背景技术

无人机与云台之间多为紧固连接,无法实现无人机与云台快速拆装。在运输无人机时采用紧固连接方式占用空间大。且在拆卸或更换与无人机连接的云台时操作复杂、费时费力。若采用可拆接口的连接方式,无人机与云台支架连接的可靠性及耐用性差,运输过程中易脱落、易损耗。

图5是本发明实施例示出的一种无人机的云台及拍摄器的示意图。
具体实施方式
这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本发明相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本发明的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
下面结合附图,对本发明的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请查阅图1至图5,本发明提供的无人机200,包括安装有拍摄器72的云台7,还包括机身(未图示)及与机身固定连接的连接装置100。所述连接装置100用于衔接无人机200与安装有拍摄器72的云台7,其包括卡持件1、活动件2和连接器3。其中所述卡持件1用于与云台7可拆卸连接,所述卡持件1包括本体部10及位于所述本体部10中的容置空间11。所述活动件2设置于所述容置空间11内,且具有相对于所述卡持件1转动 的自由度。在该自由度范围内所述活动件2可实现在第一位置和第二位置之间的转动。所述连接器3固定于所述活动件2上,用于电连接所述拍摄器72与所述无人机200。在上述第一位置时所述连接器3处于待连接状态,在上述第二位置时所述活动件2与所述卡持件1处于锁定状态。
本发明无人机200,其连接装置100的卡持件1一端固定在机身上,另一端与所述云台7可拆卸连接,实现了无人机200与云台7的快速拆装。所述活动件2上设置的连接器3与云台7上安装的拍摄器72有线通信,实现了拍摄器72与无人机200中控制器的控制和/或数据通信。所述活动件2在所述卡持件1内可转动,所述活动件2转动到所述第一位置时所述连接器3处于定位状态与所述云台7待连接。所述活动件2转动到所述第二位置时所述连接器3锁定处于连接成功状态,通过两次定位简化了无人机200与云台7连接步骤,方便了连接操作。
如图1和图4所示,所述机身包括与所述连接装置100的卡持部1底部螺接的固定件5。所述卡持部1的底部及所述固定件5的外边缘分别设有螺孔,连接所述连接装置100与所述无人机200时,将螺钉6旋入所述卡持部1与所述固定件5的螺孔内即可完成二者固定连接。
结合图5所示,所述云台7包括耦合装置71,所述耦合装置71包括衔接部75,该衔接部75与所述连接装置100可拆卸连接。所述衔接部75的外侧设有固定部73,所述卡持件1的本体部10包括与所述固定部73可拆卸连接的卡持部12。当所述云台7与所述连接装置100连接以后,所述固定部73位于所述卡持部12底部,二者压接。
在一实施例中,所述本体部10的端部设有用以与所述云台7的所述固定部73转动连接的卡持部12,所述卡持部12与所述本体部10之间设有与所述容置空间11连接的转动空间14。该转动空间14可容纳所述卡持部12在其内转动。所述本体部10靠近所述卡持部12设有至少两开口13,所述开口13用以与所述云台7配合。所述至少两开口13大小不一,用于 防呆连接。
如图1和图3所示,本实施例中设置三个所述开口13,包括第一开口131、第二开口132和第三开口133。其中第一开口131和第二开口132的开口尺寸和/或形状相同,所述第三开口133的开口尺寸大于所述第一开口131和第二开口132的开口尺寸。又或者在另一实施例中设置两个开口13,其包括第一开口131和第三开口133,省略了上述实施例中的第二开口132。所述第一开口131的开口尺寸小于第三开口133的开口尺寸。即所述卡持件1包括与所述固定部73适配的至少两开口13,所述至少两开口13大小不一,采用大小不一的设计用于防呆连接。
进一步地,所述开口13位于相邻的所述卡持部12之间与所述转动空间14连接。连接所述连接装置100与所述云台7的耦合装置71时,将所述固定部73对准所述开口13放置并沿所述开口13进入所述转动空间14。然后转动所述耦合装置71,耦合装置71的固定部73在所述转动空间14内顺时针转动。转动过程中所述固定部73在所述卡持部12下方移动,当所述固定部73完全处于所述卡持部12下方时,所述卡持部12与所述固定部73压接,并相对固定。
如图2所示,所述本体部10包括用于导向所述活动件2转动的导向空间24,所述活动件2包括与所述导向空间24适配的凸块23,转动所述活动件2时所述凸块23沿所述导向空间24滑动。如图3所示,所述导向空间24形成于自所述本体部10延伸至所述容置空间11的第一凸起部17与第二凸起部18之间。当然,所述导向空间24也可以是设置于所述本体部10上的凹槽,该凹槽沿所述本体部10的内侧壁成型,所述凸块23伸入所述导向空间24内并在所述导向空间24内滑动。
