Abstract

本申请公布了一种支架组件,所述支架组件包括多触点弹片和金属支架,所述金属支架用于支撑所述移动终端的电子器件,所述多触点弹片包括第一压接部、第二压接部、第一弹性部、第二弹性部及固定部,所述多触点弹片通过所述固定部固定于移动终端的中框上,所述第一弹性部连接所述第一压接部与所述固定部,以使所述第一压接部紧密抵触于所述移动终端的金属后盖并接地,所述第二弹性部连接所述第二压接部与所述固定部,以使所述第二压接部紧密抵触于所述金属支架,从而使所述金属支架接地,以降低所述金属支架对所述通信元件的信号干扰。本申请还提供所述移动终端。本申请通过将金属支架与地极连通,减少对通信元件电磁信号干扰。

Description

支架组件及移动终端 技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备领域,尤其是涉及一种支架组件及移动终端。
背景技术
随着智能手机的应用越来越广泛,手机内部的电子器件,例如摄像头装置,常需要支架来进行稳固。由于需要考虑支架的刚性要求、尺寸精确要求和安装要求,常采用金属材质的支架对电子器件进行稳固。然而金属材质的支架会在某些方面对手机性能造成影响。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种支架组件及移动终端。
为解决上述技术问题,一方面,本发明提供一种支架组件,设于移动终端内,所述移动终端内设通信元件,所述支架组件包括多触点弹片和金属支架,所述金属支架用于支撑所述移动终端的电子器件,所述多触点弹片包括第一压接部、第二压接部、第一弹性部、第二弹性部及固定部,所述多触点弹片通过所述固定部固定于移动终端的中框上,所述第一弹性部连接所述第一压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第一压接部提供回复力,以使所述第一压接部紧密抵触于所述移动终端的金属后盖并接地,所述第二弹性部连接所述第二压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第二压接部提供回复力,以使所述第二压接部紧密抵触于所述金属支架,从而使所述金属支架接地。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种支架组件,内设通信元件,所述移动终端包括金属后盖、中框、电子器件及支架组件,所述金属后盖盖合于所述中框上,所述支架组件包括多触点弹片和金属支架,所述金属支架用于支撑所述移动终端的电子器件,所述多触点弹片包括第一压接部、第二压接部、第一弹性部、第二弹性部及固定部,所述多触点弹片通过所述固定部固定于移动终端的中框上,所述第一弹性部连接所述第一压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第一压接部提供回复力,以使所述第一压接部紧密抵触于所述移动终端的金属后盖并接 地,所述第二弹性部连接所述第二压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第二压接部提供回复力,以使所述第二压接部紧密抵触于所述金属支架,从而使所述金属支架接地。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图1、图2及图3-图5,支架组件1设于移动终端100(如图11所示)内,移动终端100内设通信元件2(如图11所示),所述通信元件2用于接收或发射信号。支架组件1包括多触点弹片20和金属支架10,金属支架10用于支撑移动终端的电子器件3(如图11所示),优选的,电子器件3为双摄像头组件。多触点弹片20包括第一压接部201、第二压接部202、第一弹性部203、第二弹性部204及固定部200,多触点弹片20通过固定部200固定于移动终端100的中框40上,第一弹性部203连接第一压接部201与固定部200,并向第一压接部201提供回复力,以使第一压接部201紧密抵触于移动终端100的金属后盖60,第二弹性部204连接第二压接部202与固定部200,并向第二压接部202提供回复力,以使第二压接部202紧密抵触于金属支架10,从而使金属支架10通过多触点弹片20连接金属后盖60接地。本实施例中,该移动终端100可以是手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等电子设备。
多触点弹片20的固定部200稳定的固定于中框40上,第一压接部201紧密抵触于金属后盖60,第二压接部202紧密抵触于金属支架10,使金属支架10与金属后盖60电连接,由于金属后盖60本身接地,在不改变金属支架10的安装结构的前提下,使金属支架10与地极连通,从而使得金属支架10整体电势降低,以减少对通信元件2的电磁信号干扰,进而提高用户体验。
进一步的,多触点弹片20将金属支架10的电流接入金属后盖60的地极。多触点弹片20一方面可以将金属支架10的整体电势降低,另一方面还可以将金属支架10的静电引导至地极,从而避免金属支架10的静电传导至电子器件3,从而对电子器件3起到防护作用。地极可以是设置于主板30上的露铜,金属后盖60与主板30连通,多触点弹片20的第一压接部201抵触金属后盖60从而连通主板30上的露铜。
