一种粉筒上盖,包括驱动头、粉筒上盖壳体和旋转设置在所述粉筒上盖壳体内部的旋转盖,所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部侧面设置有缺口,所述旋转盖上设置有出粉口,所述出粉口与缺口选择性连通,所述粉筒上盖壳体的内部旋转设置有能够与所述旋转盖卡接的驱动部件,所述驱动部件与粉筒上盖壳体间隙配合,所述驱动头设置在所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部,所述驱动头的底部通过螺丝固定设置有传动杆,所述传动杆穿设在所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部并通过所述驱动部件内部固定设置的定向轴承与所述驱动 部件驱动连接。
进一步的,所述旋转盖上朝向所述驱动部件的一侧设置有若干个的齿状部,所述驱动部件朝向所述旋转盖的一侧边沿上设置有若干个用于与所述旋转盖卡接的驱动齿,所述驱动齿沿旋转方向一侧为直角边,所述驱动齿的直角边对侧为使所述驱动齿呈从尖部向下渐宽的弧形边。
进一步的,所述缺口的一侧边缘为在所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部开设的缺口边。
进一步的,所述定向轴承的外侧均匀的设置有若干个纵向凹槽,所述驱动部件的内侧面一体设置有与所述纵向凹槽配合卡接的固定筋。
进一步的,所述驱动部件的内部设置有与所述定向轴承的端面相配合的密封圈。
进一步的,所述驱动部件的后部套设有驱动部件保护套。
进一步的,所述齿状部沿旋转方向一侧为与所述驱动齿的弧形边相配合的弧形边,所述齿状部的弧形边对侧为与驱动齿的直角边相配合的直角边。
进一步的,所述驱动头的顶部设置有若干个支撑片,相邻的所述支撑片之间间隙配合,所述支撑片上设置有用于与驱动装置卡合的挡片,所述挡片的卡角为80°-85°。
进一步的,所述传动杆的底部固定设置有卡簧圈;
所述旋转盖与驱动部件之间设置有弹簧,所述转动盖与所述弹簧之间设置有固定环,所述旋转盖与固定环之间设置有PET片垫。
一种粉筒,包括粉筒主体和设置在所述粉筒主体上部的粉筒上盖,所述粉筒上盖为上述的粉筒上盖。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明在具体工作时,驱动头与打印机复印设备的驱动装置卡合,驱动装置带动该驱动头旋转,驱动头的底部固定设置的传动杆在驱动头的带动下能够上下滑动并转动,并将扭力传递给驱动部件,在驱动部件的驱动作用下,旋转盖的出粉口与粉筒上盖壳体的缺口选择性连通,进而完成碳 粉流出和阻止碳粉流出动作。
本发明中,由于传动杆与定向轴承配合,具有单向转动的特性,传动杆能够相对内部设置有定向轴承的驱动部件进行定向旋转。当驱动头在驱动装置的带动下进行反向转动时,传动杆的转动不带动所述驱动部件反向旋转,进而粉筒主体不进行反向转动。当驱动装置反向转动完成后,驱动驱动头进行正向转动时,传动杆带动驱动部件进行正向旋转,旋转盖在驱动部件的作用下带动粉筒主体进行洒粉转动,并与打印复印设备的其它部件配合完成打印或复印工作。
由于本发明具有单向转动特性,驱动装置反转时,粉筒主体不跟随驱动头反转。因此,与现有技术相比,本发明降低了由于粉筒反转造成的能量损耗,并且避免了粉筒反转导致的设备损坏。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
一方面,本发明提供一种粉筒上盖,如图1所示,包括驱动头、粉筒上盖壳体10和旋转设置在粉筒上盖壳体10内部的旋转盖12,粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部侧面设置有缺口101,旋转盖12上设置有出粉口122(如图2所示),出粉口122与缺口101选择性连通,粉筒上盖壳体10的内部旋转设置有能够与旋转盖12卡接的驱动部件16,驱动部件16与粉筒上盖壳体10间隙配合,驱动头7设置在粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部,驱动头7的底部通过螺丝固定设置有传动杆8,传动杆8穿设在粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部并通过驱动部件16内部固定设置的定向轴承18与驱动部件16驱动连接。
本发明在具体工作时,驱动头7与打印机复印设备的驱动装置卡合,驱动装置带动该驱动头7旋转,驱动头7的底部固定设置的传动杆8在驱动头7的带动下能够上下滑动并转动,并将扭力传递给驱动部件16,在驱动部件16的驱动作用下,旋转盖12的出粉口122与粉筒上盖壳体10的缺口101选择性连通,进而完成碳粉流出和阻止碳粉流出动作。
