可选地,所述保湿盖上设有固定件,所述调节挡板的左右两端中的另一端设有在左右方向上被所述固定件止挡的第二限位筋。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述调节开关上设有用于在左右方向上拨动所述调节开关的拨片,所述隔架上设有调节窗口,所述拨片从所述调节窗口露出。
进一步地,所述调节开关与所述调节挡板之间设有隔板,所述拨片拨动所述调节开关时所述隔板从所述调节窗口可视。
有利地,所述隔架上设有多个止挡筋,所述调节开关的边沿和所述隔板的边沿分别卡入多个所述止挡筋内。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件1,该冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件1具有操作简单、使用方便、保鲜效果好、实用性强等优点。
如图1-图6所示,根据本发明实施例的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件1,包括抽屉本体10、保湿盖20、隔架30、调节开关40和调节挡板50。
具体而言,抽屉本体10具有容纳腔11,以盛放食物。保湿盖20设于抽屉本体10,并且保湿盖20罩设容纳腔11,保湿盖20与抽屉本体10限定出与容纳腔11连通的湿度调节口12。隔架30设在保湿盖20上,调节开关40和调节挡板50分别设在隔架30上。调节开关40沿左右方向可移动,调节挡板50沿前后方向可移动,并且,调节挡板50与调节开关40配合,调节挡板50将调节开关40的左右移动转化为自身的前后移动,从而调节湿度调节口12的开度。
由此,移动调节开关40并使调节挡板50向前移动至调节挡板50关闭湿度调节口12,即,湿度调节口12的开度为零,这样便可以实现容纳腔11的密封,避免了容纳腔11中的食物的水分散失,尤其当容纳腔11中存储含水量较高的蔬菜或水果时,蔬菜或水果的呼吸作用和蒸腾作用所产生的水分便可以保存在容纳腔11中,从而容纳腔11可以形成湿度较大的环境,利于食物的保鲜。
当需要调节容纳腔11的湿度时,可以移动调节开关40并使调节挡板50向后移动,调节挡板50打开湿度调节口12,即,湿度调节口12的开度大于零,这样,容纳腔11中的水分便可以由湿度调节口12散失到冰箱中,从而通过调整湿度调节口12的开度大小,可以使容纳腔11内达到不同的湿度值,方便存放不同种类的食物。
综上所述,根据本发明实施例的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件1,利用调节开关40和调节挡板50来调节湿度调节口12的开度,从而可以增强食物的保鲜效果,延长食物的存储时间,并且,由于湿度调节口12的开度大小可调,可以改变容纳腔11的湿度值,从而适合不同种类食物的存放,满足用户的不同使用需求。
此外,由于通过使调节开关40左右移动便可使调节挡板50沿前后方向移动,从而方便用户操作,并且,由于调节开关40的左右移动并不作用于保湿盖20,因此还可以避免保湿盖20旋转导致的卡死或阻塞。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1、图2和图6所示,调节挡板50上设有沿左右方向延伸的装配槽51,装配槽51的后表面敞开,湿度调节口12位于保湿盖20的前方,且保湿盖20的前边沿装配在装配槽51内。例如,湿度调节口12由保湿盖20的前边沿与抽屉本体10的侧壁共同限定出,装配槽51构造成水平放置的“U”形,这样,湿度调节口12的开度可以调节的范围较大,容纳腔11内的湿度的变化较大,利于增强湿度调节效果,并且,结构较为紧凑,调节挡板50的前后移动比较平稳,用户操作起来较为方便。
进一步地,如图1所示,装配槽51的下壁的宽度不小于湿度调节口12的宽度,从而保证调节挡板50将湿度调节口12完全封住。更进一步地,装配槽51的下壁的宽度大于湿度调节口12的宽度,这样,当调节挡板50关闭湿度调节口12时,装配槽51的前表面位于抽屉本体10的前侧壁的上边沿上,从而密封性更好。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图2所示,调节开关40和调节挡板50中的一个上设有调节槽41,调节槽41相对于前后方向和左右方向倾斜设置,调节开关40和调节挡板50中的另一个上设有调节柱52,调节柱52可移动地配合在调节槽41内,从而引导调节开关40和调节挡板50的移动。
有利地,如图2所示,调节槽41和调节柱52分别为多个,多个调节槽41设在调节开关40上,多个调节柱52设在调节挡板50上,多个调节柱52分别与多个调节槽41一一对应地配合,这样,可以提高调节挡板50的左右两端的同步性,更加方便用户操作。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4-图6所示,隔架30上设有用于装配调节挡板50的装配腔31,调节挡板50的上边沿卡入装配腔31内,调节挡板50的左右两端中的一端设有第一限位筋53,第一限位筋53在左右方向上被隔架30止挡,以限制调节挡板50在左右方向上的移动,使调节挡板50顺利地沿前后方向移动。
可选地,如图2所示,保湿盖20上设有固定件22,调节挡板50的左右两端中的另一端设有第二限位筋54,第二限位筋54在左右方向上被固定件22止挡,以进一步地限制调节挡板50在左右方向上的移动,使调节挡板50更加顺利地沿前后方向移动。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1和图2所示,调节开关40上设有拨片42,隔架30上设有调节窗口32,拨片42从调节窗口32露出,以在左右方向上拨动调节开关40,方便用户操作。较好地,为了提高拨片42在左右方向上滑动的顺畅度,提升用户操作时的手感,拨片42可以采用自润滑材料。
进一步地,如图2所示,拨片42安装在隔架30的侧边沿,当拨片42向着隔架30在左右方向上的中间位置拨动时,拨片42的滑走导致拨片42下方的零部件从调节窗口32可视,影响外观整体性和抽屉本体10的密封性。为此,可以在调节开关40与调节挡板50之间设置隔板60,拨片42拨动调节开关40时隔板60从调节窗口32可视,从而外观整体性和抽屉本体10的密封性较好。其中,隔板60沿左右方向延伸,并且隔板60上设有避让孔以避让调节柱52沿调节槽41的移动。
