技术领域
本发明涉及风扇领域,尤其涉及一种基座及无叶风扇。
背景技术
现有的无叶风扇包括基座。基座包括外壳和设置在外壳内的动力系统。外壳形成有进气口,工作时,动力系统通过进气口吸入空气并建立气流。然而动力系统工作时发出的噪音可以通过进气口向外扩散,导致无叶风扇的噪音较大。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供一种基座及无叶风扇。
本发明实施方式的基座用于无叶风扇,基座包括:壳体,所述壳体包括外壁,所述外壁形成有进气口;设置在所述壳体内的动力系统,用于通过所述进气口吸入空气并建立气流,所述动力系统形成有进风口;和设置在所述壳体内的消音结构,所述消音结构包括:第一消音罩,所述第一消音罩形成有第一消音腔,所述第一消音罩开设有连通所述第一消音腔和所述进气口的第一导通孔,所述第一导通孔的截面积小于所述第一消音腔的截面积;和收容在所述第一消音罩内的第二消音罩,所述第二消音罩包围覆盖所述进风口,所述第二消音罩形成有连通所述进风口的第二消音腔,所述第二消音罩开设有连通所述第一消音腔和所述第二消音腔的第二导通孔,所述第二导通孔的截面积小于所述第二 消音腔的截面积。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一消音罩形成有多个伸入所述第一消音腔的第一导声管,所述第一导声管形成有所述第一导通孔,所述第一导声管伸入所述第一消音腔的长度为5-15mm;和/或
所述第二消音罩形成有多个伸入所述第二消音腔的第二导声管,所述第二导声管形成有所述第二导通孔,所述第二导声管伸入所述第二消音腔的长度为5-15mm。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一消音罩及所述第二消音罩均呈圆柱形,所述第一消音罩与所述第二消音罩同轴设置。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一导通孔的数量是多个,多个所述第一导通孔绕所述第一消音罩的圆周方向呈间隔设置的多个第一阵列分布,所述第二导通孔的数量是多个,多个所述第二导通孔绕所述第二消音罩的圆周方向呈间隔设置的多个第二阵列分布。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一阵列与所述第二阵列错开设置。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一导通孔的数量范围为20-65个,和/或所述第二导通孔的数量范围为20-65个。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一导通孔及所述第二导通孔均呈圆柱形,
所述第一导通孔的直径范围为5-17mm,和/或
所述第二导通孔的直径范围为5-17mm。
在某些实施方式中,所述消音结构包括与所述第一消音罩及所述第二消音罩连接的安装板,所述消音结构通过所述安装板固定在所述壳体上。
在某些实施方式中,所述基座包括设置在所述第一消音罩和所述第二消音罩之间的吸音棉,所述吸音棉覆盖所述第一导通孔和所述第二导通孔。
在某些实施方式中,所述壳体包括自所述外壁向内延伸的隔板,所述消音结构固定在所述隔板上。
在某些实施方式中,所述基座包括:
设置在所述壳体内第一固定片;
固定在所述隔板上的第二固定片,所述第一固定片和所述第二固定片间隔设置;和
多根拉伸弹簧,所述多根拉伸弹簧拉伸连接所述第一固定片及所述动力系统,及拉伸连接所述第二固定片及所述动力系统。
在某些实施方式中,所述多根拉伸弹簧包括两组,两组拉伸弹簧沿所述动力系统的轴向间隔设置,每组拉伸弹簧包括三根拉伸弹簧,所述三根拉伸弹簧沿所述动力系统的周向间隔排布;
其中一组拉伸弹簧拉伸连接所述第一固定片及所述动力系统,另外一组所述拉伸弹簧拉伸连接所述第二固定片及所述动力系统。

所述电机外形成有固定所述电机的电机外壳,所述电机和所述电机外壳均设于所述扩压器与所述叶轮之间,所述电机外壳与所述叶轮外壳连接。
在某些实施方式中,所述外壁呈环状,所述进气口包括沿所述外壁的圆周方向阵列排布的多个进气孔。
在某些实施方式中,每个所述进气孔呈圆形,且直径为1-3mm。
在某些实施方式中,所述进气孔沿所述外壁圆周方向呈多个阵列排布,相邻的两个所述阵列间隔设置。
本发明实施方式的无叶风扇包括以上任一实施方式所述的基座。
