本发明另一进一步的目的是要提供一种具有干燥室的风冷冰箱。
特别地,本发明提供了一种干燥室组件,设置于冰箱的储物间室中,干燥室组件由抽屉式密封容器组成,包括:
抽屉本体,用于容纳待存物品,其具有向上的顶部开口,且配置成可受控拉出或推入储物间室;抽屉门,设置于抽屉本体的前端,用于推拉抽屉本体;和抽屉上盖,设置于抽屉本体上方,以在抽屉本体完全推入储物间室时封闭顶部开口,并与抽屉本体和抽屉门共同限定出干燥空间;其中
抽屉本体上设置有气流入口,配置成向干燥空间提供气流。
可选地,储物间室横向两侧的间室板壁上形成有相对设置的沿进深方向延伸的一对滑道;抽屉本体具有后背板和在各自的后端与后背板结合的底板和两个分别位于横向两侧的侧板;两个侧板的顶部外侧具有沿进深方向延伸的两个侧凸条,配置成分别可移动地设置在一对滑道内。
可选地,侧凸条由与侧板顶部平齐设置的上侧条和位于上侧条下方的下侧条构成;
上侧条和下侧条之间沿进深方向间间隔设置有多个竖向延伸的加强筋。
可选地,每个侧凸条的底面均具有两个向下凸出的滑动凸起,且滑动凸起在抽屉本体拉出或推入储物间室的过程中分别与滑道滑动接触;以及
每个侧凸条上的两个滑动凸起配置成相间隔地设置于侧凸条的后部,且其中相对靠前的一个滑动凸起的凸出最低处配置成平面结构。
可选地,抽屉上盖配置成搭接于间室板壁上,且配置成可受控沿竖直方向移动;
抽屉上盖具有盖板部和分别位于盖板部横向两侧且沿进深方向延伸的两个侧框条;
每个侧框条的底面均具有多个向上凹入的定位凹陷,抽屉本体的侧凸条的顶面均具有多个向上凸出的定位凸起,且多个定位凸起配置成分别与多个定位凹陷相对设置,以使多个定位凸起在抽屉本体拉出或推入储物间室的过程中,分别抵顶在侧框条的位于多 个定位凹陷外的区域,使抽屉上盖上移;多个定位凸起在抽屉本体完全推入储物间室时,分别正对多个定位凹陷,使抽屉上盖下移。
可选地,定位凹陷和定位凸起的数量均为四个,且四个定位凹陷和四个定位凸起分别配置成两两相对地设置;
定位凹陷的凹陷中心区段与定位凸起的凸起中心区段具有相同的曲率;
位于凹陷中心区段前后两侧的凹陷边缘区段的曲率小于位于凸起中心区段前后两侧的凸起边缘区段的曲率。
可选地,抽屉上盖具有位于盖板部前端并沿横向方向延伸的前框条,且前框条配置成具有开口向前的条形安装槽;
干燥室组件还包括:抽屉封条,安装于条形安装槽内,以在抽屉本体完全推入储物间室时随抽屉上盖下移,并与抽屉门的内侧抵接。
可选地,间室板壁上形成有四个开口向上的凹槽,且配置成两两相对地设置于一对滑道上方;抽屉上盖的左右横向侧端分别向外伸出形成有四个搭接部,搭接部配置成分别自横向侧端倾斜向上延伸而后水平向外延伸,以分别搭接于四个凹槽内。
可选地,每个搭接部上均套设有套圈,以缓冲抽屉上盖下落时的冲击。
本发明还提供一种风冷冰箱,包括冷冻室和冷藏室,以及根据上述任一项的干燥室组件,其中,冷藏室为储物间室,干燥室组件设置于冷藏室内下部空间中,风冷冰箱还包括设置于冷藏室横向侧部的间室板壁上的风道组件,包括:外罩壳,配置成固定于间室板壁的外侧,且外罩壳内部限定有外部容腔;内罩壳,配置成与外罩壳相对地设置于间室板壁的内侧,且内罩壳内部限定有内部容腔;其中
外罩壳上开设有进风口,配置成可受控与冷冻室连通,以允许冷冻室内的空气经由进风口进入外部容腔,间室板壁上开设有通风口,以使外部容腔和内部容腔连通,以及内罩壳上开设有出风口,以将内部容腔内的空气供应至冷藏室内部;
气流入口配置成在抽屉本体完全推入冷藏室时,与出风口正对抵接,以将冷冻室内的冷却气流受控地经由风道组件供应至位于冷藏室内部的干燥空间内。
本发明的干燥室组件通过抽屉上盖直接遮盖并密封抽屉本体的顶部开口,使抽屉本体内部形成独立密封的干燥空间,以及通过引导干燥气流直接通过抽屉本体开设的气流入口进入该干燥空间内,无需额外设置抽屉筒体等结构,使干燥室组件整体结构更为紧凑所需安装空间更小,简化了干燥室组件的装配,降低了制造成本。
进一步地,本发明的干燥室组件通过将抽屉上盖搭接于其所在的间室板壁,无需额外的连接固定件,进一步降低了干燥室组件的零部件成本,同时简化了安装操作且缩短了安装所需的工时。
进一步地,本发明的干燥室组件通过分别在抽屉上盖和抽屉本体上设置一一相对的定位凹陷和凸起,使抽屉上盖在用户推拉抽屉本体取放物品时自动上移,提高了干燥室组件打开及关闭的易操作性;此外还在抽屉本体复位后使抽屉上盖自动下移,通过抽屉上盖自身重量与多组定位凹陷和凸起共同防止抽屉本体在无外力作用下向外滑动,保证了干燥室组件密封效果及稳定性。
