参阅图1,本申请一实施例提供一种三轮自行车100,包括车架10、两个第一车轮20及一个第二车轮30。第一车轮20与第二车轮30均安装于车架10上。具体地,两个第一车轮20同轴设置。在三轮自行车100的行走方向上,第二车轮30位于两个第一车轮20的同一侧。
一个具体实施方式中,两个第一车轮20作为三轮自行车100的前轮,第二车轮30作为三轮自行车100的后轮,即为当三轮自行车100行走时,第二车轮30位于第一车轮20的后方。另一个具体实施方式中,两个第一车轮20作为三轮自行车100的后轮,第二车轮30作为三轮自行车100的前轮,即为当三轮自行车100行走时,第二车轮30位于第一车轮20的前方。
车架10包括相互连接的第一架体11与第二架体12,第一车轮20安装于第一架体11上,第二车轮30安装于第二架体12上。
参阅图2,第一架体11包括第一主梁111及第一车叉112,第一车叉112与第一主梁111铰接,第一车轮20与第一车叉112连接。第二架体12包括相互连接的第二主梁121及第二车叉122,第二主梁121与第一主梁111连接,第二车轮30与第二车叉122连接。如此,由于第一车叉112与第一主梁111铰接,当三轮自行车100运动时,第一车叉112能够相对于第一主梁111转动,从而使得第一车轮20相对于第二车轮30转动,以便于三轮自行车100的转弯。
三轮自行车100还包括车箱40,车箱40安装于第一车叉112上,以便于其装载货物及搭载人。在三轮自行车处于展开状态时,车箱40的最低点低于第一车轮20的轴心位置。
这样,使得整个三轮自行车100的重心较低,以提高三轮自行车100的稳定性。
一实施例中,第一架体11还包括与第一主梁111连接的第一竖管113。参阅图2及图3,三轮自行车100还包括把手50,把手50安装于第一竖管113上。第二架体12还包括第二竖管123,三轮自行车100还包括车座60,车座60安装于第二竖管123上。这样,由于把手50安装于第一架体11,车座60安装于第二架体12上,骑行者坐在车座60上,手握把手50,以骑行三轮自行车100。而由于第一车轮20安装于第一架体11上,第二车轮30安装于第二架体12上,此时,第二车轮30作为三轮自行车100的后轮。
第一架体11还包括斜撑管114,斜撑管114斜支撑于第一主梁111与第一竖管113之间,以提高第一架体11的强度。具体地,斜撑管114设于第一竖管113靠近第二架体12的一侧。
一实施例中,三轮自行车100还包括折叠器70,折叠器70连接第一架体11与第二架体12,具体地,折叠器70连接第一主梁111与第二主梁121,第一架体11与第二架体12通过折叠器70折叠或展开。如此,三轮自行车100在使用时,第一架体11与第二架体12通过折叠器70展开,使三轮自行车100处于展开状态,以便于三轮自行车100正常使用。而当三轮自行车100不使用需要存放时,第一架体11与第二架体12通过折叠器70折叠,使三轮自行车100处于折叠状态,以便于三轮自行车100的存放。
参阅图2及图4,折叠器70包括第一接头71、第二接头72与手柄73,第一接头71与第一主梁111连接,第二接头72与第二主梁121连接。第一接头71与第二接头72铰接,手柄73与第一接头71或第二接头72铰接。折叠器70具有逼紧状态与分开状态。当折叠器70处于逼紧状态时,第一接头71与第二接头72贴近,手柄73锁紧第一接头71与第二接头72,此时,第一架体11与第二架体12展开。当折叠器70处于分开状态时,手柄73解锁第一接头71与第二接头72,第一接头71与第二接头72分离,此时,第一架体11与第二架体12折叠。
进一步,当三轮自行车100处于展开状态时,在第一主梁111的延伸方向上,第二主梁121设于第一主梁111的一端。参阅图5及图6,当三轮自行车100处于折叠状态时,第一主梁111与第二主梁121之间呈锐角设置,且第一主梁111的延伸方向与第一车轮20的轴线的延伸方向倾斜设置。这样,使得三轮自行车100的体积较小,相应地,减小了三轮自行车100所占据的空间,便于三轮自行车100的存放。
进一步,参阅图7,车箱40与第一架体11可拆卸连接,当三轮自行车100处于折叠状态时,三轮自行车100的其他部分能够收容于车箱40内。这样,便于三轮自行车100的存放。
一个具体实施例中,参阅图8及图9,当三轮自行车100处于折叠状态时,第二主梁121的延伸方向大致与第一车轮20的轴线的延伸方向平行。
