一种全自动横向夹紧式支架,包括后侧基座(10)及装设于后侧基座(10)上的底部支撑臂(20)、左侧夹持臂(30)、右侧夹持臂(40);相对后侧基座(10)固定式装设有竖向延伸以联动底部支撑臂(20)向上复位的复位弹性件(50),复位弹性件(50)一端相对后侧基座(10)位置固定,复位弹性件(50)另一端连接于底部支撑臂(20);底部支撑臂(20)与左侧夹持臂(30)、右侧夹持臂(40)之间连接有用于联动控制左侧夹持臂(30)、右侧夹持臂(40)沿左右方向横向往外松开或往内夹紧的联动控制组件。藉此,放置手机(90)等移动设备时,利用手机(90)重力下压底部支撑臂(20)下移,同时联动左侧夹持臂(30)、右侧夹持臂(40)沿左右方向上向内横向位移自动夹紧手机(90);取出手机(90)时,底部支撑臂(20)在复位弹性件(50)的复位作用力下向上位移,同时联动左侧夹持臂(30)、右侧夹持臂(40)沿左右方向上向外横向位移自动松开。

Description

全自动横向夹紧式支架 技术领域
本发明涉及手机等移动设备用支架领域技术,尤其是指一种全自动横向夹紧式支架。
背景技术
目前,随着手机等移动设备的普及,手机支架也得到了广泛应用。现有的手机支架大多需要手动夹紧固定,有少数是自动夹紧设计的,其一般是通过压力感应传感器检测是否放置手机,单片机或微控制器等根据所检测到的手机旋转状态而控制电动驱动实现自动夹紧,其存在结构复杂、制作成本高、耗电、易出故障、使用稳定性欠佳等不足,不适于推广应用。
因此,本发明专利申请人精心研究了一种新型的全自动支架,其有效解决了上述种种问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种全自动横向夹紧式支架,其利用手机重力下压底部支撑臂下移,同时联动左、右侧夹持臂向内横向位移自动夹紧手机,其结构简单、联动稳定可靠、实用性强、易于生产制作,适于推广应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种全自动横向夹紧式支架,包括有后侧基座及装设于后侧基座上的底部支撑臂、左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂;其中,相对后侧基座固定式装设有竖向延伸以联动底部支撑臂向上复位的复位弹性件,所述复位弹性件一端相对后侧基座位置固定,所述复位弹性件另一端连接于底部支撑臂;所述底部支撑臂与左、右侧夹持臂之间连接有用于联动控制左、右侧夹持臂沿左右方向横向往外松开或往内夹紧的联动控制组件。
作为一种优选方案,所述底部支撑臂上开设有竖向延伸的行程槽,所述联动控制组件包括有设置于行程槽内侧的竖向直齿条部、相对后侧基座固定式设置的齿轮,所述齿轮伸入行程槽内,齿轮具有外齿牙,其外齿牙啮合于竖向直齿条部上;所述齿轮同时联动控制左、右侧夹持臂沿左右方向横向往外松开或往内夹紧。
作为一种优选方案,所述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均具有横向延伸排布的横向直齿条部,两个横向直齿条部分别直接啮合于前述齿轮的顶部、底部;
或者,所述齿轮被定义为中间齿轮,所述中间齿轮的左、右侧分别啮合有左侧齿轮和右侧齿轮;所述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均具有横向延伸排布的横向直齿条部,两个横向直齿条部分别直接啮合于相应的左侧齿轮和右侧齿轮。
作为一种优选方案,所述复位弹性件为压力弹性元件;所述压力弹性元件的下端连接于后侧基座,压力弹性元件的上端连接或抵接于底部支撑臂上。
作为一种优选方案,所述底部支撑臂上开设有竖向延伸的让位槽,所述让位槽内顶部连接有向下延伸的安装柱,所述压力弹性元件为压力弹簧,压力弹簧套接于安装柱外周;后侧基座上向前凸伸有导引柱,所述导引柱伸入让位槽内。
作为一种优选方案,所述复位弹性件为拉力弹簧、弹性橡皮圈或弹性橡皮带,所述复位弹性件的上端连接于后侧基座,所述复位弹性件的下端连接底部支撑臂上。
作为一种优选方案,所述后侧基座上针对前述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均设置有上侧限位部、下侧限位部;所述后侧基座上针对前述底部支撑臂设置有左侧限位部、右侧限位部。
作为一种优选方案,所述后侧基座上针对前述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均设置有行程限位柱,所述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均开设有左右延伸的行程限位槽,所述行程限位柱伸入相应的行程限位槽内。
作为一种优选方案,所述后侧基座的前侧组装有前侧盖板,所述前侧盖板与后侧基座之间围构形成有容纳腔,前述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂、底部支撑臂、齿轮、复位弹性件均位于容纳腔内;以及,所述容纳腔的底部、左侧及右侧分别开设有贯通外界的开口,前述左侧夹持臂的左端、右侧夹持臂的右端及底部支撑臂的底端分别自相应的开口伸出。
