本发明还提供了一种冰箱,包括箱体,所述箱体具有储物空间和位于所述储物空间相对两侧的两个侧壁,所述冰箱还包括主控板和上述抽屉组件,所述抽屉本体和抽屉盖体设置在两个所述侧壁之间,所述主控板和抽屉组件的电机电性连接,所述主控板用以在接到指令后控制所述电机的启动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抽屉本体在与所述抽屉盖体两侧的配合处设有第一凸起,所述抽屉盖体上设有用以与所述第一凸起配合的第一配合槽,所述第一凸起与所述第一配合槽配合以使得在向外拉动抽屉本体时,带动抽屉盖体一起向外运动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,两个所述侧壁上还固定设有第一滑轨,所述抽屉盖体设置于第一滑轨之间,并可相对于第一滑轨前后滑动,所述抽屉盖体上设有第二凸起,所述第二凸起设置在所述抽屉盖体的边缘并向外延伸,所述第一滑轨上设有与所述第二凸起配合的滑动槽,所述滑动槽具有底壁,所述底壁倾斜设置,且自后向前先逐渐升高,再水平设置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸轮包括轮体、设置在轮体一侧的转轴、设置在轮体另一侧的凸轮轴,所述转轴与所述电机轴固定连接,所述凸轮轴与所述抽屉盖体相连接,所述电机固定设置在第一滑轨外侧,且所述第一滑轨上设有与所述轮体相适应的凹槽,所述凸轮轴向抽屉盖体方向延伸,所述抽屉盖体侧边向外开设有收容槽,所述收容槽与所述凸轮轴相配合,所述收容槽呈长条状,且沿所述抽屉盖体前后方向延伸,以使得向外拉动抽屉本体过程中,收容槽相对于凸轮轴滑动,并使得所述抽屉盖体可向外移动。
本发明还提供上述冰箱的控制方法,所述冰箱的控制方法包括在主控板接收到电机驱动指令后,判断电机累计步进步数S'是否大于冰箱设定的复位步数S;
如果S'大于S,则对电机进行复位,此时所述抽屉盖体处于第一状态,然后根据指令计算电机需要步进的步数;
如果S'小于等于S,判断抽屉盖体所处状态,并根据抽屉盖体的状态和指令计算电机需要步进的步数;
根据计算结果驱动电机运行。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的抽屉组件、具有该抽屉组件的冰箱及该冰箱的控制方法,通过设置电机带动凸轮转动使得抽屉盖体位置升高或降低,并使得抽屉在第一状态和第二状态之间进行切换,从而实现了抽屉本体内湿度的调节,通过在冰箱内设置主控板,所述冰箱可以自动或人工手动调节抽屉本体内的湿度;该冰箱的控制方法控制电机每步进一定的步数后进行一次复位,减小了产生误差的可能。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
如图1至图5所示,本发明的冰箱100,包括箱体1、门体2、设置在箱体1内的抽屉组件3、主控板(未图示)及显示控制板4,所述显示控制板4设置在所述门体2上,所述主控板与所述显示控制板4电性连接。
所述箱体1具有储物空间11和位于所述储物空间11相对两侧的两个侧壁12,两个所述侧壁12上均固定设有第一滑轨13和第二滑轨14,所述第一滑轨13设置在所述第二滑轨14的上方。
所述抽屉组件3包括抽屉本体31、盖在所述抽屉本体31上的抽屉盖体32、调节机构33、用以向抽屉本体31内部加湿的加湿模块34和用以检测所述抽屉本体31内部湿度的湿度传感器35。所述抽屉盖体32至少具有与所述抽屉本体31紧密配合的第一状态、位置升高使得所述抽屉本体31与外部进行空气交换的第二状态,所述调节机构33用以调节所述抽屉盖体32在第一状态和第二状态之间进行切换。
