[0032] 本发明实施例提供的折叠滑板车包括下端设有前轮 20的主轴 30, 所述主轴 30用 于控制前轮 20转向, 本发明实施例提供的折叠滑板车将固定于踏板 50前端的弧 形连杆 60插入主轴 30下端的弧形导孔 31中, 在折叠滑板车行驶过程中, 插销 32 插设在第一销孔 62中, 并且有两方面的作用 :1.起到主轴 30与踏板 50的连接作用 , 2.主轴 30在控制前轮 20转向的过程中, 插销 32充当主轴 30及前轮 20相对于弧形 连杆 60旋转的转轴。 在折叠滑板车需要折叠吋, 需将插销 32拔出第一销孔 62并 将主轴 30和踏板 50合并, 合并的方式可以为将主轴 30朝向踏板 50放倒, 或者, 将踏板 50朝向主轴 30抬起, 使得弧形连杆 60沿弧形导孔 31向前运动, 当踏板 50 和主轴 30合并后, 插销 32刚好对准第二销孔 63, 此吋, 将插销 32插入第二销孔 6 3, 将踏板 50和主轴 30相对位置固定, 从而实现滑板车的折叠; 当滑板车需要展 幵吋, 先将插销 32拔出第二销孔 63, 然后, 将主轴 30和踏板 50分幵, 当滑板车 完全展幵后, 此吋插销 32对准第一销孔 62, 插销 32插入第一销孔 62即可, 本发 明提供的折叠滑板车折叠后体积小、 便于存放且可随身携带。
[0033] 请参见图 1, 进一步地, 所述主轴 30包括架设在所述前轮 20两侧且设有所述弧 形导孔 31的前轮基座 33前轮基座 33、 一端固定于所述前轮基座 33和另一端向上 延伸的支撑杆 34、 一端连接所述插销 32和另一端向上延伸并且用于拔插所述插 销 32的拉杆 35以及固定于所述支撑杆 34上并且用于控制所述拉杆 35上下运动以 实现所述插销 32拔插的抽拉机构 36。 具体地, 当需要将滑板车折叠吋, 通过固 定在支撑杆 34上的抽拉机构 36将插销 32拉出第一销孔 62, 当主轴 30和踏板 50合 并完后, 再利用抽拉机构 36将插销 32插入第二销孔 63即可, 所述抽拉机构 36可 以为手动, 也可以为电动, 只要能够驱动插销 32沿主轴 30的长度方向作往复运 动以使插销 32能够在第一销孔 62和第二销孔 63之间切换即可。 由于插销 32设置 在主轴 30底部, 不方便对其直接操作, 本发明实施例提供的折叠滑板车通过在 主轴 30上设置抽拉机构 36控制插销 32的抽插, 方便, 快捷。
[0034] 请参见图 5至图 6, 进一步地, 所述抽拉机构 36包括固定在所述支撑杆 34上的基 座 361, 所述基座 361包括沿所述支撑杆 34长度方向排列并沿所述支撑杆 34径向 方向向外凸设的第一凸块 3611和第二凸块 3612, 所述第一凸块 3611和所述第二 凸块 3612上设有供所述拉杆 35贯穿的贯穿孔 3613, 所述抽拉机构 36还包括位于 所述第一凸块 3611和所述第二凸块 3612之间并固定于所述拉杆 35上的按钮 362。 本发明实施例中的按钮 362固定在拉杆 35上并且位于第一凸块 3611和第二凸块 36 12之间, 当需要将插销 32拉出吋, 可手动上拉按钮 362, 按钮 362带动拉杆 35向 上运动, 拔出插销 32; 当需要将插销 32插入吋, 下压按钮 362即可, 本发明实施 例提供的折叠滑板车通过将按钮 362设置于第一凸块 3611和第二凸块 3612之间, 以此限制插销 32上下运动的行程, 避免插销 32上拉过多, 而导致插销 32脱离通 孔 311, 使得插销 32无法再次插入。
[0035] 请参见图 5至图 6, 进一步地, 所述基座 361包括第一基座外壳 3615以及与所述 第一基座外壳 3615形状相同的第二基座外壳 3616, 所述第一基座外壳 3615和所 述第二基座外壳 3616相扣合固定, 所述支撑杆 34夹持于所述第一基座外壳 3615 和所述第二基座外壳 3616之间。 由于基座 361需要固定在支撑杆 34上, 现有中经 常会在支撑杆 34和基座 361上打孔, 并用螺钉或者螺栓将基座 361与支撑杆 34固 定, 这种方式由于要在支撑杆 34上打孔, 会影响支撑杆 34的强度, 严重吋会导 致支撑杆 34断裂, 影响行车安全, 本发明实施例中的基座 361由第一基座外壳 36 15和第二基座外壳 3616两部分构成, 第一基座外壳 3615和第二基座外壳 3616合 围在支撑杆 34的侧壁, 并且将支撑杆 34夹紧, 实现基座 361与支撑杆 34的固定, 这种固定方式, 安装方便、 可靠并且避免了在支撑杆 34上打孔, 保证了支撑杆 3 4的强度, 另外, 第一基座外壳 3615和第二基座外壳 3616形状相同, 可降低制造 成本。
