现在的冰箱为了达到保湿,恒温等各种技术需求,需要在抽屉上加抽屉盖,现在主要有两种方案:1、抽屉和抽屉盖之间有密封结构,抽屉拉出的时候抽屉盖跟随抽屉一块拉出,再打开抽屉盖。虽然密封性已经实现,但是用户的操作非常繁琐,抽屉抽出之后,需要先把抽屉盖推开或者取下,取完食物之后需要把抽屉盖装回到原来的密封位置,然后再推进去,使用不方便,2、抽屉盖在冰箱里固定不动,考虑到抽屉拉出时与抽屉盖之间的摩擦,两者之间具有一定的间隙,故此种结构密封性非常不好,并不是严格意义上的密封抽屉。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的冰箱进行改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封性好的抽屉组件及具有该抽屉组件的冰箱。

所述抽屉1组件100还包括扭转机构5,所述扭转机构5包括配合连接的扭簧51和转动件52。所述扭簧51包括簧体511、自所述簧体511轴向延伸的两侧沿所述簧体511切向延伸的第一销轴512、第二销轴513;所述转动件52包括转轴521、自所述转轴521第一端沿径向凸伸的第一固定部522、自所述转轴521第二端沿径向凸伸的第二固定部523;所述第二销轴513与所述第一固定部522相固定,所以第一固定部522转动时会带动所述第二销轴513转动使得所述扭簧51发生弹性形变。本实施例中,所述第一固定部522的凸伸方向和所述第二固定部523的凸伸方向相垂直,便于固定。
所述第一销轴512固定时,所述转动件52被驱动地绕所述转轴521所在直线转动时,所述第二销轴513在所述第一固定部522带动下绕着所述簧体511所在直线转动,且所述第二销轴513具有相对所述第一销轴512的第一位置和所述第二位置。所述第二销轴513位于第一位置时,所述第一销轴512和所述第二销轴513在第一位置时所形成的夹角α大于在第二位置时形成的夹角α。所述第一固定部522驱动所述第二销轴513由第一位置和第二位置中一个向另一个切换时,所述扭簧51发生弹性形变至其形变临界点时,所述扭簧51在自身弹力作用下带动所述第二销轴513继续转动。例如,所述第二销轴513由第一位置向第二位置切换时,带动所述簧体511发生弹性形变至其形变临界点时,所述簧体511会在自身弹力作用下带动所述第二销轴513自动转动至第二位置;反之亦然。
本实施例中,所述第一销轴512与所述基板3相固定,所述第一固定部522与所述基板3转动连接,所述第二固定部523与所述抽屉盖2相固定。所述抽屉盖2密封所述抽屉1时,所述第二销轴513处于第一位置处;所述抽屉1上设有驱动所述第二固定部523使所述转动件52沿所述转轴521所在直线转动的驱动机构6;所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动打开、关闭所述抽屉1时,所述驱动机构6和所述扭簧51配合地驱动所述转动件52绕所述转轴521所在直线转动以使得所述第二固定部523远离、靠近所述抽屉1,同时所述第二固定部 523带动所述抽屉盖2远离、靠近所述抽屉1。
具体地,所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动打开所述抽屉1时,所述驱动机构6驱动所述第二固定部523使得所述转动件52绕所述转轴521所在直线转动,所述第一固定部522带动所述第二销轴513发生弹性形变至其临界点时,所述扭簧51的所述第二销轴513在所述扭簧51自身弹力下继续转动至第二位置处,同时第二销轴513带动所述第一固定部522转动,所述第二固定部523带动所述抽屉盖2远离所述抽屉1。所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2反向移动关闭所述抽屉1时,所述驱动机构6驱动所述第二固定部523使得所述转动件52绕所述转轴521所在直线反向转动,所述第一固定部522带动所述第二销轴513发生弹性形变至其临界点时,所述扭簧51的所述第二销轴513在所述扭簧51自身弹力下继续转动第一位置处,同时第二销轴513带动所述第一固定部522转动,所述第二固定部523带动所述抽屉盖2靠近所述抽屉1;密封性好。
所述基板3上具有收容所述扭簧51的第一收容槽31、收容所述转轴521的第二收容槽32,所述第二收容槽32垂直于所述基板3设置且所述第二收容槽32靠近所述基板3的一侧与所述第一收容槽31相连通;所述转动件52固定于所述基板3上时,所述第一固定部522位于所述第一收容槽31内与所述第二销轴513相固定,且所述第一固定部522可在所述第一收容槽31内转动。所述基板3还具有固定所述第一销轴512远离所述簧体511的一端的固定件。
所述基板3上还设有分别在所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动以打开、关闭所述抽屉1时限位所述第二固定部523转动的第一限位机构33、第二限位机构34。
所述基板3上设有固定座35,所述固定座35包括靠近所述基板3且呈“[”型的第一固定座351,所述第一固定座351与所述基板3共同围成第一收容槽31。所述固定座35还包括连接于所述第一固定座351远离所述基板3的一侧的第二固定座352,所述第二固定座352呈类“S”型,所述第二固定座352的上部与所述第一固定座351的上部呈一个整体,所述第二固定座352的下部与所述第一固定部522的下部分体设置。
所述驱动机构6包括在所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动时与所述扭簧51配合地驱动所述第二固定部523远离所述抽屉1的第一驱动面61,所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动打开所述抽屉1时,所述第一驱动面61驱动所述第二固定部523使得所述转动件52绕所述 转轴521所在直线转动,所述第一固定部522带动所述第二销轴513发生弹性形变至其临界点时,所述扭簧51的所述第二销轴513在所述扭簧51自身弹力下继续转动至第二位置处,同时第二销轴513带动所述第一固定部522转动,所述第二固定部523带动所述抽屉盖2远离所述抽屉1。通过直接拉动抽屉1就能驱动所述转动件52转动,且所述扭簧51在其变形到达临界点时会自动带动所述转动件52转动并驱动所述抽屉盖2远离所述抽屉1,从而可以减小抽屉盖2与抽屉1之间的摩擦,抽拉过程省力且不会磨损所述密封条。