所述抽屉本体31和抽屉盖体32设置在两个所述侧壁12之间,所述抽屉盖体32设置在第一滑轨13之间,所述抽屉本体31设置在第二滑轨14之间。所述抽屉本体31可以在所述第二滑轨14上前后滑动,所述抽屉盖体32可以在所述第一滑轨13上前后滑动。
所述抽屉本体31在与所述抽屉盖体32两侧的配合处设有第一凸起311,所述第一凸起311靠近所述抽屉本体31前端。所述抽屉盖体32上设有用以与所述第一凸起311配合的第一配合槽321,所述第一凸起311与所述第一配合槽321配合以使得在向外拉动抽屉本体31时,带动所述抽屉盖体32一起向外运动。
所述抽屉盖体32上设有边缘向外延伸形成一对第二凸起322和一对第三凸起323,所述第二凸起322靠近抽屉盖体32前端设置,所述第三凸起323靠近所述抽屉盖体32后端设置。所述第一滑轨13上设有与所述第二凸起322和第三凸起323配合的第一滑动槽131和第二滑动槽132,所述第一滑动槽131和第二滑动槽132均具有前壁1311、后壁1312和底壁1313,所述第一滑动槽131的底壁1313倾斜设置,且自后向前先逐渐升高,再水平设置。所述第二动滑槽132的底壁1313中部设有一个抵挡结构1321。
当所述抽屉盖体32处于第一状态,且未抽出抽屉本体31时,所述第二凸起322与所述第一滑动槽131的后壁1312和底壁1313相抵接,即所述第二凸起322位于所述第一滑动槽131的最低点。
向外拉动抽屉本体31,所述抽屉本体31带动所述抽屉盖体32向外运动,所述第二凸 起322和所述第三凸起323分别在第一滑动槽131和第二滑动槽132内向前滑动,由于所述第一滑动槽131的底壁1313自后向前逐渐升高,故所述抽屉盖体32的位置也逐渐升高。当所述第二凸起322滑动至所述底壁1313水平的位置,且所述抽屉盖体32提高到所述第一配合槽321脱离所述第一凸起311,此时所述抽屉盖体32不再移动,所述抽屉本体31可正常拉出。所述第二滑动槽132的抵挡结构1321防止此时所述抽屉盖体32在重力作用下滑落。
向内推动所述抽屉本体31,直到所述抽屉本体31与所述抽屉盖体32的后端配合处相接触时,所述抽屉本体31带动所述抽屉盖体32慢慢下滑,直至所述第一凸起311和第一配合槽321相配合,此时恢复所述抽屉盖体32的第一状态,所述抽屉本体31和所述抽屉盖体32紧密配合。
在抽屉本体31和抽屉盖体32上设置上述结构,防止了抽屉本体31和抽屉盖体32之间的配合处长期摩擦造成的密封不严的情况,且拉出和推进所述抽屉本体31时十分省力。
所述加湿模块34用以向所述抽屉本体31内加湿,在所述抽屉本体31与所述抽屉盖体32紧密配合时,所述加湿模块34可以使得所述抽屉本体31内的湿度达到90%。所述湿度传感器35用以检测所述抽屉本体31内部湿度,并将检测结果传送给主控板。
所述调节机构33包括电机331、连接所述电机331并与所述抽屉盖体32相配合的凸轮333。
所述电机331和所述冰箱100的主控板电性连接,所述主控板可以在接收到指令后控制所述电机331的启动。
本实施方式的电机331为步进电机,并包括有电机轴332,且所述步进电机每步进32步,所述电机轴332转动90°。所述电机331设置在所述第一滑轨13的外侧,并与所述第一滑轨13固定连接。
所述凸轮333包括轮体334、设置在轮体334一侧的转轴335、设置在轮体334另一侧的凸轮轴336。所述转轴335与所述凸轮轴336在轮体334径向间隔设置。使得所述凸轮轴336具有最低位置和高于最低位置的其他位置,所述电机331启动使得所述凸轮轴336在最低位置与其他位置间进行切换,当所述凸轮轴336处于最低位置时,所述抽屉盖体32处于第一状态,当所述凸轮轴336切换至其他位置时,所述凸轮轴336带动所述抽屉盖体32升高,使得所述抽屉盖体32处于第二状态。本实施方式的轮体334为圆形,所述转轴335设置在所述轮体334的中央,所述转轴335靠近所述轮体334的边缘设置。
