본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 제1 몸체를 제2 몸체로부터 회동 또는 착탈 가능하도록 배치되는 힌지부재는, 상기 제1 몸체의 적어도 일 영역에 구비되는 제1 자석; 및 상기 제1 자석과 대면하는 상기 제2 몸체에 구비되는 제2 자석;을 포함하며, 상기 제1 자석 및 제2 자석은 대면하는 영역에 서로 상이한 극성을 띠도록 배치되어, 상호 인력이 작용되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
구체적으로, 상기 제1 자석은, 상기 제1 몸체의 마주하는 측면의 적어도 일측 끝단에 각각 구비되어, 상기 한 쌍의 제1 자석 간을 연결하는 축에 의해 상기 제1 몸체가 상기 제2 몸체로부터 회동될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 힌지부재 및 이를 구비하는 용기는, 본체와 커버가 연결되는 힌지부재로 자석을 이용함으로써, 필요에 따라 본체와 커버를 여닫이 구조 또는 착탈 구조로 선택적으로 이용할 수 있어 사용 편의성이 증대될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 힌지부재 및 이를 구비하는 용기는, 본체와 커버가 대면하는 다양한 위치에 자석을 배치하여 본체로부터 커버를 다양한 방향으로 여닫을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 방향에 관계 없이 착탈 가능함으로써, 화장품 용기에 적용되는 경우 본체의 내용물이 한 방향으로만 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 힌지부재를 구비하는 용기를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 용기에서 본체로부터 커버가 분리된 상태를 나타내는 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 힌지부재를 이루는 자석을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 힌지부재(30)는 화장품 용기(100)에 적용될 수 있다. 이러한 힌지부재(30)는 제1 몸체를 제2 몸체로부터 회동 또는 착탈 가능하도록 제1 몸체 및 제2 몸체의 대면하는 영역에 각각 배치될 수 있다. 이때, 힌지부재(30)는 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32)을 포함할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에서 제1 몸체는 커버(20)일 수 있고, 제2 몸체는 본체(10)일 수 있다.
커버(20)는 본체(10)의 공간을 개폐하기 위한 것으로, 적어도 한 쌍의 제1 측면(21) 및 제2 측면(22)이 마주하도록 구비될 수 있으며, 예를 들면 일정 두께를 갖는 육면체 형상일 수 있다. 그리고, 본체(10)는 커버(20)의 하부에 위치되며 내용물이 수납되는 베이스부(11)와, 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 제1 측면(21) 및 제2 측면(22)을 감싸도록 베이스부(11)로부터 연장된 연장부(12)를 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 본체(10)의 베이스부(11)와 연장부(12)의 한 쌍의 제1 내측면(14) 및 제2 내측면(15)에 의해 형성되는 공간에 커버(20)가 안착되는 안착부(13)가 구비될 수 있다. 이때, 본체(10)의 안착부(13)와 대면하는 커버(20)의 면에는 거울(24, 도 4(A) 참조)이 부착될 수 있다.
여기서, 본체(10) 및 커버(20)의 형상은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본체(10)와 커버(20)가 대면하는 위치에 자석으로 형성된 힌지부재(30)를 적용할 수 있는 다양한 형상으로 형성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
힌지부재(30)는 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 제1 측면(21) 및 제2 측면(22)의 내부 일 영역에 배치된 제1 자석(31)과, 제1 자석(31)과 대면하는 본체(10)의 연장부(12) 내부에 배치된 제2 자석(32)을 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 제2 자석(32)은 연장부(12)의 제1 내측면(14) 및 제2 내측면(15)의 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 여기서, 힌지부재(30)를 이루는 제1 자석(31) 및 제2 자석(32)은 각각 N극과 S극이 겹쳐질 수 있으며, 커버(20) 및 본체(10)의 대면하는 영역에 서로 상이한 극성을 띠도록 배치되어, 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32) 간에 인력이 작용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에서 힌지부재(30)는 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 각 일측 끝단 및 이와 대면하는 본체(10)의 연장부(12)의 제1 내측면(14) 및 제2 내측면(15)에 구비될 수 있다. 이와 더불어, 힌지부재(30)는 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 타측 끝단 및 이와 대면하는 본체(10)의 연장부(12)의 제1 내측면(14) 및 제2 내측면(15)에 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 일측 끝단 또는 타측 끝단을 잇는 선을 힌지축(40, 도 4(A) 참조)으로 하여 커버(20)가 본체(10)로부터 회동될 수 있다.