如图2所示,所述连接装置100还包括可使得所述活动件2保持在第一位置或第二位置上的限位结构(未标号)。所述限位结构包括设置在本体部10的内侧壁上的第一定位槽15和第二定位槽16,以及设置在活动 件2上与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16配合的限位件22。所述第一定位槽15对应于所述第一位置,所述第二定位槽16对应于所述第二位置。
所述第一定位槽15和第二定位槽16设置于所述本体部10的内侧壁上,用于限位所述活动件2转动自由度。所述限位件22可与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16配合。所述限位件22与所述第一定位槽15配合,即在所述第一位置时所述连接器3处于待连接状态。所述限位件22与所述第二定位槽16配合,即在所述第二位置时所述活动件2相对所述卡持件1处于锁定状态。
如图3所示,所述活动件2包括设置于所述活动件2侧壁上的空腔25(参见图4)。所述空腔25的轴线与所述活动件2的中心轴垂直。所述空腔25收容所述限位件22。转动所述活动件2时所述限位件22可分别与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16连接。结合图2所示,所述限位件22随所述活动件2的转动分别与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16配合,以分别定位所述活动件2相对于所述卡持件1的位置。
在一实施例中,所述限位件22包括与所述空腔25适配的弹性件222,及与所述弹性件222固定的锁定件221。所述弹性件222一端抵接在所述空腔25的底部,另一端与所述锁定件221固定连接。所述锁定件221分别与所述本体部10的第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16抵接用于定位所述活动件2。所述弹性件222采用弹簧,所述锁定件221采用柱塞。其中所述锁定件221适配于所述空腔25且与所述弹性件222固定。
或者所述弹性件222采用弹片,所述锁定件221采用凸台,即将弹片放置在所述空间25内,弹片一端与所述凸台固定,凸台可与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16抵接用于定位所述活动件2。转动所述活动件2切换与第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16连接时,只需转动所述活动件2,使其限位件22的定位件221与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16配合或脱离即可。
在另一实施例中,所述限位结构包括设置在活动件2上的第一定位槽15和第二定位槽16,以及设置在本体部10上与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16配合的限位件22。所述第一定位槽15对应于所述第一位置,所述第二定位槽16对应于所述第二位置。
本发明将所述第一定位槽15和第二定位槽16设置于活动件2上,即所述第一定位槽15和第二定位槽16设置在所述活动件2的侧壁上。本发明将所述限位件22设置于所述本体部10上,所述限位件10位于对应所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16的位置上,即所述限位件22可与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16配合。与上述实施例的区别在于,所述限位件22与所述第一定位槽15和第二定位槽16的设计位置做了调换。
本实施例中,所述限位件22包括设置于本体部10内侧壁上的弹性件222,及与所述弹性222固定的锁定件221。所述锁定件221分别与所述第一定位槽15或第二定位槽16抵接用于定位所述活动件2。所要说明的是上述实施例中的具体实施方式:所述弹性件222采用弹簧,所述锁定件221采用柱塞,或所述弹性件222采用弹片,所述锁定件221采用凸台,同样适用于本实施例。
进一步地,所述第二定位槽16为通槽,收容所述锁定件221的部分,以使得所述活动件2与所述卡持件1处于锁定状态。如图2、图3和图4所示,所述连接装置100还包括与所述第二定位槽16连接的解锁开关4,当所述限位件22的锁定件221收容于所述第二定位槽16内时,按动所述解锁开关4,所述解锁开关4通过所述弹性件222(如弹簧、弹片等),将所述锁定件221从所述第二定位槽16顶出,而使得所述活动件2与所述卡持件1解锁。
