在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,翻转连接部包括:弹性铰链,包括两个 连接部和设置于两个连接部之间的弹性部,两个连接部分别固定于任意两个相邻隔板上,弹性铰链通过弹性部发生弹性形变实现两个相邻隔板的相对翻转;反弹固定部,设置于多个隔板的任意一个隔板的两侧,并可拆卸固定至隔板组件的指定搭接区域,反弹固定部用于在铰链使多个隔板中的至少一组相邻隔板并行排列设置时,实现并行排列部分的固定。
在该技术方案中,翻转连接部还可以是弹性铰链,弹性铰链也包括两个连接部和设置于两个连接部之间的弹性部,通过将两个连接部分别固定于任意两个相邻隔板上,实现了任意两个相邻隔板的连接,通过弹性部的弹性形变,实现了两个相邻隔板的相对翻转,另外,通过在多个隔板的任意一个隔板的两侧设置反弹固定部,将隔板组件固定在指定搭接区域,以在多个隔板折叠后,通过固定部进行固定,防止了隔板组件的反弹。
具体地,弹性部可以是橡胶衬套,也可以是柔性比较大的弹簧。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,反弹固定部包括可拆卸的L型结构,L型结构的两个相对折弯面上分别开设有第一固定孔;隔板与指定搭接区域开设有与第一固定孔配合的第二固定孔;反弹固定部还包括固定销,固定销通过插入第一固定孔与第二固定孔实现并行排列部分的固定。
在该技术方案中,反弹固定部可以是可拆卸的L型结构,L结构的两个折弯面上分别开设第一固定孔在隔板上以及指定搭接区域开设与第一固定孔配合的第二固定孔,另外反弹固定部还包括固定销,固定销通过插入第一固定孔与第二固定孔实现折叠后的隔板组件的固定。
另外,也可以设置挂钩结构实现固定。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:固定连接部,设置于固定区域与多个隔板中的一个端部隔板之间,固定连接部用于将端部隔板固定于固定区域。
在该技术方案中,隔板组件还包括固定连接部,设置于固定区域与多个隔板中的一个端部隔板之间,以将端部隔板固定于固定区域,从而实现了在将多个隔板折叠后,一起固定于固定区域,方便了隔板组件的设置。
具体地,以冰箱为例,隔板组件中最内的一个隔板固定在箱体的内壁上,可以根据实际需要进行折叠,通过任意两个相邻隔板和转轴之间配合实现相邻 隔板旋转90度实现一组(或多组)任意两个相邻隔板由水平伸展折叠为竖直状态,从而实现折叠后的隔板组件处于竖直状态并固定在冰箱箱体的内侧,前侧未折叠的隔板则可继续放置物品,并且折叠部分的隔板为前侧留出了设置空间,对应的上方或者下方区域的隔板可放置高度较高的物品,从而实现冰箱隔板之间分隔的空间可以在高度方向的调整。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,固定连接部包括:固定部,设置于固定区域;第二转轴,第二转轴的一端连接至固定部,第二转轴的另一端连接至端部隔板,第二转轴用于使一个端部隔板旋转,以实现水平或竖直设置。
在该技术方案中,固定连接部包括设置于固定区域的固定部和连接至固定部的第二转轴,第二转轴的一端连接至固定部,另一端连接至端部隔板,使端部隔板绕第二转轴旋转,从而根据端部隔板的旋转状态,使隔板组件能够水平折叠,也可以竖直折叠,满足了不同的折叠状态的设置,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种冰箱,包括本发明第一方面实施例中任一项的隔板组件;和搭接结构,设置于冰箱的内壁上,搭接结构用于将隔板组件安装于冰箱内。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的冰箱,因设置有本发明第一方面实施例的隔板组件,从而具有上述隔板组件的全部有益效果,在此不再赘述。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图5描述根据本发明一些实施例的隔板组件。
如图1至5所示,根据本发明的实施例的隔板102组件10,包括:多个隔板102;翻转连接部,设置于多个隔板102中的任意两个相邻隔板102之间,翻转连接部用于使任意两个相邻隔板102通过相对翻转实现伸展或并行排列。
在该技术方案中,通过在多个隔板102中的任意两个相邻隔板102之间设置翻转连接部,以通过任意两个相邻隔板102的绕翻转连接部的相对转动,实现任意两个相邻隔板102相对伸展形成隔板102组件10,或任意两个相邻隔板102相对并行排列以实现折叠,在使用时,可以通过展开隔板102组件10形成搁架,在不使用时,可以通过将隔板102折叠后置于指定位置,以节省空间,从而将满足了根据上下区域搁置的物品与高度,调整隔板102设置形式的设置需求,提升了上下区域内空间的利用率,提升了用户的使用体验。