[0036] 请参见图 5至图 6, 进一步地, 所述第一凸块 3611位于所述第二凸块 3612的上方 , 所述抽拉机构 36还包括一端抵持所述第一凸块 3611和另一端抵持所述按钮 362 的弹性件 363。 本发明实施例提供的折叠滑板车通过在第一凸块 3611与按钮 362 之间设置弹性件 363, 并且弹性件 363始终处于被压缩状态, 使得当在滑板车骑 行吋或者被折叠后, 插销 32在弹性件 363的按压下, 始终插设在第一销孔 62或第 二销孔 63中, 避免了由于震动等因素使得插销 32脱离第一销孔 62或第二销孔 63 , 造成安全隐患。 所述弹性件 363可以是弹簧、 扭簧、 弹片等只要能够将按钮 36 2弹性下压即可, 优选地, 本发明实施例提供的弹性件 363为套设在拉杆 35上的 弹簧。
[0037] 请参见图 3, 进一步地, 所述拉杆 35与所述插销 32铰接。 以保证拉杆 35在抽拉 插销 32吋, 插销 32更加顺畅的沿着通孔 311的长度方向运动, 有利于插销 32在第 一销孔 62及第二销孔 63之间切换。

[0039] 请参见图 2和图 6, 进一步地, 所述按钮 362底部向下凸设有卡勾 3621, 所述踏 板远离所述前轮 20的一端设有供所述卡勾 3621插入的插槽 51。 当滑板车和主轴 3 0合并后, 此吋卡勾 3621正好对准插槽 51, 为使插销 32插入第二销孔 63, 需使按 钮 362向下运动, 在插销 32插入第二销孔 63的过程中, 卡勾 3621也随之被插入插 槽 51, 从而将踏板 50与主轴 30保持合并状态, 本发明实施例提供的折叠滑板车 使得踏板 50和主轴 30合并后, 两端均有固定, 具体地, 一端为插销 32插入第二 销孔 63进行固定, 另一端为卡勾 3621插入插槽 51进行固定, 使得踏板 50与主轴 3 0合并后, 更加可靠。
[0040] 请参见图 3至图 4, 进一步地, 所述弧形连杆 60外壁设有沿其长度方向延伸的导 槽 61, 所述弧形导孔 31内壁设有向所述导槽 61凸设并插入所述导槽 61的凸缘 312 , 第一销孔 62和第二销孔 63设置在导槽 61内, 所述通孔 311贯穿所述凸缘 312, 所述凸缘 312为圆柱形。 当滑板车需要合并吋, 需将插销 32拔出第一销孔 62, 此 吋, 若无意间将主轴 30向远离踏板 50的方向推动吋, 会使得弧形连杆 60脱离弧 形导孔 31, 从而会导致主轴 30与踏板 50完全分离, 为了避免这种情况, 本发明 实施例提供的折叠滑板车通过在弧形连杆 60外壁设置导槽 61, 并且在弧形导孔 3 1内壁还凸出设置有插入导槽 61的凸缘 312, 当插销 32脱离第一销孔 62后, 若主 轴 30向远离踏板 50的方向运动, 所述凸缘 312会抵持在导槽 61内壁, 防止主轴 30 和踏板 50分离, 另外, 在主轴 30和踏板 50合并的过程中, 凸缘 312始终被保持在 导槽 61中, 并沿导槽 61的长度方向运动, 起到导向作用, 使得主轴 30和踏板 50 的合并更加顺畅。
[0041] 请参见图 3, 进一步地, 所述前轮基座 33包括固定于所述支撑杆 34底部的第一 支撑板 331以及固定于所述第一支撑板 331底面的第二支撑板 332, 所述第二支撑 板 332中央向下凹陷并与所述第一支撑板 331合围形成所述弧形导孔 31。 可以理 解的, 所述凸缘 312凸设在所述第一支撑板 331底面, 若弧形导孔 31形成于一体 成型的前轮基座 33上, 在滑板车组装吋, 可能会出现将弧形连杆 60插入弧形导 孔 31吋, 由于凸缘 312的阻挡, 无法插入, 凸缘 312更加不可能抵达导槽 61中, 因此, 本发明实施例提供的折叠滑板车利用第一支撑板 331和第二支撑板 332合 并的方式形成弧形导孔 31, 在安装吋, 先将弧形连杆 60置于第一支撑板 331下方 , 并且让凸缘 312插入导槽 61中, 此吋安装第二支撑板 332, 将弧形连杆 60夹持 在第一支撑板 331和第二支撑板 332之间, 完成安装。
[0042] 请参见图 4, 进一步地, 所述第一销孔 62内设有轴承 64, 所述轴承 64的外圈抵 持于所述第一销孔 62内壁, 所述轴承 64的内圈固定设置有供所述插销 32插入的 套筒 65。 由前述可知, 当插销 32插入第一销孔 62吋, 主轴 30在驱动前轮 20转向 吋, 插销 32充当转轴的作用, 因此, 本发明实施例提供的折叠滑板车通过在第 一销孔 62内设置轴承 64, 且在轴承 64的内圈固定有套筒 65, 插销 32插设在套筒 6 5内, 使得主轴 30绕插销 32旋转吋, 摩擦力大幅减小, 转向更加顺畅。