所述第一滑轨13上设有与所述轮体334相适应的凹槽133,所述转轴335向外突伸,并与所述电机轴332固定连接。所述抽屉盖体32侧边向外开设有收容槽324,所述凸轮轴336向抽屉盖体32方向突伸入所述收容槽324,并与围成所述收容槽324的顶壁相抵接。所述收容槽324呈长条状,且沿所述抽屉盖体32前后方向延伸,所述凸轮轴336与收容槽324相配合,以使得向外拉动抽屉本体31过程中,收容槽324可相对于凸轮轴336滑动,从而使得所述抽屉盖体32可向外移动。
所述显示控制板4包括显示部41和控制按钮42,所述显示部41显示有所述抽屉本体31内的湿度值。本实施方式的冰箱100设有三个控制按钮42,分别对应高湿、中湿和低湿。
当需求湿度较高时,按下高湿控制按钮42,此时电机331控制所述凸轮333转动,使得所述凸轮轴336处于最低位置,所述抽屉本体31和所述抽屉盖体32紧密配合,所述抽屉本体31内的湿度可以达到90%,适合存放蔬菜。
当需求湿度适中时,按下中湿控制按钮42,此时所述电机331控制所述凸轮333转动,所述凸轮轴336旋转至与最低位置相差90°,所述凸轮轴336将所述抽屉盖体32顶高4MM,所述抽屉本体31内的湿度可达85%,适合存放水果。
当需求湿度较低时,按下低湿控制按钮42,此时所述电机331控制所述凸轮333转动,所述凸轮轴336旋转至与最低位置相差180°,所述凸轮轴336将所述抽屉盖体32顶高8MM,所述抽屉本体31内的湿度可达70%,适合存放牛奶、鸡蛋等。
所述冰箱100也可以设置自主控制按钮42,用户可以根据需要选择任意湿度,且所述湿度传感器35对所述抽屉本体31内的湿度进行监控,一端时间后湿度未达到设定值,所述电机331自动启动,改变凸轮轴336的位置,使湿度达到设定值。
由于电机331多次转动可能会产生误差,本发明还提供了如下控制方法:主控板接收到电机331驱动指令后,判断电机331累计步进步数S'是否大于冰箱100设定的复位步数S;
如果S'大于S,则对电机331进行复位,此时所述抽屉盖体32处于第一状态,然后根据指令计算电机331需要步进的步数;
如果S'小于等于S,判断抽屉盖体32所处状态,并根据抽屉盖体32的状态和指令计算电机331需要步进的步数;
根据计算结果驱动电机331运行。
本实施方式中,所述S为1000步,即所述电机331步进超过1000步,进行一次复位,如此减少了产生误差的可能性。
本发明的抽屉组件3、具有该抽屉组件3的冰箱100及该冰箱100的控制方法,通过设置电机331、与电机331和所述抽屉盖体32连接的凸轮333,从而可以通过转动电机331控制所述抽屉盖体32的高度,从而达到调节所述抽屉本体31内部湿度的目的;通过在所述抽屉盖体32上设置第二凸起322和第三凸起323,而在所述第一滑轨13上设置与所述第二凸起322和第三凸起323配合的第一滑动槽131和第二滑动槽132,从而使得所述抽屉本体31拉出、推进都省力,且不会造成抽屉本体31和抽屉盖体32之间因摩擦过大引起配合处磨损的问题;通过累计步数判断的控制方法,减少了产生误差的可能。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉组件包括抽屉本体和抽屉盖体,所述抽屉盖体至少具有与所述抽屉本体紧密配合的第一状态、位置升高使得所述抽屉本体与外部进行空气交换的第二状态,所述抽屉组件还包括用以调节所述抽屉盖体在第一状态和第二状态之间进行切换的调节机构,所述调节机构包括电机、连接所述电机并与所述抽屉盖体相配合的凸轮,所述电机启动带动所述凸轮转动使得所述抽屉盖体位置升高或降低。