本发明中,由于传动杆8与定向轴承18配合,具有单向转动的特性,传动杆8能够相对内部设置有定向轴承18的驱动部件16进行定向旋转。当驱动头7在驱动装置的带动下进行反向转动时,传动杆8的转动不带动驱动部件16反向旋转,进而粉筒主体2不进行反向转动。当驱动装置反向转动完成后,驱动驱动头7进行正向转动时,传动杆8带动驱动部件16进行正向旋转,旋转盖12在驱动部件16的作用下带动粉筒主体2进行洒粉转动,并与打印复印设备的其它部件配合完成打印或复印工作。
由于本发明具有单向转动特性,驱动装置反转时,粉筒主体2不跟随驱动头7反转。因此,与现有技术相比,本发明降低了由于粉筒反转造成的能量损耗,并且避免了粉筒反转导致的设备损坏。
作为本发明的一种改进,如图3所示,旋转盖12上朝向驱动部件16 的一侧可以设置有若干个的齿状部,驱动部件16朝向旋转盖12的一侧边沿上可以设置有若干个用于与旋转盖12卡接的驱动齿161,驱动齿161沿旋转方向一侧可以为直角边163,驱动齿161的直角边163对侧可以为使驱动齿16呈从尖部向下渐宽的弧形边162。
本发明在工作时,在打印复印设备的驱动装置的驱动下,驱动头7在粉筒上盖壳体10的顶面上下滑动,使驱动齿161与齿状部不断地进行卡接和脱离运动。而现有技术中,驱动齿161和齿状部的顶部均为斜角,当驱动齿161与齿状部进行卡接的时候,容易导致驱动齿161与齿状部顶撞,造成无法顺利卡接。为了克服上述缺陷,驱动齿161的旋转方向一侧为直角边163,驱动齿161的旋转方向对侧为使驱动齿161呈从尖部向下渐宽的弧形边162,这样,无论驱动齿161与齿状部以何种角度卡接,驱动齿161都能够顺利的插入到齿状部之间的间隙中与齿状部卡接。本改进为打印复印设备的工作稳定性提供了保证。
为了使缺口101的开口更大,出粉更流畅,缺口101的一侧边缘可以为在粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部开设的缺口边103。优选的,缺口边103为圆弧形,如图4所示。
本发明中,传动杆8通过粉筒上盖壳体10顶部设置的圆孔102穿设在粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,如图5所示,定向轴承18的外侧可以均匀的设置有若干个纵向凹槽181,驱动部件16的内侧面一体设置有与纵向凹槽181配合卡接的固定筋。优选的,纵向凹槽181的数量为3个。纵向凹槽181与固定筋卡接,能够避免定向轴承18与驱动部件16的壳体发生相对转动,进一步提高本发明的稳定性。
本发明中,驱动部件16的内部可以设置有与定向轴承18的端面相配合的密封圈17。密封圈17能够防止外部粉尘、水或异物等进入定向轴承18腔内,并且能够防止润滑油外溢。
为了防止碳粉进入驱动部件16的内部,驱动部件16的后部可以套设有驱动部件保护套5。优选的,驱动部件保护套5为硅胶材质。
进一步的,齿状部沿旋转方向一侧可以为与驱动齿的弧形边162相配合的弧形边,齿状部的弧形边对侧可以为与驱动齿的直角边163相配合的直角边。
优选的,驱动齿161的数量可以为2个,齿状部的数量可以为4个。
本发明中,如图6所示,驱动头7的顶部设置有若干个支撑片,相邻的支撑片之间间隙配合,支撑片上设置有用于与驱动装置卡合的挡片71,如图7所示,挡片71的卡角72为80°-85°。工作时,打印复印设备的驱动装置与驱动头7卡接,而现有技术中,挡片71的卡角为90°,当驱动装置与挡片71卡接时,容易导致因卡合不牢而脱离,进而造成打印复印工作无法正常运行,为了克服这种缺陷,本发明将挡片71的卡角72设计为80°-85°,这样,能够使驱动装置与驱动头7的卡合更加紧密,避免了驱动装置与驱动头7因卡合不牢而脱离的现象。
作为本发明的进一步的改进,传动杆8的底部可以固定设置有卡簧圈19,卡簧圈19能够防止传动杆8发生轴向移动,以达到工作条件。
进一步的,旋转盖12与驱动部件16之间设置有弹簧15,转动盖12与弹簧15之间设置有固定环14,旋转盖12与固定环14之间可以设置有PET片垫13。
如图2所示,旋转盖12包括环形侧板121,出粉口122设置在环形侧板上,环形侧板的内侧设置有环形定位板(图中未示出),环形定位板外侧设置有环形齿状部(图中未示出),环形定位板内侧套接有回位扭簧11;
粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部内侧设置有用于限位的定位柱。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种粉筒,如图7所示,包括粉筒主体2和设置在粉筒主体2上部的粉筒上盖,粉筒上盖为上述的粉筒上盖。
与现有技术相比,本发明降低了由于粉筒反转造成的能量损耗,并且避免了粉筒反转导致的设备损坏。
作为本发明的一种改进,粉筒上盖的内部设置有送粉支架21。
进一步的,粉筒上盖通过粉筒上盖密封圈20与粉筒主体2连接。
本发明中,本发明的粉筒还包括设置在所述驱动头7上方用于收纳保 护粉筒的大盖1。