[0043] 请参见图 1至图 4, 进一步地, 所述弧形连杆 60的形状为四分之一圆弧。 本发明 实施例将弧形连杆 60设置为四分之一圆弧, 使得滑板车在行驶过程中, 踏板 50 能够保持水平, 并且, 使得弧形连杆 60整个长度在弧形导孔 31中穿行吋, 恰好 对应踏板 50与主轴 30的合并与展幵, 方便折叠。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种折叠滑板车, 包括车把、 前轮、 后轮、 上端连接所述车把和下端 连接所述前轮且用于控制所述前轮行驶方向的主轴、 一端连接所述主 轴和另一端向所述后轮延伸且连接所述后轮的踏板, 其特征在于, 所 述踏板靠近所述主轴的一端固定设置有沿所述前轮周向方向延伸的弧 形连杆, 所述主轴底部设有沿所述前轮周向方向延伸并且供所述弧形 连杆插入的弧形导孔, 所述弧形导孔侧壁设有通孔, 所述弧形连杆靠 近所述主轴的一端设有第一销孔和另一端设有第二销孔, 所述主轴底 部还设有贯穿所述通孔并插入所述第一销孔和所述第二销孔的插销, 所述插销于行驶过程中插设在所述第一销孔中并构成所述主轴和所述 前轮相对于所述弧形连杆旋转的转轴。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述主轴包括架设在 所述前轮两侧且设有所述弧形导孔的前轮基座、 一端固定于所述前轮 基座和另一端向上延伸的支撑杆、 一端连接所述插销和另一端向上延 伸并且用于拔插所述插销的拉杆以及固定于所述支撑杆上并且用于控 制所述拉杆上下运动以实现所述插销拔插的抽拉机构。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述抽拉机构包括固 定在所述支撑杆上的基座, 所述基座包括沿所述支撑杆长度方向排列 并沿所述支撑杆径向方向向外凸设的第一凸块和第二凸块, 所述第一 凸块和所述第二凸块上分别设有供所述拉杆贯穿的贯穿孔, 所述抽拉 机构还包括位于所述第一凸块和所述第二凸块之间并固定于所述拉杆 上的按钮。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述基座包括第一基 座外壳以及与所述第一基座外壳形状相同的第二基座外壳, 所述第一 基座外壳和所述第二基座外壳相扣合固定, 所述支撑杆夹持于所述第 一基座外壳和所述第二基座外壳之间。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 3所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述基座还包括位于 所述拉杆两侧并沿所述基座径向方向向外延伸的一对导向板, 所述按 钮位于两所述导向板之间。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 3所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述按钮底部向下凸 设有卡勾, 所述踏板远离所述前轮的一端设有供所述卡勾插入的插槽
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 3所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述第一凸块位于所 述第二凸块的上方, 所述抽拉机构还包括一端抵持所述第一凸块和另 一端抵持所述按钮的弹性件。

[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 2所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述弧形连杆外壁设 有沿其长度方向延伸的导槽, 所述弧形导孔内壁设有向所述导槽凸设 并插入所述导槽的凸缘, 所述第一销孔和所述第二销孔设置在所述导 槽内, 所述通孔贯穿所述凸缘设置。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 9所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述凸缘为圆柱形。
[权利要求 11] 如权利要求 9所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述前轮基座包括固 定于所述支撑杆底部的第一支撑板以及固定于所述第一支撑板底面的 第二支撑板, 所述第二支撑板中央向下凹陷并与所述第一支撑板合围 形成所述弧形导孔。
[权利要求 12] 如权利要求 1-11任意一项所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述第一 销孔内设有轴承, 所述轴承的外圈抵持于所述第一销孔内壁, 所述轴 承的内圈固定设置有供所述插销插入的套筒。
[权利要求 13] 如权利要求 1-11任意一项所述的折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述弧形 连杆的形状为四分之一圆弧。
