近年来,随着产品智能化趋势愈演愈烈,智能手表、智能手环等智能可穿戴设备逐渐受到消费者的欢迎。带有显示屏的智能可穿戴设备能够实现可视化的操作,清晰地显示相关信息,极大地方便了人们的生活。
然而,在相关技术中,智能可穿戴设备的显示屏一般都是裸露在外,容易损坏,而且长时间下来显示屏上容易积累灰尘或水渍,影响智能可穿戴设备的寿命。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明需要提供一种电子装置。
本发明实施方式的电子装置包括:
柔性显示屏;
支架,所述支架包括:
两个环状的载体,所述柔性显示屏两端分别与所述两个载体连接,所述载体包括卷轴及致动部,所述致动部用于在所述两个载体收拢时驱动所述卷轴卷绕所述柔性显示屏,在所述两个载体收拢相接时,所述柔性显示屏关闭;
连接所述两个载体的连接机构,所述连接机构用于在所述两个载体打开时固定所述两个载体,在所述两个载体打开时,所述柔性显示屏打开。
本发明实施方式的电子装置通过致动部在所述两个载体收拢时驱动所述卷轴卷绕所述柔性显示屏,在用户不需要使用时,将柔性显示屏隐藏至载体之中,从而起到保护柔性显示屏的作用。
在某些实施方式中,每个所述载体包括与另一个所述载体相对的表面,所述载体形成有收容腔及位于所述表面上且与所述收容腔连通的开口,所述柔性显示屏穿设两个所述开口,所述卷轴及所述致动部收容在所述收容腔内,所述两个载体收拢时,两个所述表面贴合。
在某些实施方式中,所述电子装置包括密封体,所述密封体设置在所述开口内并与所述开口内壁形成过孔,所述柔性显示屏穿设所述过孔。
在某些实施方式中,所述密封体采用柔性材料制成,所述柔性显示屏与所述密封体 接触。
在某些实施方式中,每个所述载体包括直线段,所述柔性显示屏与所述直线段连接。
在某些实施方式中,所述致动部包括固定设置在所述载体内的底座及连接所述底座及所述卷轴的卷簧,所述卷轴转动地设置在所述底座上,所述卷簧用于在所述两个载体收拢时驱动所述卷轴卷绕所述柔性显示屏。
在某些实施方式中,所述卷轴的长度大于所述柔性显示屏的长度。
在某些实施方式中,所述连接机构包括:
第一铰链;
连接在所述第一铰链一端的第二铰链及第三铰链,所述第二铰链包括第一齿轮,所述第三铰链的一端与其中一个所述载体连接;及
连接在所述第一铰链另一端的第四铰链及第五铰链,所述第五铰链包括第二齿轮,所述第五铰链的一端与另一个所述载体连接;
所述第二铰链与所述第五铰链通过所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合而连接。
在某些实施方式中,所述电子装置包括传感器及控制装置,所述传感器用于检测所述两个载体是否打开,所述控制装置用于在所述两个载体打开时控制所述柔性显示屏全屏显示。
在某些实施方式中,所述传感器包括光电开关。
在某些实施方式中,所述电子装置包括设置在所述收容腔内的电池,所述电池电性连接所述柔性显示屏。
在某些实施方式中,所述电子装置包括设置在所述收容腔内的印刷电路板,所述柔性显示屏电性连接所述印刷电路板。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一铰链包括V型挡板,当所述连接机构张开时,所述V型挡板的其中一个臂抵在第五铰链的外侧面上,所述V型挡板的另一个臂抵在第三铰链的外侧面上以限制所述连接机构的张开角度。

下面详细描述本发明的实施方式,实施方式的示例在附图中示出,其中,相同或类似的标号自始至终表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。
下面通过参考附图描述的实施方式是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
请参阅图1-4,本发明实施方式的电子装置10包括柔性显示屏11及支架12。支架12包括两个环状的载体122及连接两个载体122的连接机构124。柔性显示屏11两端分别与两个载体122连接。载体122包括卷轴1221及致动部1222,致动部1222用于在两个载体122收拢时驱动卷轴1221卷绕柔性显示屏11,在两个载体122收拢相接时,柔性显示屏11关闭。连接机构124用于在两个载体122打开时固定两个载体122,在两个载体122打开时,柔性显示屏11打开。
本发明实施方式的电子装置10通过致动部1222在两个载体122收拢时驱动卷轴1221卷绕柔性显示屏11,在用户不需要使用时,将柔性显示屏11隐藏至载体122之中,从而起到保护柔性显示屏11的作用。
在某些实施方式中,电子装置10可以设计成手环的形式,方便人们佩戴,具有便携、美观、不易丢失,使用方便的优点。
当然,电子装置10的形式并不限于上述实施方式,在其他实施方式中可以根据需要将电子装置10设计成其他形式。
在本发明实施方式中,致动部1222及卷轴1221设置在其中一个载体122中,柔性显示屏11的一端卷绕在卷轴1221上,柔性显示屏11的另一端固定在另一个载体122中。
请一并参阅图3、图4及图5,在某些实施方式中,每个载体122包括与另一个载体122相对的表面1223,载体122形成有收容腔1224及位于表面1223上且与收容腔1224连通的开口1225,柔性显示屏11穿设两个开口1225,卷轴1221及致动部1222收容在收容腔1224内,两个载体122收拢相接时,两个表面1223贴合。