在所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动时与所述扭簧51配合地驱动所述第二固定部523靠近所述抽屉1的第二驱动面62。所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2反向移动关闭所述抽屉1时,所述第二驱动面62驱动所述第二固定部523使得所述转动件52绕所述转轴521所在直线反向转动,所述第一固定部522带动所述第二销轴513发生弹性形变至其临界点时,所述扭簧51的所述第二销轴513在所述扭簧51自身弹力下继续转动至第一位置处,同时第二销轴513带动所述第一固定部522转动,所述第二固定部523带动所述抽屉盖2靠近所述抽屉1,密封性好。
所述第一驱动面61和所述第二驱动面62之间形成滑槽,当所述抽屉盖2密封所述抽屉1时,所述第二固定部523收容于所述滑槽内。
进一步地,所述抽屉1组件100包括沿前后方向间隔设置的前扭转机构53、后扭转机构54,所述抽屉1上具有分别用于驱动所述前扭转机构53、后扭转机构54的前驱动机构63、后驱动机构64,所述前驱动机构63高于所述后驱动机构64;因此在抽屉1完全拉出时,所述后驱动机构64不会影响所述前扭转机构53。
综上所述,本发明通过扭簧51与驱动机构6的配合,所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动打开所述抽屉1时,所述驱动机构6和所述扭簧51配合地驱动所述转动件52绕所述转轴521所在直线转动以使得所述第二固定部523远离所述抽屉1,从而带动所述抽屉盖2远离所述抽屉1,无需设置其他结构,且推拉轻松;所述抽屉1相对所述抽屉盖2移动关闭所述抽屉1时,所述驱动机构6和所述扭簧51配合地驱动所述转动件52绕所述转轴521所在直线转动以使得所述第二固定部523靠近所述抽屉1,从而带动所述抽屉盖2靠近所述抽屉1,密封效果好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉组件,包括抽屉、抽屉盖及位于所述抽屉盖一侧的基板,所述基板和所述抽屉盖中的一个设有沿上下方向延伸的滑槽,另一个设有收容于所述滑槽内并沿所述滑槽上下移动的凸轴;其特征在于:所述抽屉组件还包括扭转机构,所述扭转机构包括扭簧和转动件,所述扭簧包括簧体、自所述簧体轴向两侧分别沿所述簧体切向延伸的第一销轴、第二销轴;所述转动件包括转轴、自所述转轴第一端沿径向凸伸的第一固定部、自所述转轴第二端沿径向凸伸的第二固定部;所述第一销轴与所述基板相固定,第二销轴与所述第一固定部相固定,所述第一固定部与所述基板转动连接,所述第二固定部与所述抽屉盖相固定;所述抽屉上设有驱动所述第二固定部使所述转动件沿所述转轴所在直线转动的驱动机构;所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖移动打开、关闭所述抽屉时,所述驱动机构和所述扭簧配合地驱动所述转动件绕所述转轴所在直线转动以使得所述第二固定部远离、靠近所述抽屉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括在所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖移动时与所述扭簧配合地驱动所述第二固定部远离所述抽屉的第一驱动面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括在所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖移动时与所述扭簧配合地驱动所述第二固定部靠近所述抽屉的第二驱动面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉组件包括沿前后方向间隔设置的前扭转机构、后扭转机构,所述抽屉上具有分别用于驱动所述前扭转机构、后扭转机构的前驱动机构、后驱动机构,所述前驱动机构高于所述后驱动机构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述第一固定部的凸伸方向和所述第二固定部的凸伸方向相垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述基板上具有收容所述扭簧的第一收容槽、收容所述转轴的第二收容槽,所述第二收容槽垂直于所述基板设置且所述第二收容槽靠近所述基板的一侧与所述第一收容槽相连通;所述转动件固定于所述基板上时,所述第一固定部位于所述第一收容槽内且与所述第二销轴相固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述基板上还设有分别在所述抽屉相对所述抽屉盖移动以打开、关闭所述抽屉时限位所述第二固定部转动的第一限位机构、第二限位机构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述基板上设有固定座,所述固定 座包括靠近所述基板且呈“[”型的第一固定座,所述第一固定座与所述基板共同围成收容所述扭簧的第一收容槽;所述固定座还包括连接于所述第一固定座远离所述基板的一侧的第二固定座,所述第二固定座呈类“S”型,所述第二固定座的上部与所述第一固定座的上部呈一个整体,所述第二固定座的下部与所述第一固定部的下部分体设置,所述第二固定部的下部形成收容所述转轴的第二收容槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其特征在于:所述抽屉组件还包括密封所述抽屉与所述抽屉盖的密封机构。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于:包括权利要求1所述的抽屉组件。