本发明实施方式的基座及无叶风扇中,由于第一导通孔的截面积小于第一消音腔的截面积,第二导通孔的截面积小于第二消音腔的截面积,动力系统工作时产生的噪音较难以从截面积大的第二消音腔向截面积小的第二导通孔传播和难以从截面积大的第一消音腔向截面积小的第一导通孔传播,声音在第一消音腔内部和第二消音腔内部来回被反射消耗掉,进而降低了无叶风扇工作时的噪音。

请参阅图1,本发明实施方式的无叶风扇1000包括基座100和扇头102。扇头102设置在基座100上。无叶风扇1000在工作时,扇头102可以吹出风。相对于传统的风扇,无叶风扇1000由于没有外露的扇叶,不易于伤到用户的手 指等部位,因此,无叶风扇1000具有安全的特点。另外,无叶风扇1000的体积较小,使得用户容易清洁无叶风扇1000。
请参阅图2及图3,基座100包括壳体10、动力系统20和消音结构40。动力系统20设置在壳体10内。消音结构40设置在壳体10内。
壳体10包括底板11及外壁12。底板11自外壁12向外延伸以使无叶风扇1000可以稳定地支撑在支撑面上,支撑面例如为地面或桌面等平面。
外壁12呈环状,环状的外壁12使得无叶风扇1000更加美观,还可以增大外壁12的表面积以使进风面积较大。
外壁12形成有进气口121,进气口121形成有阵列排布的多个进气孔1211。进气口121使得动力系统20能够吸入空气从而建立气流,从而使得无叶风扇1000可以形成风以满足用户的需求。
多个进气孔1211沿外壁12的圆周方向分布。这样使得进气口121的进风面积较大,有利于增加进入基座100内的空气流量。另外,还可以使得空气从壳体10的四周进入,以使进入基座100内的气流更加均匀,从而可以降低空气流动时的噪音。
为了使得外壁12具有足够的强度,以防止壳体10因摔落、撞击等意外而损坏,进气口121沿外壁12的圆周方向呈多个阵列排布,相邻的两个进气口121阵列间隔设置。如图2所示,相邻的两个进气口121阵列之间的外壁12为连续结构。另外,这样还有利于进气孔1211形成,从而提高壳体10的成品率。
具体地,进气口121靠近底板11设置,从而使得空气由下向上运动至动力系统20以缩短空气的路径及阻力,因此,进气口121靠近底板11设置可以降低空气流动产生的噪音。
每个进气孔1211呈圆形,进气孔1211的直径为1-3mm。例如进气孔1211的直径为2mm。这样可以在保证无叶风扇1000正常吸入空气的同时,可以降低气体流动时产生的噪音。
在同一个进气口121阵列中,相邻的两个进气孔1211之间的间隔为1-3mm。优选地,相邻的两个进气孔1211之间的间隔为2mm,由此可以降低空气流动时产生的噪音。
壳体10还包括自外壁12向内延伸的隔板14。隔板14形成有过孔141,过孔141与外壁12同轴设置。
请结合图3,动力系统20用于通过进气口121吸入空气并建立气流。动力系统20包括叶轮外壳21、叶轮22、电机23、扩压器24和电机外壳25。
叶轮外壳21架设在壳体10内,叶轮外壳21形成有与进气口121连通的进风口211。
叶轮22设置在叶轮外壳21内。电机23用于驱动叶轮22。具体地,电机23位于叶轮外壳21内,电机23的输出轴与叶轮22固定连接,使得电机23工作时可以驱动叶轮22转动。
叶轮22旋转时,叶轮22周围可以产生负压,从而可以从进风口211吸入空气,空气经过叶轮22加压后,可以形成高压气流。
扩压器24设置于叶轮22产生的气流的下游,扩压器24与叶轮外壳21连接。扩压器24可以对叶轮22所产生的高速气流进行增压、减速及消旋,引导高速气流向扇头102运动。
可以理解,扩压器24包括多个翼片241,多个翼片241可以对叶轮22产生的高速气流进行整合,并且可以实现消除旋风的效果,使得从扩压器24的出风口242排出的气流更加柔和。
电机外壳25形成在电机23外且用于固定电机23。电机外壳25与叶轮外壳21连接。电机外壳25可以避免电机23在工作过程中晃动。
具体地,电机外壳25与叶轮外壳21之间形成有气体通道25a,气体通道25a和扩压器24连通。叶轮22旋转时所产生的气流经过气体通道25a后流向扩压器24,经过扩压器24后流向扩压器24外以进入扇头102内。
请结合图5及图6,消音结构40包括第一消音罩41、第二消音罩42和安装板43。第二消音罩42收容在第一消音罩41内。
第一消音罩41及第二消音罩42均呈圆柱形,第一消音罩41与第二消音罩42同轴设置。安装板43与第一消音罩41及第二消音罩42连接。消音结构40通过安装板43固定在壳体10上。
例如,安装板43可以与第二消音罩42一体成型后,并使第二消音罩42收容在第一消音罩41中,第一消音罩41与安装板43例如通过卡扣的方式安装在一起,然后通过安装板43安装至壳体10上。