具体地,当两个载体122收拢相接时,两个载体122的表面1223紧密贴合,以对柔性显示屏11进行全面保护。
在某些实施方式中,两个载体122的开口1225对应对齐。
也即是说,两个载体122可以对称设置同样大小的开口1225,两个开口1225的上下边缘齐平。这样使得两个开口1225较易形成,而且能够使柔性显示屏11基本上处于同一水平面的位置,避免了柔性显示屏11的倾斜。
在某些实施方式中,电子装置10包括密封体13,密封体13设置在开口1225内并与开口1225内壁形成过孔132,柔性显示屏11穿设过孔132。
具体地,密封体13用于密封开口1225并留有过孔132,过孔132用于供柔性显示屏11穿设并卷在被密封在收容腔1224内的卷轴1221上。
在本发明实施方式中,柔性显示屏11的一端卷绕在其中一个载体122内的卷轴1221上,柔性显示屏11的另一端固定在另一个载体122上的密封体13上,以使柔性显示屏11的另一端与另一个载体122固定连接。
在某些实施方式中,过孔132的尺寸可以略大于柔性显示屏11的厚度,柔性显示屏11可与密封体13不接触。
如此,可以方便柔性显示屏11穿过过孔132。
在某些实施方式中,密封体13采用柔性材料制成,柔性显示屏11与密封体13接触。
如此,过孔132的尺寸可以设置为与柔性显示屏11的厚度配合,而密封体13采用柔性制成使得柔性显示屏11卷绕到卷轴1221上的过程中,减少密封体13对柔性显示屏11的磨损。
在某些实施方式中,每个载体122包括直线段1226,柔性显示屏11与直线段1226连接。
如此,一方面,使得在两个载体122在收拢相接时,柔性显示屏11卷绕得更加平整;另一方面,在两个载体122打开时,柔性显示屏11打开呈现平直显示面,用户观看柔性显示屏11显示的相关信息会更加清晰,提高界面的视觉效果。
请参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,致动部1222包括固定设置在载体122内的底座12222及连接底座12222及卷轴1221的卷簧12224,卷轴1221转动地设置在底座12222上,卷簧12224用于在两个载体122收拢时驱动卷轴1221卷绕柔性显示屏11。
具体地,卷簧12224可以在不需要使用电能的情况下,在狭小的空间里持续提供较大的恢复力。当两个载体122打开时,连接两个载体122的连接机构124将两个载体122固定,柔性显示屏11打开。当两个载体122收拢时,卷簧12224驱动卷轴1221卷绕柔性显示屏11。
在本发明实施方式中,在卷轴1221的两端都设置有底座12222及卷簧12224,载体122与两个底座12222分别通过一个卷簧12224连接。当两个载体122收拢时,两个卷簧12224同时驱动卷轴1221卷绕柔性显示屏11,以使柔性显示屏11更容易卷绕在卷轴1221上。
在某些实施方式中,卷轴1221的长度大于柔性显示屏11的长度L。
如此,卷轴1221卷绕柔性显示屏11的过程会更加顺畅,也可以将柔性显示屏11卷绕得更加平整。
请参阅图6及图7,在某些实施方式中,连接机构124包括第一铰链1241、第二铰链1242、第三铰链1243、第四铰链1244及第五铰链1245。第二铰链1242及第三铰链1243连接在第一铰链1241的一端。第二铰链1242包括第一齿轮12422。第三铰链1243的一端与其中一个载体122连接。第四铰链1244及第五铰链1245连接在第一铰链1241的另一端。第五铰链1245包括第二齿轮12452。第五铰链1245的一端与另一个载体122连接。第二铰链1242与第五铰链1245通过第一齿轮12422与第二齿轮12452啮合而连接。
具体地,当两个载体122收拢或打开时,通过第二铰链1242与第五铰链1245的齿轮的啮合,使得与第三铰链1243的一端连接的一个载体122和与第五铰链1245连接的另一个载体122产生联动,围绕转轴1246转动,即两个载体122可以同时对向地收拢或远离。
如此,使得操作更加便捷,提高了用户体验度。
另外,在本发明实施方式中,第一铰链1241还可用于限制连接机构124的张开角度。具体地,第一铰链1241包括V型挡板12412,当连接机构124张开时,V型挡板12412的其中一个臂抵在第五铰链1245的外侧面上,V型挡板12412的另一个臂抵在第三铰链1243的外侧面上以限制连接机构124的张开角度。
如此,V型挡板12412限制了第五铰链1245及第三铰链1243的打开角度,进而限制了连接机构124的张开角度,保护了柔性显示屏11。
在本发明实施方式中,连接机构124的数量为两个,其中一个连接机构124连接两个载体122的两端,另一个连接机构124连接两个载体122的另两端,如此,使得连接机构124能够向两个载体122提供均匀的支撑力。
请参阅图8,在某些实施方式中,电子装置10包括传感器14及控制装置15,传感 器14用于检测两个载体122是否打开,控制装置15用于在两个载体122打开时控制柔性显示屏11全屏显示。
