화장도구 내장형 콤팩트 화장용기
본 고안은 화장도구 내장형 콤팩트 화장용기에 관한 것으로, 특히 화장도구의 하우징 바닥에 화장도구를 수납시키는 공간부를 마련하고, 동시에 화장재료를 탑재하는 내부 케이스가 덮개의 유동에 상응하여 유동하면서 일정각도로 경사지게 배치되도록함으로서 화장도구의 삽입 공간부의 창출과 더불어 내부 케이스의 경사진 배열이 가능하여 화장품 이용효율을 극대화하고 디스플레이 효과를 극대화시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장도구 내장형 콤팩트 화장용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 콤팩트 케이스는 그 형상과 모양, 그리고 뚜껑의 개폐구조 등에 따라서 다양하게 널리 사용되고 있으며, 가장 보편적이고도 널리 알려진 콤팩트 케이스는 사각 또는 원형으로 구성되어 있음과 동시에 이의 내부에는 화장품과 퍼프 등의 화장용구가 수납되는 한쌍의 수납홈을 갖추어 구성되어 있는 것이다. 또한 이들은 대체적으로 후방의 힌지를 지지점으로 뚜껑이 전방에서 후방을 향해 수직방향으로 열고 닫히는 구성으로 되어 있는 것이었다.
그러나, 지금까지 알려져 사용되고 있는 종래의 일반적인 콤팩트 케이스는 그 뚜껑이 힌지를 지지점으로 단순하게 수직방향으로 개폐 작동되도록 구성되어 있음으로써 소비자들이 콤팩트를 사용시 쉽게 식상하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 본 고안 출원인은 실용신안등록 제20-0393233호, 제20-0393234호, 제20-0393235, 제20-0393380호로 내용물 케이스와 외부 케이스의 슬라이드 구조 및 힌지구조, 전개각 고정구조를 복합적으로 갖는 콤팩트 케이스와 실용신안등록출원 제2005-29249호, 제2005-30332호로 케이스 본체로부터 뚜껑이 슬라이딩 개폐되는 콤팩트 용기를 착안하여 등록받은 바 있다.
상기한 콤팩트 케이스 중 제20-0393233호, 제20-0393234호, 제20-0393235호, 제20-039338호의 콤팩트 케이스는, 화장료가 수용되면 양측면에 가이드 홈이 형성된 화장료 보관함과, 외부에 거울이 부착되고 내부 양측 벽면에 가이드 홈과 소정 형상의 가이드 돌기가 구비되며, 화장솔과 같은 화장도구 보관함이 슬라이딩 방식으로 출몰되도록 일측 벽면이 개방된 케이스로 구성된다.
상기의 선등록 콤팩트 케이스는 별도의 거울을 휴대할 필요없이 언제라도 사용자의 얼굴을 비춰볼 수 있으며, 화장시에는 케이스를 화장료 보관함에 대해 슬라이딩 방식으로 잡아당기므로 케이스가 화장료 보관함에 대해 소정의 각도로 세워질 수 있으므로 사용자는 케이스의 외부에 부착된 거울을 보면서 화장 할 수 있다.
그러나, 이러한 구조들은 화장붓이나 펜슬을 별도로 수납하기 곤란한 구조들이어서 화장품 사용에 불편함이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결코자 하는 것으로, 화장품을 사용하기 위해 덮개를 개방하는 동작에 의해서 화장재료용 케이스가 유동되도록하고, 상기 화장재료용 케이스와 외부 케이스 사이에 화장도구를 수납하여 화장재료용 케이스가 유동되는 동작에 의해서 화장도구가 외부로 들어나도록 구성함으로서 콤팩트형 화장품 사용이 보다 편리하게 진행될 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로,
본 고안은 내측에 화장도구 및 화장재료 용기를 실장할 수 있는 공간부를 형성하고 상부가 오픈된 입체형 구조로 이루어지는 하부 하우징(10)과; 상기 하부 하우징(10)의 내측 바닥면에 설치되는 레일(20)과; 상기 하부 하우징(10)의 내측에 설치하되 상부에 화장재료를 담을 수 있는 공간부를 갖도록 구성하며, 상기 레일(20)을 따라 유동하도록 구성된 내부 케이스(30)와; 상기 하부 하우징(10)과 제 3 힌지부(41)로 결합되고, 이와 동시에 링크(42)를 통하여 내부 케이스(30)와 힌지 결합되며, 하부 하우징(10)의 상부를 덮도록 구성되는 상부 덮개(40)를 포함하여 구성함이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 내부 케이스(30)는, 상기 레일(20)과 결합되는 제 1 힌지부(31)를 구비하고, 상기 내부 케이스와 결합되는 제 2 힌지부(32)를 구비하여 이루어진 것이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 레일은 단면이 디긋자 형태인 C자형 패널을 쌍으로 2개 구비하여 하부 하우징(10)의 바닥면에 결합하여 구성한 것이 특징이다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 화장품을 사용하기 위해 덮개를 개방하는 동작에 의해서 화장재료용 케이스가 유동되도록하고, 상기 화장재료용 케이스와 외부 케이스 사이에 화장도구를 수납하여 화장재료용 케이스가 유동되는 동작에 의해서 화장도구가 외부로 들어나도록 구성함으로서 콤팩트형 화장품 사용이 보다 편리하게 진행되는 효과가 있다.