具体地,第一消音罩41形成有第一消音腔411,第一消音罩41开设有第一导通孔412。第一导通孔412连通第一消音腔411和进气口121。第一导通孔412的截面积小于第一消音腔411的截面积。
如此,噪音难以从截面积较大的第一消音腔411向截面积较小的第一导通孔412传播,使得声音在第一消音腔411内来回反射消耗掉,降低了无叶风扇的噪音。
第一导通孔412的数量是多个,多个第一导通孔412绕第一消音罩41的圆周方向呈间隔设置的多个第一阵列413分布。如此,在开设第一导通孔412后,第一消音罩41可以具有足够的强度,从而可以保证第一消音罩41的寿命。
本实施方式中,第一阵列413的数量为3个,每个第一阵列413的第一导通孔412的数量均为9个。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,第一阵列413的阵列的数量可以为其他数量,例如2个、4个等,每个第一阵列413的第一导通孔412的数量可以为9个以外的其他数量,例如8个、12个等。
在一个例子中,第一导通孔412的数量范围为20-65个。在另一个例子中,第一导通孔412呈圆柱形,第一导通孔412的直径范围为5-17mm。第一导通孔412在以上参数范围时,能够保证无叶风扇的进风和降噪效果。
第一消音罩41形成有多个伸入第一消音腔411的第一导声管414,第一导 声管414形成有第一导通孔412,第一导声管414伸入第一消音腔411的长度为5-15mm。如此,通过控制第一导声管414伸入第一消音腔411的长度可以消除某些特定频率的声音向从第一消音腔411向外传播。
第二消音罩42包围覆盖进风口211,第二消音罩42形成有连通进风口211的第二消音腔421,第二消音罩42开设有第二导通孔422。第二导通孔422连通第一消音腔411和第二消音腔421,第二导通孔422的截面积小于第二消音腔421的截面积。
如此,噪音难以从截面积较大的第二消音腔421向截面积较小的第二导通孔422传播,使得声音在第二消音腔421内来回反射消耗掉,降低了无叶风扇的噪音。
第二导通孔422的数量是多个,多个第二导通孔422绕第二消音罩42的圆周方向呈间隔设置的多个第二阵列423分布。如此,在开设第二导通孔422后,第二消音罩42可以具有足够的强度,从而可以保证第二消音罩42的寿命。
为了增长噪音的传播路径以消耗噪音的能量,从而降低噪音,第二阵列423与第一阵列413错开设置。
在一个例子中,第二导通孔422的数量范围为20-65个。在另一个例子中,第二导通孔422均呈圆柱形,第二导通孔422的直径范围为5-17mm。
第二消音罩42形成有多个伸入第二消音腔421的第二导声管424,第二导声管424形成有第二导通孔422,第二导声管424伸入第二消音腔421的长度为5-15mm。如此,通过控制第二导声管424伸入第二消音腔421的长度可以消除某些特定频率的声音向从第二消音腔421向外传播。
安装板43开设有多个螺孔43a,安装板43可以通过螺钉穿过螺孔43a固定在隔板14上。安装板4343开设有穿孔43b,穿孔43b连通第二消音腔421。动力系统20穿过穿孔43b而部分收容在第二消音腔421内。
基座100还包括吸音棉(图未示)。吸音棉设置在第一消音罩41和第二消音 罩42之间。由于吸音棉具有多个交错分布的孔隙,从而具有较好的吸音效果,从而进一步提高了无叶风扇1000的降噪性能。
请再次参阅图1,扇头102形成有风道和连通风道的喷嘴1021,扇头102与基座100连通以将动力系统20产生的气流送入风道内并经喷嘴1021向外喷射。
进一步地,扇头102的风道内设置有泡棉。由此,泡棉可以吸收风道中所产生的噪音,从而可以降低无叶风扇1000的噪音。
扇头102向上延伸的部分呈曲线状,以使风道呈曲线状,由此可以减低空气流动时产生的噪音。
请再次参阅图3及图4,基座100和扇头102之间设有连接板50,连接板50连接基座100和扇头102。
在连接板50上固定设置有第一固定片26,隔板14上固定设置有第二固定片27,第二固定片27与第一固定片26均位于壳体10内,第二固定片27与第一固定片26间隔设置且均位于所述动力系统外。多根拉伸弹簧70拉伸连接第一固定片26及动力系统20,及拉伸连接第二固定片27及动力系统20。
拉伸弹簧70使得动力系统20可以悬挂起来,动力系统20产生的振动不会直接传递到壳体10上,从而可以减少基座100产生的噪音。
多根拉伸弹簧70包括两组,两组拉伸弹簧沿动力系统20的轴向间隔设置,第一组拉伸弹簧70包括三根,第一组的三根拉伸弹簧70均连接第一固定片26及动力系统20。较佳地,第一组的三根拉伸弹簧70沿动力系统20的周向均匀间隔排布,也就是说,第一组拉伸弹簧70中的相邻两根拉伸弹簧70之间的角度为120度。