作为一种优选方案,所述后侧基座的背部设置有用于安装全自动支架的安装座。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知, 其主要是通过复位弹性件的设置,以及底部支撑臂与左、右侧夹持臂之间的联动关系设计,在支架上放置手机等移动设备时,利用手机重力下压底部支撑臂下移,同时联动左、右侧夹持臂向内横向位移自动夹紧手机;取出手机时,底部支撑臂在复位弹性件的复位作用力下向上位移,同时联动左、右侧夹持臂向外横向位移自动松开;尤其适合于车载应用场合,便于使用者操作,使用方便,实用性强,同时,其结构简单、联动稳定可靠,易于生产制作,适于推广应用。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图5所示,其显示出了本发明之实施例一的具体结构;所述全自动支架,主要应用于车载场合使用,当然,其并不限于车载场合。所述单齿轮联动的全自动横向夹紧式支架主要包括有后侧基座10及装设于后侧基座10上的底部支撑臂20、左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40。
其中,相对后侧基座10固定式装设有竖向延伸以联动底部支撑臂20向上复位的复位弹性件50,所述复位弹性件50一端相对后侧基座10位置固定,所述复位弹性件50另一端连接于底部支撑臂20;所述复位弹性件可以设计为压力弹性元件或拉力弹性元件等,但不限于常规的压力弹簧、拉力弹簧,只需能够形成移动设备重力方向上弹性变形,在解除重力作用后,具有向上复位作用力即可。所述复位弹性件50为压力弹性元件时,一般优选压力弹簧,压力弹簧的下端连接于后侧基座10,压力弹簧的上端连接或抵接于底部支撑臂20上。本实施例中,所述底部支撑臂20上开设有竖向延伸的让位槽21,所述让位槽21内顶部连接有向下延伸的安装柱22,压力弹簧套接于安装柱22外周;后侧基座10上向前凸伸有导引柱11,所述导引柱11伸入让位槽21内,如此,确保了底部支撑臂20的上下位移动作的精准。通常,所述复位弹性件为拉力弹性元件时,一般优选拉力弹簧,事实上也可按需选择弹性橡皮圈、弹性橡皮带等,拉力弹性元件的上端连接于后侧基座10,拉力弹性元件的下端连接底部支撑臂20上;(如图8所示)弹性橡皮圈50′可以直接套在后侧基座10的上侧定位柱17、底部支撑臂20的下侧定位柱26上即可。而设计为弹性橡皮带50′′时,也可以设计为大致如图9所示之结构,利用其两端的环体部51′′套在相应的上侧定位柱17、下侧定位柱26上即可。当然,本文所指的复位弹性元件并不局限于所列举的压力弹簧、拉力弹簧、弹性橡皮圈、弹性橡皮带,也可为其它不同的、合适的复位弹性元件,在此,不再一一列举。
所述底部支撑臂20连接有用于支承移动设备的支承部;所述底部支撑臂20与左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40之间连接有用于联动控制左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40沿左右方向横向往外松开或往内夹紧的联动控制组件。在放置手机90等移动设备时,所述底部支撑臂20受移动设备重力下压而下移时,同时,所述底部支撑臂20通过联动控制组件联动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40向内横向位移自动夹紧;取手机时,所述底部支撑臂20被解除移动设备重力下压时,底部支撑臂20随复位弹性件50的复位而向上位移,同时,所述底部支撑臂20通过联动控制组件联动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40向外横向位移自动松开。联动控制组件可以有多种不同结构设计,相当于是把底部支撑臂20的上下位移动作通过联动控制组件同时转化为由底部支撑臂20驱动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40的左右位移;作为优选设计,所述底部支撑臂20上开设有竖向延伸的行程槽23,所述联动控制组件包括有设置于行程槽23内侧的竖向直齿条部24、相对后侧基座10固定式设置的齿轮60,所述齿轮60伸入行程槽23内,齿轮60具有外齿牙,其外齿牙啮合于竖向直齿条部24上;所述齿轮60同时联动控制左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40沿左右方向横向往外松开或往内夹紧。
在本实施例一中,所述左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40均具有横向延伸排布的横向直齿条部(如图示31、41),两个横向直齿条部31、41分别啮合于前述齿轮60的顶部、底部。本实施例一中,如图3和图4所示,所述竖向直齿条部24设置于行程槽23的左内侧,所述左侧夹持臂30的横向直齿条部31啮合于齿轮60的底部,所述右侧夹持臂40的横向直齿条部41啮合于齿轮60的顶部。当然,所述竖向直齿条部也可设置于行程槽的右内侧,所述左侧夹持臂的横向直齿条部啮合于齿轮的顶部,所述右侧夹持臂的横向直齿条部啮合于齿轮的底部。本实施例一中是通过于左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40上分别设置横向直齿条部31、41,利用齿轮60啮合联动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40。