즉, 하나의 힌지부재(30)를 이루는 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32)은 상이한 극성이 마주하도록 배치되어 상호 인력이 작용되므로, 별도의 힘을 가하지 않는 경우 본체(10)의 안착부(13)에 커버(20)가 안착된 상태를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 일측 끝단에 각각 배치된 제1 자석(31)은 일정 간격 이격되어 있지만, 서로 대면하는 면이 동일한 극성을 띠도록 배치될 수 있다. 이에 의해 하나의 힌지축(40)을 형성하는 2개의 제1 자석(31) 간에는 상호 척력이 작용될 수 있다.
이때, 도 3을 참조하여 제1 자석(31)을 살펴보면, 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)과 나란한 방향의 단면 형상이 직사각형으로 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 제1 자석(31)은 N극과 S극을 띠는 일정 두께를 갖는 2개의 판 형상이 겹쳐져서 구비될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 자석(31)의 높이(L1)는 직사각형으로 형성된 N극과 S극의 단변(L2) 및 장변(L3)보다 짧게 형성될 수 있다.
이와 같이 형성된 제1 자석(31)은 장변(L3)이 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 길이 방향을 따라 배치될 수 있다. 그리고, 제2 자석(32)도 제1 자석(31)과 대응되는 형상으로 형성되어, 본체(10)에 배치될 수 있다. 여기서, 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32)이 서로 상이한 극성이 마주하도록 배치되기는 하지만, 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32)이 각각의 변의 길이가 상이하게 형성됨으로써, 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 회동시킬 때 길이가 긴 변의 방향으로 더 큰 인력이 작용되도록 할 수 있다. 이에 의해 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)가 회동되는 동작이 보다 자연스럽게 작동될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 자석으로 이루어진 힌지부재(30)는 커버(20)가 본체(10)로부터 회동되거나, 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 착탈 가능하도록 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 힌지부재(30)는 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)에 대한 일측 끝단 또는 타측 끝단에 각각 형성되어, 방향에 상관 없이 본체10)로부터 커버(20)를 여닫을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 완전히 분리 가능하다.
일반적인 힌지부재의 경우 본체로부터 커버를 착탈하는 것이 불가능하지만, 다양한 제품에서 착탈이 가능한 힌지부재를 필요로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 기존에 자석을 이용하여 힌지부재의 역할을 수행하는 구조가 있었지만, 통상의 화장품 용기의 경우 거울이 커버 내측면에 위치되기 때문에 거울만 필요한 경우에는 편리했지만, 화장을 하는 경우에는 본체와 커버가 분리되어 있어 화장하기 불편하다는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 따라 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기(100)에 자석을 이용한 힌지부재(30)를 적용함에 의해 필요에 따라 여닫이 구조로 사용하거나, 커버(20)를 본체(10)로부터 완전히 분리하여 사용할 수 있다. 여기서, 커버(20)가 본체(10)로부터 분리된 경우 커버(20)를 손거울로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 힌지부재(30)는 기본적으로 180도 위상차로 2개의 영역에 배치되며, 여러 각도에 복수개 설치하여 힌지부재(30)가 적용된 다양한 방향으로 여닫거나 착탈할 수 있다. 즉, 힌지부재(30)를 커버(20)의 각 일측 끝단 및 타측 끝단에 배치함으로써, 커버(20)를 2개의 방향으로 여닫을 수 있음으로써, 화장품 용기(100)에 수납된 내용물이 한 방향으로만 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에서 힌지부재(30)를 구성하는 제1 자석(31) 및 제2 자석(32)의 형상, 개수 및 설치 위치 등은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 다양하게 형성될 수 있다.
이러한 힌지부재(30)는 본 발명에 적용된 화장품 용기(100)뿐만 아니라, 힌지부재(30)가 적용되는 다양한 구조에 모두 활용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 변기에 본 발명에 따른 힌지부재(30)를 적용하는 경우, 힌지부재가 위치된 부분을 분리하여 청소할 수 있음으로써, 보다 용이하게 청소할 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 본 발명에 따른 힌지부재(30)는 수저함이나 반찬용기 등의 주방용기, 보석함, 안경 또는 칫솔 등이 수납되는 휴대용 케이스, 벽걸이 용품, 비데 및 휴지걸이 등에 적용될 수 있다. 그리고, 힌지부재(30)를 자동차 선바이저에 적용하여 원하는 위치에 부착할 수 있으며, 유아용 또는 학습교재 등의 책에도 적용하여 페이지를 원하는대로 변경할 수 있다.
