[0030] 进一步的, 为了实现清扫轨道, 所述车体 100上还设置有负压吸尘装置 300, 所 述车体的下部设置轨道清扫装置 400, 所述轨道清扫装置包括安装架 401、 油缸 4 02、 吸盘 403、 连接杆 404和导向套 405, 所述导向套 405固定在所述安装架 401上 , 所述连接杆 404滑动设置在所述导向套 405中, 所述吸盘 403固定在所述连接杆 404的下部, 所述油缸 402连接在所述吸盘 403和所述安装架 401之间, 所述吸盘 4 03的下部设置有倾斜的清扫杵头 406, 所述吸盘 403通过连接管与所述负压吸尘 装置 300的吸气口连接。 具体的, 负压吸尘装置 300可以采用风机形成负压达到 吸尘的功能, 其具体结构可以参照现有技术中马路清扫车上的负压装置, 在此 不做限制。 为了能够更好的清理槽型轨道周围以及槽内的垃圾, 利用清扫杵头 4 06能够有效地将槽型轨道中的槽内垃圾清理出并被吸盘 403吸入, 清扫杵头 406 的倾斜方向背向所述车体 100的正向形式方向, 在使用过程中, 油缸 402驱动吸 盘 403下降, 使得清扫杵头 406插在槽型轨道的凹槽中, 从而可以通过清扫杵头 4 06将凹槽中的垃圾清理出。 优选的, 清扫杵头 406可转动的连接在所述吸盘 403 的底部, 所述清扫杵头 406与所述吸盘 403之间设置有弹簧 (未图示) , 所述吸 盘 403上还设置有用于检测所述清扫杵头位置的位置传感器 (未图示) , 所述车 体 100中还设置有与所述位置传感器联动的报警器 (未图示) 。 具体的, 清扫杵 头 406能够相对于吸盘 403转动, 而清扫杵头 406在弹簧的作用下紧贴在凹槽中, 当凹槽中存在无法清除的垃圾吋, 垃圾将顶靠在清扫杵头 406上, 使得清扫杵头 406克服弹簧的弹力转动, 清扫杵头 406将触发位置传感器, 从而通过报警器提 醒操作人员, 由操作人员下车査看并清理掉顽固的垃圾。 其中, 所述吸盘 403的 前端部设置有导向轮 407, 通过导向轮 407与槽型轨道配合确保吸盘 403对准槽型 轨道进行有效的清洁。
[0031] 本发明提供的铁路导向装置及铁路公路两用车, 通过采用上下回转座结构, 上 回转座固定在车体上, 而下回转座用于安装导向轮, 在通过弯道等曲线路段吋 , 下回转座受导向轮沿铁轨形式而产生的作用力将相对于上回转座转动, 此吋 , 复位板将对两侧的橡胶块进行挤压, 而在行驶处弯道吋, 在橡胶块的作用下 , 将使得下回转座自动复位, 而无需依靠导向轮的轮缘与铁轨相互作用实现复 位, 达到自动复位快速回正的效果, 从而对于行驶通过小曲线半径的弯道吋, 能够及吋的实现导向轮的复位回正, 避免以转弯角度过大而出现导向轮脱离铁 轨的情况发生, 实现提高铁路导向装置的曲线通过能力和通用性。

一种铁路导向装置, 其特征在于, 包括上回转座、 下回转座和可升降 的导向轮, 所述上回转座和所述下回转座之间设置有轴承, 所述上回 转座的底部设置有朝下延伸的复位板, 所述下回转座上设置有多个橡 胶块, 所述复位板的两侧对称分布有多个所述橡胶块, 所述复位板夹 紧在所述橡胶块之间, 所述导向轮安装在所述下回转座上。
根据权利要求 1所述的铁路导向装置, 其特征在于, 所述复位板上幵 设有条形孔, 多个所述橡胶块通过螺栓连接在一起, 所述螺栓穿过所 述条形孔。
根据权利要求 1所述的铁路导向装置, 其特征在于, 所述轴承为回转 轴承, 所述回转轴承的内圈固定在所述上回转座上, 所述回转轴承的 外圈固定在所述下回转座上。
根据权利要求 1所述的铁路导向装置, 其特征在于, 所述下回转座的 前后端部分别设置有翻转臂, 所述翻转臂上设置有轮轴, 所述轮轴上 设置有所述导向轮, 两个所述轮轴之间设置有油缸。
根据权利要求 4所述的铁路导向装置, 其特征在于, 所述下回转座、 两个所述翻转臂和所述油缸构成等腰梯形四连杆机构。
根据权利要求 4所述的铁路导向装置, 其特征在于, 所述下回转座上 还设置有用于检测所述翻转臂位置的位置传感器。
一种铁路公路两用车, 包括车体, 其特征在于, 还包括如权利要求 1-
6任一所述的铁路导向装置, 所述铁路导向装置的上回转座安装在所 述车体上; 所述车体的前后端部分别设置有可升降的车钩, 所述车钩 还设置有救援供电插头。
根据权利要求 7所述的铁路公路两用车, 其特征在于, 所述车体上还 设置有负压吸尘装置, 所述车体的下部设置轨道清扫装置, 所述轨道 清扫装置包括安装架、 油缸、 吸盘、 连接杆和导向套, 所述导向套固 定在所述安装架上, 所述连接杆滑动设置在所述导向套中, 所述吸盘 固定在所述连接杆的下部, 所述油缸连接在所述吸盘和所述安装架之 间, 所述吸盘的下部设置有倾斜的清扫杵头, 所述吸盘通过连接管与 所述负压吸尘装置的吸气口连接。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 8所述的铁路公路两用车, 其特征在于, 所述清扫杵头 可转动的连接在所述吸盘的底部, 所述清扫杵头与所述吸盘之间设置 有弹簧, 所述吸盘上还设置有用于检测所述清扫杵头位置的位置传感 器, 所述车体中还设置有与所述位置传感器联动的报警器。