进一步地,本发明还提供了一种风冷冰箱,并使干燥室组件通过特别设置的风道组件直接利用冷冻室内的冷却气流实现对其内干燥空间的除湿干燥,使干燥室内具有较低的相对湿度和较低的温度,这种低温低湿的环境特别适合干货食材保存,既可以避免干 货受潮也可以保证干货的营养成分。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的安装有干燥室组件和风道组件的储物间室的示意性透视图。参见图1,干燥室组件一般性地可设置于冰箱等储藏装置的储物间室10中。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的干燥室组件的示意性分解图。图3是根据本发明一个实施例的干燥室组件自另一角度观察的示意性分解图。
参见图2和图3,干燥室组件可由抽屉式密封容器组成,包括抽屉本体400、抽屉门500和抽屉上盖600。抽屉本体400可具有容纳待存物品的容腔及顶部开口,以容纳待存物品。抽屉本体400可配置成可受控拉出或推入储物间室10,以便用户取放物品。抽屉门500可设置于抽屉本体400的前端,用于推拉抽屉本体400。抽屉门500可与抽屉本体400一体成型制成,也可通过卡接或其他连接方式制成可拆卸的分体式。特别地,抽屉上盖600可设置于抽屉本体400上方,以在抽屉本体400完全推入储物间室10时封闭顶部 开口,并与抽屉本体400和抽屉门500共同限定出干燥空间。进一步地,抽屉本体400上设置有气流入口4001,配置成向干燥空间提供气流。
也即是,干燥空间由相互配合设置的抽屉本体400、抽屉门500和抽屉上盖600限定而成,进而由三者的接触密封形成独立的干燥空间。气流入口4001直接开设于抽屉本体400上,以将干燥气流直接供应至容放物品的抽屉本体400内部,无需设置抽屉筒体。
本发明的干燥室组件通过抽屉上盖600直接遮盖并密封抽屉本体400的顶部开口,使抽屉本体400内部形成独立密封的干燥空间,以及通过引导干燥气流直接通过抽屉本体400开设的气流入口4001进入该干燥空间内,无需额外设置抽屉筒体等结构,使干燥室组件整体结构更为紧凑所需安装空间更小,简化了干燥室组件的装配,降低了制造成本。

在本发明的一些实施例中,抽屉本体400可具有后背板402和在各自的后端与后背板402结合的底板403和两个分别位于横向两侧的侧板401。进一步地,两个侧板401的顶部外侧具有沿进深方向延伸的两个侧凸条4010。参见图4和图5,储物间室10横向两侧的间室板壁11上可形成有相对设置的沿进深方向延伸的一对开口相对的滑道110。具体地,当储物间室10为冰箱的冷藏室时,间室板壁11可以为限定出冰箱冷藏室的内胆。抽屉本体400上的两个侧凸条4010配置成可移动地分别嵌入设置在一对滑道110内,由此实现抽屉本体400相对储物间室10的拉出移动和推入移动。此外,两个侧板401上的两个侧凸条4010同时增加了抽屉本体400与抽屉上盖600的接触面积,增强干燥空间的密封性。也即是,抽屉本体400通过其上设置的侧凸条4010可滑动地安装于储物间室10内,并在推入储物空间后通过侧凸条4010增加与抽屉上盖600的接触面积。
图6是根据本发明一个实施例的干燥室组件的侧视分解图。
参见图6,在本发明的一些实施例中,侧凸条4010可由与侧板401顶部平齐设置的上侧条4010a和位于上侧条4010a下方的下侧条4010b构成。进一步地,上侧条4010a和下侧条4010b之间沿进深方向间间隔设置有多个竖向延伸的加强筋4010c,以增强侧凸条4010的结构强度和稳定性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,每个侧凸条4010的底面均具有两个向下凸出的滑动凸起4011,且滑动凸起4011在抽屉本体400拉出或推入储物间室10的过程中分别持续与滑道110滑动接触。每个侧凸条4010上的两个滑动凸起4011配置成相间隔地设置于侧凸条4010的后部,且其中相对靠前的一个滑动凸起4011的凸出最低处配置成平面结构。
也即是,下侧条4010b可向下凸出形成多个滑动凸起4011。具体地,每个侧凸条4010的下侧条4010b可凸出形成有两个滑动凸起4011,分别为位于侧凸条4010的后端部的圆弧滑动凸起和位于圆弧滑动凸起前侧的平面滑动凸起,由此在减少侧凸条4010与滑道110的接触点以降低滑动摩擦阻力的同时保证抽屉本体400的稳定平滑移动。
