Description

气膜建筑底部固定装置及气膜建筑 技术领域
本发明涉及气膜建筑固定领域,特别是涉及气膜建筑底部固定装置及气膜建筑。
背景技术
由于气膜建筑具备低成本、快速、便于拆装、轻便等特点,因而被越来越多的运用于各行各业。很多情况下气膜建筑均置身于室外,因此气膜建筑底部固定位置的角钢与膜之间,容易受到室外多变的环境影响而易形成积水、积攒尘土、杂物等,不易清理,长期积累容易损坏气膜建筑底部的角钢和膜材。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对气膜建筑底部容易积水、积攒杂物而损坏角钢和膜材的问题,提供一种能防尘挡雨的气膜建筑底部固定装置及气膜建筑。
一种气膜建筑底部固定装置,安装在基体上,用于固定预加工的膜材,所述膜材包括气膜固定部和气膜本体,包括:
角钢,包括成夹角设置的底板和侧板,置于所述基体之上,所述气膜固定部夹设在所述底板和所述基体之间;
挡帘,包括与所述侧板贴合固定连接的安装体,由所述安装体一端向上沿着所述气膜本体方向延伸的第一延伸体,以及由所述安装体另一端向下向外延伸覆盖在所述底板、所述气膜固定部以及所述基体之上的第二延伸体,所述第一延伸体的末端与所述气膜本体连接固定;
第一固定装置,依次穿设所述底板、所述气膜固定部和所述基体并锁紧固定在所述基体上;
第二固定装置,依次穿设所述安装体和所述侧板并锁紧固定在所述侧板上。
上述气膜建筑底部固定装置在气膜固定部、角钢和基体上设置一个整体向 下弯曲延伸的挡帘,结构简单,能有效挡住雨水,防尘,防沙,防止气膜建筑底部角钢与膜之间积水,积尘,积沙,减少积水,沙尘对膜材和角钢的损坏防止角钢和第一,第二固定装置生锈。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一延伸体的末端焊接在所述气膜本体上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一延伸体的顶端至所述气膜固定部的垂直距离为250-350mm。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括滑轮,且所述第二固定装置包括连接杆,所述气膜本体上均布置有钢缆,所述滑轮转动地套设在所述连接杆上,所述钢缆环绕在所述滑轮下方,所述连接杆分别穿设所述安装体和所述侧板,所述安装体位于所述滑轮与所述侧板之间。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括挡片,所述挡片套在所述连接杆上,位于所述滑轮之外,所述钢缆位于所述安装体和所述挡片之间。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括套设在连接杆上的隔离垫片,所述隔离垫片位于所述挡帘的安装体与所述滑轮之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一固定装置预埋在所述基体中,且部分裸露在所述基体外用于穿设所述气膜固定部和所述角钢的底板。
一种气膜建筑,包括预加工的膜材和基体,其特征在于,还包括以上任意一实施例所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,所述气膜固定部由所述气膜建筑底部固定装置固定在所述基体上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述钢缆为网状,罩在所述膜材外,所述钢缆连接在所述角钢的侧体上。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。

参见图1,本发明提供的气膜建筑底部固定装置用于固定预加工的膜材100,以形成气膜建筑,该气膜建筑底部固定装置包括基体200、设置在基体200上的角钢300、与角钢300连接的挡帘400、用于固定角钢300和膜材100于基体200之上的第一固定装置500,以及用于固定挡帘400于角钢300一侧的第二固定装置600。
一实施例中,预加工的膜材100包括气膜固定部110和气膜本体120。同时参见1和图3,角钢300置于基体200之上,角钢300包括成夹角设置的底板310和侧板320,气膜固定部110夹设在底板310和基体200之间。同时参见图2,挡帘400包括与角钢300的侧板320贴合固定连接的安装体410,由安装体410的一端向上沿着气膜本体120方向延伸的第一延伸体420(如图1和图3中,第一延伸体420由安装体410的一端向上向左延伸至与气膜本体120接触),以及由安装体410的另一端向下向外延伸覆盖在底板310、气膜固定部110以及基体200之上的第二延伸体430(如图1和图3,第二延伸体430由安装体410的另一端向下向右延伸形成),第一延伸体420的末端与气膜本体120连接固定。第一固定装置500依次穿设底板310气膜固定部110和基体200而将气膜固定 部100锁紧固定在基体200上。第二固定装置600依次穿设安装体410和角钢300的侧板320而将挡帘400锁紧固定。采用此结构,当遭遇雨水天气时,基体200、气膜固定部110以及角钢300上的雨水均会顺着挡帘400滑落至基体200、气膜固定部110和角钢300之外,能有效挡住雨水,防止气膜建筑底部积水,减少积水对气膜固定部110和角钢300的损坏,保证气膜固定部110具有较长的寿命,气膜建筑底部安装具有较高的稳定性。
