前辊轮223沿所述倾斜部2221移动,所述第一抽屉21在向前移动的过程中同步向上移动,使所述凸部211逐渐脱离所述第一凹部232,在所述凸部211完全脱离所述第一凹部232后,所述第一抽屉21与所述第二抽屉23相脱离,使所述第二抽屉单独向前移动,所述第一抽屉21仅向前拉出预设距离,一方面,能够打开所述第一抽屉21,便于用户后续的抽拉所述第一抽屉21;另一方面,所述第一抽屉21仅向前拉出预设距离,从而,用户能够查看以及取用位于第一抽屉21下部的第二抽屉23和/或第三抽屉24内的物品,便于用户使用,且结构简单,便于制备,成本较 低。
同时,所述滑道222包括相对且间隔设置的上边沿以及下边沿,与所述倾斜部2221相对应的所述上边沿自后向前向上倾斜延伸,而下边沿为自后向前延伸的直线状。在所述第一抽屉21的重力的作用下,所述前辊轮223沿所述滑道222的上边沿移动,故在所述前辊轮223沿与所述倾斜部2221对应的上边沿移动时,能够使第一抽屉21向前且向上移动。
进一步的,所述第二抽屉23还包括设置于所述第二抽屉23后端且向上突伸的第三止动件233,所述箱体上凸设有与所述第三止动件233相配合的第四止动件,在向前拉动所述门体1使所述第三抽屉24带动所述第二抽屉23向前移动到预设距离后,所述第三止动件233与所述第四止动件相配合限制所述第二抽屉23继续向前移动,继续向前拉动所述门体1,使所述第二滚轮231自所述第一止动件2242向后脱离,从而可以将所述第二抽屉23向前移动预设距离,且能够单独继续向前打开所述第三抽屉24,便于用户查看各抽屉内的物品,便于用户使用。
同时,在所述第二滚轮231自所述第一止动件242向后脱离后,所述第二抽屉23能够沿所述滑轨241前后移动,以控制所述第二抽屉23打开的大小。
进一步的,所述滑轨241的后端还设有向上突伸的第五止动件244,以限制所述第二抽屉23向后移动的距离,防止所述第二抽屉23自后端与所述第三抽屉24相脱离。
所述第四止动件位于箱体上靠前的位置处,可以理解的,所述第二抽屉23带动所述第一抽屉21向前移动的行程小于所述第三抽屉24带动所述第二抽屉23向前移动的行程,在所述门体1打开至最大位置后,所述第一抽屉21打开最小,其次为第二抽屉23,第三抽屉24打开最大,从而用户能够查看各抽屉内的物品,又便于用户抽拉各抽屉。
综上所述,本发明中的冰箱的在第二抽屉23与第一抽屉21中的一个上设置第一凹部232,另一个上设有与所述第一凹部相配合的凸部211,同时,在滑道222的前端设置倾斜部2221,在向前拉动所述门体1使第二抽屉23带动第一抽屉21同步向前移动的过程中,所述前辊轮223沿所述倾斜部2221移动,使所述第一抽屉21在向前移动的过程中同步向上移动,使所述凸部211逐渐脱离所述第一凹部232,在所述凸部2112完全脱离所述第一凹部232后,所述第一抽屉21与所述第二抽屉23相脱离,继续拉动门体1时能够单独带动所述第二抽屉23向前移动,一方面,能够打开所述第一抽屉21,便于用户后续的抽拉所述第一抽屉21;另一方面,所述第一抽屉21仅向前拉出预设距离,从而,用户能够查看以及取用位于第一抽屉21下部的第二抽屉23和/或第三抽屉24内的物品,便于用户使用,且结构简单,便于制备,成本较低。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括具有储藏室的箱体、沿前后方向滑动连接于所述箱体上以打开和关闭所述储藏室的门体、位于所述储藏室内的抽屉组件,所述抽屉组件包括第一抽屉、将所述第一抽屉滑动连接于所述箱体内的第一滑轨组件、滑动连接于所述箱体内且位于所述第一抽屉下侧的第二抽屉,所述第二抽屉能够随所述门体向前移动,其特征在于:所述第二抽屉的相对侧壁的上表面与所述第一抽屉的下侧中的一个上的前端设有第一凹部,另一个上设有与所述凹部相配合的凸部;所述第一滑轨组件包括连接于所述箱体内的具有滑槽的导轨、设于所述第一抽屉上的滑道、连接于所述导轨的前端与所述滑道相配合的前辊轮、连接于所述滑道的后端以与所述滑槽相配合的后辊轮,所述滑道的前端具有自后向前向上倾斜延伸的倾斜部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一凹部为设于所述第二抽屉的相对侧壁的上表面的前端的凹槽,所述凸部为连接于所述第一抽屉上的第一滚轮。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一滑轨组件还包括连接于所述第一抽屉上的沿前后方向延伸的滑道板,所述滑道由所述滑道板弯折形成。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述滑道包括上边沿以及下边沿,与所述倾斜部相对应的上边沿自后向前向上倾斜延伸。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述抽屉组件还包括连接于所述门体上且位于所述第二抽屉下侧的第三抽屉,所述第三抽屉滑动连接于所述箱体上;所述第三抽屉包括设置于所述第三抽屉的相对侧壁的上表面处的滑轨、设于所述滑轨的前端的第二凹部;所述第二抽屉包括第二抽屉本体、设于所述第二抽屉本体下侧与所述滑轨相配合的第二滚轮,在所述门体处于关闭状态时,所述第二滚轮位于所述第二凹部内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第三抽屉还包括凸设于所述滑轨上的第一止动件、凸设于所述滑轨上且位于所述第一止动件前侧的第二止动件,所述第一止动件、第二止动件以及所述滑轨围设形成所述第二凹部。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第二抽屉还包括设置于所述第二抽屉本体后端且向上突伸的第三止动件,所述箱体上设有与所述第三止动件相配合以限制所述第二抽屉向前移动的距离的第四止动件。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第三抽屉还包括设于所述滑轨后端且向上突伸的第五止动件。