抽屉上盖600可具有盖板部601和分别位于盖板部601横向两侧且沿进深方向延伸的两个侧框条602。进一步地,盖板部601可配置为呈凹凸结构。具体地,盖板部601可沿着进深方向依次间隔形成横向延伸的条状凸起和条状凹陷。由此,增强盖板部601的结构强度并提升其平面度。
图7是根据本发明一个实施例的干燥室组件的侧向剖视图。图8是根据本发明一个实施例的抽屉本体400处于完全推入储物间室位置的侧向透视图。图9是根据本发明一 个实施例的干燥室组件处于推入或拉出储物间室过程位置的侧向透视图。
在本发明的一些实施例中,抽屉上盖600可配置成搭接于间室板壁11上,且配置成可受控沿竖直方向移动。进一步地,参见图7至图9,抽屉上盖600的每个侧框条602的底面均具有多个向上凹入的定位凹陷6020,抽屉本体400的侧凸条4010的顶面均具有多个向上凸出的定位凸起4012,且多个定位凸起4012配置成分别与多个定位凹陷6020相对设置。
也即是,侧框条602的底面和侧凸条4010的顶面均具有多个平面区段,以在抽屉本体400完全推入储物间室10内时相互贴合以密封抽屉本体400的顶部开口。多个定位凹陷6020可形成于侧框条602底面的平面区段之间,多个定位凹陷6020可相应地形成于侧凸条4010顶面的平面区段之间。由此,当抽屉本体400完全推入储物间室10内时,平面区段以外的区域可通过定位凸起4012和定位凹陷6020实现抽屉本体400顶部开口的密封。
进一步地,多个一一相对设置的定位凸起4012和定位凹陷6020,在抽屉本体400拉出或推入储物间室10的过程中会错开(参见图9)。由此,使得多个定位凸起4012分别抵顶在侧框条602的位于多个定位凹陷6020外的区域(也即是平面区段),同时使抽屉上盖600上移。也即是,当用户向外拉出或向内推入抽屉本体400时,抽屉上盖600会自动上移以减少其与抽屉本体400的接触面积,降低抽屉本体400和抽屉上盖600之间的滑动摩擦阻力。
此外,当抽屉本体400完全推入储物间室10时,多个一一对应设置的定位凸起4012和定位凹陷6020恢复至初始的正对位置(参见图8),由此使得多个定位凸起4012分别正对多个定位凹陷6020。此时定位凸起4012刚好位于定位凹陷6020内,侧框条602的平面区段和侧凸条4010上的平面区段也刚好正对,由此使抽屉上盖600下移,与抽屉本体400的顶部开口边缘贴合并将开口密封。此外,对位设置的定位凸起4012和定位凹陷6020还可在进深方向限制抽屉本体400的移动,并与抽屉上盖600自身重量共同防止抽屉本体400在无外力作用下向外滑动,保证了干燥室组件密封效果及密封状态的稳定性。进一步地,抽屉上盖600的后端可设置有止挡部6111(参见图7),以限定抽屉本体400处于完全推入储物间室10时的位置,防止抽屉本体400被过度推入储物间室10并将抽屉上盖600向上顶开。
本发明的干燥室组件通过将抽屉上盖600搭接于间室板壁11,无需额外的连接固定件,进一步降低了干燥室组件的零部件成本,同时简化了安装操作且缩短了安装所需的工时。进一步地,可随抽屉本体400的推拉而上下移动的抽屉上盖600使干燥室组件的实用性大大提高。具体地,在实际使用中,当用户需要推拉抽屉本体400取放其内物品时,只需稍稍用力提供一个初始的作用力使定位凸起4012脱离定位凹陷6020,即可使抽屉上盖600与抽屉本体400基本脱离,使随后的推拉动作更为省力。相应地,当用户完成物品取放需要将抽屉本体400复位时,抽屉上盖600的下落可将复位动作的完成程度明确地反馈给用户,避免出现由于复位动作不完整导致的干燥空间不密封的问题。此外,如前所述,下落的抽屉上盖600还可进一步保证干燥室组件保持持续密封。
在本发明的一些实施例中,定位凹陷6020和定位凸起4012的数量均为四个,且四个定位凹陷和四个定位凸起分别配置成两两相对地设置。特别地,定位凹陷6020的凹陷中心区段与定位凸起4012的凸起中心区段具有相同的曲率。也即是,定位凸起4012和 定位凹陷6020可均配置为大致呈弧形,且相匹配的一组定位凸起4012和定位凹陷6020的弧顶区段(定位凹陷6020的相应区域也可称为弧底区段)的弧度大致相等,以使定位凸起4012和定位凹陷6020的中心区段贴合。