또한, 핸드폰 케이스에 지갑 또는 명함케이스 등을 착탈할 수 있으며, 안경의 다리에 적용하여 청소가 가능하도록 할 수 있으며, 충격 시 부러지지 않고 다리가 분리되도록 구성할 수 있다. 게다가, 안전 잠금 장치 해제 시 쉽게 탈부착 가능하도록 문, 창문 및 가구 등에 적용되어 청소 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 더욱이, 본 발명에 따른 힌지부재(30)가 적용된 용기와 커버를 분리하여 각각 다른 용도로 사용할 수도 있다. 이처럼 상기에서 언급한 구조 외에도 기타 회전식 여닫이 구조에 적용 가능함은 물론이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 용기의 커버가 일측 힌지축을 중심으로 회전되는 과정을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버(20)는 본체(10)와 별도의 연결부 없이 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32)의 인력 및 척력을 이용하여 힌지부재(30)의 기능을 할 수 있도록 작동될 수 있다.
제1 자석(31)은 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 일측 끝단 및 타측 끝단에 배치될 수 있으며, 제2 자석(32)은 제1 자석(31)과 대면하는 본체(10)의 연장부(12)의 제1 내측면(14) 및 제2 내측면(15)에 배치될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32)은 대면하는 영역에 서로 상이한 극성을 띠도록 배치될 수 있다.
커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 일측 끝단에 배치된 제1 자석(31)은 일정 두께를 갖는 직사각형의 N극과 S극이 겹쳐져 있으며, 제1 측면(21) 및 제2 측면(22)에서 S극이 외측에 위치되고, N극이 내측에 위치될 수 있다. 그리고, 제1 자석(31)과 대면하는 영역에 배치된 제2 자석(32)은 연장부(12)의 제1 내측면(14) 및 제2 내측면(15)에서 N극이 외측에 위치되고, S극이 내측에 위치될 수 있다.
여기서, 제1 자석(31) 및 제2 자석(32)에서 N극 및 S극의 배치 방향은 상기 실시예에 한정되지 않으며, 커버(20)와 본체(10) 간의 대면하는 영역에 인력이 작용되도록 제1 자석(31) 및 제2 자석(32)에서 N극 및 S극의 배치 방향은 다양하게 형성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
이와 같은 제1 자석(31) 및 제2 자석(32)은 커버(20)의 측면과 나란한 방향의 단면 형상이 직사각형으로 형성되며, 장변이 상기 측면의 길이 방향을 따라 배치될 수 있다. 이러한 힌지부재(30)는 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 일측 끝단 또는 타측 끝단을 잇는 선을 힌지축(40)으로 하여 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)가 회동될 수 있다.
이때, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제1 자석(31) 및 제2 자석(32)은 직사각형 형상을 띠므로, 변의 길이가 긴 방향으로 만났을 때 더 강하게 붙으려는 성질을 이용하여 커버(20)를 보다 용이하게 회동시킬 수 있다. 즉, 커버(20)를 힌지축(40)을 기준으로 90도보다 작게 회동시키면 의도적으로 커버(20)를 닫지 않아도 커버(20)가 닫혀지게 되고, 90도보다 크게 회동시키면 의도적으로 커버(20)를 개방하지 않아도 커버(20)가 힌지축(40)을 기준으로 처음보다 180도 회전된 상태로 개방될 수 있다.
도 4(A)와 같이, 커버(20)가 본체(10)에 안착된 상태에서 힌지축(40)을 기준으로 커버(20)를 회동시켜서 개방하는 경우, 도 4(B)에서 보는 바와 같이 커버(20)가 본체(10)에 대하여 90도를 이루는 지점을 지나게 된다. 그리고, 90도 이상으로 커버(20)를 회동시키면 도 4(C)와 같이, 제1 자석(31)과 제2 자석(32)이 더 큰 면적의 방향으로 인력이 발생되면서 자연스럽게 커버(20)가 180도만큼 회동될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는 보관 시에 커버(20)의 거울(24)이 위치된 면이 본체(10)를 향하도록 커버(20)가 본체(10)의 안착부(13)에 안착될 수 있다. 그리고, 화장을 위하여 커버(20)를 회동시키는 경우에는 힌지축(40)을 기준으로 커버(20)가 180도 회전된 상태로 본체(10)에 부착된 상태를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 거울(24)만을 보고자 하는 경우에는 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 완전하게 분리시킬 수 있다.