可以理解,当拨片42安装在隔架30在左右方向上的中间位置时,拨片42的拨扭可以位于拨片42在左右方向上的中间位置,此时可以不需要装配隔板60。
有利地,如图4和图5所示,隔架30上设有多个止挡筋33,调节开关40的边沿和隔板60的边沿分别卡入多个止挡筋33内。例如,多个止挡筋33在前后方向上排列成两排,每排止挡筋33沿左右方向彼此间隔开,调节开关40的前后两边沿和隔板60的前后两边沿分别卡入在前后方向上相邻的两个止挡筋33内。
进一步地,如图2、图4和图5所示,隔架30上还设有定位销34,隔板60上还设有定位孔61,定位销34配合在定位孔61内,从而将隔板60牢靠地固定在隔架30上。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图3所示,保湿盖20的后侧壁上设有多个通风孔21,多个通风孔21沿左右方向间隔开,如此,当湿度调节口12被打开时,多个通风孔21与湿度调节口12之间可以形成通风通道,冰箱中的循环风将带走容纳腔11中的部分水分,导致湿度值下降明显,增强湿度调节效果。通风孔21的具体数量和面积可以根 据需求的湿度值进行湿度测试实验所得。
如图1-图6所示,根据本发明的一个具体实施例的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件1,包括两个抽屉本体10、两个保湿盖20、一个隔架30、两个调节开关40、两个调节挡板50和两个隔板60。
具体而言,两个抽屉本体10沿左右方向排列,两个保湿盖20分别盖设在两个抽屉本体10上,每个保湿盖20的前边沿与对应的抽屉本体10之间限定出湿度调节口12,两个保湿盖20的前边沿分别插入两个调节挡板50的装配槽51内。隔架30设于两个保湿盖20上,隔架30的前边沿的左右两侧分别设有调节窗口32,两个调节开关40的拨片42分别从两个调节窗口32露出。
两个调节挡板50分别安装在两个调节窗口32下方,位于左侧的调节挡板50的左端卡入隔架30左端的装配腔31内,位于右侧的调节挡板50的右端卡入隔架30右端的装配腔31内。位于左侧的调节挡板50的左端设有第一限位筋53且右端设有第二限位筋54,位于右侧的调节挡板50的右端设有第一限位筋53且左端设有第二限位筋54,第一限位筋53被隔架30止挡且第二限位筋54被固定件22止挡。
当拨片42左右拨动时,调节挡板50上的调节柱52沿调节开关40上的调节槽41滑动,由于第一限位筋53和第二限位筋54限制了调节挡板50在左右方向上的移动,因此调节挡板50只能沿前后方向移动。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的冰箱,包括根据本发明第一方面实施例所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件1。
根据本发明实施例的冰箱,通过利用如上所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件1,操作简单、使用方便、保鲜效果好、实用性强。
根据本发明实施例的冰箱的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者 更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,包括:
    抽屉本体,所述抽屉本体具有容纳腔;
    保湿盖,所述保湿盖设于所述抽屉本体且罩设所述容纳腔,所述保湿盖与所述抽屉本体限定出与所述容纳腔连通的湿度调节口;
    隔架,所述隔架设在所述保湿盖上;
    调节开关,所述调节开关沿左右方向可移动地设在所述隔架上;
    调节挡板,所述调节挡板沿前后方向可移动地设在所述隔架上且与所述调节开关配合,所述调节挡板将所述调节开关的左右移动转化为自身的前后移动以调节所述湿度调节口的开度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述调节挡板上设有沿左右方向延伸且后表面敞开的装配槽,所述湿度调节口位于所述保湿盖的前方且所述保湿盖的前边沿装配在所述装配槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述装配槽的下壁的宽度不小于所述湿度调节口的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述调节开关和所述调节挡板中的一个上设有调节槽且另一个上设有可移动地配合在所述调节槽内的调节柱,所述调节槽相对于前后方向和左右方向倾斜设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述调节槽为多个且设在所述调节开关上,所述调节柱为多个且设在所述调节挡板上,多个所述调节柱分别与多个所述调节槽一一对应地配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述隔架上设有用于装配所述调节挡板的装配腔,所述调节挡板的左右两端中的一端设有在左右方向上被所述隔架止挡的第一限位筋。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述保湿盖上设有固定件,所述调节挡板的左右两端中的另一端设有在左右方向上被所述固定件止挡的第二限位筋。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述调节开关上设有用于在左右方向上拨动所述调节开关的拨片,所述隔架上设有调节窗口,所 述拨片从所述调节窗口露出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述调节开关与所述调节挡板之间设有隔板,所述拨片拨动所述调节开关时所述隔板从所述调节窗口可视。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述隔架上设有多个止挡筋,所述调节开关的边沿和所述隔板的边沿分别卡入多个所述止挡筋内。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述保湿盖的后侧壁上设有沿左右方向间隔开的多个通风孔。
  12. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的冰箱用湿度调节抽屉组件。