进一步地,位于凹陷中心区段前后两侧的凹陷边缘区段的曲率小于位于凸起中心区段前后两侧的凸起边缘区段的曲率。也即是,定位凹陷6020相比于定位凸起4012更为平缓,由此便于定位凸起4012自定位凹陷6020滑动移出和移入。此外,在本实施例中,定位凹陷6020和定位凸起4012的内侧可形成有遮挡部,以保证曲率不同的区段处的密封效果。
在一些实施例中,定位凸起4012可形成于上侧条4010a。每个上侧条4010a上的两个定位凸起4012可分别位于侧凸条4010的后端部和侧凸条4010的前部,由此,使抽屉上盖600和抽屉本体400之间的作用力在拉出抽屉本体400的启动瞬间更为均匀地分散在整个抽屉组件的前部和后部。此外,在抽屉本体400的拉出过程中,当位于后端部的定位凸起4012移动至位于前部的定位凹陷6020的下方时,会使抽屉上盖600下落。此时,已经露出的抽屉本体400的顶部开口已可提供足够的空间给用户取放物品,下落的抽屉上盖600由此可防止抽屉本体400被过度拉出,便于用户的操作和使用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,间室板壁11上可形成有四个开口向上的凹槽1010,且配置成两两相对地设置于一对滑道110上方。储物间室10横向两侧的内胆上可均形成有呈条状的向内的凸起,该凸起可类似于一般冰箱储物间室10中用于搭接搁物板形成的搭接凸条。每侧的条状凸起的前部和后部可分别形成有向下的凹陷以形成凹槽1010。
条状凸起及其上开设的凹槽1010均位于同一水平面内且相对储物间室10的竖向中心面对称,以保证搭接于其上的抽屉上盖600水平设置。进一步地,条状凸起可在高度方向具有一定的厚度,由此保证凹槽1010在高度方向具有足够深度,以使抽屉上盖600可在一较小的范围内上下移动。也即是,保证抽屉上盖600在上移的过程中不会脱离凹槽1010。
在本发明的一些实施例中,抽屉上盖600的左右横向侧端分别向外伸出形成有四个搭接部6010,搭接部6010配置成分别自横向侧端倾斜向上延伸而后水平向外延伸,以分别搭接于四个凹槽1010内。也即是,搭接部6010具有自抽屉上盖600的横向侧端斜向上延伸的基部6010a,基部6010a的底端可同时与抽屉上盖600的侧表面和上表面固定连接以增强其结构强度。四个搭接部6010的基部6010a的延伸顶端均位于同一高度平面内并朝向抽屉上盖600的外侧延伸出水平的搭接板6010b。进一步地,每个搭接部6010的搭接板6010b上可均套设有套圈6011,以缓冲抽屉上盖600下落时的冲击。套圈6011可由橡胶等弹性材料制成。
参见图6和图7,在本发明的一些实施例中,抽屉上盖具有位于盖板部601前端并沿横向方向延伸的前框条603,且前框条603配置成具有开口向前的条形安装槽6030。
图10是根据本发明一个实施例的抽屉封条700的示意性侧视图。
参见图10,干燥室组件还可包括抽屉封条700。抽屉封条700配置成安装于条形安装槽6030内,以在抽屉本体400完全推入储物间室10时随抽屉上盖600下落,并与抽屉门500的内侧抵接。抽屉密封条可由弹性材料制成。
进一步地,安装槽6030内可设置有水平延伸的安装板6031,以使前框条603的截面大致呈“E”形。抽屉封条700可包括用于卡接在安装板6031的封条安装部701和位于 封条安装部701前侧的封条抵接部702。封条抵接部702配置为中空的管状,其与封条安装部701连接的一侧配置为平面,其与抽屉门500抵接的一侧呈弧形。也即是,封条抵接部702具有大致呈“D”形的截面。当抽屉本体400被完全推入储物间室10后,封条抵接部702受抽屉上盖600和抽屉门500的挤压并封闭抽屉门500与抽屉本体400之间及抽屉门500与抽屉上盖600之间的间隙。封条安装部701呈开口向后的凹槽状,也即是具有平行的两个板状安装条701a。两个板状安装条701a的内侧可设置有多个倾斜的防滑条701b。防滑条701b配置成自每个安装条701a的内侧表面自封条安装部701的开口所在侧朝向封条抵接部702所在侧倾斜延伸,以便封条安装部701卡接于安装槽6030内的安装板6031上,且防止其自安装板6031脱落。