이때, 커버(20)는 본체(10)로부터 회동되는 2개의 힌지축(40)을 선택적으로 이용하여 다양한 방향으로 여닫을 수 있으며, 원하는 경우 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 분리시킬 수도 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 용기의 커버가 일측 힌지축을 중심으로 회전되는 과정을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(200)는 일 실시예와 마찬가지로 본체(10), 커버(20) 및 이들을 회동 또는 착탈시킬 수 있는 힌지부재(50)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 5에서는 본 발명의 일 실시예와 동일한 구성에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
힌지부재(50)는 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 일측 끝단 및 타측 끝단에 배치된 제1 자석(51)과, 제1 자석(51)과 대면하는 본체(10)의 연장부(12)의 제1 내측면(14) 및 제2 내측면(15)에 배치된 제2 자석(52)을 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 힌지부재(50)를 이루는 제1 자석(51) 및 제2 자석(52)은 각각 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)과 나란한 방향의 단면 형상이 십자 형상으로 형성될 수 있으며, 교차되는 선 중 하나가 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 길이 방향을 따라 배치될 수 있다.
이때, 십자 형상의 제1 자석(51) 및 제2 자석(52)은 교차되는 선의 길이가 동일하게 형성될 수 있으며, 이에 의해 커버(20)와 본체(10)가 90도의 각도를 이루며 개방되거나 폐쇄되도록 할 수 있다. 즉, 이러한 힌지부재(50)는 커버(20)의 한 쌍의 측면(23)의 일측 끝단 또는 타측 끝단을 잇는 선을 힌지축(40)으로 하여 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)가 회동될 수 있다.
이때, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 제1 자석(51) 및 제2 자석(52)은 십자 형상을 띠므로, 제1 자석(51) 및 제2 자석(52)의 교차되는 선이 겹쳐질 때 더 강하게 붙으려는 성질을 이용하여 커버(20)를 보다 용이하게 회동시킬 수 있다. 즉, 커버(20)를 힌지축(60)을 기준으로 45도보다 작게 회동시키면 의도적으로 커버(20)를 닫지 않아도 커버(20)가 닫혀지게 되고, 45도보다 크게 회동시키면 의도적으로 커버(20)를 개방하지 않아도 커버(20)가 힌지축(60)을 기준으로 처음보다 90도 회전된 상태로 개방될 수 있다.
도 5(A)와 같이, 커버(20)가 본체(10)에 안착된 상태에서 힌지축(60)을 기준으로 커버(20)를 회동시켜서 개방하는 경우, 커버(20)가 본체(10)에 대하여 45도를 이루는 지점을 지나게 된다(도 5(B)). 이후, 45도 이상으로 커버(20)를 회동시키면 도 5(C)에서 보는 것과 같이, 제1 자석(51)과 제2 자석(52)이 십자 형상의 교차되는 선의 방향으로 인력이 발생되면서 자연스럽게 커버(20)가 90도만큼 회동될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(200)는 보관 시에 일 실시예와 동일한 상태를 유지하며, 화장을 위하여 커버(20)를 회동시키는 경우에는 힌지축(60)을 기준으로 커버(20)가 90도 회전된 상태로 본체(10)에 부착된 상태를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(200) 역시 거울(24)만을 보고자 하는 경우에는 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 완전하게 분리시켜서 사용할 수 있다.
앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 커버(20)는 본체(10)로부터 회동되는 2개의 힌지축(60)을 선택적으로 이용하여 다양한 방향으로 여닫을 수 있으며, 원하는 경우 본체(10)로부터 커버(20)를 분리시킬 수도 있다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 상기에서 설명한 실시예로 한정되지 않으며, 상기 실시예들의 조합 또는 상기 실시예 중 적어도 어느 하나와 공지 기술의 조합을 또 다른 실시예로서 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다.

    상기 본체의 공간을 개폐하는 커버; 및
    상기 커버 및 본체의 대면하는 적어도 일 영역에 각각 구비되는 한 쌍의 힌지부재;를 포함하며,
    상기 힌지부재는, 상기 커버가 상기 본체로부터 회동되거나, 상기 본체로부터 상기 커버를 착탈 가능하도록 배치된 자석인 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지부재를 구비하는 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 힌지부재는,

  8. 제1 몸체를 제2 몸체로부터 회동 또는 착탈 가능하도록 배치되는 힌지부재에 있어서,
    상기 제1 몸체의 적어도 일 영역에 구비되는 제1 자석; 및
    상기 제1 자석과 대면하는 상기 제2 몸체에 구비되는 제2 자석;을 포함하며,
    상기 제1 자석 및 제2 자석은 대면하는 영역에 서로 상이한 극성을 띠도록 배치되어, 상호 인력이 작용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지부재.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 자석은,
    상기 제1 몸체의 마주하는 측면의 적어도 일측 끝단에 각각 구비되어, 상기 한 쌍의 제1 자석 간을 연결하는 축에 의해 상기 제1 몸체가 상기 제2 몸체로부터 회동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지부재.