另外,本发明提供的上述实施例中的隔板组件还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
实施例一:
如图1至4所示,在上述技术方案中,优选地,隔板102的两侧设置有 插孔;翻转连接部包括:相对设置的第一转轴104,第一转轴104包括两个插接部,两个插接部分别插接于插孔,以使任意两个相邻隔板102绕插接部相对翻转。
在该技术方案中,翻转连接部包括分别设置在任意两个相邻隔板102两侧的两个第一转轴104,第一转轴104包括相互连接的两个插接部,两个插接部通过隔板102上的插孔分别插入任意两个相邻隔板102的插孔内,一方面,实现了任意两个相邻隔板102的连接,另一方面,通过任意两个相邻隔板102绕插接部相对转动,实现了任意两个相邻隔板102的展开或折叠,结构简单,安装方便,加工成本低,并且操作简单。
另外,还可以在插孔内设置轴套结构,以使第一转轴104固定于插孔内,比如,第一转轴104通常为铸铁或不锈钢材质,通过在插孔内设置磁石装置,实现了翻转连接部相对于隔板102轴向的固定,提升了可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,第一转轴104为U型结构转轴或W型结构转轴。
实施例二:
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,翻转连接部包括:旋转铰链(图中未示出),包括两个连接部与设置于两个连接部之间的连接转轴,两个连接部分别固定于任意两个相邻隔板上,旋转铰链用于使两个相邻隔板绕连接转轴相对转动,以实现相对翻转。
在该技术方案中,翻转连接部还可以是旋转铰链,旋转铰链包括两个连接部以及设置于两个连接部之间的连接转轴,通过分别将两个连接部固定于任意两个相邻隔板上,在实现任意两个相邻隔板连接的同时,使任意两个相邻隔板能够绕连接转轴转动,以实现隔板组件的展开或折叠,通过设置旋转铰链,可靠性高,操作简单。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,隔板还包括:凹陷部,设置于隔板上与连接部相配合的区域,凹陷部用于使连接部相对于隔板的表面凹陷设置。
在该技术方案中,通过在隔板上与连接部相配合的区域设置凹陷部,使旋转铰链安装后,外表面能够与隔板表面齐平或低于隔板表面,从而在隔板组件折叠后,能够占用最少空间,一定程度上节省了冰箱的内部使用空间。
实施例三:
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,翻转连接部包括:弹性铰链(图中未示出),包括两个连接部和设置于两个连接部之间的弹性部,两个连接部分别固定于任意两个相邻隔板上,弹性铰链通过弹性部发生弹性形变实现两个相邻隔板的相对翻转;反弹固定部,设置于多个隔板的任意一个隔板的两侧,并可拆卸固定至隔板组件的指定搭接区域,反弹固定部用于在铰链使多个隔板中的至少一组相邻隔板并行排列设置时,实现并行排列部分的固定。
在该技术方案中,翻转连接部还可以是弹性铰链,弹性铰链也包括两个连接部和设置于两个连接部之间的弹性部,通过将两个连接部分别固定于任意两个相邻隔板上,实现了任意两个相邻隔板的连接,通过弹性部的弹性形变,实现了两个相邻隔板的相对翻转,另外,通过在多个隔板的任意一个隔板的两侧设置反弹固定部,将隔板组件固定在指定搭接区域,以在多个隔板折叠后,通过固定部进行固定,防止了隔板组件的反弹。
具体地,弹性部可以是橡胶衬套,也可以是柔性比较大的弹簧。

如图5所示,在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:固定连接部106,设置于固定区域与多个隔板中的一个端部隔板之间,固定连接部106用于将端部隔板固定于固定区域。
在该技术方案中,隔板组件还包括固定连接部106,设置于固定区域与多个隔板中的一个端部隔板之间,以将端部隔板固定于固定区域,从而实现了在将多个隔板折叠后,一起固定于固定区域,方便了隔板组件的设置。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,固定连接部106包括:固定部1062,设置于固定区域;第二转轴1064,第二转轴1064的一端连接至固定部1062,第二转轴1064的另一端连接至端部隔板,第二转轴1064用于使一个端部隔板旋转,以实现水平或竖直设置。