参见图5a至图5c,在一些实施例中,抽屉本体400的侧板401前端具有朝向外侧凸出的竖向延伸的前凸条4020,前凸条4020配置成其上端与侧板401上端外侧的侧凸条4010的前端固定相连。在一些进一步的实施例中,前凸条4020与侧凸条4010均可与侧板401一体成型制成,以增强结构强度。在进一步地实施例中,抽屉本体400的底板403前端可向前凸出形成有底凸条4030。底凸条4030、前凸条4020和侧凸条4010可共同与侧板401一体成型制成。
在一些实施例中,前凸条4020和底凸条4030的前端面可开设有连续的开口向前的卡槽4023。抽屉门500可包括门板体501和位于门板体501外表面上部的门把手502。门板体501的内侧表面可向外凸出形成卡条5011,且卡条5011配置成沿抽屉门500内表面的两个侧边和底边延续延伸。由此,抽屉门500可通过卡条5011直接卡接安装于抽屉本体400的前端的卡槽4023。
进一步地,位于门板体501内表面下部的卡条5011上可间隔设置多个楔形凸起,位于底凸条4030的卡槽4023的槽壁上可相应开设有多个通孔。由此,当抽屉门500安装于抽屉本体400前端时,卡条5011上的多个楔形凸起可卡接于卡槽4023上的通孔内,防止抽屉门500脱离抽屉本体400。具体地,多个楔形凸起可设置于卡条5011的底表面,多个通孔可设置于卡槽4023的下侧槽壁上,以保证干燥空间的密封性。
在进一步的实施例中,位于门板体501两侧的卡条5011的外表面上形成有止挡条5012。止挡条5012配置成当卡条5011插入安装于卡槽4023时,刚好抵接在卡槽4023槽壁的前端面,以增强卡条5011与卡槽4023连接的稳定性。此外,止挡条5012还可与部分卡条5011及门板体501的位于卡条5011横向外侧的边缘区域共同形成凹形把手5010,便于用户握持及推拉抽屉门500。
在一些实施例中,位于门板体501两侧的卡条5011的上端部均具有远离门板体501设置的卡块5013。也即是,卡块5013与门板体501之间留有空间。卡块5013配置成自卡条5011的上端部朝向门板体501的横向中心面凸出。相应地,抽屉本体400两侧的前凸条4020的上方可形成有卡接腔4013,配置成使卡块5013可自下向上伸入并卡接于其内。由此,进一步提高抽屉门500与抽屉本体400之间连接的稳固性。此外,本发明的干燥室组件通过卡条5011与卡槽4023的嵌入式连接,避免抽屉门500和抽屉本体400之间出现间隙,增强了干燥室组件的密封性。
参见图6和图7,在本发明的一些实施例中,抽屉门500在安装于抽屉本体400前端时具有倾斜角度。具体地,抽屉本体400的两个侧板401的前端面配置成自下向上倾斜向后延伸,以使抽屉门500在安装于抽屉本体400上时倾斜向后。进一步地,抽屉门500 的上端外侧形成有横向延伸的门把手502,且配置成使门把手502的前表面与门板体501的底部大致位于同一竖向平面。也即是,抽屉本体400内部的底部空间相对于其顶部空间更大,便于其内物品堆叠放置,且门把手502可提供横跨整个抽屉门500横向宽度的把持部,便于用户抽拉抽屉本体400,同时后倾设置的抽屉门500还可避免与用于打开和关闭储物间室10的门体产生干涉。
上述干燥室组件可设置于一般储物间室10内,也适用于设置在冰箱的储物间室10内,尤其适用于设置在风冷冰箱的冷藏室。也即是,当干燥室组件设置于冰箱的冷藏室内时,该冷藏室即优选为容放干燥室组件的储物间室10。
本发明还提供一种具有上述干燥室组件的风冷冰箱。具体地,风冷冰箱一般性地可包括冷藏室10a和冷冻室10b。在冷藏室10a和冷冻室10b的前开口处分别设置冷藏室门10a’和冷冻室门10b’,用以分别打开或关闭冷藏室10a和冷冻室10b。冷藏室10a可与冷冻室10b侧向相邻设置。或者说冷藏室10a设置在冷冻室10b侧向,冷藏室10a与冷冻室10b之间设置有隔板。隔板可由位于冷藏室10a侧的间室板壁11、位于冷冻室10b侧的间室板壁及二者之间的发泡层构成。
如本领域技术人员可以理解的,本发明实施例的风冷冰箱还可包括制冷循环系统以及风道。制冷循环系统例如可包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流元件以及蒸发器。风冷冰箱还可设有位于所述风道内的风机12,风机12用以将经过蒸发器降温除湿后的气流吹向冷藏室10a和/或冷冻室10b。
