Abstract
一种钣金焊接夹具,包括安装板(11)、限位机构以及焊接保护机构;限位机构包括固定设于安装板(11)上的并相互垂直的第一定位板(12)、第二定位板(13)以及抵顶件(14);焊接保护机构包括呈L型的保护板(15),保护板(15)包括相互垂直的保护部(151)和连接部(152),保护部(151)上开设有与焊接部位的尺寸相匹配的焊接避让口(a),连接部(152)的底端面与安装板(11)的侧面相铰接,且连接部(152)的底端面安装有第一磁铁(16),安装板(11)的上端面安装有第二磁铁(17),当保护盖翻转至与钣金件的焊接面贴合时,第一磁铁(16)与第二磁铁(17)彼此吸引贴合。该夹具在实现钣金件的牢固定位的同时,对钣金件的非焊接部位进行保护,避免了钣金件的焊接部位周边的位置会产生焊渣,提高了焊接质量。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种工装,具体涉及到焊接夹具。
在钣金行业中,为了节约电力成本,对于尺寸较小的钣金件的焊接一般不会采用冲压机,而是设计对应的钣金焊接夹具进行钣金焊接。例如焊接面为侧面,且无法夹紧顶面时,通常选择抵顶工具压紧端面,从而对焊接面进行焊接处理。然而在焊接时,由于焊接部位(位于焊接面上)以外的位置因无遮盖,从而在焊接部位周边的位置会产生焊渣,故而会影响钣金件的外观质量以及使用等等,使得焊接件报废。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种钣金焊接夹具,其能够牢固地夹紧钣金件,且有效地保护焊接部位以外的部位,保证焊接品质。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种钣金焊接夹具,包括安装板、限位机构以及焊接保护机构;
所述限位机构包括固定设于所述安装板上的并相互垂直的第一定位板、第二定位板以及抵顶件,所述第一定位板和第二定位板分别用于限制钣金件相邻的侧面和端面,所述抵顶件用于抵顶所述钣金件的另一端面;
所述焊接保护机构包括呈L型的保护板,所述保护板包括相互垂直的保护部和连接部,所述保护部上开设有与所述焊接部位的尺寸相匹配的焊接避让口,所述连接部的底端面与所述安装板的侧面相铰接,且所述连接部的底端面安装有第一磁铁,所述安装板的上端面安装有第二磁铁,当所述保护盖翻转至与钣金件的焊接面贴合时,所述第一磁铁与第二磁铁彼此吸引贴合。
优选的,所述连接部的底端面与所述安装板的侧面通过碟形铰链铰接。
优选的,所述抵顶件采用气缸或油缸或弹簧侧向夹持器。
优选的,所述保护板的保护部上设置有把手。
本实用新型提供的钣金焊接夹具的使用原理如下:将钣金件的一侧面和端面分别抵靠着第一定位板、第二定位板,并通过抵顶件将钣金件顶紧;翻转保护板使其保护部与钣金件的
焊接面相平行,焊接时通过焊接避让口对焊接部位进行焊接,焊接避让口的周边板面对钣金件的非焊接部位进行保护。综上所述,本实用新型在实现钣金件的牢固定位的同时,对钣金件的非焊接部位进行保护,避免了钣金件的焊接部位周边的位置会产生焊渣,提高了焊接质量。此外,本实用新型结构简单,使用方便。
为了更清楚地说明本实用新型实施例中的技术方案,下面将对现有技术和实施例描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参见图1-5所示,本实用新型实施例提供了一种钣金焊接夹具,包括安装板11、限位机构以及焊接保护机构;
限位机构包括固定设于安装板11上的并相互垂直的第一定位板12、第二定位板13以及抵顶件14,第一定位板12和第二定位板13分别用于限制钣金件K的相邻的侧面和端面,抵顶件14用于抵顶钣金件K的另一端面,其中,抵顶件14采用气缸和与气缸连接的顶压块或采用弹簧侧向夹持器,但不限于此。
焊接保护机构包括呈L型的保护板15,保护板15包括相互垂直的保护部151和连接部152,保护部151上开设有与焊接部位的尺寸相匹配的焊接避让口a,连接部152的底端面与安装板11的侧面相铰接,且连接部152的底端面安装有第一磁铁16,安装板11的上端面安装有第二磁铁17,当保护盖翻转至与钣金件的焊接面贴合时,第一磁铁16与第二磁铁17彼此吸引贴合。
优选的,连接部152的底端面与安装板11的侧面通过碟形铰链18铰接。
优选的,保护板15的保护部151上设置有把手153,设置把手153可以方便工作人员转动保护板15。
本实用新型提供的钣金焊接夹具的使用原理如下:将钣金件的一侧面和端面分别抵靠着第一定位板12、第二定位板13,并通过抵顶件14将钣金件顶紧;翻转保护板15使其保护部151与钣金件的焊接面相平行,焊接时通过焊接避让口a对焊接部位进行焊接,与此同时,焊接避让口a的周边板面对钣金件的非焊接部位进行保护。综上,本实用新型在实现钣金件的牢固定位的同时,对钣金件的非焊接部位进行保护,避免了钣金件的焊接部位周边的位置会产生焊渣,提高了焊接质量。此外,本实用新型结构简单,使用方便。

- 一种钣金焊接夹具,其特征在于,包括安装板、限位机构以及焊接保护机构;所述限位机构包括固定设于所述安装板上的并相互垂直的第一定位板、第二定位板以及抵顶件,所述第一定位板和第二定位板分别用于限制钣金件相邻的侧面和端面,所述抵顶件用于抵顶所述钣金件的另一端面;所述焊接保护机构包括呈L型的保护板,所述保护板包括相互垂直的保护部和连接部,所述保护部上开设有与所述焊接部位的尺寸相匹配的焊接避让口,所述连接部的底端面与所述安装板的侧面相铰接,且所述连接部的底端面安装有第一磁铁,所述安装板的上端面安装有第二磁铁,当所述保护盖翻转至与钣金件的焊接面贴合时,所述第一磁铁与第二磁铁彼此吸引贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的钣金焊接夹具,其特征在于,所述连接部的底端面与所述安装板的侧面通过碟形铰链铰接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的钣金焊接夹具,其特征在于,所述抵顶件采用气缸或油缸或弹簧侧向夹持器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的钣金焊接夹具,其特征在于,所述保护板的保护部上设置有把手。