一实施例中,优选的,第一延伸体420的末端通过焊接的方式连接在气膜本体120上。
参见图1和图2,一实施例中,第一延伸体420的顶端至气膜固定部110的垂直距离为250-350mm。优选的,第一延伸体420的顶端至气膜固定部110的最佳垂直距离为300mm。
同时参见图2-图4,一实施例中,气膜本体120上均分布有钢缆700,该气膜建筑底部固定装置还包括滑轮800,第二固定装置600上设有一连接杆620,滑轮800转动地套设在连接杆620上,钢缆700环绕在滑轮800下方,连接杆620分别穿设挡帘400的安装体410和角钢300的侧板320,且安装体410位于滑轮800与侧板320之间。优选的,该气膜建筑底部固定装置还包括套在连接杆620上,且位于滑轮800之外的挡片610,钢缆700位于安装体410和挡片610之间。
优选的,一实施例中,该气膜建筑底部固定装置还包括套设在连接杆620上的隔离垫片900,隔离垫片900位于挡帘400的安装体410与滑轮800之间。该隔离垫片900的设置能够将滑轮800和安装体410隔离开来,防止滑轮800转动时撕裂安装体410。优选的,该隔离垫片900采用金属材质制成。
参见图1和图3,一实施例中,第一固定装置500预埋在基体200中,且部分裸露在基体200外,用于穿设气膜固定部110和角钢200的底板310,以固定气膜固定部110和角钢300。
具体的,基体200在气膜建筑底部,围绕气膜建筑一圈,作为多个固定气膜固定部的基础,对于整个气膜建筑,基体200上每隔一段距离预埋一个第一固定装置500,用于固定气膜固定部110。
本发明还提供一种气膜建筑,包括预加工的膜材100和基体200,以及以上任意一实施例所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,气膜固定部110由气膜建筑底部固定装置固定在基体200上。优选的,一实施例中,该气膜建筑还包括钢缆700,钢缆700为网状,罩在膜材100外,钢缆700环绕在滑轮800的下方。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种气膜建筑底部固定装置,安装在基体上,用于固定预加工的膜材,所述膜材包括气膜固定部和气膜本体,其特征在于,包括:
    角钢,包括成夹角设置的底板和侧板,置于所述基体之上,所述气膜固定部夹设在所述底板和所述基体之间;
    挡帘,包括与所述侧板贴合固定连接的安装体,由所述安装体一端向上沿着所述气膜本体方向延伸的第一延伸体,以及由所述安装体另一端向下向外延伸覆盖在所述底板、所述气膜固定部以及所述基体之上的第二延伸体,所述第一延伸体的末端与所述气膜本体连接固定;
    第一固定装置,依次穿设所述底板、所述气膜固定部和所述基体并锁紧固定在所述基体上;
    第二固定装置,依次穿设所述安装体和所述侧板并锁紧固定在所述侧板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸体的末端焊接在所述气膜本体上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸体的顶端至所述气膜固定部的垂直距离为250-350mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,其特征在于,还包括滑轮,且所述第二固定装置包括连接杆,所述气膜本体上均布置有钢缆,所述滑轮转动地套设在所述连接杆上,所述钢缆环绕在所述滑轮下方,所述连接杆分别穿设所述安装体和所述侧板,所述安装体位于所述滑轮与所述侧板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,其特征在于,还包括挡片,所述挡片套在所述连接杆上,位于所述滑轮之外,所述钢缆位于所述安装体和所述挡片之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,其特征在于,还包括套设在连接杆上的隔离垫片,所述隔离垫片位于所述挡帘的安装体与所述滑轮之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定装置预埋在所述基体中,且部分裸露在所述基体外用于穿设所述气膜固定 部和所述角钢的底板。
  8. 一种气膜建筑,包括预加工的膜材和基体,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的气膜建筑底部固定装置,所述气膜固定部由所述气膜建筑底部固定装置固定在所述基体上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的气膜建筑,其特征在于,还包括钢缆,所述钢缆为网状,罩在所述膜材外,所述钢缆连接在所述角钢的侧体上。