参阅图2,三轮自行车100还包括装配于第一架体11或第二架体12上的万向轮组件80,其能够相对于车架10运动以在第一位置与第二位置之间切换。当万向轮组件80处于第一位置(参阅图2)时,两个第一车轮20与第二车轮30三者形成支撑三轮自行车100的第一支撑面。即为,当将三轮自行车100放置于地面时,万向轮组件80不会将第一车轮20及第二车轮30顶起。当万向轮组件80处于第二位置(参阅图10及图11)时,两个第一车轮20与万向轮组件80的万向轮81形成支撑三轮自行车100的第二支撑面。即为,当将三轮自行车100放置于地面时,万向轮组件80能够将第二车轮30顶起。
上述设置,当万向轮组件80处于第一位置时,两个第一车轮20与第二车轮30形成支撑于地面的第一支撑面,而万向轮组件80不与地面接触,其不会干扰三轮自行车100的正常行驶。当万向轮组件80处于第二位置时,两个第一车轮20与万向轮81形成支撑于地面的第二支撑面,此时第二车轮30被万向轮81顶起,在折叠或展开三轮自行车100时较为省力。同时,当三轮自行车100处于折叠状态时,由于万向轮81能够360°向各个方向运动,还可以借助万向轮81移动三轮自行车100,便于在折叠状态时移动三轮自行车100。
参阅图12及图13,第二架体12还包括连接管124及连接部125,连接管124与第二主梁121及第二竖管123均连接,连接部125与连接管124连接,万向轮组件80与连接部125铰接。设置连接管124与第二主梁121及第二竖管123均连接,能够提高万向轮组件80与第二架体12的连接强度。
可以想到的是,在另一些实施例中,也可以设置连接管124只与第二主梁121或第二竖管123连接。
三轮自行车100还包括铰接轴90,铰接轴90与第一架体11或第二架体12连接,具体地,铰接轴90与第二架体12的连接部125连接,具体地,铰接轴90穿设于连接部125。万向轮组件80通过铰接轴90与第一架体11或第二架体12铰接,具体地,万向轮组件80还包括连接轴82,万向轮81与连接轴82的一端连接,铰接轴90穿设于连接轴82的另一端。
万向轮组件80还包括轴套83及弹性件84,连接轴82的外表面凸设有限位凸起821,弹性件84及轴套83均套接于连接轴82外,弹性件84压缩设于轴套83与限位凸起821之间。当万向轮组件80处于第一位置与第二位置时,轴套83与连接部125抵接限位。
上述设置,当万向轮81处于第一位置与第二位置时,在弹性件84的作用下,轴套83
与连接部125抵接,如此,限制万向轮组件80在重力作用下从第一位置切换至第二位置,同时,限制在折叠或张开三轮自行车100的过程中,万向轮组件80从第二位置切换至第一位置。
一实施例中,弹性件84为弹簧。当然,在另一些实施例中,对于弹性件84的种类不作限定。
进一步,连接部125上设有第一限位面1251与第二限位面1252。当万向轮组件80处于第一位置时,轴套83远离弹性件84的端面与第一限位面1251抵接,限制万向轮组件80由第一位置切换至第二位置;当万向轮组件80处于第二位置时,轴套83远离弹性件84的端面与第二限位面1252抵接,限制万向轮组件80由第二位置切换至第一位置。这样,通过面面抵接,以增强限位效果。
一实施例中,把手50转动设于第一竖管113上,这样,当折叠三轮自行车100时,能够将把手50转动到合适的位置,以进一步减小三轮自行车100在折叠时所占用的空间。
进一步,参阅图2,三轮自行车100还包括快拆110,快拆110与第一竖管113连接且相对于第一竖管113能够在第一状态与第二状态之间切换。在快拆110处于第一状态时,快拆110允许把手50相对于第一竖管113运动;在快拆110处于第二状态时,快拆110限制把手50相对于第一竖管113运动。快拆110的设置,以便于在骑行时将把手50锁死,而安全骑行;而当三轮自行车100需要在折叠状态与展开状态之间切换时,快拆110处于第一状态,以便于把手50相对于第一竖管113运动。
把手50包括相互连接的套管51及把体52,套管51与第一竖管113套接。在快拆110处于第一状态时,快拆110允许套管51相对于第一竖管113运动;在快拆110处于第二状态时,快拆110限制套管51相对于第一竖管113运动。具体地,在快拆110处于第一状态时,快拆110允许套管51相对于第一竖管113转动及轴向运动;在处于第二状态时,快拆110限制套管51相对于第一竖管113转动及轴向运动。