如图2所示所述解锁开关4包括部分置于所述第二定位槽16内的按钮41,按钮41的底部凸起部置于所述第二定位槽16内。所述解锁开关4还包括设在所述卡持件1与所述按钮41之间的弹簧43(参见图4),及套 设在所述按钮41上并与所述卡持件1固定的按钮盖42。所述卡持件1上设有容纳所述解锁开关4的容纳部19。所述按钮盖42卡扣在所述容纳部19的开口处,所述按钮41固定在所述按钮盖42内可沿其轴向移动。即当活动件2的定位件22与所述第二定位槽16配合时,锁定所述活动件2。通过操作所述解锁开关4压缩所述弹性件222(如弹簧、弹片等)将所述定位件22顶出所述第二定位槽16,解锁所述活动件2,转动活动件2以便移动至第一定位槽15处。所述定位件22处于第二定位槽16时,所述云台7与所述连接装置100固定。所述定位件22处于第一定位槽15时,所述连接装置100的活动件2处于待连接状态。
如图1和图2所示,所述活动件2还包括固定于所述活动件2表面,并延伸至所述容置空间11的至少一个定位柱21。所述定位柱21用以与所述云台7适配用于带动所述活动件2转动。本发明中在所述活动件2上设置两个所述定位柱21,对应的所述云台7的衔接部75上设有对应所述定位柱21的定位槽76。定位柱21起定位作用方便所述连接装置100与云台7定位连接,连接时所述定位柱21置于所述定位槽76内。
如图1、图4和图5所示,所述连接器3包括第一插头31和第二插头32。所述云台7包括与所述第二插头32连接的第二插座74。所述机身包括与所述第一插头31连接的第一插座(未图示,参照第二插座74)。所述云台7上装有拍摄器72,当云台7与所述无人机200连接后,所述无人机200可通过所述连接器3的第一插头31和第二插头32与拍摄器72、云台7有线通信。例如将拍摄器73采集的图像数据传输至无人机200,或无人机200发送控制信号至所述云台7和/或所述拍摄器72等。
安装时,将云台7的固定部73对准连接装置100的开口13,云台7的固定部73沿所述卡扣13进入所述转动空间14。此时云台7的衔接部75的定位槽76与定位柱21适配。转动云台7的耦合装置71,定位柱21带动活动件2在所述卡持件1内从第一定位槽15向第二定位槽16转动。同 时所述固定部73与所述卡持部12压接配合。当所述活动件2的限位件22与所述第二定位槽16配合时,所述活动件2锁定,云台7与所述无人机200连接成功。解锁时,按动解锁开关4压缩弹性件222(如弹簧、弹片等)顶出所述限位件22的锁定件221即可。若无解锁开关4的相关设置,则可直接转动云台7带动活动件2转动,使所述锁定件221脱离第二定位槽16。
本发明能够实现云台与无人机之间的快速拆装,使用方便。使云台的拍摄器与无人机的有线通讯,保证了连接装置与云台的通讯信号的稳定性及可靠性,具有不易脱落,耐用性高、使用周期长的优点。保证功能的同时用户体验更佳且外观美观。
如图4所示,本发明还提供一种无人机200,包括安装有拍摄器72的云台7,还包括机身及与所述云台7固定连接的连接装置100。所述连接装置100包括卡持件1、活动件2和连接器3。所述卡持件1用于与所述机身可拆卸连接。所述活动件2设置于所述卡持部1内的具有相对于所述卡持件1转动的自由度,在该自由度范围内所述活动件2可实现在第一位置和第二位置之间的转动。所述连接器3固定于所述活动件2上,用于电连接所述拍摄器72与所述无人机200。其中在所述第一位置时所述连接器3处于待连接状态,在第二位置时所述活动件2与所述卡持件1处于锁定状态。
所述云台7包括与所述卡持部1底部螺接的固定件5。与上述实施例中的无人机不同的是,本实施例中连接装置100固定在云台7上,其卡持件1与无人机200的机身可拆卸连接。所述本体部10的端部设有用以与所述无人机200转动连接的卡持部12,所述卡持部12与所述本体部10之间设有与所述容置空间11连接的转动空间14。所述本体部10靠近所述卡持部12设有至少两开口13,所述开口13用以与所述无人机的机身配合;所述至少两开口13大小不一,用于防呆连接。所要说明的是本实施例中的连接装置100除必要的位置变换改变的连接关系不同,其他结构特征与上 述实施例中无人机200的连接装置100相同或相似。
结合两个实施例提供的无人机可知,本发明中的所述连接装置100可设置为固定在无人机200上与云台7可拆卸连接,也可设置为固定在云台7上与无人机200可拆卸连接。
所述连接装置实现了无人机与云台的快速拆装,方便运输以及更换云台,且连接可靠。进一步地,无人机可与装载于云台上的拍摄器建立高效、可靠的通讯。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种连接装置,用于衔接无人机与安装有拍摄器的云台,其特征在于,包括:
    卡持件,用于与云台或无人机可拆卸连接,所述卡持件包括本体部及位于所述本体部中的容置空间;