进一步地,冷藏室10a的下部空间中可设置由干燥室组件构成的具有独立干燥空间的干燥室40。干燥室40的干燥原理在于:将经过冷源冷却的气体送入相对高温的封闭环境中后,随着低温气体在封闭空间逐渐升温,导致相对湿度下降,有效形成干燥效果。
通常,冷藏室10a内会存放果蔬类食物,使得冷藏室10a内的相对湿度较高。冷藏室10a的上部空间相比其下部空间会有更高的相对湿度。将干燥室40设置在冷藏室10a内上部空间(即冷藏室10a内上二分之一的空间中),不利于干燥室40内干燥状态的保持。因此,在本发明一些实施例中,优选将干燥室40设置在冷藏室10a内下部空间中;换句话说,干燥室40设置在冷藏室10a内下二分之一的空间中。
在一些实施例中,冷藏室10a与冷冻室10b之间的隔板上设置有通风开口10c,以经由通风开口10c将所述冷冻室10b下部的冷却气流受控地供应至位于冷藏室10a内的干燥室40内部。风冷冰箱还具有设置于该通风开口10c处的风道组件,以使位于干燥室40内部的干燥空间与冷冻室10b可控连通,进而使冷冻室10b内冷却气流进入干燥空间实现除湿干燥。
图11是根据本发明一个实施例的风道组件的示意性分解图。图12是根据本发明一个实施例的风冷冰箱的转动风门关闭时的示意性风道系统图。图13是根据本发明一个实施例的风冷冰箱的转动风门开启时的示意性风道系统图。
风道组件设置于冷藏室横向侧部的间室板壁11上。风道组件包括外罩壳200和内罩壳300。外罩壳200配置成固定于间室板壁11的外侧,且外罩壳200内部限定有外部容腔。内罩壳300配置成与外罩壳200相对地设置于间室板壁11的内侧,且内罩壳300内部限定有内部容腔。
进一步地,外罩壳200上可开设有进风口2010,配置成可受控与冷冻室连通,以允许冷冻室内的空气经由进风口2010进入外部容腔。间室板壁11上可开设有通风口123, 以使外部容腔和内部容腔连通。内罩壳300上可开设有出风口3020,以将内部容腔内的空气供应至冷藏室内部。由此,气流入口4001可配置成在抽屉本体400完全推入冷藏室时,与出风口3020正对抵接,以将冷冻室内的冷却气流受控地经由风道组件供应至位于冷藏室内部的干燥室组件内。
优选地,外风道200设置于冷藏室10a的靠近冷冻室10b一侧的间室板壁11上,并可通过发泡层固定。进一步地,间室板壁11上可形成有多个定位槽。内风道300上可相应地设置有多个定位柱以便内风道300在间室板壁11上的定位。可以理解的,储物间室10在本实施例中即为风冷冰箱的冷藏室10a。外风道200设置于位于冷藏室10a的横向侧部的间室板壁的外侧。
具体地,在一些实施例中,外罩壳200具有开设有进风口2010的侧壁201和自侧壁201的周侧边缘垂直延伸出的侧周壁202,外罩壳200配置成自间室板壁11的外侧遮蔽通风口123。侧周壁202的外表面在间室板壁11所在平面上的投影位于通风口123外,侧周壁202的内表面在间室板壁11所在平面上的投影落入通风口123内。
也即是,外罩壳200的侧周壁202具有一定厚度,以同时压覆于通风口123的内部区域和外部区域,由此保证侧周壁202和冷藏室的间室板壁11之间的密封效果,以及避免冷藏室侧的间室板壁11暴露于外部容腔至内部容腔的流动路径上,进而避免来自冷冻室的冷却气流冲击冷藏室的间室板壁11。
进一步地,外风道200可由绝热泡沫等材料制成。此外,在安装过程中,外风道200可首先通过海绵条贴附在间室板壁11上,其外侧可贴附有海绵条和密封条,随后随着发泡过程外风道200被固定于发泡层内且与发泡材料相隔离。相应地,内风道300可首先通过多个对应设置的定位柱和定位槽进行安装位置的确定,随后通过连接件与间室板壁11固定。
在一些实施例中,风道组件包括风门组件。风门组件设置于外风道200内部,以受控使自进风口2010至通风口123的送风路径连通或阻断。具体地,风门组件包括风门框架2032a和转动风门2032b。风门框架2032a可设置于外部容腔。转动风门2032b配置成可枢转地安装于风门框架2032a的内侧,并配置成可受控转动至打开位置以使自进风口2010至通风口123的送风路径连通,以及可受控转动至关闭位置以使自进风口2010至通风口123的送风路径阻断。也即是,风门组件配置成整体可拆卸地安装于风道组件内,以简化风道组件的装配。具体地,外风道200可首先随发泡层固定安装,而后风门组件可直接自冷藏室10a内侧安装于外部容腔,最后将内风道300罩扣于冷藏室10a间室板壁11内侧完成装配。外风道200上的进风口配置成可受控与冷冻室10b连通,以将冷冻室10b内的冷却气流受控地经由风道组件供应至位于冷藏室10a内部的干燥室40。