如图3-5所示,一种实施例中,固定部200包括底片200a,底片200a包括一对长边2001和连接一对长边2001的一对短边2002,第一压接部201通过第一弹性部203弹性连接短边2002,底片200a沿其中一个长边2001延伸并弯折形成连接片200b,第二压接部202通过第二弹性部204弹性连接连接 片200b。一种实施方式中,底片200a为长条形,一对长边2001相互平行,一对短边2002相互平行。第一压接部201通过第一弹性部203弹性连接于短边2002的边缘,第一弹性部203对第一压接部201施加弹性力,当第一压接部201受到与第一弹性部203提供的弹性力方向相反的压力时,第一弹性部203促使第一压接部201紧密的抵触在对第一压接部201施加压力的物体上,本实施方式中对第一压接部201施加压力的物体为金属后盖60。底片200a的一对长边2001之一的长边2001延伸并弯折形成连接片200b,即连接片200b与底片200a成一定角度,优选的,连接片200b与底片200a相互垂直。连接片200b用于连接第二压接部202与固定部200,具体的,第二压接部202通过第二弹性部204弹性连接连接片200b,第二弹性部204对第二压接部202施加弹性力,当第二压接部202受到与第二弹性部204提供的弹性力方向相反的压力时,第二弹性部204促使第二压接部202紧密的抵触在对第二压接部202施加压力的物体上,本实施方式中对第二压接部202施加压力的物体为金属支架10。
多触点弹片20的固定部200稳定的固定于中框40上,第一压接部201紧密抵触于金属后盖60,第二压接部202紧密抵触于金属支架10,使金属支架10与金属后盖60电连接,由于金属后盖60本身接地,在不改变金属支架10的安装结构的前提下,使金属支架10与地极连通,从而使得金属支架10整体电势降低,以减少对通信元件电磁信号干扰,进而提高用户体验。
进一步的,如图3-5所示,第一压接部201的数量为两个,第一弹性部203的数量为两个,每个第一压接部201通过一个第一弹片弹性连接一个短边2002。两个第一压接部201共同抵触外壳而使金属支架10接地,增多了触点的数量,增强了金属支架10整体电势降低的效果,通信元件电磁信号干扰减小。
请结合图1及图6,图6为主板30的示意图,所述中框40安装于所述主板30上。
结合图3-5和图7,本实施例中,底片200a包括固定通孔2003,所述固定通孔2003用于插入紧固件70(如图10所示)将所述多触点弹片20固定于所述中框40上。如图7所示,中框40包括设有螺纹孔402的凸块部分400, 所述紧固件70穿过所述固定通孔2003后将多触点弹片20固定于凸块部分400上。一种较佳的实施方式中,紧固件70为螺钉。所述螺钉通过所述底片200a的固定通孔2003后固定在所述设有螺纹孔402的凸块部分400上,从而底片200a通过螺钉锁紧在中框40上,使多触点弹片20稳固的固定于中框40上,从而第一压接部201能够稳定的抵触金属后盖60,第二压接部202能够稳定的抵触金属支架10,增强了设备的结构稳定性。
进一步的,底片200a沿另一个长边2001延伸并弯折形成多个折弯端,折弯端相对底片200a的弯折方向与连接片200b的弯折方向相同,折弯端、底片200a及连接片200b依次连接形成收容空间,用于将凸块部分400收容于收容空间以限制多触点弹片20转动。优选的,每一个多触点弹片20的折弯端的数量为两个,以牢固多触点弹片20与中框40的连接固定。
请结合图8,本实施例中,金属支架10包括多个侧壁102,多个侧壁102依次相连形成容纳空间11,容纳空间11用于容纳电子器件3。具体的,金属支架10容纳电子器件3,方便电子器件3的安装和稳固,其中,电子器件3可以是摄像头模组、扬声器、指纹模组、连接器等。
进一步的,金属支架10呈矩形块状。金属支架10可以采用铝合金材质、或银材质、或铁材质等。金属支架10是通过将金属块经自动数控铣削工艺成型。即侧壁102的成型尺寸均是通过数控铣削加工而成,从而使得侧壁102的尺寸精度较高,可以有效稳固电子器件3,并使得电子器件3固定位置精确,而且方便对电子器件3的位置进行校准。同时,金属支架10也可以有效固定于外界部件上,从而使得金属支架10的固定位置精确,而且方便对金属支架10进行精确定位,从而最终使得电子器件3的安装位置精确,提高电子器件3的使用性能。容纳空间11可以容纳并安装一个电子器件3,也可以同时安装两个电子器件3,还可以同时安装多个电子器件3,以使得金属支架10可以将多个电子器件3进行集中固定,以节省使用空间。
本实施例中,多触点弹片20的第二压接部202弹性抵触侧壁102之背离容纳空间11的一侧的壁面。第二弹性部204对第二压接部202施加的回复力使第二压接部202紧密的抵触于金属支架10的侧壁102壁面上,保证了第二压接部202与金属支架10能够稳定接触,移动终端100在使用过程中不会轻 易的发生多触点弹片20与金属支架10接触不良的情况,增强了移动终端100的结构稳定性。同时,压接部弹性接触金属支架10的壁面,方便金属支架10的安装与拆卸,拆卸金属支架10时只需沿垂直压接部抵触侧壁102的方向拔出金属支架10即可,安装金属支架10时只需预先拨动第二压接部202再放置金属支架10即可。降低了金属支架10的拆装难度。
