(4)将制成的B相加入油相锅内制备好的A相中,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解均匀后,乳化锅抽真空至0.03MPa,利用负压将油相锅内的物料经过滤网缓慢抽入至乳化锅内进行乳化,同时在搅拌速度为3000rpm/min的条件下进行均质,时间控制在15-20min,乳化完毕后开循环水降温,并保持真空以消泡,制成E相;
(5)将得到的E相降温至60~45℃,依次加入适量的乙酰基四肽-5、甘草提取物、马齿苋提取物、氨甲基丙醇、泛醇、姜根提取物、红没药醇、苯氧乙醇和香精,搅拌并均质3-8min后,抽真空脱泡,制备成半成品;
(6)将得到的半成品继续降温至38℃,检验合格后得到该量子光波除皱养肤霜。
通过上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种量子光波除皱养肤霜及其制备方法,本发明制备的量子光波除皱养肤霜内含有的乙酰基四肽-5、马齿苋提取物、泛醇、维生素E、姜根提取物、红没药醇、辅酶Q10、透明质酸钠、乙酰基六肽-8、羟乙基锗倍半氧化物Ge-132、甲壳素提取物、灵芝提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取物等高效营养成分,不仅能够促进细胞分化,修复病变的皮肤细胞、促进细胞再生和胶原合成提高肌肤弹力,而且还能促进肌肤角质层的新陈代谢,使肌肤变得更加柔软顺滑,同时有效促进肌肤还原,达到减轻皱纹,实现紧致肌肤的效果;同时本发明制备的量子光波除皱养肤霜内含有的聚硅氧烷-11具有瞬间抚眼部、面部皮肤细纹,紧致平滑眼袋肌肤,让眼袋和面部细纹瞬间消失。
本发明量子光波除皱养肤霜内使用了羟乙基锗倍半氧化物Ge-132,这一成分能够激活肌肤病变的、老化的细胞,提高细胞量子活跃度,并且量子的高频能量波能产生每秒上亿 次的高频振荡,可以促进血液循环,加强细胞新陈代谢,排出皮肤中毒素和黑色素,起到淡化雀斑、黄褐斑、晒斑等各种色斑;同时可以改善痤疮、皮肤粗糙、灰黄色皮肤等状况。

本发明实施例公开了一种量子光波除皱养肤霜及其制备 方法,通过量子光波除皱养肤霜内的有效成分,不仅能够通过促进细胞的分化和胶原合成来提高肌肤的弹力,而且还能促进肌肤角质层的新陈代谢,使肌肤变得更加柔软顺滑,并能促进肌肤再生,实现除皱、紧致肌肤的目的。
在本案的实施例一中的一种量子光波除皱养肤霜,由如下重量百分比的成分组成:

在本案实施例一中的一种量子光波除皱养肤霜的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将适量的聚硅氧烷-11、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、三甲基硅氧基硅酸脂、维生素E和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷进行混合,并且分散均匀制成B相;
(2)依次将适量的碳酸二辛脂、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬质醇、花生醇葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸脂、PEG-100硬脂酸脂、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、辅酶Q10、乙酰基六肽-8、羟乙基锗倍半氧化物Ge-132、甲壳素提取物、灵芝提取物和积雪草提取物加入到油相锅内,搅拌升温至80~85℃,使其油相锅内的物质完全溶解均匀制成A相;
(3)将适量的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和丁二醇混合并且分散均匀制成C相;依次将适量的去离子水、EDTA二钠、甘油和透明质酸钠加入到水相锅内,搅拌均匀后加入制备好的C相,并且升温至80~85℃,溶解均匀完全后抽入至乳化锅内,同时搅拌升温至80~85℃制成D相;
(4)将制成的B相加入油相锅内制备好的A相中,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解均匀后,乳化锅抽真空至0.03MPa,利用负压将油相锅内的物料经过滤网缓慢抽入至乳化锅内进 行乳化,同时在搅拌速度为3000rpm/min的条件下进行均质,时间控制在15-20min,乳化完毕后开循环水降温,并保持真空以消泡,制成E相;
(5)将得到的E相降温至60~45℃,依次加入适量的乙酰基四肽-5、甘草提取物、马齿苋提取物、氨甲基丙醇、泛醇、姜根提取物、红没药醇、苯氧乙醇和香精,搅拌并均质3-8min后,抽真空脱泡,制备成半成品;
(6)将得到的半成品继续降温至38℃,检验合格后得到该量子光波除皱养肤霜。
在本案的实施例二中的一种量子光波除皱养肤霜中,由如下重量百分比的成分组成:

(2)依次将适量的碳酸二辛脂、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬质醇、花生醇葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸脂、PEG-100硬脂酸脂、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、辅酶Q10、乙酰基六肽-8、羟乙基锗倍半氧化物Ge-132、甲壳素提取物、灵芝提取物和积雪草提取物加入到油相锅内,搅拌升温至80~85℃,使其油相锅内的物质完全溶解均匀制成A相;
(3)将适量的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和丁二醇混合并且分散均匀制成C相;依次将适量的去离子水、EDTA二钠、甘油和透明质酸钠加入到水相锅内,搅拌均匀后加入制备好的C相,并且升温至80~85℃,溶解均匀完全后抽入至乳化锅内,同时搅拌升温至80~85℃制成D相;

(3)将适量的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和丁二醇混合并且分散均匀制成C相;依次将适量的去离子水、EDTA二钠、甘油和透明质酸钠加入到水相锅内,搅拌均匀后加入制备好的C相,并且升温至80~85℃,溶解均匀完全后抽入至乳化锅内,同时搅拌升温至80~85℃制成D相;
(4)将制成的B相加入油相锅内制备好的A相中,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解均匀后,乳化锅抽真空至0.03MPa,利用负压将油相锅内的物料经过滤网缓慢抽入至乳化锅内进行乳化,同时在搅拌速度为3000rpm/min的条件下进行均质,时间控制在15-20min,乳化完毕后开循环水降温,并保持真空以消泡,制成E相;

(2)依次将适量的碳酸二辛脂、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬质醇、花生醇葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸脂、PEG-100硬脂酸脂、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、辅酶Q10、乙酰基六肽-8、羟乙基锗倍半氧化物Ge-132、甲壳素提取物、灵芝提取物和积雪草提取物加入到油相锅内,搅拌升温至80~85℃,使其油相锅内的物质完全溶解均匀制成A相;
(3)将适量的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和丁二醇混合并且分散均匀制成C相;依次将适量的去离子水、EDTA二钠、甘油和透明质酸钠加入到水相锅内,搅拌均匀后加入制备好的C相,并且升温至80~85℃,溶解均匀完全后抽入至乳化锅内,同时搅拌升温至80~85℃制成D 相;
(4)将制成的B相加入油相锅内制备好的A相中,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解均匀后,乳化锅抽真空至0.03MPa,利用负压将油相锅内的物料经过滤网缓慢抽入至乳化锅内进行乳化,同时在搅拌速度为3000rpm/min的条件下进行均质,时间控制在15-20min,乳化完毕后开循环水降温,并保持真空以消泡,制成E相;

辛酸/癸酸甘油三脂5%;C12-15醇苯甲酸酯4%;碳酸二辛酯3%;矿油3%;鲸蜡硬脂醇1%;花生醇葡糖苷2.0%;甘油硬脂酸酯0.75%;PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.75%;尼泊金甲酯0.2%;尼泊金丙酯0.1%;辅酶Q10 0.05%;环聚二甲基硅氧烷6%;苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷2.0%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%;生育酚乙酸酯0.5%;去离子水59.25%;丁二醇5%; EDTA二钠0.02%;甘油4%;透明质酸钠0.03%;泛醇1.0%。
在本案实施例五中的一种传统除皱霜的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将适量的环聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、和生育酚乙酸酯进行混合,并且分散均匀制成B相;
(2)依次将适量的辛酸/癸酸甘油三脂、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、碳酸二辛脂、矿油、鲸蜡硬质醇、花生醇葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸脂、PEG-100硬脂酸脂、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯和辅酶Q10加入到油相锅内,搅拌升温至80~85℃,使其油相锅内的物质完全溶解均匀制成A相;
(3)依次将泛醇和丁二醇加入到水相锅内,搅拌溶解均匀后升温至80~85℃,然后抽入至乳化锅内,搅拌升温至80~85℃制成C相;
(4)将制成的B相加入油相锅内制备好的A相中,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解均匀后,乳化锅抽真空至0.03MPa,利用负压将油相锅内的物料经过滤网缓慢抽入至乳化锅内进行乳化,同时在搅拌速度为3000rpm/min的条件下进行均质,时间控制在15-20min,乳化完毕后开循环水降温,并保持真空以消泡,制成E相;
(5)将得到的E相降温至45℃,加入适量的去离子水、EDTA二钠、甘油、透明质酸钠,搅拌并均质3-5min后,抽真空脱泡,制备成半成品;
(6)将得到的半成品继续降温至38℃,检验合格后得到传统除皱霜。
下文以实施例二为例进行皮肤刺激性实验,其中,以60名女性和40名男性为实验对象,用注射器取0.03ml样品置于斑试胶带的药室内,立即将置有样品的斑试胶带从下部开始纵向贴敷于左前臂的正常皮肤上,同时逐个轻压药室以驱除空气,并使试验物均匀分布。试验部位做好标记,以便观察。每隔24小时贴肤一次,揭开贴片后半个小时,并按照CTFA(1981年)指南的术语进行检查。一共进行6次斑贴试验,贴肤结束后的第6天,为了观察迟发反应,进行了追加检查。数据则利用最后检查结果进行比较。鉴定过程以表1为标准;表2为试验物质分别为实施例二的量子光波除皱养肤霜和传统除皱霜的刺激性试验结果。

