Description

弹簧式阻尼器、盖板安装结构和洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及一种弹簧式阻尼器、盖板安装结构和洗衣机。
背景技术
在例如洗衣机盖板安装结构或马桶盖安装结构中的翻转机构中,通常会用到阻尼器来使盖板沿某一个方向缓慢转动。以洗衣机上盖板为例,上盖板通常会连接油式阻尼器,保证能够快速翻开上盖板,然后上盖板在油式阻尼器的作用下缓慢关闭,这样可以防止上盖板在关闭时损坏洗衣机本体。然而,油式阻尼器中阻尼油的存在增加了结构复杂度和维护的不便利性以及维护成本。
发明内容
第一方面,本公开提供一种弹簧式阻尼器。所述弹簧式阻尼器包括壳体和可转动地安装在所述壳体的旋转轴,其中,所述旋转轴位于所述壳体内的部位套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的第一端固定连接所述壳体,所述弹簧设置为:在旋转轴转动时,箍紧或松开所述旋转轴。
可选地,所述弹簧的第一端设置有沿所述旋转轴的径向向壳体的内壁延伸的弹簧臂。
可选地,所述壳体的内壁上设置有定位凹槽,所述弹簧臂插装固定至所述定位凹槽中。
可选地,所述旋转轴包括位于所述壳体内部的粗柱部和连接所述粗柱部且通过所述壳体的开口穿出的旋转杆部。
第二方面,本公开提供一种盖板安装结构,包括机体、盖板和上述的弹簧式阻尼器,所述旋转轴安装于所述机体,所述壳体连接于所述盖板。
可选地,所述弹簧设置为:所述盖板相对于所述机体翻开时,所述弹簧逐渐松开所述旋转轴,所述盖板相对于所述机体闭合时,所述弹簧逐渐箍紧所述旋转轴。
可选地,所述机体上设置有安装座,所述安装座上具有安装孔,所述旋转轴通过所述安装孔安装于所述安装座。
第三方面,本公开提供一种洗衣机,包括上述的盖板安装结构。
由于本公开提供的弹簧式阻尼器包括壳体和可转动地安装在所述壳体中的旋转轴,所述旋转轴位于所述壳体内的部位套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端固定于所述壳体,以能够在所述旋转轴与所述壳体彼此相对旋转时使所述弹簧箍紧或松开所述旋转轴,所以可以通过弹簧箍紧旋转轴而对旋转轴与壳体之间的运动产生阻力,以达到阻尼效果,采用弹簧作为阻尼部件,使得该弹簧式阻尼器结构简单、维护方便、维护成本低、且无需阻尼油。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。根据本公开的一个方面,提供一种弹簧式阻尼器。参见图1,弹簧式阻尼器包括壳体1和可转动地安装在壳体1的旋转轴2。旋转轴2的一端连接壳体1的内壁。旋转轴2位于壳体1内的部位套设有弹簧3。可选地,弹簧3沿着旋转轴2的轴向套设在旋转轴2上。弹簧3的第一端固定于壳体1。在旋转轴2相对于壳体1旋转时,弹簧3箍紧或松开旋转轴2。即,所述弹簧(3)设置为:在旋转轴(2)转动时,箍紧或松开所述旋转轴(2)。
如上所述,本公开提供的弹簧式阻尼器包括壳体1和可转动地安装在壳体1中的旋转轴2,旋转轴2位于壳体1内的部位套设有弹簧3,弹簧3的第一端固定于壳体1,以能够在旋转轴2与壳体1彼此相对旋转时使弹簧3箍紧或松开旋转轴2,所以可以通过弹簧3箍紧旋转轴2而对旋转轴2与壳体1之间的运动产生阻力,以达到阻尼效果,采用弹簧3作为阻尼部件,使得该弹簧式阻尼器结构简单、维护方便、维护成本低、且无需阻尼油。
在一个实施例中,弹簧3的第一端可以形成为沿旋转轴2的径向向壳体(1)的内壁延伸的弹簧臂31,弹簧臂31与壳体1的内壁面彼此固定。可选地,壳体1的内壁面上可以设置有定位凹槽,弹簧臂31可以插装固定至定位凹槽中。弹簧臂31也可以通过其他适当的连接方式固定于壳体1。