在该技术方案中,固定连接部106包括设置于固定区域的固定部1062和连接至固定部1062的第二转轴1064,第二转轴1064的一端连接至固定部1062,另一端连接至端部隔板,使端部隔板绕第二转轴1064旋转,从而根据端部隔板的旋转状态,使隔板组件能够水平折叠,也可以竖直折叠,满足了不同的折叠状态的设置,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
下面参照图6至图8描述根据本发明一些实施例的冰箱。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种冰箱1,包括本发明第一方面实施例中任一项的隔板组件10;和搭接结构20,设置于冰箱1的内壁上,搭接结构20用于将隔板组件10安装于冰箱1内。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的冰箱1,因设置有本发明第一方面实施例的隔板组件10,从而具有上述隔板组件10的全部有益效果,在此不再赘述。
如图6所示,隔板组件10中部分隔板折叠后设置于冰箱1内的状态。
如图7所示,隔板组件10全部展开后设置于冰箱1内的状态。
如图8所示,隔板组件10中全部隔板折叠后设置于冰箱1内的状态。
在本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言, 可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种隔板组件,其特征在于,包括:
    多个隔板;
    翻转连接部,设置于所述多个隔板中的任意两个相邻隔板之间,所述翻转连接部用于使所述任意两个相邻隔板通过相对翻转实现伸展或并行排列。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,
    所述隔板的两侧设置有插孔;
    所述翻转连接部包括:相对设置的第一转轴,所述第一转轴包括两个插接部,所述两个插接部分别插接于所述插孔,以使所述任意两个相邻隔板绕所述插接部相对翻转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,所述第一转轴为U型结构转轴或W型结构转轴。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,所述翻转连接部包括:
    旋转铰链,包括两个连接部与设置于所述两个连接部之间的连接转轴,所述两个连接部分别固定于所述任意两个相邻隔板上,所述旋转铰链用于使所述任意两个相邻隔板绕所述连接转轴相对转动,以实现相对翻转。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,所述隔板还包括:
    凹陷部,设置于所述隔板上与所述连接部相配合的区域,所述凹陷部用于使所述连接部相对于所述隔板的表面凹陷设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,所述翻转连接部包括:
    弹性铰链,包括两个连接部和设置于所述两个连接部之间的弹性部,所述两个连接部分别固定于所述任意两个相邻隔板上,所述弹性铰链通过所述弹性部发生弹性形变实现所述两个相邻隔板的相对翻转;
    反弹固定部,设置于所述多个隔板的任意一个隔板的两侧,并可拆卸固定至所述隔板组件的指定搭接区域,所述反弹固定部用于在所述弹性铰 链使所述多个隔板中的至少一组相邻隔板并行排列时,实现并行排列部分的固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,
    所述反弹固定部包括可拆卸的L型结构,所述L型结构的两个相对折弯面上分别开设有第一固定孔;
    所述隔板与所述指定搭接区域开设有与所述第一固定孔配合的第二固定孔;
    所述反弹固定部还包括固定销,所述固定销通过插入所述第一固定孔与所述第二固定孔实现所述并行排列部分的固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    固定连接部,设置于固定区域与所述多个隔板中的一个端部隔板之间,所述固定连接部用于将所述端部隔板固定于所述固定区域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的隔板组件,其特征在于,所述固定连接部包括:
    固定部,设置于所述固定区域;
    第二转轴,所述第二转轴的一端连接至所述固定部,所述第二转轴的另一端连接至所述端部隔板,所述第二转轴用于使所述端部隔板旋转,以实现水平或竖直设置。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的隔板组件;以及
    搭接结构,设置于所述冰箱的内壁上,所述搭接结构用于将所述隔板组件安装于所述冰箱内。