请返回结合图7,本实施例中,在支架组件1应用于移动终端100时,金属支架10固定在中框40上。具体的,侧壁102之背离容纳空间11的一侧的壁面凸设有多个固定块104,中框40对应固定块104设有多个卡槽404,用于插入固定块104以使金属支架10安装于中框40。金属支架10的固定块104卡合于卡槽404内,使金属支架10稳固的安装于中框40内,提高了移动终端的结构稳定性。
本实施例中,第二压接部202的顶端设有凸起触点T1,所述凸起触点T1增大了第二压接部202与金属支架10的接触面积,使第二压接部202更紧密的抵触于金属支架10的侧壁102表面。
本实施例中,第一压接部201、第二压接部202、第一弹性部203、第二弹性部204及固定部200为金属和/或金属合金材料弯折而成的一体式结构。第一压接部201、第二压接部202、第一弹性部203、第二弹性部204及固定部200一体成型,简化了弹性装置的加工过程,且节约生产原材料。
多触点弹片20的固定部200稳定的固定于中框40上,第一压接部201紧密抵触于金属后盖60,第二压接部202紧密抵触于金属支架10,使金属支架10与金属后盖60电连接,由于金属后盖60本身接地,在不改变金属支架10的安装结构的前提下,使金属支架10与地极连通,从而使得金属支架10整体电势降低,以减少对通信元件电磁信号干扰,进而提高用户体验。
参阅图9和图10,本发明还提供一种移动终端100,移动终端100包括金属后盖60、主板30、中框40以及所述的支架组件,多触点弹片20固定于中框40,第一压接端抵触于接地的金属后盖60,金属后盖60连接设有地极的主板30,第二压接端抵触于金属支架10,以使金属支架10接地。多触点弹片20通过固定部200固定于移动终端100的中框40上,第一弹性部203连接第一压接部201与固定部200,并向第一压接部201提供回复力,以使第一压接 部201紧密抵触于移动终端100的金属后盖60,第二弹性部204连接第二压接部202与固定部200,并向第二压接部202提供回复力,以使第二压接部202紧密抵触于金属支架10,从而使金属支架10通过多触点弹片20连接金属后盖60接地。金属支架10整体电势降低,以减少对通信元件2的电磁信号干扰,进而提高用户体验。
金属支架10用于安装电子器件3,一种实施方式中,电子器件3为双摄像头组件50。电子器件3,即所述双摄像头组件50包括第一摄像镜头51和与第一摄像镜头51并排设置的第二摄像镜头52,第一摄像镜头51和第二摄像镜头52共同安装于金属支架10的容纳空间11。具体的,第一摄像镜头51的主拍摄光轴和第二摄像镜头52的主拍摄光轴平行,以使第一摄像镜头51和第二摄像镜头52可以协同运行,进而提高拍摄性能。
本实施例中,中框40用于固定金属支架10。具体的,金属支架10的侧壁102之背离容纳空间11的一侧的壁面凸设有多个固定块104,中框40对应固定块104设有多个卡槽404,用于插入固定块104以使金属支架10安装于中框40。金属支架10的固定块104卡合于卡槽404内,使金属支架10稳固的安装于中框40内,提高了移动终端100的结构稳定性。
本实施例中,金属后盖60盖合于中框40上,主板30固定于金属后盖60和中框40之间,用于遮盖并保护移动终端100内部的电子器件3与结构,同时提高移动终端100的外观性能。优选的,金属后盖60为金属板件。进一步的,金属后盖60设有两个拍摄窗口K1,第一摄像镜头51和第二摄像镜头52分别透过两个拍摄窗口K1进行拍摄,实现拍摄功能。
多触点弹片20的固定部200稳定的固定于中框40上,第一压接部201紧密抵触于金属后盖60,第二压接部202紧密抵触于金属支架10,使金属支架10与金属后盖60电连接,由于金属后盖60本身接地,在不改变金属支架10的安装结构的前提下,使金属支架10与地极连通,从而使得金属支架10整体电势降低,以减少对通信元件电磁信号干扰,进而提高用户体验。
请一并参阅图11,为移动终端100的内部结构框图,示意出了移动终端100的部分元件。如图11所示,所述移动终端100包括所述支架组件1、所述通信元件2、所述电子器件3、所述主板30等元件。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种支架组件,设于移动终端内,其特征在于,所述支架组件包括多触点弹片和金属支架,所述金属支架用于支撑所述移动终端的电子器件,所述多触点弹片包括第一压接部、第二压接部、第一弹性部、第二弹性部及固定部,所述多触点弹片通过所述固定部固定于移动终端的中框上,所述第一弹性部连接所述第一压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第一压接部提供回复力,以使所述第一压接部紧密抵触于所述移动终端的金属后盖并接地,所述第二弹性部连接所述第二压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第二压接部提供回复力,以使所述第二压接部紧密抵触于所述金属支架,从而使所述金属支架接地。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述固定部包括底片,所述底片包括一对长边和连接所述一对长边的一对短边,所述第一压接部通过所述第一弹性部弹性连接所述短边,所述底片沿其中一个长边延伸并弯折形成连接片,所述第二压接部通过所述第二弹性部弹性连接所述连接片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述第一压接部的数量为两个,所述第一弹性部的数量为两个,每个所述第一压接部通过一个所述第一弹片弹性连接一个所述短边。