关于本发明工作时的具体实施例如下:
打印复印设备的驱动装置与驱动头7卡合,为了使驱动装置与驱动头7的卡合更加紧密,驱动头7上的挡片71的角度为80°-85°。首先,驱动装置将驱动头7从粉筒上盖壳体10拉出,然后进行反向转动,由于定向轴承18的单向转动特性,传动杆8能够相对驱动部件16进行反向的定向转动,此时,驱动部件16不跟随传动杆8反转,进而旋转盖12和粉筒主体2均不转动;
当打印复印设备的驱动装置正向转动时,驱动部件16在传动杆8的带动下正向转动,由于驱动部件16的驱动齿161卡接在旋转盖12的齿状部上(由于驱动齿161和齿状部均设置有相配合弧形侧边,驱动齿161和齿状部能够顺利完成卡接),旋转盖12跟随驱动部件16正向转动,旋转盖12转动0-90°后,旋转盖12的出粉口122与粉筒上盖壳体10的缺口101完全连通(由于粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部开设有圆弧形的缺口101边,增大了出粉口122的出粉截面,使碳粉的流出更加顺畅),由于粉筒上盖壳体10的顶部内侧设置有用于限位的定位柱,旋转盖12能够带动粉筒上盖壳体10正向转动,进而带动粉筒主体2正向转动。伴随粉筒主体2的转动,碳粉从出粉口122的不断流出,从而配合打印复印设备的其它部件完成打印复印工作;
在打印复印设备的驱动装置的作用下,驱动头7可以在粉筒上盖壳体10的顶面向下滑动,驱动部件16的驱动齿161与旋转盖12的齿状部脱开,由于回位扭簧11的作用,旋转盖12弹回至原位,出粉口122闭合,停止出粉。
需要说明的是,本发明的技术方案适用于数码复印机等多种打印复印设备。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种粉筒上盖,包括驱动头、粉筒上盖壳体和旋转设置在所述粉筒上盖壳体内部的旋转盖,所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部侧面设置有缺口,所述旋转盖上设置有出粉口,所述出粉口与缺口选择性连通,其特征在于,所述粉筒上盖壳体的内部旋转设置有能够与所述旋转盖卡接的驱动部件,所述驱动部件与粉筒上盖壳体间隙配合,所述驱动头设置在所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部,所述驱动头的底部通过螺丝固定设置有传动杆,所述传动杆穿设在所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部并通过所述驱动部件内部固定设置的定向轴承与所述驱动部件驱动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述旋转盖上朝向所述驱动部件的一侧设置有若干个的齿状部,所述驱动部件朝向所述旋转盖的一侧边沿上设置有若干个用于与所述旋转盖卡接的驱动齿,所述驱动齿沿旋转方向一侧为直角边,所述驱动齿的直角边对侧为使所述驱动齿呈从尖部向下渐宽的弧形边。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述缺口的一侧边缘为在所述粉筒上盖壳体的顶部开设的缺口边。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述定向轴承的外侧均匀的设置有若干个纵向凹槽,所述驱动部件的内侧面一体设置有与所述纵向凹槽配合卡接的固定筋。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述驱动部件的内部设置有与所述定向轴承的端面相配合的密封圈。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述驱动部件的后部套设有驱动部件保护套。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述齿状部沿旋转方向一侧为与所述驱动齿的弧形边相配合的弧形边,所述齿状部的弧形边对侧为与所述驱动齿的直角边相配合的直角边。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述驱动头的顶部 设置有若干个支撑片,相邻的所述支撑片之间间隙配合,所述支撑片上设置有用于与驱动装置卡合的挡片,所述挡片的卡角为80°-85°。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的粉筒上盖,其特征在于,所述传动杆的底部固定设置有卡簧圈;
    所述旋转盖与驱动部件之间设置有弹簧,所述转动盖与所述弹簧之间设置有固定环,所述旋转盖与固定环之间设置有PET片垫。
  10. 一种粉筒,其特征在于,包括粉筒主体和设置在所述粉筒主体上部的粉筒上盖,所述粉筒上盖为权利要求1-9中任一所述的粉筒上盖。
