在冷藏过程中,空气中的水分含量对食品的耐藏性有直接的影响。一般情况下,空气不易过干也不易过湿,因为低温的食品表面和高湿度的空气相遇,就会有水分冷凝在其表面(果蔬的发汗现象),冷凝水过多,食品容易引发发霉和腐烂现象;同时,湿度过低,食品中的水分会迅速蒸发并出现萎缩(细胞的膨压降低,导致萎缩现象)。对于果蔬来说,会影响柔韧性和抗病性。活细胞的枯萎还会引起细胞内酶性反应改向,即合成减弱,分解加强。此外,水分蒸发会使果蔬的重量和维生素含量大量损耗,耐藏性变差,因此贮藏室内的空气湿度对食品的保存期限十分重要。
现有技术公开了一种高湿度保鲜冰箱,在冷藏室内设置调湿材料,当冷藏室内湿度过高时,材料吸湿,当室内温度过低时,材料释放水分增湿。现有技术还公开了一种冰箱用湿度补偿器及保湿冰箱,是在冷藏室内置一储水装置和一吸水装置,吸水装置吸收水分后再释放到冷藏室,以保持冷藏室的湿度。上述结构和方法虽能在一定程度上保持冷藏室湿度稳定,但不能针对不同储藏物将湿度调节至适宜程度,即现有技术仅能增湿或保湿,但无法调湿。

参见图2和图3及图6,调节结构23收容在板框21的前边框211的收纳槽214内。调节结构23包括沿保鲜箱100的宽度方向上延伸的片状本体231、及分别设置在片状本体231两端的驱动部232和按钮233。片状本体231收容在定位条2143所形成的定位狭槽2145内,通过该定位狭槽2145从而防止调节结构23在移动的时候,片状本体231前后晃动而影响调节结构23活动顺畅,同时也可防止片状本体231折弯而报废。驱动部232自片状本体231的左端向上突伸形成。驱动部232于保鲜箱100的宽度方向上自左端朝右端逐渐向上倾斜突伸形成。按钮233用以供用户拨动以使调节结构23左右移动。按钮223自片状本体231的右端向前突伸形成。
参见图2至图6,在盖板2组装后,自落板22的板体221设置在板框21内,自落板22的插块2225插入至后边框212插孔2122内,且插块2225 可在插孔2122内活动,自落轨道223穿过安装孔2142收纳在收纳槽214内。调节结构23收容在板框21的前边框211的收纳槽214内,片状本体231位于定位狭槽2145内,按钮223的前端突伸出板框21的按钮孔2141,驱动部232与自落轨道223配合,可相对自落轨道223滑动以使得自落板22抬起或者落下。在本实施例中,由于自落轨道223设置在前边沿架2221上,调节结构23设置在前边框211上,即自落轨道223和驱动部232均设置在盖板2的前端,从而使得用户用很小的力就能使自落板22抬起。玻璃隔板24设置在自落板22上方,并且玻璃隔板24与自落板22之间具有一定间距,从而给自落板22在抬起时一定的活动空间。装饰盖25设置在盖板2的前端,以遮蔽板框21、自落板22和玻璃隔板24的前端。装饰盖25上相对按钮223开设有开口251以便按钮223突伸出。
结合图8至图10,当保鲜箱100内的湿度过高时,用户向左(图9中箭头f所指方向)推动按钮233,使按钮233在按钮孔2141中向左移动,按钮233带动驱动部232向左移动,驱动部232相对自落轨道223向左滑动,此时,自落板22以插块2225为支点,在插孔2122内转动,以使得自落板22向上抬起(自落板22的移动方向为图10中箭头g所指方向)。结合图6和图7,当保鲜箱100内的湿度过低时,用户向右(图6中箭头h所指方向)推动按钮233,使按钮233在按钮孔2141中向右移动,按钮233带动驱动部232向右移动,驱动部232相对自落轨道223向右滑动,自落板22以插块2225为支点,在插孔2122内转动,以使得自落板22落下(自落板22的移动方向为图7中箭头i所指方向)。
除本实施例外,在其他实施例中,自落轨道223和驱动部232可以呈其他形状,如自落轨道223和驱动部232中的任意一个为平板结构;又或者与本实施例中的设置方向相反。
综上所述,该保鲜箱100通过设置自落板22和调节结构23,且自落板22具有沿保鲜箱宽度方向上延伸的自落轨道223,调节结构23具有驱动部232,驱动部232相对自落轨道223滑动以使得自落板22抬起或者落下,从而使得保鲜箱100结构简单,调节更便捷。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域的普通技术人员将意识到,在不脱离由所附的权利要求书公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种改进、增加以及取代是可能的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的保鲜箱,包括箱体和设置在所述箱体上的盖板,所述箱体具有用于取物的顶部开口,所述盖板遮盖所述顶部开口,其特征在于:
    所述盖板包括板框、安装在所述板框内以遮盖所述顶部开口的自落板以及用于调整所述自落板相对于所述箱体所处高度的调节结构,其中
    所述自落板具有沿所述保鲜箱的宽度方向上延伸的自落轨道,所述调节结构具有驱动部,所述驱动部相对所述自落轨道滑动以使得所述自落板抬起或者落下。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述自落轨道于所述保鲜箱的宽度方向上自一端朝另一端逐渐向下倾斜延伸形成。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述驱动部于所述保鲜箱的宽度方向上自其一端朝另一端逐渐向上倾斜突伸形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述调节结构还具有与所述驱动部连接并供用户拨动的按钮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述调节结构还具有沿所述保鲜箱的宽度方向上延伸的片状本体,所述驱动部自所述片状本体的一端向上突伸形成,所述按钮自所述片状本体的另一端向前突伸形成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述板框包括前边框和与所述前边框相对设置的后边框,所述后边框上设置有一对插孔,所述自落板的后端向后突伸形成有插入至所述后边框相应插孔的插块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述自落轨道位于所述自落板的前端,所述调节结构设置在所述前边框上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述前边框上形成有用于收纳所述调节结构的收纳槽,所述收纳槽贯穿所述前边框的前端壁以形成按钮孔,所述按钮的前端突伸出所述按钮孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述自落板于所述保鲜箱的宽度方向上的横截面形状呈波浪形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的保鲜箱,其特征在于:
    所述箱体包括两个侧壁,每个所述侧壁的前端向上突伸形成有凸缘部,所述凸缘部具有沿保鲜箱纵深方向延伸的上表面及自所述上表面的后端逐渐向下倾斜延伸形成的坡面,
    所述自落板还具有形成在左右两侧的两个侧边沿架,每个所述侧边沿架上形成有与相应侧壁的凸缘部配合的内凹部。