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述底片设有固定通孔,用于插入紧固件将所述多触点弹片固定于所述中框上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述底片沿另一个所述长边延伸并弯折形成多个折弯端,所述折弯端相对所述底片的弯折方向与所述连接片的弯折方向相同,所述折弯端、所述底片及所述连接片依次连接形成收容空间,用于将中框用以固定所述多触点弹片的凸块部分收容于所述收容空间,从而限制所述多触点弹片相对所述紧固件转动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述金属支架包括多个侧壁,多个所述侧壁依次相连形成容纳空间,所述容纳空间用于容纳所述电子器件,所述第二压接部弹性抵触所述侧壁之背离所述容纳空间的一侧的壁面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述侧壁之背离所述容纳空间的一侧的壁面凸设有多个固定块,用于插入所述中框的卡槽以使所述金 属支架安装于所述中框。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述第一压接部的顶端和所述第二压接部的顶端均设有凸起触点。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的支架组件,其特征在于,所述第一压接部、所述第二压接部、所述第一弹性部、所述第二弹性部及所述固定部为金属和/或金属合金材料弯折而成的一体式结构。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括金属后盖、中框、电子器件及支架组件,所述支架组件包括多触点弹片和金属支架,所述金属支架用于支撑所述移动终端的电子器件,所述多触点弹片包括第一压接部、第二压接部、第一弹性部、第二弹性部及固定部,所述多触点弹片通过所述固定部固定于移动终端的中框上,所述第一弹性部连接所述第一压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第一压接部提供回复力,以使所述第一压接部紧密抵触于所述移动终端的金属后盖并接地,所述第二弹性部连接所述第二压接部与所述固定部,并向所述第二压接部提供回复力,以使所述第二压接部紧密抵触于所述金属支架,从而使所述金属支架接地。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述固定部包括底片,所述底片包括一对长边和连接所述一对长边的一对短边,所述第一压接部通过所述第一弹性部弹性连接所述短边,所述底片沿其中一个长边延伸并弯折形成连接片,所述第二压接部通过所述第二弹性部弹性连接所述连接片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一压接部的数量为两个,所述第一弹性部的数量为两个,每个所述第一压接部通过一个所述第一弹片弹性连接一个所述短边。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述底片设有固定通孔,用于插入紧固件将所述多触点弹片固定于所述中框上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述底片沿另一个所述长边延伸并弯折形成多个折弯端,所述折弯端相对所述底片的弯折方向与所述连接片的弯折方向相同,所述折弯端、所述底片及所述连接片依次连接形成收容空间,用于将中框用以固定所述多触点弹片的凸块部分收容于所述收容空间,从而限制所述多触点弹片相对所述紧固件转动。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述金属支架包括多个侧壁,多个所述侧壁依次相连形成容纳空间,所述容纳空间用于容纳所述电子器件,所述第二压接部弹性抵触所述侧壁之背离所述容纳空间的一侧的壁面。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述中框包括多个围绕所述金属支架的设置的卡槽,所述侧壁之背离所述容纳空间的一侧的壁面凸设有多个固定块,用于插入所述中框的卡槽以使所述金属支架安装于所述中框。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一压接部的顶端和所述第二压接部的顶端均设有凸起触点。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一压接部、所述第二压接部、所述第一弹性部、所述第二弹性部及所述固定部为金属和/或金属合金材料弯折而成的一体式结构。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述电子器件为双摄像头组件。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述双摄像头组件包括第一摄像镜头和第二摄像镜头,所述第一摄像镜头与所述第二摄像镜头并排设置,所述第一摄像镜头和第二摄像镜头共同安装于所述金属支架的容纳空间。
