其中,参图3至图9所示,所述升降组件2包括相对所述箱体1固定设置的齿轮21,所述升降组件2还包括设于所述抽屉本体11上且与所述齿轮21一侧相啮合的第一齿条22、与所述齿轮21另一侧相配合的传动件23,所述传动件23具有与所述盖体12相连接的支撑部231、自所述支撑部231向下延伸的第二齿条232,所述第二齿条232与所述齿轮21相啮合。
如图4至图7所示,所述升降组件2设置为在所述抽屉10被拉动时,所述第一齿条22向前运动并带动所述齿轮21转动,所述齿轮21带动所述传动件23向上移动而使所述盖体12上升;所述抽屉10关闭时,所述第一齿条22向后运动并带动所述齿轮21转动,所述齿轮21带动所述传动件23向下移动而使所述盖体12下降。
通过所述第一齿条22、齿轮21、传动件23的配合传动,在所述抽屉10打开和关闭的过程中,依靠机械传动能够轻松带动盖体12上升或下降,省力且全程稳定顺畅。
具体的,所述齿轮21可固定在所述箱体1的内壁上,或是箱体1内部任意固定结构上以能够被所述第一齿条22带动而转动,如图5和图7所示,所述第一齿条22可为所述抽屉本体11前后长度的一段或整段,在所述抽屉10关闭时,所述第一齿条22与所述齿轮21啮合处为啮合起始处;所述抽屉10被拉开后,所述第一齿条22向前移动至与所述齿轮21脱离,所述齿轮21即停止转动,或所述第一齿条22一直与所述齿轮21啮合,所述第一齿条22与所述齿轮21的有效传动长度即为自所述啮合起始处与脱离处的长度,或自所述啮合起始处至所述抽屉10被完全拉开时的啮合长度。
如图9所示,所述齿轮21包括与所述第一齿条22啮合的第一齿轮部211、与所述第二齿条232啮合的第二齿轮部212,所述第一齿轮部211的齿根圆和所述第二齿轮部212的齿根圆的周长之比为一设定值,所述第一齿条22与所述齿轮21的有效传动长度和所述第二齿条232的 长度之比不大于所述设定值,能够保证所述第二齿条232在所述齿轮21与所述第一齿条22脱离啮合状态或所述抽屉10被完全拉开状态时始终与所述齿轮21相啮合,使得所述抽屉本体11向后推进至所述第一齿条22与所述齿轮21啮合时,所述齿轮21带动所述第二齿条232实现连贯的机械传动。
在本实施例中,所述第二齿轮部212的齿槽深度小于所述第一齿轮部211的齿槽深度,所述第二齿条232的齿槽深度小于所述第一齿条22的齿槽深度,从而便于所述第二齿轮部212与所述第二齿条232的啮合。
所述第二齿条232为自所述支撑部231倾斜向下延伸形成,使得所述传动件23倾斜呈直线或弧形曲线,在本实施例中,所述传动件23倾斜呈弧形曲线,使得所述第二齿条232与所述齿轮21的啮合程度增加,便于所述齿轮21对所述第二齿条232的传动,进而使得所述传动件23易于向上移动。
所述第一齿条22设于所述齿轮21的上侧,所述传动件23为自所述支撑部231与所述盖体12连接处向前下方倾斜,所述第二齿条232啮合于所述齿轮21的右下侧,使得所述第一齿条22向前运动带动所述齿轮21逆时针转动,所述齿轮21带动所述传动件23向后上方移动而使所述盖体12向上且向后移动。
在其他实施方式中,所述传动件23可自所述支撑部231与所述盖体12连接处向后下方倾斜,所述第二齿条232啮合于所述齿轮21的右下侧,所述第一齿条22向前运动带动所述齿轮21逆时针转动,所述齿轮21带动所述传动件23向前上方移动而使所述盖体12向上且向前移动,同样的,所述第一齿条22还可设于所述齿轮21的下侧,所述传动件23可自所述支撑部231与所述盖体12连接处向后下方或前下方倾斜,相应的,所述第二齿条232啮合于所述齿轮21的左下侧或左上侧,使得所述第一齿条22向前运动带动所述齿轮21顺时针转动,所述齿轮21带动所述传动件23向前上方或后上方移动而使所述盖体12向上且向前移动或 向上且向后移动。
如图4至图7所示,所述盖体12具有向外延伸的第一支撑轴121,所述支撑部231为所述传动件23的整体长度的一段且材质为硬质材料,所述支撑部231远离所述第二齿条232的一侧卡箍于所述第一支撑轴121周侧,一方面使得所述支撑部231能够轻松带动所述盖体12升起或下降,另一方面便于拆装;在其他实施例中,所述支撑部231也可设置为整体固定于所述第一支撑轴121上,同样能够轻松带动所述盖体12升起或下降。
在本实施例中,所述第二齿条232材质为柔性材料,使得所述第二齿条232与所述齿轮21的啮合程度增加,便于所述齿轮21对所述第二齿条232的传动,进而使得所述传动件23易于向上移动,所述升降组件2还包括设于所述传动件23背离所述齿轮21一侧的限位机构24以避免所述第二齿条232与所述齿轮21脱离,便于所述第二齿条232与所述齿轮21的啮合。
如图8所示,所述升降组件2还包括固定于所述箱体1上的基座25,所述基座25设有容置所述传动件23的导向槽251,所述限位机构24为构成所述导向槽251侧壁的至少一部分,所述导向槽251上端具有开口2511以供所述支撑部231穿经所述开口2511与所述盖体12连接,所述基座25还具有连通所述导向槽251以容置所述齿轮21的齿轮槽252,能够避免所述第二齿条232与所述齿轮21脱离,便于所述第二齿条232与所述齿轮21的啮合。
