一种拉料机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自动化设备,尤其涉及一种用于金属料卷的拉料机构。
背景技术
电子行业中金属件必不可少,金属件是通过连续冲压机构冲压完成的。金属件制备的原料是一盘一盘的金属料卷,需通过拉料机构拉到指定的位置(冲压机构处)进行冲压处理,但由于金属料卷的厚度较薄,有在拉动过程冲容易出现扭曲现象,甚至出现拉断现象。

为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种拉料机构,克服了现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种拉料机构,其特征在于,包括龙门固定架、升降气缸、伺服气缸、上压块、下压块、滑轨以及工作平台;
所述滑轨固设置两组,间隔地固设于所述工作平台上;
所述龙门固定架的底部固设于该些滑轨上;
所述升降气缸竖直地固设于所述龙门固定架的侧壁上;
所述上压块设置两组,并分别通过连接块与所述升降气缸的伸缩杆连接;
所述下压块设置两组,分别位于所述上压块的下方,其最高面与所述工作平台相齐平,且所述下压块的一端部与所述滑轨的滑块连接;
所述伺服气缸与所述滑轨的滑块连接,用于驱动所述滑轨的滑块沿着轨道移动;
其中,所述上压块的底端部设置有第一磁块,所述下压块的顶端部设置有与所述第一磁块相匹配的第二磁块,且所述第二磁块的顶端面与所述工作平台的台面相齐平;
产品料卷放置在所述工作平台上,当所述第一磁块与第二磁块相接触时,带动所述产品料卷移动到设定位置。
优选的,所述上压块的底端部开设有用于放置所述第一磁块的第一安装孔,所述下压块的顶端部开设有用于放置所述第二磁块的第二安装孔。

参见图1-3所示,本实用新型实施例公开了一种拉料机构,包括龙门固定架11、升降气缸12、伺服气缸(图中未示出)、上压块15、下压块16、滑轨17以及工作平台18;
滑轨17固设置两组,间隔地固设于工作平台18上;
龙门固定架11的底部固设于该些滑轨17上;
升降气缸12通过连接块13固设于龙门固定架11的侧壁上;
上压块15设置两组,并分别通过连接块与升降气缸12的伸缩杆连接;
下压块16设置两组,分别位于上压块15的下方,其最高面与工作平台18相齐平,且下压块16的一端部与滑轨17的滑块连接;
伺服气缸通过连接块与滑轨17的滑块连接,用于驱动滑轨17的滑块沿着轨道移动;
其中,上压块15的底端部设置有第一磁块,下压块16的顶端部设置有与第一磁块相匹配的第二磁块161,且第二磁块161的顶端面与工作平台的台面相齐平;
产品料卷K放置在工作平台18上,当第一磁块与第二磁块161相接触时,带动产品料卷移动到设定位置。
优选的,上压块15的底端部开设有用于放置第一磁块的第一安装孔,下压块16的顶端部开设有用于放置第二磁块161的第二安装孔。

    所述下压块设置两组,分别位于所述上压块的下方,其最高面与所述工作平台相齐平,且所述下压块的一端部与所述滑轨的滑块连接;
    所述伺服气缸与所述滑轨的滑块连接,用于驱动所述滑轨的滑块沿着轨道移动;
    其中,所述上压块的底端部设置有第一磁块,所述下压块的顶端部设置有与所述第一磁块相匹配的第二磁块,且所述第二磁块的顶端面与所述工作平台的台面相齐平;
    产品料卷放置在所述工作平台上,当所述第一磁块与第二磁块相接触时,带动所述产品料卷移动到设定位置。
