目前的空气炸锅,基本采用电热管加热空气,利用涡轮风扇吹动加热后的空气,来实现热风的流动,空气流动时,自然就对加入的食用油或者由食物内炸出的油也同时进行了加热,使其变为油雾,空气带动着油雾循环,进行食物的炸制。但是普遍存在以下问题:1、使用时间久了,经常会出现锅底漏液或上部溢液的现象;2、搅拌装置一体式固定于外盖或者内锅上,不能对搅拌装置进行拆卸,在清洗锅内部件的时候,尤其不便,清洗困难,难免有部分食材未经搅拌而导致局部烧焦,从而影响了食物的口感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述的不足之处,进而提供一种能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,使用寿命较长,解决了现有技术中经常会出现锅底漏液或上部溢液的现象,避免了有部分食材未经搅拌而导致局部烧焦从而影响了食物的口感等情况的发生,清洗方便,实用性较强。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

加热装置4为发热管,它具有热效率高、使用寿命长、机械强度高、安装方便和成本低廉等特点。发热管为多折弯曲的不锈钢发热管,其两端在定位槽32通过两个螺钉进行固定,其余部分的发热管通过卡槽33卡接式进行固定,这种固定方式稳定可靠,提高空间有效利用率。
更进一步地,还设置侧壁凸块61和锅胆凸块62,侧壁凸块61设置于内锅6的内侧,锅胆凸块62设置于内锅6的底面上,锅胆凸块62的数量为若干个。
通过在内锅6上设置侧壁凸块61和锅胆凸块62,当空气炸锅中的搅拌装置进行搅拌工作时,搅拌器73的搅拌桨734以搅拌轴733为中心轴转动,食物在内锅6内被搅拌桨734推动,并绕搅拌轴733进行转动。当食物经过侧壁凸块61和锅胆凸块62,由于有阻碍物挡住食物作正常的绕轴运动,食物会做出翻滚动作后继续绕搅拌轴733进行运动。设置多个锅胆凸块62与侧壁凸块61协同配合食物(例如花生,豆类)翻滚,以便于食物多次被翻动,以保证食物整体受热均匀,使得烹饪出的食物更美味,防止被烧焦等影响食材口感。
更进一步地,还设置有提手9,提手9设置于内锅6的两侧。当使用者需要对内锅6和搅拌器73进行清洗时,可通过设置提手9,方便提取出来清洗,当空气炸锅对食物进行烹饪完成后,使用者需要一次性倒取获得食物,可通过提手9提起内锅6在相应装料器进行倾倒。
更进一步地,还设置有把手10,把手10设置于外盖2的一端。通过设置把手10,方便使用者打开或闭合外盖2,实现空气炸锅烹饪工作。
当本发明的工作时,使用空气炸锅时,将食物添加到内锅6内,盖合外盖2,启动驱动电机522和加热装置4,风扇521转动提供风力、加热装置4进行加热 内锅6,同时热空气流通过风扇521吹进传热管道51进入内锅6加热食物,实现热空气的循环,热空气循环的流向从图1可见。
本发明一方面通过设置搅拌插销72和套销管731,通过把搅拌插销72插入套销管731内部,起到固定连接的作用,从而可进行稳定的搅拌工作,另一方面,设置搅拌器73的搅拌桨734,实现充分搅拌,增加食物与搅拌桨734的接触面积,能推动更多食物进行搅拌动作,提高了搅拌的工作效率,使食物受热更加均匀,避免了出现食物因局部过热而烧焦的现象,本空气炸锅实现高效搅拌,令食物受热均匀,市场前景可观。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,包括外壳、外盖、保温壳、加热装置、热循环装置和内锅,加热装置、保温壳、热循环装置和内锅设置于外壳内,其特征在于:所述外盖设置在外壳上部,内锅设置在保温壳内部,还设置有搅拌装置、定位槽和卡槽;加热装置设置于内锅的下方,主辅加热装置分布于保温壳内部与外侧;搅拌装置为分体结构,搅拌装置的驱动部安装于外盖的内部,搅拌装置的搅拌部安装于内锅的中部;定位槽和卡槽设置于保温壳表面上;加热装置为发热管,加热装置的两端通过定位槽固定于保温壳上,且其余部分发热管通过卡槽进行固定;保温壳的中部设置有若干个散热通孔,加热装置通过送风组件带动保温壳下方的空气流动,使保温壳内部的受热气流经散热通孔流向传热管道传送到内锅内。
  2. 根据权利要求1的能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述热循环装置包括传热管道和送风组件,送风组件设置于保温壳中部的下方,传热管道设置于保温壳的外侧,传热管道的进风口连通于送风组件的一侧,传热管道的出风口连通于外盖与内锅盖之间构成内腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2的能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述送风组件包括风扇和驱动电机,驱动电机设置于风扇的下方,驱动电机驱动风扇旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求1的能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括搅拌电机、搅拌插销和搅拌器,搅拌电机和搅拌插销固定于外盖内部,搅拌器的底端安装于内锅上;外盖闭合时,搅拌插销与搅拌器的对接孔相套接,搅拌电机驱动搅拌插销带动搅拌器转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4的能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述搅拌器的搅拌部包括套销管、搅拌柱、搅拌轴和搅拌桨,套销管设置于搅拌柱的顶 端,搅拌桨设置于搅拌柱的一侧,搅拌轴的一端连接于搅拌柱的顶端,搅拌轴的另一端固定于内锅的中部凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1的能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述空气炸锅还设置侧壁凸块和锅胆凸块,侧壁凸块设置于内锅的内侧,锅胆凸块设置于内锅的底面上,锅胆凸块的数量为若干个。
  7. 根据权利要求1的能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述空气炸锅还设置有提手,提手设置于内锅的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1的能避免锅底漏液的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述空气炸锅还设置有把手,把手设置于外盖的一端。
