Description

一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机 技术领域
本发明涉及密炼机技术领域,尤其涉及一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机。
背景技术
密炼机,又称捏炼机,主要用于橡胶的塑炼和混炼。密炼机是一种设有一对特定形状并相对回转的转子、在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械,主要由密炼室、转子、转子密封装置、加料压料装置、卸料装置、传动装置及机座等部分组成。
现有技术中存在形式各样的密炼机产品;然而,对于现有的密炼机而言,由于混炼物料缺少保护,密炼效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术不足而提供一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,该新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机结构设计新颖、自动化程度高、混炼效果好。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,包括有机架,机架的上端部装设有混炼箱体,混炼箱体的内部成型有混炼腔室,机架的上端部于混炼箱体的旁侧装设有转轴安装座,转轴安装座的上端部可相对转动地装设有呈水平延伸布置的活动转轴,机架的下端部装设有混炼驱动电机,混炼驱动电机的动力输 出轴与活动转轴驱动电机,活动转轴的一端部装设有伸入至混炼箱体的混炼腔室内的混炼搅拌器;
机架的旁侧装设有惰性气体储罐、真空泵,惰性气体储罐的出气口连设有与混炼腔室连通的供气管道,真空泵的进气口连设有与混炼腔室连通的抽真空管道,供气管道装设有供气控制电磁阀,抽真空管道装设有抽真空控制电磁阀;
该新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机配装有PLC控制器,混炼驱动电机、真空泵、供气控制电磁阀、抽真空控制电磁阀分别与PLC控制器电连接。
其中,所述混炼腔室内装设有氧含量传感器,氧含量传感器与所述PLC控制器电连接。
其中,所述混炼驱动电机的动力输出轴通过链条传动机构与所述活动转轴驱动连接。
其中,所述混炼驱动电机的动力输出轴通过皮带传动机构与所述活动转轴驱动连接。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述的一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,其机架装设混炼箱体、转轴安装座、活动转轴、混炼驱动电机,混炼驱动电机驱动活动转轴转动,活动转轴的一端部装设有伸入至混炼箱体的混炼腔室内的混炼搅拌器;机架旁侧装设惰性气体储罐、真空泵,惰性气体储罐出气口连设供气管道,真空泵进气口连设抽真空管道,供气管道装设供气控制电磁阀,抽真空管道装设抽真空控制电磁阀;该新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机配装PLC控制器,混炼驱动电机、真空泵、供气控制电磁阀、抽真空控制电磁阀分别与PLC控制器电连接。通过上述结构设计,本发明具有结构设计新颖、 自动化程度高、混炼效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
如图1和图2,一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,包括有机架1,机架1的上端部装设有混炼箱体,混炼箱体的内部成型有混炼腔室21,机架1的上端部于混炼箱体的旁侧装设有转轴安装座3,转轴安装座3的上端部可相对转动地装设有呈水平延伸布置的活动转轴4,机架1的下端部装设有混炼驱动电机5,混炼驱动电机5的动力输出轴与活动转轴4驱动电机,活动转轴4 的一端部装设有伸入至混炼箱体的混炼腔室21内的混炼搅拌器6。
进一步的,机架1的旁侧装设有惰性气体储罐71、真空泵81,惰性气体储罐71的出气口连设有与混炼腔室21连通的供气管道72,真空泵81的进气口连设有与混炼腔室21连通的抽真空管道82,供气管道72装设有供气控制电磁阀73,抽真空管道82装设有抽真空控制电磁阀83。
更进一步的,该新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机配装有PLC控制器,混炼驱动电机5、真空泵81、供气控制电磁阀73、抽真空控制电磁阀83分别与PLC控制器电连接。
需进一步指出,混炼腔室21内装设有氧含量传感器9,氧含量传感器9与PLC控制器电连接。
需进一步解释,本发明的混炼驱动电机5的动力输出轴可通过链条传动机构或者皮带传动机构与活动转轴4驱动连接。
在本发明工作过程中,待混炼加工的物料放入至混炼箱体的混炼腔室21内,待混炼物料放入完毕后,PLC控制器控制真空泵81启动,且PLC控制器控制抽真空控制电磁阀83开启并控制供气控制电磁阀73关闭,此时,真空泵81通过抽真空管道82对混炼腔室21进行抽真空处理;需进一步解释,在真空泵81对混炼腔室21进行抽真空处理的过程中,氧含量传感器9实时采集混炼腔室21内的氧含量信号并实时将氧含量信号发送至PLC控制器,当混炼腔室21内的氧含量值达到PLC控制器所设定的氧含量值时,PLC控制器控制真空泵81停止动作,且PLC控制器控制供气控制电磁阀73开启并控制抽真空控制电磁阀83关闭,此时,惰性气体储罐71内的惰性气体通过供气管道72而充入至混炼腔室21内,充入至混炼腔室21内的惰性气体能够 有效地避免混炼物料与氧气接触,进而对混炼物料起到保护作用,混炼效果好。
需进一步指出,在对混炼腔室21内的物料进行混炼加工的过程中,混炼驱动电机5驱动活动转轴4转动,活动转轴4带动混炼搅拌器6转动,混炼搅拌器6对混炼腔室21内的物料进行混炼处理。
综合上述情况可知,通过上述结构设计,本发明具有结构设计新颖、自动化程度高、混炼效果好的优点。

  1. 一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,其特征在于:包括有机架(1),机架(1)的上端部装设有混炼箱体,混炼箱体的内部成型有混炼腔室(21),机架(1)的上端部于混炼箱体的旁侧装设有转轴安装座(3),转轴安装座(3)的上端部可相对转动地装设有呈水平延伸布置的活动转轴(4),机架(1)的下端部装设有混炼驱动电机(5),混炼驱动电机(5)的动力输出轴与活动转轴(4)驱动电机,活动转轴(4)的一端部装设有伸入至混炼箱体的混炼腔室(21)内的混炼搅拌器(6);
    机架(1)的旁侧装设有惰性气体储罐(71)、真空泵(81),惰性气体储罐(71)的出气口连设有与混炼腔室(21)连通的供气管道(72),真空泵(81)的进气口连设有与混炼腔室(21)连通的抽真空管道(82),供气管道(72)装设有供气控制电磁阀(73),抽真空管道(82)装设有抽真空控制电磁阀(83);
    该新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机配装有PLC控制器,混炼驱动电机(5)、真空泵(81)、供气控制电磁阀(73)、抽真空控制电磁阀(83)分别与PLC控制器电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,其特征在于:所述混炼腔室(21)内装设有氧含量传感器(9),氧含量传感器(9)与所述PLC控制器电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,其特征在于:所述混炼驱动电机(5)的动力输出轴通过链条传动机构与所述活动转轴(4)驱动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新式气氛保护钛合金密炼机,其特征在于: 所述混炼驱动电机(5)的动力输出轴通过皮带传动机构与所述活动转轴(4)驱动连接。