所述盖体12还具有向外延伸的第二支撑轴122,所述升降组件2还包括支撑杆26和相对所述箱体1固定设置的固定机构27,所述支撑杆26的上端转动连接于所述第二支撑轴122,下端转动连接于所述固定机构27,所述抽屉10关闭时,所述支撑杆26倾斜设置,且当所述传动件23为自所述支撑部231与所述盖体12连接处向后下方倾斜时,所述支撑杆26的上端位于所述下端的后侧;当所述传动件23为自所述支撑部 231与所述盖体12连接处向前下方倾斜时,所述支撑杆26的上端位于所述下端的前侧,这样所述盖体12被所述传动件23带动向上且向后移动或向上且向前移动时,所述支撑杆26的上端被带动,而使其上下两端轴心对齐于竖直方向,能够在所述盖体12升起后起到辅助支撑作用,保证抽拉过程的稳定性。
如图8所示,所述基座25还设有容置所述支撑杆26的支撑槽253,所述固定机构27设于所述支撑槽253内壁上,所述支撑杆26连接于所述固定机构27的一端向外延伸有一对支撑脚261以在所述支撑杆26被所述盖体12带动至竖直状态时支撑于所述支撑槽253的底壁上,使得所述支撑杆26的支撑更稳定。
本发明还提出一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括如上述所述的储物装置100,在所述抽屉10关闭时呈密封状态,便于储存需要保湿的食品或物品,在所述抽屉10打开时便于用户的推拉,省力且全程稳定顺畅,提升用户体验。
综上所述,本发明提出的储物装置100,升降组件2设置为在所述抽屉10被拉动时,所述第一齿条22向前运动并带动所述齿轮21转动,所述齿轮21带动所述传动件23向上移动而使所述盖体12上升;所述抽屉10关闭时,所述第一齿条22向后运动并带动所述齿轮21转动,所述齿轮21带动所述传动件23向下移动而使所述盖体12下降,省力且全程稳定顺畅;对于具有该储物装置100的冰箱,便于储存需要保湿的食品或物品。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种储物装置,包括前侧开口的箱体以及收容于所述箱体内的抽屉,所述抽屉包括抽屉本体和盖体,其特征在于,所述储物装置还包括设置于所述抽屉和箱体之间的升降组件,所述升降组件包括相对所述箱体固定设置的齿轮、设于所述抽屉本体上且与所述齿轮一侧相啮合的第一齿条、与所述齿轮另一侧相配合的传动件,所述传动件具有与所述盖体相连接的支撑部、自所述支撑部向下延伸的第二齿条,所述第二齿条与所述齿轮相啮合;
    所述升降组件设置为在所述抽屉被拉动时,所述第一齿条向前运动并带动所述齿轮转动,所述齿轮带动所述传动件向上移动而使所述盖体上升;所述抽屉关闭时,所述第一齿条向后运动并带动所述齿轮转动,所述齿轮带动所述传动件向下移动而使所述盖体下降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述第二齿条为自所述支撑部倾斜向下延伸形成,所述第一齿条设于所述齿轮的上侧或下侧,所述第一齿条设于所述齿轮上侧时,所述第二齿条啮合于所述齿轮的右上侧或右下侧;所述第一齿条设于所述齿轮下侧时,所述第二齿条啮合于所述齿轮的左上侧或左下侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮包括与所述第一齿条啮合的第一齿轮部、与所述第二齿条啮合的第二齿轮部,所述第一齿轮部的齿根圆和所述第二齿轮部的齿根圆的周长之比为一设定值,所述第一齿条与所述齿轮的有效传动长度和所述第二齿条的长度之比不大于所述设定值。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述第一齿轮部的齿槽深度小于所述第二齿轮部的齿槽深度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述第二齿条材质为柔性材料,所述升降组件还包括设于所述传动件背离所述齿轮一侧 的限位机构以避免所述第二齿条与所述齿轮脱离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述盖体还具有向外延伸的第二支撑轴,所述升降组件还包括支撑杆和相对所述箱体固定设置的固定机构,所述支撑杆的上端转动连接于所述第二支撑轴,下端转动连接于所述固定机构。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件还包括固定于所述箱体上的基座,所述基座设有容置所述传动件的导向槽,所述限位机构为构成所述导向槽侧壁的至少一部分,所述导向槽上端具有开口以供所述支撑部穿经所述开口与所述盖体连接,所述基座还具有连通所述导向槽以容置所述齿轮的齿轮槽。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件还包括固定于所述箱体上的基座,所述基座设有容置所述支撑杆的支撑槽,所述固定机构设于所述支撑槽内壁上,所述支撑杆连接于所述固定机构的一端向外延伸有一对支撑脚以在所述支撑杆被所述盖体带动至竖直状态时支撑于所述支撑槽的底壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件还包括固定于所述箱体上的基座,所述基座设有容置所述支撑杆的支撑槽,所述固定机构设于所述支撑槽内壁上,所述支撑杆连接于所述固定机构的一端向外延伸有一对支撑脚以在所述支撑杆被所述盖体带动至竖直状态时支撑于所述支撑槽的底壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述盖体具有向外延伸的第一支撑轴,所述支撑部为所述传动件的整体长度的一段且材质为硬质材料,所述支撑部远离所述第二齿条的一侧卡箍于所述第一支撑轴周侧。
  11. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括如权利要求1所述的储物装置。