如此,当传感器14检测到两个载体122打开时,无需用户点击按钮或屏幕,控制装置15会控制点亮柔性显示屏11,操作变得更加便捷。
在某些实施方式中,传感器14包括光电开关。
具体地,光电开关设置在载体122的收容腔1224内的预定位置。当两个载体122收拢相接时,光电开关检测不到光线,呈现常开状态。当两个载体122打开时,光电开关接收到光线,将光信号转化为电信号,实现光电开关的闭合,从而使得控制装置15控制柔性显示屏11全屏显示。
当然,传感器14的种类并不限于上述实施方式,在其他实施方式中可以根据需要采用其他类型的传感器14。
在某些实施方式中,电子装置10包括设置在收容腔1224内的电池16,电池16电性连接柔性显示屏11。
如此,可通过电池16给包括柔性显示屏11在内的各电子元件进行供电以保证电子装置10的正常工作。
具体地,电池16可以为可充电电池,例如可充电锂电池。
在某些实施方式中,载体122上可设置有USB接口。USB接口电连接电池16并可以用于外接电源对电池16充电或用于获取电子装置10的数据。
在某些实施方式中,电子装置10包括设置在收容腔1224内的印刷电路板17,柔性显示屏11电性连接印刷电路板17。
如此,可通过印刷电路板17(PCBA,Printed Circuit Board+Assembly)为包括柔性显示屏11在内的各电子元件提供支撑和线路连接。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括:
    柔性显示屏;
    支架,所述支架包括:
    两个环状的载体,所述柔性显示屏两端分别与所述两个载体连接,所述载体包括卷轴及致动部,所述致动部用于在所述两个载体收拢时驱动所述卷轴卷绕所述柔性显示屏,在所述两个载体收拢相接时,所述柔性显示屏关闭;
    连接所述两个载体的连接机构,所述连接机构用于在所述两个载体打开时固定所述两个载体,在所述两个载体打开时,所述柔性显示屏打开。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,每个所述载体包括与另一个所述载体相对的表面,所述载体形成有收容腔及位于所述表面上且与所述收容腔连通的开口,所述柔性显示屏穿设两个所述开口,所述卷轴及所述致动部收容在所述收容腔内,所述两个载体收拢相接时,两个所述表面贴合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括密封体,所述密封体设置在所述开口内并与所述开口内壁形成过孔,所述柔性显示屏穿设所述过孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述密封体采用柔性材料制成,所述柔性显示屏与所述密封体接触。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,每个所述载体包括直线段,所述柔性显示屏与所述直线段连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述致动部包括固定设置在所述载体内的底座及连接所述底座及所述卷轴的卷簧,所述卷轴转动地设置在所述底座上,所述卷簧用于在所述两个载体收拢时驱动所述卷轴卷绕所述柔性显示屏。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述卷轴的长度大于所述柔性显示屏的长度。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括:
    第一铰链;
    连接在所述第一铰链一端的第二铰链及第三铰链,所述第二铰链包括第一齿轮,所述第三铰链的一端与其中一个所述载体连接;及
    连接在所述第一铰链另一端的第四铰链及第五铰链,所述第五铰链包括第二齿轮,所述第五铰链的一端与另一个所述载体连接;
    所述第二铰链与所述第五铰链通过所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合而连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括传感器及控制装置,所述传感器用于检测所述两个载体是否打开,所述控制装置用于在所述两个载体打开时控制所述柔性显示屏全屏显示。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述传感器包括光电开关。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括设置在所述收容腔内的电池,所述电池电性连接所述柔性显示屏。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括设置在所述收容腔内的印刷电路板,所述柔性显示屏电性连接所述印刷电路板。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一铰链包括V型挡板,当所述连接机构张开时,所述V型挡板的其中一个臂抵在所述第五铰链的外侧面上,所述V型挡板的另一个臂抵在所述第三铰链的外侧面上以限制所述连接机构的张开角度。