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述电机为步进电机,并包括有电机轴,所述电机轴与所述凸轮相固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述凸轮包括轮体、设置在轮体一侧的转轴、设置在轮体另一侧的凸轮轴,所述转轴与所述电机轴固定连接,所述凸轮轴与所述抽屉盖体相配合,所述转轴与所述凸轮轴在轮体径向间隔设置,使得所述凸轮轴具有最低位置和高于最低位置的其他位置,所述电机启动使得所述凸轮轴在最低位置与其他位置间进行切换,当所述凸轮轴处于最低位置时,所述抽屉盖体处于第一状态,当所述凸轮轴切换至其他位置时,所述凸轮轴带动所述抽屉盖体升高,使得所述抽屉盖体处于第二状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述电机设置在所述抽屉盖体外侧,且所述抽屉盖体侧边向外开设有收容槽,所述凸轮轴突伸入所述收容槽并与围成收容槽的顶壁相抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉组件还包括用以给所述抽屉本体内部加湿的加湿模块和用以检测抽屉本体内湿度的湿度传感器。
  6. 一种冰箱,包括箱体,所述箱体具有储物空间和位于所述储物空间相对两侧的两个侧壁,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括主控板和如权利要求2所述的抽屉组件,所述抽屉本体和抽屉盖体设置在两个所述侧壁之间,所述主控板和抽屉组件的电机电性连接,所述主控板用以在接到指令后控制所述电机的启动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述抽屉本体在与所述抽屉盖体两侧的配合处设有第一凸起,所述抽屉盖体上设有用以与所述第一凸起配合的第一配合槽,所述第一凸起与所述第一配合槽配合以使得在向外拉动抽屉本体时,带动抽屉盖体一起向外运动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:两个所述侧壁上还固定设有第一滑轨,所述抽屉盖体设置于第一滑轨之间,并可相对于第一滑轨前后滑动,所述抽屉盖体上设有第二凸起,所述第二凸起设置在所述抽屉盖体的边缘并向外延伸,所述第一滑轨上设有与所述第二凸起配合的滑动槽,所述滑动槽具有底壁,所述底壁倾斜设置,且自后向前先逐渐升高,再水平设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述凸轮包括轮体、设置在轮体一侧的转轴、设置在轮体另一侧的凸轮轴,所述转轴与所述电机轴固定连接,所述凸轮轴与所述抽 屉盖体相连接,所述电机固定设置在第一滑轨外侧,且所述第一滑轨上设有与所述轮体相适应的凹槽,所述凸轮轴向抽屉盖体方向延伸,所述抽屉盖体侧边向外开设有收容槽,所述收容槽与所述凸轮轴相配合,所述收容槽呈长条状,且沿所述抽屉盖体前后方向延伸,以使得向外拉动抽屉本体过程中,收容槽相对于凸轮轴滑动,并使得所述抽屉盖体可向外移动。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱的控制方法,其特征在于:所述冰箱的控制方法包括在主控板接收到电机驱动指令后,判断电机累计步进步数S'是否大于冰箱设定的复位步数S;
    如果S'大于S,则对电机进行复位,此时所述抽屉盖体处于第一状态,然后根据指令计算电机需要步进的步数;
    如果S'小于等于S,判断抽屉盖体所处状态,并根据抽屉盖体的状态和指令计算电机需要步进的步数;
    根据计算结果驱动电机运行。