본 고안의 구성요소는 크게 하부 하우징(10)과, 레일(20)과, 내부 케이스(30)와, 상부 덮개(40)로 이루어진다.
상기 하부 하우징(10)은 내측에 화장도구 및 화장재료 용기를 실장할 수 있는 공간부를 형성하고 상부가 오픈된 입체형 구조로 이루어진다.
상기 레일(20)은 하부 하우징(10)의 내측 바닥면에 설치된다. 본 고안의 실시예에서는 단면이 디긋자 형태인 C자형 패널을 쌍으로 2개 구비하여 하부 하우징(10)의 바닥면에 결합하여 구성하였다.

본 고안의 구성요소는 크게 하부 하우징(10)과, 레일(20)과, 내부 케이스(30)와, 상부 덮개(40)로 이루어지고, 상기 내부 케이스(30)의 하부에는 제 1 힌지부(31) 및 제 2 힌지부(32)가 구성되고, 상기 상부 덮개(40)의 일측에는 제 3 힌지부(41)와 링크(42)가 설치되어 이루어진다.
이때, 본 고안은 상부 덮개(40)와 하부 하우징(10)이 제 3 힌지부(41)를 통해 조립된 상태여서 상기 상부 덮개(40)를 닫으면 하부 하우징(10)이 폐쇄되고, 상부 덮개(40)를 열면 하부 하우징(10)의 공간부가 외부로 들어나는 구조이다.
그리고, 본 고안에 사용되는 화장도구는 하부 하우징(10)의 공간부에 미리 탑재된 상태이고, 상기 화장도구(1) 상부로 내부 케이스(30)가 실장되어 있다.
이상태에서 사용자가 상부 덮개(40)를 개방하게 되면 상부 덮개(40)가 제 3 힌지부(41)를 중심으로 반시계방향으로 움직이면서 서서히 개방된다.
그러면, 상기 상부 덮개(40)의 제 3 힌지부(41)를 통해 연결되는 링크(42)가 움직이게 되고, 상기 링크(42)의 움직임에 따라 제 2 힌지부(32)가 움직이면서 내부 케이스(30)가 좌측으로 움직임과 동시에 들어올려지게 된다.
이때, 내부 케이스(30)의 다른 일측은 제 1 힌지부(31)가 레일(20)에 슬라이딩 결합되는 상태이기 때문에 상기 레일(20)을 따라 힌지부(31)가 유동하게 된다.
즉, 본 고안에서 상부 덮개(40)를 움직이게 되면 내부 케이스(30)가 경사지게 들어올려지게 되며, 상기 내부 케이스(30)가 들어 올려짐으로서 하부 하우징(10)의 공간부에 탑재된 화장도구(1)가 들어나게 되어 사용자는 상기 화장도구(1)를 이용하여 화장을 한다.
그리고, 화장이 모두 마무리되어 상부 덮개(40)를 닫게 되면 링크(42)가 제 3 힌지부(41)를 중심으로 회전운동하면서 내부 케이스(30)를 일방향으로 밀치게 되고, 이에 따라 내부 케이스(30)의 제 3 힌지부(41)가 레일(20)을 따라 유동하면서 하부 하우징(10)의 공간부로 원위치되어 돌아간다.
그러면, 하부 하우징(10)의 공간부에 탑재되는 화장도구(1)의 상부를 덮으면서 결합되고 동시에 상부 덮개(40)가 하부 하우징(10)을 덮게 된다.
이에 따라 하부 하우징(10)의 공간부에 존재하는 화장도구(1)는 내부 케이스(30)에 의해서 폐쇄되므로 달그락 거리지 않고 고정상태를 유지하게 된다.
결국, 본 고안은 상부 덮개(40)를 유동하는 동작에 의해서 화장도구(1)가 들어나거나 폐쇄되게 되어 보다 화장도구를 별도로 구비할 필요가 없으며, 화장재료를 사용할 시에도 경사진 상태로 사용하므로 퍼프 또는 화장솔로 화장을 뭍히는 작업이 용이하여 보다 편리하게 화장할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 내측에 화장도구 및 화장재료 용기를 실장할 수 있는 공간부를 형성하고 상부가 오픈된 입체형 구조로 이루어지는 하부 하우징(10)과;
    상기 하부 하우징(10)의 내측 바닥면에 설치되는 레일(20)과;
    상기 하부 하우징(10)의 내측에 설치하되 상부에 화장재료를 담을 수 있는 공간부를 갖도록 구성하며, 상기 레일(20)을 따라 유동하도록 구성된 내부 케이스(30)와;
    상기 하부 하우징(10)과 제 3 힌지부(41)로 결합되고, 이와 동시에 링크(42)를 통하여 내부 케이스(30)와 힌지 결합되며, 하부 하우징(10)의 상부를 덮도록 구성되는 상부 덮개(40)를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 화장도구 내장형 콤팩트 화장용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 케이스(30)는,
    상기 레일(20)과 결합되는 제 1 힌지부(31)를 구비하고,
    상기 내부 케이스와 결합되는 제 2 힌지부(32)를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화장도구 내장형 콤팩트 화장용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 레일은 단면이 디긋자 형태인 C자형 패널을 쌍으로 2개 구비하여 하부 하우징(10)의 바닥면에 결합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장도구 내장형 콤팩트 화장용기.