第二组的三根拉伸弹簧70均连接第二固定片27及动力系统20。较佳地,第二组的三根拉伸弹簧70沿动力系统20的周向均匀间隔排布,也就是说,第二组拉伸弹簧70中的相邻两根拉伸弹簧70之间的角度为120度。
在一个例子中,拉伸弹簧70的劲度系数在2-4N/mm,原长度的范围为15-25mm。可以理解,拉伸弹簧70的原长度为拉伸弹簧70没有受力的状态时的长度。例如,拉伸弹簧70的劲度系数为3N/mm,原长度为20mm。
如图3的虚线箭头所示,无叶风扇1000工作时,电机23驱动叶轮22转动,空气依次经过进气孔1211、消音结构40及进风口211而被叶轮22吸入,叶轮22将空气加速加压后形成高速气流,高速气流依次经过气体通道25a及扩压器24后进入扇头102的风道中,最后从喷嘴1021喷出,从而喷嘴1021喷出的高速气流可以卷吸周围的空气,从而形成风,以实现为用户降温纳凉的效果。
另外,在无叶风扇1000启动时,电机23的转速逐渐增加,在无叶风扇1000停止运行时,电机23的转速逐渐降低,由此可以使得无叶风扇1000缓慢启动及停止运行,从而可以降低无叶风扇1000的振动,以减少噪音的产生。
如图7所示,曲线a为无叶风扇1000省略消音结构40时的声压级曲线,曲线b为无叶风扇1000内设置有消音结构40时的声压级曲线。其中,纵坐标SPL表示无叶风扇1000所产生的声音的声压级,横坐标f表示无叶风扇1000所产生的声音的频率。由图7可以看出,当在壳体10内设置有消音结构40时,无叶风扇1000所产生的声音的声压级下降。
综上,本发明实施方式的基座100包括壳体10、动力系统20和消音结构40。壳体10包括外壁12,外壁12形成有进气口121,动力系统20设置在壳体10内,动力系统20用于通过进气口121吸入空气并建立气流,动力系统形成有进风口211。消音结构40设置在壳体10内。消音结构40包括第一消音罩41和第二消音罩42。第一消音罩41形成有第一消音腔411,第一消音罩41开设有第一导通孔412。第一导通孔412连通第一消音腔411和进气口121。第一导通孔412的截面积小于第一消音腔411的截面积。第二消音罩42包围覆盖进风口211,第二消音罩42形成有连通进风口211的第二消音腔421,第二消音罩42开设有第二导通孔422。第二导通孔422连通第一消音腔411和第二消音腔 421,第二导通孔422的截面积小于第二消音腔421的截面积。
本发明的基座100和无叶风扇1000,由于第一导通孔412的截面积小于第一消音腔411的截面积,第二导通孔422的截面积小于第一消音腔421的截面积,动力系统20工作时产生的噪音较难以从截面积大的第一消音腔411向截面积小的第一导通孔412传播和难以从截面积大的第二消音腔421向截面积小的第二导通孔422传播,声音在第一消音腔411和第二消音腔421内部来回被反射消耗掉,进而降低了无叶风扇1000工作时的噪音。另外,空气可以正常进入壳体10内,保证无叶风扇1000正常工作。

  1. 一种基座,用于无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述基座包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括外壁,所述外壁形成有进气口;
    设置在所述壳体内的动力系统,用于通过所述进气口吸入空气并建立气流,所述动力系统形成有进风口;和
    设置在所述壳体内的消音结构,所述消音结构包括:
    第一消音罩,所述第一消音罩形成有第一消音腔,所述第一消音罩开设有连通所述第一消音腔和所述进气口的第一导通孔,所述第一导通孔的截面积小于所述第一消音腔的截面积;和
    收容在所述第一消音罩内的第二消音罩,所述第二消音罩包围覆盖所述进风口,所述第二消音罩形成有连通所述进风口的第二消音腔,所述第二消音罩开设有连通所述第一消音腔和所述第二消音腔的第二导通孔,所述第二导通孔的截面积小于所述第二消音腔的截面积。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述第一消音罩形成有多个伸入所述第一消音腔的第一导声管,所述第一导声管形成有所述第一导通孔,所述第一导声管伸入所述第一消音腔的长度为5-15mm;和/或