可选地,旋转轴2可以包括位于壳体1内部的粗柱部21和连接于粗柱部21且贯通壳体1的旋转杆部22。可选地,所述壳体1设置有开口,所述旋转杆部22通过所述壳体1的开口伸出。弹簧3设置在旋转轴2的粗柱部21上。旋转杆部22的最大横截面积小于粗柱部21的最小横截面积。
根据本公开的另一个方面,还提供一种盖板安装结构。盖板安装结构包括 机体、盖板和上述弹簧式阻尼器。旋转轴2安装于机体,壳体1连接于盖板。弹簧3可以设置为:盖板相对于机体翻开运动时,弹簧3逐渐松开旋转轴2,盖板相对于机体闭合运动时,弹簧3逐渐箍紧旋转轴2。弹簧3可以在旋转轴2上的顺时针缠绕或者逆时针缠绕。弹簧3沿逆时针在粗柱部21的外周面缠绕延伸的设置方式使得盖板相对于机体翻开运动时,弹簧3逐渐松开旋转轴2。弹簧3沿顺时针在粗柱部21的外周面缠绕延伸的设置方式使得盖板相对于机体翻开运动时,弹簧3逐渐箍紧旋转轴2。该盖板安装结构可以作为洗衣机的盖板安装结构或马桶的盖板安装结构,从而可以防止盖板5关闭过快而损坏其他部件。但本公开不限此,一方面,弹簧3不一定设置为在盖板翻开时逐渐松开旋转轴2、在盖板闭合时逐渐箍紧旋转轴2,一旦用户需要快速闭合盖板、缓慢翻开盖板时,也可以将弹簧3设置为在盖板翻开时逐渐箍紧旋转轴2、在盖板闭合时逐渐松开旋转轴2,另一方面,该盖板安装结构不限于作为洗衣机的盖板安装结构或马桶的盖板安装结构。
可选地,机体上可以设置有安装座,安装座上具有安装孔,旋转轴2通过安装孔安装于安装座。
根据本公开的再一个方面,还提供一种洗衣机。该洗衣机包括上述盖板安装结构,机体可以为洗衣机主体,盖板可以是洗衣机的上盖板。
显然,上述实施方式仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本公开创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种弹簧式阻尼器,包括壳体(1)和可转动地安装在所述壳体(1)的旋转轴(2),其中,所述旋转轴(2)位于所述壳体(1)内的部位套设有弹簧(3),所述弹簧(3)的第一端固定连接所述壳体(1),所述弹簧(3)设置为:在旋转轴(2)转动时,箍紧或松开所述旋转轴(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹簧式阻尼器,其中,所述弹簧(3)的第一端设置有沿所述旋转轴(2)的径向向壳体(1)的内壁延伸的弹簧臂(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弹簧式阻尼器,其中,所述壳体(1)的内壁上设置有定位凹槽,所述弹簧臂(31)插装固定至所述定位凹槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的弹簧式阻尼器,其中,所述旋转轴(2)包括位于所述壳体(1)内部的粗柱部(21)和连接所述粗柱部(21)且通过所述壳体(1)的开口穿出的旋转杆部(22)。
  5. 一种盖板安装结构,包括机体、盖板和根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的弹簧式阻尼器,所述旋转轴(2)安装于所述机体,所述壳体(1)连接于所述盖板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的盖板安装结构,其中,所述弹簧(3)设置为:所述盖板相对于所述机体翻开时,所述弹簧(3)逐渐松开所述旋转轴(2),所述盖板相对于所述机体闭合时,所述弹簧(3)逐渐箍紧所述旋转轴(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的盖板安装结构,其中,所述机体上设置有安装座,所述安装座上具有安装孔,所述旋转轴(2)通过所述安装孔安装于所述安装座。
  8. 一种洗衣机,包括:根据权利要求5至7中任意一项所述的盖板安装结构。