通过本实验结果可以了解到空白试验无刺激,实施例二的量子光波除皱养肤霜对皮肤无刺激,而传统除皱霜对皮肤的刺激反应还是存在的。因而使用量子光波除皱养肤霜后对人体没有任何的过敏和不适,本发明相对于一般除皱霜产品具有安全无刺激的特点。
下文说明实施例三紧致效果试验,其中,选取40名眼部皮肤粗糙的25-30岁的女性,平分成甲、乙两组,每组20人。其中,甲组使用实施例一配制的量子光波除皱养肤霜;乙组使用传统除皱霜,每天早晚各使用一次,2个月后做对比:
1、对比结果:
甲组:使用产品后20个人的眼部皮肤即刻有明显的改善, 粗糙的纹理即可减少或消失,皮肤瞬间显得光滑、紧致;
乙组:使用产品后20个人的眼部皮肤基本无明显改善,皮肤依然粗糙,只是刚刚涂上产品时略有水润感。
2、长期对比结果:
甲组:19个人的眼部皮肤有明显改善,粗糙的纹理减少或消失,皮肤细腻光滑。
乙组:6个人的眼部皮肤有明显改善,另外有3个人的眼部皮肤略有改善,其余人的眼部肌肤依然粗糙。
经过对比试验,可以看出本发明对眼部皮肤有显著作用,能够促进眼部肌肤再生,达到减轻皱纹,紧致肌肤的效果;同时具有瞬间抚平眼部皮肤细纹,紧致眼周肌肤,使皮肤细腻光滑,不刺激皮肤,适合长期使用。
本说明书中,各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。
综上所述,本案人性化的体贴设计,相当符合实际需求。其具体改进现有技术缺点,相较于现有技术明显具有突破性的进步优点,确实具有功效的增进,且非易于达成。本案未曾公开于国内与国外的文献与市场上,已符合专利法规定。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的量子光波除皱养肤霜,其特征在于:由如下最佳重量百分比的成分组成:
    聚硅氧烷-11 25.5%;环聚二甲基硅氧烷6.0%;三甲基硅 氧基硅酸脂2.0%;苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷2.0%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%;环五聚二甲基硅氧烷0.8%;花生醇葡糖苷2.0%;甘油硬脂酸脂0.75%;PEG-100硬脂酸脂0.75%;鲸蜡硬质醇1.0%;乙酰基四肽-5 1.0%;乙酰基六肽-8 8.0%;甲壳素提取物2.0%;羟乙基锗倍半氧化物Ge-132 1.5%;灵芝提取物3.0%;甘草提取物3.0%;积雪草提取物4.0%;马齿苋提取物1.0%;尼泊金丙酯0.1%;氨甲基丙醇0.09%;辅酶Q10 0.05%;透明质酸钠0.05%;丁二醇4.0%;甘油3.0%;碳酸二辛脂3.0%;泛醇0.6%;维生素E 1.0%;姜根提取物0.05%;红没药醇0.3%;苯氧乙醇0.3%;尼泊金甲酯0.2%;香精0.05%;EDTA二钠0.02%;丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.15%;去离子水加至24.42%。
  3. 一种制造权利要求1或2所述的量子光波除皱养肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下述步骤:
    (1)将适量的聚硅氧烷-11、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、三甲基硅氧基硅酸脂、维生素E和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷进行混合,并且分散均匀制成B相;
    (2)依次将适量的碳酸二辛脂、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬质醇、花生醇葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸脂、PEG-100硬脂酸脂、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、辅酶Q10、乙酰基六肽-8、羟乙基锗倍半氧化物Ge-132、甲壳素提取物、 灵芝提取物和积雪草提取物加入到油相锅内,搅拌升温至80~85℃,使其油相锅内的物质完全溶解均匀制成A相;
    (3)将适量的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和丁二醇混合并且分散均匀制成C相;依次将适量的去离子水、EDTA二钠、甘油和透明质酸钠加入到水相锅内,搅拌均匀后加入制备好的C相,并且升温至80~85℃,溶解均匀完全后抽入至乳化锅内,同时搅拌升温至80~85℃制成D相;
    (4)将制成的B相加入油相锅内制备好的A相中,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解均匀后,乳化锅抽真空至0.03MPa,利用负压将油相锅内的物料经过滤网缓慢抽入至乳化锅内进行乳化,同时在搅拌速度为3000rpm/min的条件下进行均质,时间控制在15-20min,乳化完毕后开循环水降温,并保持真空以消泡,制成E相;
    (5)将得到的E相降温至60~45℃,依次加入适量的乙酰基四肽-5、甘草提取物、马齿苋提取物、氨甲基丙醇、泛醇、姜根提取物、红没药醇、苯氧乙醇和香精,搅拌并均质3-8min后,抽真空脱泡,制备成半成品;
    (6)将得到的半成品继续降温至38℃,检验合格后得到该量子光波除皱养肤霜。