  3. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述第一消音罩及所述第二消音罩均呈圆柱形,所述第一消音罩与所述第二消音罩同轴设置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基座,其特征在于,所述第一导通孔的数量是多个, 多个所述第一导通孔绕所述第一消音罩的圆周方向呈间隔设置的多个第一阵列分布,所述第二导通孔的数量是多个,多个所述第二导通孔绕所述第二消音罩的圆周方向呈间隔设置的多个第二阵列分布。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的基座,其特征在于,所述第一阵列与所述第二阵列错开设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述第一导通孔的数量范围为20-65个,和/或所述第二导通孔的数量范围为20-65个。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述第一导通孔及所述第二导通孔均呈圆柱形,
    所述第一导通孔的直径范围为5-17mm,和/或
    所述第二导通孔的直径范围为5-17mm。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述消音结构包括与所述第一消音罩及所述第二消音罩连接的安装板,所述消音结构通过所述安装板固定在所述壳体上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述基座包括设置在所述第一消音罩和所述第二消音罩之间的吸音棉,所述吸音棉覆盖所述第一导通孔和所述第二导通孔。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述壳体包括自所述外壁向内延伸的隔板,所述消音结构固定在所述隔板上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的基座,其特征在于,所述基座包括:
    设置在所述壳体内第一固定片;
    固定在所述隔板上的第二固定片,所述第一固定片与所述第二固定片间隔设置且均位于所述动力系统外;和
    多根拉伸弹簧,所述多根拉伸弹簧拉伸连接所述第一固定片及所述动力系统,及拉伸连接所述第二固定片及所述动力系统。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的基座,其特征在于,所述多根拉伸弹簧包括两组,两组所述拉伸弹簧沿所述动力系统的轴向间隔设置,每组所述拉伸弹簧包括三根拉伸弹簧,所述三根拉伸弹簧沿所述动力系统的周向间隔排布;
    其中一组所述拉伸弹簧拉伸连接所述第一固定片及所述动力系统,另外一组所述拉伸弹簧拉伸连接所述第二固定片及所述动力系统。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的基座,其特征在于,所述三根拉伸弹簧沿所述动力系统的周向均匀间隔排布。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的基座,其特征在于,每根所述拉伸弹簧的劲度系数为2-4N/mm,原长度的范围为15-25mm。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述动力系统包括:
    叶轮外壳,所述叶轮外壳架设在所述壳体内;
    叶轮,所述叶轮设置在所述叶轮外壳内;
    电机,所述电机用于驱动所述叶轮;和
    扩压器,所述扩压器设置于所述叶轮产生的气流的下游,所述扩压器与所述叶轮外壳连接;
    所述电机外形成有固定所述电机的电机外壳,所述电机和所述电机外壳均设于所述扩压器与所述叶轮之间,所述电机外壳与所述叶轮外壳连接。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的基座,其特征在于,所述外壁呈环状,所述进气口包括沿所述外壁的圆周方向阵列排布的多个进气孔。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的基座,其特征在于,每个所述进气孔呈圆形,且直径为1-3mm。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的基座,其特征在于,所述进气孔沿所述外壁的圆周方向呈多个阵列排布,相邻的两个所述阵列间隔设置。
  19. 一种无叶风扇,其特征在于包括如权利要求1-18任意一项所述的基座。