    活动件,所述活动件设置于所述容置空间内且具有相对于所述卡持件转动的自由度,在该自由度范围内所述活动件可实现在第一位置和第二位置之间的转动;
    连接器,所述连接器固定于所述活动件上,用于电连接所述拍摄器与所述无人机;其中
    在所述第一位置时所述连接器处于待连接状态,在第二位置时所述活动件与所述卡持件处于锁定状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述本体部包括用于导向所述活动件转动的导向空间,所述活动件包括与所述导向空间适配的凸块,转动所述活动件时所述凸块沿所述导向空间滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述导向空间形成于自所述本体部延伸至所述容置空间的第一凸起部与第二凸起部之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述本体部的端部设有用以与所述云台或无人机转动连接的卡持部,所述卡持部与所述本体部之间设有与所述容置空间连接的转动空间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述本体部靠近所述卡持部设有至少两开口,所述开口用以与所述云台或无人机配合;所述至少两开口大小不一,用于防呆连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置还包括可使得所述活动件保持在第一位置或第二位置上的限位结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括 设置在本体部的内侧壁上的第一定位槽和第二定位槽,以及设置在活动件上与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽配合的限位件,所述限位件包括锁定件,所述锁定件分别与所述本体部的第一定位槽或第二定位槽抵接用于定位所述活动件;所述第一定位槽对应于所述第一位置,所述第二定位槽对应于所述第二位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述活动件包括设置于所述活动件侧壁上的空腔,所述空腔的轴线与所述活动件的中心轴垂直;所述空腔收容所述限位件,转动所述活动件时所述限位件可分别与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件适配于所述空腔且与所述弹性件固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第二定位槽为通槽,收容所述锁定件的部分,以使得所述活动件与所述卡持件处于锁定状态。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置还包括与所述第二定位槽连接的解锁开关,当所述限位件的锁定件收容于所述第二定位槽内时,按动所述解锁开关,所述解锁开关将所述锁定件从所述第二定位槽顶出,而使得所述活动件与所述卡持件解锁。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述解锁开关包括部分置于所述第二定位槽内的按钮,设在所述卡持件与所述按钮之间的弹簧,及套设在所述按钮上并与所述卡持件固定的按钮盖。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括设置在活动件上的第一定位槽和第二定位槽,以及设置在本体部上与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽配合的限位件;所述第一定位槽对应于所述第一位置,所述第二定位槽对应于所述第二位置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位槽和第二定位槽设置在所述活动件的侧壁上,而所述限位件包括设置于本体 部内侧壁上的弹性件及与所述弹性件固定的锁定件,所述锁定件分别与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽抵接用于定位所述活动件。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述活动件还包括固定于所述活动件表面并延伸至所述容置空间的至少一个定位柱,所述定位柱用以与所述云台或所述无人机适配用于带动所述活动件转动。
  16. 一种无人机,包括安装有拍摄器的云台,其特征在于,还包括机身及与机身固定连接的连接装置;所述连接装置包括:
    用于与云台可拆卸连接的卡持件,所述卡持件包括本体部及位于所述本体部中的容置空间;设置于所述容置空间内的所述活动件,所述活动件具有相对于所述卡持件转动的自由度,在该自由度范围内所述活动件可实现在第一位置和第二位置之间的转动;固定于所述活动件上的连接器;其中在所述第一位置时所述连接器处于待连接状态,在第二位置时所述活动件与所述卡持件处于锁定状态。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述机身包括与所述连接装置的卡持部底部螺接的固定件。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述云台包括耦合装置,所述耦合装置包括衔接部,所述衔接部外侧设有固定部;所述本体部包括与所述固定部可拆卸连接的卡持部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述卡持件包括与所述固定部适配的至少两开口,所述至少两开口大小不一,用于防呆连接;所述卡持部与所述本体部之间设有与所述容置空间连接的转动空间,所述开口位于相邻的所述卡持部之间与所述转动空间连接。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述连接器包括第一插头和第二插头,所述云台包括与所述第二插头连接的第二插座,所述机身包括与所述第一插头连接的第一插座。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述本体部包括用于导向所述活动件转动的导向空间,所述活动件包括与所述导向空间适配 的凸块,转动所述活动件时所述凸块沿所述导向空间滑动。
  22. 根据权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述连接装置还包括可使得所述活动件保持在第一位置或第二位置上的限位结构。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括设置在本体部的内侧壁上的第一定位槽和第二定位槽,以及设置在活动件上与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽配合的限位件,所述限位件包括锁定件,所述锁定件分别于所述本体部的第一定位槽或第二定位槽抵接用于定位所述活动件;所述第一定位槽对应于所述第一位置,所述第二定位槽对应于所述第二位置。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述活动件包括设置于所述活动件侧壁上的空腔,所述空腔的轴线与所述活动件的中心轴垂直;所述空腔内收容有限位件,转动所述活动件时所述限位件可与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽连接。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述锁定件适配于所述空腔且与所述弹性件固定。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述第二定位槽为通槽,收容所述锁定件的部分,以使得所述活动件与所述卡持件处于锁定状态。
  27. 根据权利要求23所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述连接装置还包括与所述第二定位槽连接的解锁开关,当所述限位件的锁定件收容于所述第二定位槽内,按动所述解锁开关,所述解锁开关将所述锁定件从所述第二定位槽顶出,而使得所述活动件与所述卡持件解锁。
  28. 根据权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括设置在活动件上的第一定位槽和第二定位槽,以及设置在本体部上与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽配合的限位件;所述第一定位槽对应于所述第一位置,所述第二定位槽对应于所述第二位置。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述第一定位槽和 第二定位槽设置在所述活动件的侧壁上,而所述限位件包括设置于本体部内侧壁上的弹性件及与所述弹性件固定的锁定件,所述锁定件分别与所述第一定位槽或第二定位槽抵接用于定位所述活动件。
  30. 一种无人机,包括安装有拍摄器的云台,其特征在于,还包括机身及与所述云台固定连接的连接装置;所述连接装置包括:用于与所述机身可拆卸连接的卡持件,设置于所述卡持部内的所述活动件,所述活动件具有相对于所述卡持件转动的自由度,在该自由度范围内所述活动件可实现在第一位置和第二位置之间的转动;及固定于所述活动件上的连接器;其中在所述第一位置时所述连接器处于待连接状态,在第二位置时所述活动件与所述卡持件处于锁定状态。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述云台包括与所述卡持部底部螺接的固定件。