具体地,当干燥室40不需要送风时,转动风门2032b关闭,冷冻室10b内部的冷却气流不流向干燥室40,冰箱中的风路流向参见图12(图中实线箭头表示送风方向,虚线箭头表示回风方向);当干燥室40需要送风时,转动风门2032b开启,冷冻室10b内部的部分冷却气流流向干燥室40,冰箱中的风路流向参见图13。转动风门2032b也可调节进风口的开度大小。具体地,当干燥室40需要风量大时,转动风门2032b调大风门组件的送风口开度,当干燥室40需要风量小时,转动风门2032b调小风门组件的送风口开度。
进一步地,冷冻室10b横向侧部的间室板壁上可设置有冷冻侧风门(图中未示出),以和风道组件共同控制冷冻室10b内冷却气流朝向冷藏室10a内干燥室组件流动的路径 的通断。
在一些实施例中,外罩壳200具有自侧壁201朝向间室板壁11凸出延伸的分隔部203,以将外部容腔分隔为位于上部的电配腔2031和位于下部的送风腔2032。在本实施例中,风门组件可以为电控风门组件,配置成嵌入安装于送风腔2032,且进风口2010设置于间室板壁11的与送风腔2032相对的位置。电控风门组件中的电控装置设置于电配腔2031。
也即是,电配腔2031和送风腔2032均可完整地自通风口123内侧露出,由此简化了风门组件拆装。此外,风门组件的转动通风部分(也即是风门框架2032a和转动风门2032b)与电控部分(也即是电控装置,图中未示出)相互隔开设置在两个子容腔内,由此使风门组件的检测维修或更换操作更为简便。
在一些实施例中,内罩壳300具有与外罩壳200对应设置的导风板盖部301和垂直于导风板盖部301并自其后端朝向间室后侧中部延伸的出风筒体部302。进一步地,出风口3020开设于出风筒体部302的前侧,以使内部容腔内的空气经由出风口3020向前流动进入间室。相应地,气流入口4001开设于抽屉本体400的后背板402,且配置成当抽屉本体400完全推入间室时,气流入口4001与出风口3020正对抵接,并通过风道组件实现位于干燥室组件内部的干燥空间与冷冻室的可控连通。
也即是,内罩壳300将来自冷冻室的冷却气流引导至冷藏室的后部,实现自后向前将冷却气流供应至干燥空间内。进一步地,当抽屉本体400完全推入冷藏室内后,抽屉本体400与内罩壳300抵接,并通过正对的气流入口4001和出风口3020实现干燥空间的独立密封。需要说明的是,此时干燥空间的独立密封是指除了与必要的风道组件可受控连通外,不存在其他任何的气流交换。
本发明的干燥室组件仅通过气流入口4001接收冷却气流,并在冷却气流的升温过程中其内空气的除湿干燥。也即是,干燥空间在除湿干燥的过程中始终具有一个相对较大的气压,避免冷藏室内的潮湿空气进入其内。
在一些实施例中,风道组件还包括第一密封条710和第二密封条720。第一密封条710配置成环形并设置于导风板盖部301的边缘,以密封内罩壳300与间室板壁11之间的间隙。第二密封条720可配置成环形并沿出风口3020的边缘设置于内罩壳300外侧,以在抽屉本体400完全推入间室时,密封气流入口4001与出风口3020之间的间隙。进一步地,抽屉本体400后部可设置有进气格栅4002,配置成向抽屉本体400内部凸出地罩扣于气流入口4001内侧,以防止冷冻室内的固体杂质随冷却气流进入干燥空间。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干燥室组件,设置于冰箱的储物间室中,所述干燥室组件由抽屉式密封容器组成,包括:
    抽屉本体,用于容纳待存物品,其具有向上的顶部开口,且配置成可受控拉出或推入所述储物间室;
    抽屉门,设置于所述抽屉本体的前端,用于推拉所述抽屉本体;和
    抽屉上盖,设置于所述抽屉本体上方,以在所述抽屉本体完全推入所述储物间室时封闭所述顶部开口,并与所述抽屉本体和所述抽屉门共同限定出干燥空间;其中
    所述抽屉本体上设置有气流入口,配置成向所述干燥空间提供气流。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    所述储物间室横向两侧的间室板壁上形成有相对设置的沿进深方向延伸的一对滑道;以及
    所述抽屉本体具有后背板和在各自的后端与所述后背板结合的底板和两个分别位于横向两侧的侧板;且