一个实施例中,三轮自行车100还包括电机系统120,电机系统120安装于第二竖管123与第二主梁121形成的安装空间内,如此,能够实现人力骑行和电机助动一体化。
本申请实施例提供的三轮自行车100,工作原理如下:
从展开状态切换至折叠状态时:操作万向轮组件80使其由第一位置切换至第二位置,万向轮组件80将第二车轮30顶起,第一车轮20与万向轮81形成第二支撑面。操作手柄73,解锁第一接头71与第二接头72。在万向轮81的助力下,完成第一架体11与第二架体12的折叠。操作车箱40,带动第二车叉122相对于第一主梁111转动,第二主梁121与第一车轮20的轴线大致平行。操作快拆110,使把手50相对于第一竖管113转动及轴
向运动,以使把手50转动至合适角度,且套管51缩至第一竖管113内。
折叠状态切换至展开状态时:操作快拆110,使把手50相对于第一竖管113转动及轴向运动,把手50复位,且套管51伸出第一竖管113。操作车箱40,带动第二车叉122相对于第一主梁111转动复位。万向轮组件80仍处于第二位置,万向轮组件80将第二车轮30顶起,在万向轮81的助力下,第一架体11与第二架体12展开。操作手柄73,锁定第一接头71与第二接头72。

- 一种三轮自行车,其特征在于,包括:车架(10),所述车架(10)包括相互连接的第一架体(11)与第二架体(12);折叠器(70),所述折叠器(70)连接所述第一架体(11)与所述第二架体(12),所述第一架体(11)与所述第二架体(12)通过所述折叠器(70)折叠或展开;第一车轮(20),两个所述第一车轮(20)装配于所述第一架体(11)上;第二车轮(30),一个所述第二车轮(30)装配于所述第二架体(12)上;以及万向轮组件(80),所述万向轮组件(80)装配于所述车架(10)上,能够相对于所述车架(10)运动以在第一位置与第二位置之间切换,所述万向轮组件(80)包括万向轮(81);当所述万向轮组件(80)处于所述第一位置时,两个所述第一车轮(20)与所述第二车轮(30)三者形成支撑所述三轮自行车的第一支撑面,当所述万向轮组件(80)处于所述第二位置时,两个所述第一车轮(20)与所述万向轮(81)三者形成支撑所述三轮自行车的第二支撑面。

- 根据权利要求1所述的三轮自行车,其特征在于,所述第一架体(11)包括第一主梁(111)及第一车叉(112),所述第一车叉(112)与所述第一主梁(111)铰接,所述第一车轮(20)与所述第一车叉(112)连接;所述第二架体(12)包括相互连接的第二主梁(121)及第二车叉(122),所述第二车轮(30)与所述第二车叉(122)连接;所述折叠器(70)连接所述第一主梁(111)与所述第二主梁(121)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的三轮自行车,其特征在于,所述折叠器(70)包括第一接头(71)、第二接头(72)与手柄(73),所述第一接头(71)与所述第二接头(72)铰接,所述手柄(73)与所述第一接头(71)或所述第二接头(72)铰接,所述第一接头(71)与所述第一主梁(111)连接,所述第二接头(72)与所述第二主梁(121)连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的三轮自行车,其特征在于,当所述三轮自行车(100)处于折叠状态时,所述第二主梁(121)的延伸方向大致与所述第一车轮(20)的轴线的延伸方向平行。
- 根据权利要求11所述的三轮自行车,其特征在于,所述第一架体(11)还包括第一竖管(113)和斜撑管(114),所述第一竖管(113)与所述第一主梁(111)连接,所述斜撑管(114)斜支撑于所述第一主梁(111)与所述第一竖管(113)之间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的三轮自行车,其特征在于,所述第二架体(12)还包括第二竖管(123),所述第二竖管(123)与所述第二主梁(121)连接;所述三轮自行车(100)还包括电机系统(120),所述电机系统(120)安装于所述第二竖管(123)与所述第二主梁(121)形成的安装空间内。