本实施例一中,所述后侧基座10的前侧组装有前侧盖板70,所述前侧盖板70与后侧基座10之间围构形成有容纳腔,前述左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40、底部支撑臂20、齿轮60、复位弹性件50均位于容纳腔内;以及,所述容纳腔的底部、左侧及右侧分别开设有贯通外界的开口,前述左侧夹持臂30的左端、右侧夹持臂40的右端及底部支撑臂20的底端分别自相应的开口伸出。
放置手机90等移动设备时,所述底部支撑臂20受移动设备重力下压而下移时,竖向直齿条部24啮合传动前述齿轮60,齿轮60同时啮合两个横向直齿条部31、41以联动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40向内横向位移自动夹紧;所述底部支撑臂20被解除移动设备重力下压时,底部支撑臂20随复位弹性件50的复位而向上位移,竖向直齿条部24啮合传动前述齿轮60,齿轮60同时啮合两个横向直齿条部31、41以联动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40向外横向位移自动松开。
所述后侧基座10上针对前述左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40均设置有上侧限位部12、下侧限位部13;所述后侧基座10上针对前述底部支撑臂20设置有左侧限位部14、右侧限位部15;以及,所述后侧基座10上针对前述左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40均设置有行程限位柱16,所述左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂20均开设有左右延伸的行程限位槽(如图示32、42),所述行程限位柱16伸入相应的行程限位槽32、42内;如此,左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40的左右向位移精准性得到保证。
以及,所述后侧基座10的背部设置有用于安装全自动支架的安装座80,目前,手机等支架的较常见安装应用方式有:(1)利用吸盘吸附固定,(2)利用空调出风口的缝隙进行固定;本实施例一中图1至图4中显示了适用于空调出风口的缝隙夹持固定的安装座,但是,这并非对安装座结构的限定,本发明之全自动支架可适用多种不同结构的安装座,在此,不作一一列举。
请参照图6所示,其显示出了本发明之实施例二的具体结构;其与前述实施例一的基本结构相同,其主要不同点在于底部支撑臂20与左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40之间的联动结构及关系:
于本实施例二中,相对后侧基座10固定式设置有前后延伸的中间齿轮61,所述中间齿轮61伸入行程槽内,中间齿轮61具有外齿牙,中间齿轮61的外齿牙啮合于竖向直齿条部上;所述中间齿轮61的左、右侧分别啮合有左侧齿轮62和右侧齿轮63;所述左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40均具有横向延伸排布的横向直齿条部(如图示31、41),两个横向直齿条部31、41分别啮合于相应的左侧齿轮62和右侧齿轮63。具体而言:如图6所示,所述竖向直齿条部24设置于行程槽23右内侧,所述左侧夹持臂30的横向直齿条部31啮合于右侧齿轮63的底部,所述右侧夹持臂40的横向直齿条部41啮合于左侧齿轮62的顶部。当然,也可设计为如图7所示(即实施例三),即所述竖向直齿条部25设置于行程槽23的左内侧,所述左侧夹持臂30的横向直齿条部31啮合于右侧齿轮63的顶部,所述右侧夹持臂40的横向直齿条部41啮合于左侧齿轮62的底部。
放置手机90等移动设备时,所述底部支撑臂20受移动设备重力下压而下移时,底部支撑臂20上的竖向直齿条部24(或25)联动中间齿轮61,中间齿轮61联动左、右侧齿轮63,左、右侧齿轮63分别联动右、左侧夹持臂30向内横向位移自动夹紧;所述底部支撑臂20被解除移动设备重力下压时,底部支撑臂20随复位弹性件50的复位而向上位移,底部支撑臂20上的竖向直齿条部24(或25)联动中间齿轮61,中间齿轮61联动左、右侧齿轮63,左、右侧齿轮63分别联动右、左侧夹持臂30向外横向位移自动松开。