    所述两个侧板的顶部外侧具有沿进深方向延伸的两个侧凸条,配置成分别可移动地设置在所述一对滑道内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    所述侧凸条由与所述侧板顶部平齐设置的上侧条和位于所述上侧条下方的下侧条构成;且
    所述上侧条和所述下侧条之间沿进深方向间间隔设置有多个竖向延伸的加强筋。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的干燥室组件,其中
    每个所述侧凸条的底面均具有两个向下凸出的滑动凸起,且所述滑动凸起在所述抽屉本体拉出或推入所述储物间室的过程中分别与所述滑道滑动接触;以及
    每个所述侧凸条上的两个所述滑动凸起配置成相间隔地设置于所述侧凸条的后部,且其中相对靠前的一个所述滑动凸起的凸出最低处配置成平面结构。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    所述抽屉上盖配置成搭接于所述间室板壁上,且配置成可受控沿竖直方向移动;
    所述抽屉上盖具有盖板部和分别位于所述盖板部横向两侧且沿进深方向延伸的两个侧框条;
    每个所述侧框条的底面均具有多个向上凹入的定位凹陷,所述抽屉本体的所述侧凸条的顶面均具有多个向上凸出的定位凸起,且多个所述定位凸起配置成分别与多个所述定位凹陷相对设置,以使
    多个所述定位凸起在所述抽屉本体拉出或推入所述储物间室的过程中,分别抵顶在所述侧框条的位于多个所述定位凹陷外的区域,使所述抽屉上盖上移;以及
    多个所述定位凸起在所述抽屉本体完全推入所述储物间室时,分别正对多个所述定位凹陷,使所述抽屉上盖下移。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    所述定位凹陷和所述定位凸起的数量均为四个,且所述四个定位凹陷和所述四个定位凸起分别配置成两两相对地设置;
    所述定位凹陷的凹陷中心区段与所述定位凸起的凸起中心区段具有相同的曲率;以及
    位于所述凹陷中心区段前后两侧的凹陷边缘区段的曲率小于位于所述凸起中心区段前后两侧的凸起边缘区段的曲率。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    所述抽屉上盖具有位于所述盖板部前端并沿横向方向延伸的前框条,且所述前框条配置成具有开口向前的条形安装槽;
    所述干燥室组件还包括:
    抽屉封条,安装于所述条形安装槽内,以在所述抽屉本体完全推入所述储物间室时随所述抽屉上盖下移,并与所述抽屉门的内侧抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    所述间室板壁上形成有四个开口向上的凹槽,且配置成两两相对地设置于所述一对滑道上方;
    所述抽屉上盖的左右横向侧端分别向外伸出形成有四个搭接部,所述搭接部配置成分别自所述横向侧端倾斜向上延伸而后水平向外延伸,以分别搭接于所述四个凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    每个所述搭接部上均套设有套圈,以缓冲所述抽屉上盖下落时的冲击。
  10. 一种风冷冰箱,包括冷冻室和冷藏室,以及根据权利要求1至9任一所述的干燥室组件,其中,
    所述冷藏室为所述储物间室,所述干燥室组件设置于所述冷藏室内下部空间中,所述风冷冰箱还包括设置于所述冷藏室横向侧部的间室板壁上的风道组件,包括:
    外罩壳,配置成固定于所述间室板壁的外侧,且所述外罩壳内部限定有外部容腔;
    内罩壳,配置成与所述外罩壳相对地设置于所述间室板壁的内侧,且所述内罩壳内部限定有内部容腔;其中
    所述外罩壳上开设有进风口,配置成可受控与所述冷冻室连通,以允许所述冷冻室内的空气经由所述进风口进入所述外部容腔,所述间室板壁上开设有通风口,以使所述外部容腔和所述内部容腔连通,以及所述内罩壳上开设有出风口,以将所述内部容腔内的空气供应至所述冷藏室内部;
    所述气流入口配置成在所述抽屉本体完全推入所述冷藏室时,与所述出风口正对抵接,以将所述冷冻室内的冷却气流受控地经由所述风道组件供应至位于所述冷藏室内部的所述干燥空间内。