如图10所示,其显示了实施例四的主要结构,所示底部支撑臂的左、右侧分别形成有竖向直齿条部(如图示27、28),左侧齿轮、右侧齿轮啮合于相应的竖向直齿条部;所述左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40均具有横向延伸排布的横向直齿条部(如图示301、401),两个横向直齿条部31、41分别啮合于相应的左侧齿轮62′、右侧齿轮63′的顶部位置;所述底部支撑臂20受移动设备重力下压而下移时,底部支撑臂20上的竖向直齿条部27、28分别联动相应的左侧齿轮62′、右侧齿轮63′,再联动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40向外横向位移自动夹紧;反之,取手机时,重力作用解除,底部支撑臂20随复位弹性件50的复位而向上位移,底部支撑臂20上的竖向直齿条部27、28分别联动相应的左侧齿轮62′、右侧齿轮63′,再联动左侧夹持臂30、右侧夹持臂40向外横向位移自动松开。
本发明的设计重点在于,其主要是通过复位弹性件的设置,以及底部支撑臂与左、右侧夹持臂之间的联动关系设计,在支架上放置手机等移动设备时,利用手机重力下压底部支撑臂下移,同时联动左、右侧夹持臂在左右方向上向内横向位移自动夹紧手机;取出手机时,底部支撑臂在复位弹性件的复位作用力下向上位移,同时联动左、右侧夹持臂在左右方向上向外横向位移自动松开;尤其适合于车载应用场合,便于使用者操作,使用方便,实用性强,同时,其结构简单、联动稳定可靠,易于生产制作,适于推广应用。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:包括有后侧基座及装设于后侧基座上的底部支撑臂、左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂;其中,相对后侧基座固定式装设有竖向延伸以联动底部支撑臂向上复位的复位弹性件,所述复位弹性件一端相对后侧基座位置固定,所述复位弹性件另一端连接于底部支撑臂;所述底部支撑臂与左、右侧夹持臂之间连接有用于联动控制左、右侧夹持臂沿左右方向横向往外松开或往内夹紧的联动控制组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述底部支撑臂上开设有竖向延伸的行程槽,所述联动控制组件包括有设置于行程槽内侧的竖向直齿条部、相对后侧基座固定式设置的齿轮,所述齿轮伸入行程槽内,齿轮具有外齿牙,其外齿牙啮合于竖向直齿条部上;所述齿轮同时联动控制左、右侧夹持臂沿左右方向横向往外松开或往内夹紧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均具有横向延伸排布的横向直齿条部,两个横向直齿条部分别直接啮合于前述齿轮的顶部、底部;
    或者,所述齿轮被定义为中间齿轮,所述中间齿轮的左、右侧分别啮合有左侧齿轮和右侧齿轮;所述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均具有横向延伸排布的横向直齿条部,两个横向直齿条部分别直接啮合于相应的左侧齿轮和右侧齿轮。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述复位弹性件为压力弹性元件;所述压力弹性元件的下端连接于后侧基座,压力弹性元件的上端连接或抵接于底部支撑臂上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述底部支撑臂上开设有竖向延伸的让位槽,所述让位槽内顶部连接有向下延伸的安装柱,所述压力弹性元件为压力弹簧,压力弹簧套接于安装柱外周;后侧基座上向前凸伸有导引柱,所述导引柱伸入让位槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述复位弹性件为拉力弹簧、弹性橡皮圈或弹性橡皮带,所述复位弹性件的上端连接于后侧基座,所述复位弹性件的下端连接底部支撑臂上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述后侧基座上针对前述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均设置有上侧限位部、下侧限位部;所述后侧基座上针对前述底部支撑臂设置有左侧限位部、右侧限位部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述后侧基座上针对前述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均设置有行程限位柱,所述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂均开设有左右延伸的行程限位槽,所述行程限位柱伸入相应的行程限位槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述后侧基座的前侧组装有前侧盖板,所述前侧盖板与后侧基座之间围构形成有容纳腔,前述左侧夹持臂、右侧夹持臂、底部支撑臂、齿轮、复位弹性件均位于容纳腔内;以及,所述容纳腔的底部、左侧及右侧分别开设有贯通外界的开口,前述左侧夹持臂的左端、右侧夹持臂的右端及底部支撑臂的底端分别自相应的开口伸出。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动横向夹紧式支架,其特征在于:所述后侧基座的背部设置有用于安装全自动支架的安装座。
